The network, speaker and the volume keys were to be replaced by the service provider as they were not functioning properly. When the mobile handset was submitted to them, all other parts such as display, processor, touch and even the battery were functioning well and were in perfect condition however after the replacement of the malfunctioning parts, my phone got switched off due to low battery as I had no means to charge my battery in the absence of the handset. Since then the phone went dead and the service center conveniently responded that the motherboard needs replacement and I stress here that the motherboard was in absolutely perfect condition when the handset was submitted to the service provider except for the other three problems. The service provider's engineer spoke rudely and did not allow us to contact the manager of the store and tried to slam unnecessary charges of the motherboard replacement on me. They have asked for three more days to look into the phone and have claimed that they would put in efforts to remedy the problem however the charges of the repair might be slammed on to me. I have registered a complaint with the Mukherjee Nagar police station regarding the matter. I would like to notify the concerned authorities that I am planning to move to consumer court on the issue.

    I have got problem with my NOKIA X 100 Mobile Phone in guaranty period. Its touch screen was not working properly, So I went to Nokia Care in Nov.2014 ( New Rachna Electronics near bada pul Guna MP 473111) for its servicing, they receive my phone with battery for update.After update when i checked the phone at Nokia Care, the problem of phone not solved. So they again receive my phone with battery and told me that " Phone will be repair at company." They did not give me any receipt. They given me only entry no. which was 771. After servicing when phone return back from company they call me on 30-31 Dec 2014 to receive the phone. When I receive my phone in Ist week of January 2015 i found that the battery is missing. So, I told him about battery But they reply me that ( hamare pas iski battery nahin hai agar hogi to ham apko bata denge.) . After that many times i call to him but they did not return my battery. At that time i have receive my phone without checkup.So, Please do the needful as soon as possible to solve my problem.         i own nokia lumia 925 model phone. the said handset is out of warranty. today after updating the latest software update it shutdown. it is not waking up no matter how much i am trying. i even tried charging it but with no results. what should i do. i cannot afford to loose data stored in it.

          It has not been an year and the nokia lumia 1320, has been sent to nokia service centre of chennai thrice. And still i don"t know that this time it will come fully repaired or not. I have also got it insured but i m not getting the effective result as it keeps on hanging .

                  My self seema gupta i m put at uttam nagar.I ahd buy new moblie of nokia x black in april 2014 i am facing many problems in this moblie its software speed very poor and also function are very poor i am repair thi phone 3 times in your tilak nagar service centre but my problem is same of all time my phone is not working properly i m very upset regarding this moblie now again my moblie is submit at tilak nagar service centre dated on 18.02.2015 but still iu want please replace my moblie bceause after its out warranty i request with you please exchange my moblie same complaint i m already give it nokia serivce centre they are told me company are decided not serivce centre so take action regarding my complain its my very worst experience in this moblie because i m only use nokia . otherwise i will go to consumer court regarding this matter. its thanks seema gupta [protected]

                    Sir, I bought a new nokia lumia 720 in november, 2013 but after a year o[censored]sage it automatically got switch off and is not responding...i also got to customer care in Sector-11, Panchkula but they were not able to help me on the problem...They told me that they have sent the phone to nokia care for repair but nothing was done.They said that the phone can't be repaired...so whats the trust on the brand nokia...if the company cant do anything for the customer...                         My Nokia Lumia 520 screen was broken. Yesterday 23/02/15 I given the phone to to Nokai Care, Poovath International(Banerji Road), Ground Floor, Kurien Towers, Banerjee Road, Ernakulam, Kerala, India. I asked them to replace the screen and update the software to latest version. Screen was replaced, but they hadn't updated the software. When I asked, they updated the phone but all my phone memory was deleted (Contacts, installed apps etc). I know a simple software update will not delete the phone memory. They are not giving importance to customers data and value. For the apps I can re download again and reinstall it. But for the contacts what should I do? I have no idea and helpless. When I asked about this they are telling that it is usual when updating the software to new version. Please help me.

