    Hi,

    I have a Nokia E5, couple of week ago my phone is getting automatically switch off than i visit Customer care office at sheetal WLL service, after that my phone is going switch off and not restart again. So please help me for the device repair ...as your earliest .

I have sent my mob to Nokia Care Service Centre at Bharati Telecom, 1st floor, Ananta Complex NB Road, Tezpur, Assam (Ph : [protected] &[protected] due to charging problem on 06 Feb 2015 I had enquired them frequently about the status of mob but always get reply will received next day. Now after completion of one month and above I compel to lodge the complaint against them.           Dear Sir I purchased a Noika 107 Dual Sim on 24.05.2014 from Delhi as per the Bill attached but on 16.01.2015 somehow the phone stared having problem. When i took phone to Service Center they asked me to show the problem to the shopkeeper from where i bought the phone as the phone could not be corrected and shall be replaced. When i went to the shop keeper he kept my phone in his custody for around 1 month and didn't replaced my cell. When i asked for the reason he said Nokia has refused to replace the cell. Request you to kindly consider the matter and help me in replacement of same. I will be really obliged.

            I bought a Nokia 225 Dual phone on 15.11.14 from SS communication Pathankot. But unfortunately we noticed a problem in cell phone very next day which was reported to the dealer on same day. According to the dealer's representative problem was occurred due to wrong installation of memory card whereas the card was provided and inserted by the sales man of SS communication at the time of purchase of cell phone. The MC card was reinserted by sales man and ensured us that the issue has been rectified. After some time we noticed same problem again so we informed to the dealer, he suggested us to approach to nuke service center. The phone was with Nokia care for 20 days for repair. The problem is still exists, the phone is again with nokia care for next 20 days which is matter of huge disappointment. This handset is defected so i request please support me replace phone as soon as possible so that i could use handset for my own benefit.               we have nokia set 3600, there is always some problem the latest is when we sent SMS after sending 5 or 6 SMS it hangs and when we try to it back it continuously deducted the 0.80 paise per SMS charge see just example from 8.00pm to 10.25 pm it has deducted SMS balance so many times i pressed the button to get it back from HANG LATER on i recharged it with 200 rupees and sms pack of 31 again after sending some sms and it hangs to press the button to its back position it deducted every time 0.80 paise amounting 10 rs

                Dear Sir/Madam, Today 06-3-15 @3:30pm handed over my Nokia-X handset to concerned at Hubli(Karnataka)service centre M/s.Shri Shakti Communication vide Job Sheet#116 validated as Warranty & was been told to collect between 6pm to 630pm & had specifically said I had already applied Nokia-X system updates probably should be a mechanical Issue of jack & you please take a call. Nature of Pblm : 1) Headphone not n/w upon Inserting jack (Audio continues to play on Internal speakers only) 2) Battery Backup Issue(Low) & upon visiting at 6:30pm I was been told it is ready and was asked to sign the service job sheet, with an confidence signed & (Though this was informed prior) later to my surprise found they had performed a reset on Handset to earlier version shipped where even Headphones weren’t working still, later they took it & finally found it was problem related to jack, rectified & brought it & was found working. Initially they were reluctant on updating the s/w by giving non-digestible technical answers unless until I showed them the version by connecting to Internet from the same mobile, when I asked pl tell your final answer instead beating round the bush & I’m happy with either one, they took it for updation later after 45Min+ they came back saying sorry Handset had gone dead during updating & we need to send it to company for replacement & would consume 3-5Days. Moreover there were two SIM's 1-Vodafone & BSNL & 1-8GB Memory Card, they came out with only 1-SIM & Memory Card) & took nearly 30-45Min to trace & return it back & Thanks to them for reconfirming it was my SIM only. & afraid if all relevant mobile data which had backed up on a 8GB SD Card is safe? Regret to inform I have lost the trust/admiration on word Nokia. Pl do not take we customers as granted neither vague answers, I shall not visit service centre anymore to collect Instead, kindly organize to deliver the same to below mentioned address only else shall be forced to take stringent steps in this regard. Who is responsible for the loss of time here?? Do you compensate us on those Indirect losses incurred against the lost time/phone calls/mental agony for such unethical practices?                   DEAR SIR, I PURCHASED MICROSOFT LUMIA 535 DS FROM ACOM MOBILE SERVICES GWALIOR ON 8TH JAN.2015 WIDE INVOICE NO.ACOM/RP/04028. BUT REGRET TO WRITE YOU THAT ON 2ND FEB.2015 WITHIN 25 DAYS OF PURCHASE THE DISPLAY OF MOBILE NOT WORKING WITHOUT ANY PHYSICAL OR LIQUID DAMAGE. WHEN I VISITED TO ACOM MOBILE AND YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AT SINGH MOBILE SERVICES GWALIOR THEY DID NOT REPLACED THE SET WHILE THEY ARE ENDORSING THAT THIS IS MANUFACTURING DEFECT. SIR I AM IN BUSINESS ALL MY CONTACTS ETC ARE IN SET ITSELF AND WITHIN MONTH THIS SET IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AS ITS MOTHER BOARD IS DEFAULTY.                     Respected sir /madam, I collected my Lumia 730 phone yesterday from your care. My phone had software issue which was resolved but camera lens of my phone is changed(scratches' on lens which is not present before). Lens of camera is in good condition at time of submitting phone but now it appears scratches' over it). So I convince you, please change the camera lens as like earlier condition.                       I had Purchased Nokia Luma-730 on 9th Feb for my Wife as Birthday Gift, but since then she is facing acute software hanging problem in the instrument. She is so much unhappy with the Product and never can believe that that such a big company can give such a worst product. WE ARE EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT OF NOKIA. Now as we came to know that the company is sold off, we think no one will listen for the customer. :-(

