Lumia 535 purchase on 23/1/15 Display not working within two days Set given to nokia service centre on 28/1/15 Still the set is lying at factory and not yet repaired Service centre has said that there would be a delay of a week more I cannot wait for eternity without knowing the fact that is there any work going on my complaint or not. nobody is ready to give a proper reason

    Sir/Madam I purchased my Nokia Lumia 720 in May 2013. As u may know it comes with one year warranty so it was under this period till May 2014. As I am in marketing department I have to travel Back and Forth for my job. On one such occasion I was in Jalandhar and my phone got Hanged up. I stay connected with my family through this medium only so I hurriedly rushed to Nokia care centre I K Service center Jalandhar only(got free service as it was under warranty period). I was told about a warranty extension Scheme there of 1 year in Rs 525/- and I purchased it for the same amount. Today, am again facing some problem in my set regarding my lock switch. Its getting locked and unlocked by itself. I went to Nokia Care Centre of my City Chandigarh Sector 35 but they are saying its not updated in our system regarding the extended warranty and they will charge an amount of Rs 1000/- for repair. I want to know:- a) Is this mistake on my side that it is not updated online? b) Have I wasted my money? I have shown them original Bill of the extended warranty purchased from Jalandhar. Moreover, they harassed me along with my wife rather than giving us a solution. I want an immediate solution for my problem otherwise i will have to take further strong steps and lodge my complaint to Consumer Court for my justice. I talked to your Customer Support Officer and explained my complaint . I was told that he will message me my complaint number and all other details through SMS. No such thing has happened till now because of which I am very disappointed. I will wait one more day and then I will be left with no other option but to knock consumer court for further justice. Will get my claim for all the harassment and injustice. P.S I have original bill receipt of extended Warranty ( if it is required I will provide a copy of it for further investigations). I request you to take immediate and appropriate actions regarding this issue. Thanking you Parambir Singh [protected]

      Hi, I would like to inform you that i had purchased a Nokia Set few months before, & suddenly the hand set is facing problem of charging & when i go to the Nokia Service center, they reject to take my complaint by saying that Charging IC is missing & take the picture of my handset, i told them the phone has never tampered before by anyone but they didn't listen & make the wrong Job Sheet. After that i take the same handset to an outside repair center, where it is informed to me that no such IC is missing from the phone. So, I would like to ask to Nokia Company to take strict action against such Service Center. Here are the Relevant details : Care Center: Progressive Services [747_504867] Add: OPP.         Hi Team, This is to inform u that I ANUJ JOSHI purchased a nokia ordinary cellphone and the battery of that handset exploded very dangerously day before yesterday on 5 january 2015.This is a serious issue as the cellphone was just 15 days old becoz it was purchased on 22 jan 2015.There was a serious damage to the private property because of this explosion and if I dont get any feedback soon then I m gonna file a serious complaint against the outlet of nokia and company.           I got my brand new Nokia Lumia 720. After few days volume strip stopped working. I am able to increase the volume but not able to decrease. I called them a number of times and gave my cell to nokia care center too. They said that they have replaced the strip but I am still facing the same problem. They usually kept my cell for almost a week but didn't able to fix the issue. It's still in warranty and they are not even changing my cell. Don't know whether somebody is gonna help me or not but I am just warning you guys out there. Nokia just lost one of his customer.

            I have given my Nokia Lumia 720 phone to Nokia Care, Visakhapatnam on 03.02.2015 with the problem of " Phone got switched Off and i not getting charged even though charger is connected". Accordingly complaint was taken by the executive stating that the phone is dead. I went to customer care on 04.02.2015 for the status of my phone problem. At that time customer care executive told that, Charging problem was rectified and stated that the touch screen is having problem. Previously my phone is not having any problem with the touch and i have not given the complaint about the touch to check. The phone they showed to me is not my phone as it is very clear that service executive stated that " they have removed my screen guard for checking" which should not be done without any intimation to me. Definetly it is clear that 1) My touch screen was replaced with some other touch screen which is having the problem. I request you to please let me know the sl. no. of the touch screen if available during manufacturing. Please take this complaint and take necessary action. thanks & regards, S.Dinesh Ph.                 Hello Sir, I purchased new Nokia Lumia 625 handset . But after a few month i got a problem in my handset. i submited my phone four to six time on nokia care but i get same problem again and again. currently my mobile is submitted to nokia care service center my job sheet no is[protected]/150114/017 and customer care complain no is 1-[protected]. even i don't get proper response from the nokia customer care. please help us.

