This is Ravi from Hyderabad. My nokia lumia 1320 is still in warranty, in dec 5 2014, first time i visited nokia care(mehadptnam), because of phone switched off automatically and can not turn. But that time i also had over heat problem, screen flickering etc, even i explained them, they pushed me to collect back my device with just a software upgrade.
As my problem was not resolved i wisited malakpet nokia care in hyderaabd on Jan 5th and explained all problems what i mentioned above. again they simply try to upgrade software and push me to take back mobile, i tested then and there and ask them to resolve, they told me we will send this to chennai head office.after 5 days, theyc alled me your mobile is resolved. i visited nokia care and tested there, it was just not resolved, same heat problem, screen flickering, addition to that there are spots on display. i given them back.then they told me they will send this again to chennai, next they called me on jan 20th for mobile is repaired and collect.
I visited again same problems, they told me again they will send it to chennai. i mentioned this time i need replacement or money back.
From that day onwards i keep calling them and doing online chat with support all peopel saying we do not have any updates our back end team will you back. many times they never called, finally i use to get call backs from them since last 3 times since last 3 weeks.
After many calls, many follow ups, i was told that they got approval for replacement. i was told this jan 25th. but from there no updates, keep saying same but so far i did not get my mobile.
i was told that i will replacement by today feb 19 2015, but i called them today they saying we still need 10 more days because out of stock ???
i am not sure what to do.
every time when i ask them i need to to talk to your manager.they says we do not have manager, when i ask what is next level escalation process, they say we don't have information.
when you deliver mobile?
no information senior management has to decide
i am totally frustrated with nokia or windows phone.
how can i get my mobile?

Do we really do not have to handle this kind of cases ?
If companies cheating like this, where should we go ?
i am not sure about the complaints process, not sure why they do not have higher level escalation process.