                        sir, as nokia is a brand Ambassador of phone world. a people like shiva (try to blufat nokia service center no proper responce to the customer.they are not helpless and they are not even trouble shoot of problem of my phone.and giving improper answer to me and wasting all my time.even my phone is in service centre since last two days. proud to say happy to be an customer of nokia.

                          i submitted my Nokia device DC-19, portable charger yellow colour with usb cable to on 8th october 2014, it's been now 6 months but they are not giving back my DC 19 charger, every time they make a false excuse of not received from company. This is really pathetic time duration is usually 2-3 weeks but instead it's been 24 weeks but they are not giving back my DC 19 portable charger. What should i now ?                             While the closing for service request is usually 7-10 working it is still in repair status since many days.Every time I connected to local nokia care where the mobile was submitted they were coming up with new date.Don't know what going on. Requesting to revert with a closure date ASAP.

                              As i got update on my Nokia lumia 830, & after updating my mobile software in version 8.10.14234.375, my handset Back key touch is not working properly, even sometimes window touch key is also not works, for working these both key i have to first touch anywhere on screen and then im able to use that back touch key . . i dont know whts problem it with these newer version, but as i was using my handset in old version i didnt get any problem in that older version, the problem which im facing in these old version . . plz guide me for these, what should i do . .? or update your software version and send we lumia user for updating our software again with no issues . . and evn many things are there, like no proper inbuild apps for videos or movie sharing to other mobiles, evn cnt hide personal images or videos, NO OTG support in lumia 830, no option is there for select all images or videos single singel we have to select which is very disgusting, not all video format is suporting hardly few formats suports, plz do some changes in newer version of your OS, even no seperate folder get create if we take images through bluetooth or through NFC, battery drains fast . . and many things are there . . . but these are the few things which i want to say . . and the main imp is the problem which im facing after upgrading OS in newer version . .

                                Sub: A complaint against the Nokia Authorized Service Centre.

                                Respected Sir/Madam,

                                With reference to the subject cited above I Mr Rabin Rajbongshi a resident of Kahilipara, Guwahati, Assam would like to state you that on 25/10/2014, I purchased a Nokia XL handset @ Rs 10, 500/- from an authorized dealer “SAPPHIRE’’GK Complex, Ganeshguri, RG Baruah Road, Guwahati 5, Assam, Contact No:[protected].

                                From the date of purchasing, the handset was giving problem in operating, so on 19/01/2015 my mobile handset automatically stopped working and henceforth I dropped my handset at the Servicing Centre for rectifying. Next day on 20/01/2015 I got my handset back but shock to see that the handset is still not rectified by the Authorized Service Centre. Again on 21/01/2015 I dropped my handset in the same Authorized Service Centre stating that they will use my handset personally to check the problems, again after using for a week they returned my handset but the NOKIA Authorized Servicing Centre could nt finally rectify the problems of my handset. On 31/01/2015 again the NOKIA Authorized Service Centre took back my handset to send it to Delhi for final rectification and also they promise me that by any means if the Delhi Nokia Servicing Centre cannot rectify the problems then they will issue me a new handset. On 3rd March 2015, I got a call from the Service Centre to collect my new hand set but again got a shock to see that in the name of new handset, the authorized service centre was trying to handover an old handset with lot of scratch on it. As the handset was a used one, so I didn’t receipt it. Now the issue is that how come the NOKIA Authorized Servicing Centre could try to fool a customer? Please try to assist my issue at the earliest or else I will be helpless to deal with the NOKIA Authorized Servicing Centre in a legal way.

                                  Around 2-3rd of feb. i've had prob with my touch screen while making a call so i took it to nokia care on 9th of feb they some how managed to repair that prob. but damaged my phone's vibration and asked to send to the company for further repair or replacement whatever ... and i just got my phone back yesterday only around 20 days .. and now i'm suffering from another prob. ... earlier my phone's battery was perfectly fine but now i've fully charged it within 7 hours

                                    I have purchased Nokia on 4 Feb 2015 but it creating problem of heating and automatically off and on from second. Day because merchant. Said me that replacement guarantee. Is of 7 working day from date of purchases I went on 5 day but the executive. From adajan Surat said me about the warranty. Of 4 day and assured me to do software update to resolve such problems I have done software update but it is creating same problem and also network issues again executive saying. Me to put your phone for 5 days.actualy I have purchased the phone for better. Use but it is headache for me because no one is helping me and not assuring me . Very pathetic service from Nokia totally disappointing from device.