                  I have been facing the issue with my nokia lumia 925 from past 6 months. It switches off automatically even when it is fully charged and does not start for almost 1 complete day. I have raised this issue with Nokia multiple times. They take it, do something called as repair and give me back. I have not paid 27k to run behind nokia customer. Moreover the only thing they say is "It is repaired and this will not reoccur" Very bad customer support and they are not concerned about hearing anything from me. They say what they want and hangup the phone. It is like we have paid money and become helpless. They do only what they want. I have started facing the problem from September 2014 and i bought the handset in November 2013. Attaching one of the job sheets. I do not need a repaired handset from them and need a replacement or the refund Adding a complaint here with a hope of getting a satisfactory solution.

                    I purchased a new battery for my NOKIA phone model no 3110 in Dec 2014, There was defect in it so I approached Local Nokia Care Centre located in Alambagh, Lucknow (U.P), India.They took 10 days in replacement but given me with an old and used battery. Now I am facing the same problems- 1. hardly it gives 6 hrs back up whereas I was told that It will run for two days in normal use. 2. taking 10 hrs (approx.) in charging. It has caused distress to me both physically as well as mentally as I feel cheated by this care centre. I have also shown my mobile and there is no defect in it. Therefore, You are requested to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest

                      Dear Sir /Madam I have purchased one Nokia Lumia 535 Mobile vide bill no AM/BOCC/3420 dt 31.01.2015 from AM Mobile Telecom Pvt. Ltd, City Centre, Shop – D111, 1st Floor, Salt Lake, Kolkata – 700064. The price was settled at Rs. 9, 200/- for combo offer i.e. Nokia Lumia 535 Mobile with Flip Cover for Lumia 535 and 8GB micro SD. But after billing and transfer of contacts from my old mobile they had not given me Flip Cover for Lumia 535. Salesmen asked to collect it on Monday i.e. 02.02.2015 saying that now we don’t have the same. When I contacted over phone on 02.02.2015 around at 6 PM to collect the same . The Salesmen (Mr. Subrato) talked in a very rude manner as well as misbehaved and denied to provide the Flip Cover for Lumia 535.                           I bought nokia lumia 730 last year end and im facing problem with stability i.e no incoming and out going calls, application does't work normally cant connect wifi, mobile internet, Bluetooth etc from day 2 however i went to sangeetha moblies from where i purchased they suggested me to change the sim and check if there is any virus in memory card, i did all possible things but issue did not solved, so sangetha mobiles suggested me to visit nokia care centre. I visited nokia care with the issue in my phone, they said to drop the phone so that they can forward the phone to company and i did the same but after 10 - 12 days i got my phone back telling there is no fault in the device i thought they fixed it but later the problem continued, and again i had to drop, like this i dropped my phone for "thrice" and still the issue regarding stability of the phone remains same and every time i have to restart my phone to make calls. I have been using nokia phones from very first and I have also suggested many of my friends to go for it, but I am very much disappointed with the service provided to me, every month i am paying EMI and most of the time the phone will be with service centre and resolution will be as no faults in phone even after showing the problem to nokia care executive in the centre, they have always telling me nothing can be done. please suggest me what has to be done.

                              1. Touch is not working properly. Whenever i try writing a text i end up writing some jumbled words. Sensitivity of touch too is very low. After using this product I feel sorry for throwing my previous mobile that was N-72 Nokia N Series. 2. The mobile is turned into an automatic switch off mode i think. Without even touching the mobile it switches off and sometimes turns on by itself and most of the time not. 3. Most of the Applications does not work satisfactorily as it is in hanging mode.