                          Dear Sir, I gave my Nokia Lumia 720 dated 09/02/2015 for touch repairing to nokia service center and said that they handover me my phone in 10 days after 10 days i call him and get status they said it will be take 1 week or more than then i call him yesterday and they reply same line.. Since August 2014 regularly i gave my phone to service for any problems and one time i also gave my phone to nokia expert level but they do not solve my problem very well..                                     Dear Sir I bought nokia lumia 520 in the month of september 2013. after using for 8 months it started showing charging problem. i submitted my phone to the nearest service center but they were not able to solve this problem. then they sent my phone to NOKIA head office. After keeping my phone for 3 months they changed its mother board. After 2 months o[censored]se the mother board started network problem due to which my phone could not get tower from any sim. now i dont have any warranty but still i went to service center to get a paid service . they took Rs 600 from me as service charge but problem not solved . then i went to another service center . the technician told me to change its mother board again which will cost Rs 4800. sir being a student how will i pay this huge sum of money. as the mother board was replaced by nokia it should take its responsibility and replace my phone. sir, i heard of nokia being a good and reputable company. pls give me justice.

                                      I purchased a Nokia Mobile set(Lumia 630) from M/s AADIDEV INTERNATIONAL #1001 Sector-22 B Chandigarh on 18.01.2015 Just after fifteen days o[censored]sage, suddenly I found that screen cracked without any reason. There was no physical mishandling on my part. I was also astonished how it can happen own its own. Keeping in view of the above you are requested to look in to the quality of this particular lot. It is not expected from the company of your status. I approached the local dealer for replacement of the set but he has shown his inability to do so, quoting some clauses of warranty. As name of your company is at stake, you are requested to look in this critically and order a replacement.

                                      my friends suggested me not to buy Nokia phone becoz of poor quality.Now i am regretting on my decision to buy this phone becoz of its after sale service too.There

                                      Authorities in Nokia.Plz help me in this regard.

                                        Hi Team, This is Ravi from Hyderabad. My nokia lumia 1320 is still in warranty, in dec 5 2014, first time i visited nokia care(mehadptnam), because of phone switched off automatically and can not turn. But that time i also had over heat problem, screen flickering etc, even i explained them, they pushed me to collect back my device with just a software upgrade. As my problem was not resolved i wisited malakpet nokia care in hyderaabd on Jan 5th and explained all problems what i mentioned above. again they simply try to upgrade software and push me to take back mobile, i tested then and there and ask them to resolve, they told me we will send this to chennai head office.after 5 days, theyc alled me your mobile is resolved. i visited nokia care and tested there, it was just not resolved, same heat problem, screen flickering, addition to that there are spots on display. i given them back.then they told me they will send this again to chennai, next they called me on jan 20th for mobile is repaired and collect. I visited again same problems, they told me again they will send it to chennai. i mentioned this time i need replacement or money back. From that day onwards i keep calling them and doing online chat with support all peopel saying we do not have any updates our back end team will you back. many times they never called, finally i use to get call backs from them since last 3 times since last 3 weeks. After many calls, many follow ups, i was told that they got approval for replacement. i was told this jan 25th. but from there no updates, keep saying same but so far i did not get my mobile. i was told that i will replacement by today feb 19 2015, but i called them today they saying we still need 10 more days because out of stock ??? i am not sure what to do. every time when i ask them i need to to talk to your manager.they says we do not have manager, when i ask what is next level escalation process, they say we don't have information. when you deliver mobile? no information senior management has to decide i am totally frustrated with nokia or windows phone. how can i get my mobile? you can pull all my details by my mobile number registered with them is [protected] please let me know if any more details you need Do we really do not have to handle this kind of cases ? If companies cheating like this, where should we go ? i am not sure about the complaints process, not sure why they do not have higher level escalation process.

                                        ask him on 19th call me again in case on status, no one called me, and i
                                        need to call them back for status update.

                                        is that something your employees just comping to office and leaving at 5pm

                                        i been facing this since December 3rd 2014 onwards, why no proper response
                                        and why it is not high priority ?


                                        if i am not happy with first level, where is escalation process ?
                                        Finally, why should i buy nokia mobile, why should i spend money,
                                        by paying money why should i face all these problems, waste of my time.

                                        Around jan 28th, i was updated by nokia back office team that they got approval on replacement and i will get in 10 days...its all most more than month from the date i was told, no status no updated ??????

                                        Again today i have registered new complaint under same web site, the new complaint number is 35726MW291927..

                                        i am not sure how to reach nokia to resolve my problem, this worst than wrost situation.

                                        i feel that i made a wrong step that i selected nokia mobile, rather we have amny in market.

                                        Nokia service center at Vashi New Bombay. Kept it for one week and then returned saying we cannot repair
                                        Most amazing thing is that its parts are also not available in the gallery or other places in the market, appears as if I did not buy any authenticated Indian expensive phone; but I bought some china's local market item under brand of Nokia Lumia 1320.

                                        Also screen disorders, phone heating up, frequent switch of[censored]se to happen even after 6 months of its purchase