                                Sir,

                                I am Pranjal Ajay Joshi, male, 20 year, profession is student, residing at C-5 Om Saraswati Flats, K K Nagar Road Gatlodia, Ahmedabad 380061.
                                I have purchased Nokia 720 Lumia( IMEI No [protected]) on dated 04.02.2014 and it is good instrument.

                                On 2nd October 2014 during “Swachhata Abhiyan” my instrument is fall down and it screen was cracked but it was working perfectly ok.
                                After three days I want to Nokia Care Authorized Service Centre (Bohara Services, LFG-1-2, Hirapanna Complex, Nr Stadium Circle, C G Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedaba 380009, and Contact No[protected],[protected].
                                On Checking Mobile instrument(Handset) he told that the instrument(touch pad/screen) is physically damage and should be repaired(Replaced) on chargeable basis, I agreed and got repaired(replaced the touch pad/screen) and paid the amount Rs 7650/- vide bill no S01 dated 04.10.2014.
                                After three days I observed that the volume control key is not function properly and want to same care centre along with repairing bill. The care centre told that your instrument/handset is not under warrantee as it was physically damaged. I argue with care centre that I have purchased the mobile hand set on 4th February 2014 and still under warrantee. He was telling that once the handset is physically damage the warrantee is wave off. The had set will be repaired on chargeable basis and it was Rs 750/- (flexi cable is damaged and is to be replaced)
                                I raised the point the handset is repaired at authorized service Center and part is replaced by them, how the warrantee is waved off?
                                I asked to give in writing and Bohra Service Center had given the letter (copy attached).
                                On the second day, dated 12.10.2014 I have launched the online complaint on their website and complaint no was given 1-[protected].
                                On next day there was call from Nokia and told that we will process on your complaint and our care centre will contact you against your complaint.
                                Next day 14.10.2014 local care centre had phone me that you instrument is out of warrantee and will be repaired on chargeable base the report is given by our qualified technician.
                                I was not satisfied from the reply and again launched the online complaint on 15.10.2014 but there is no response from Nokia and again I have launched the on line complaint.
                                On dated 06.11.2014 Mr Rajesh Gandhi from Nokia Care Centre (Bohra Service) Phone me and asked that your handset problem was resolved or not ? I said no than he told that come with instrument at our care centre.
                                On reaching to Bohra service the authorized service centre he asked what is the problem and what do you expect from us.
                                I told that my warrantee should be continue & had set should be repaired without charged as it was become faulty after replacement of touch pad (screen).
                                He told that your faulty flexi belt would be replaced without any charge & your warrantee will be continued. When I asked that can you give me in writing he told that we will up date in our system so it is not required.
                                I handed over the handset after 10 minutes he told that the flexi belt is ok but the socket is damaged so now we can cot repaired till the instruction come from company. I asked who had given the instruction to you from company. He name Mr Pradeep.
                                Than again I Launched the on line complaint on dated 26.11.2014 and on next day the phone call from Nokia was there and my semester examination was started and I request them to call on another no(My father’s cell no) but they where not agree to talk on another telephone no, than on next I again launched the online complain dated 27.11.2014 for not behaving properly by Mr Rahul from Nokia call centre. But there no response from Nokia.
                                Till my handset problem was not settled so I have again launched the complaint on dated 24.12.2014 & 27.12.2014 regarding
                                My Hand set Socket was damaged While replacing the touch pad(Screen) by Nokia Authorizes Care Center (Bohra Service) that is to be replaced free of cost.
                                My hand set warrantee should extend up to 03.02.2015.
                                There must be contact no of Nokia so customer can contact the authority if they are not satisfied.
                                But till date they are not responding my complaint
                                I hope that you will intervene in this case and solved the my grievances

                                My GRIVANCES ARE

                                1. My Hand set Socket was damaged While replacing the touch pad(Screen) by Nokia Authorizes Care Center (Bohra Service) that is to be replaced free of cost.
                                2. My hand set warrantee should extend up to 03.02.2015.
                                3. There must be contact no of Nokia so customer can contact the authority if they are not satisfied.

                                  Me and my sister brought Nokia Lumia 520 from the same shop from Saudi Arabia, the same day. We are both staying in the same city now in India. She is getting all the updates, latest black and cyan also. I have got an update about 1 year back, that also didn't got full features like fm radio, etc. After that till now i didn't got any update Amber or Black or Cyan. I am checking the phone updates under settings option using Wi-Fi, every time its showing your phone is up-to-date. What is the problem with my phone only??

                                    Respected sir/mam, I am shaufimkhan shaukatkhan pathan i have perchuse Nokia Lumia 720 in september 2013 from Mobile store for good quality and secure purchase and having fully trust on nokia as it's cost is high compare to other known brands rather than its market response is to much low no doubt it's really good phone i have paid 18300.00 for this. unfortunately it got damage by means of accedent on 10 aug 2014 and tuch pad is fully got damaged it is so bad luck of me, But as say my blind trust on Nokia i go to repair it in Nokia care and they told me accedent cover is not in warranty no matter i have repaired it with paying 7690.00 which a new mobile cost and it's TAX INVOICE NO. IS:-0660 JOB SHEET NO. IS[protected] DATED 16-AUG-2014. After only seven Days it not working properly as the tuch screen is getting automatically working and it is not understandable so i visited to Nokia care again and they told me you need to Update it and problem will be resolve, so its not big Deal as it is benefited to me Because already i was using Windows 8.0 and Update is about to go to latest version 8.1, But Problem is resolve only for few days. again same problem i have faced so again i go to Nokia care then they told me is not fitted properly so they opend it and re assembled gave return with no charge. And lastlty one or more than one month is over same problem till date i am facing the phone is now getting hang up to the switch off it is so bad thing the phone of 18300+7690=25990.00 is wasted in one year i am not able to invest again as i have to replace tuch pad again and again to use this handset. Please do favour to me regarding this as i take genuine tuch pad and only one month warranty is come with that with paying apx. 8000.00 Rs, If i repaired it other than Nokia care it cost is 3000.00 but i am such a big full to have trust on Nokia.                                       Hi, My Nokia N 720 LCD screen was replaced by your Nokia Care center, INFOTEL SERVICES, 1, EKDALIA Road, Kolkata - 700019, India on 5th January, 2015. The replaced LCD started malfunctioning like it's predecessor within 10 days of it's fitting into the handset. I went to your Nokia Care center and put the complaint on 23/01/2015. I was informed that this is usual and another replacement is required but, the new part is out of stock. I was informed that it will be replaced today, 31/01/2015. Today when I enquired for the replacement, I was again very casually informed that the parts are still not available and a replacement may happen next week 4th or 5th Jan. I was initially told that the replaced part warranty validity is 1 month. The attitude of your Nokia Care people is alarming and I am already considering moving out from your brand due to such poor service. When the part was replaced, I enquired about the original part and I was informed that they keep it as an evidence with them to show it for your own internal audit etc. I am not sure if at all the LCD was actually replaced with a new one. I am not sure if I will get a replacement by next Wednesday since your people are too casual and easy going to be taken seriously. They are averse to work. In this era, it is surprising a organization like Microsoft / Nokia would take 2 months time to get one part replaced and make it functional. It is surprising that as a consumer I am still not sure if this replacement will actually happen and I can again use the mobile phone. It is basically a very poor service experience. I would request you to take this matter urgently and effectively. I would like you to pursue it and provide me with the replaced part ASAP. I have used Nokia phones from past 15 years and this one is a bad experience.                                         I bought a Nike 225 Dual phone on 15.11.14 from SS communication Pathankot. But unfortunately we noticed a problem in cell phone very next day which was reported to the dealer on same day. According to the dealer's representative problem was occurred due to wrong installation of memory card whereas the card was provided and inserted by the sales man of SS communication at the time of purchase of cell phone. The MC card was reinserted by sales man and ensured us that the issue has been rectified. After some time we noticed same problem again so we informed to the dealer, he suggested us to approach to nuke service center. The phone was with Nokia care for 20 days for repair. The problem is still exists, the phone is again with nokia care for next 20 days which is matter of huge disapointment. this handset is defected so i request please support me replace phone as soon as possible so that i could use handset for my own benefit.
