Hi Team, This is Ravi from Hyderabad. My nokia lumia 1320 is still in warranty, in dec 5 2014, first time i visited nokia care(mehadptnam), because of phone switched off automatically and can not turn. But that time i also had over heat problem, screen flickering etc, even i explained them, they pushed me to collect back my device with just a software upgrade. As my problem was not resolved i wisited malakpet nokia care in hyderaabd on Jan 5th and explained all problems what i mentioned above. again they simply try to upgrade software and push me to take back mobile, i tested then and there and ask them to resolve, they told me we will send this to chennai head office.after 5 days, theyc alled me your mobile is resolved. i visited nokia care and tested there, it was just not resolved, same heat problem, screen flickering, addition to that there are spots on display. i given them back.then they told me they will send this again to chennai, next they called me on jan 20th for mobile is repaired and collect. I visited again same problems, they told me again they will send it to chennai. i mentioned this time i need replacement or money back. From that day onwards i keep calling them and doing online chat with support all peopel saying we do not have any updates our back end team will you back. many times they never called, finally i use to get call backs from them since last 3 times since last 3 weeks. After many calls, many follow ups, i was told that they got approval for replacement. i was told this jan 25th. but from there no updates, keep saying same but so far i did not get my mobile. i was told that i will replacement by today feb 19 2015, but i called them today they saying we still need 10 more days because out of stock ??? i am not sure what to do. every time when i ask them i need to to talk to your manager.they says we do not have manager, when i ask what is next level escalation process, they say we don't have information. when you deliver mobile? no information senior management has to decide i am totally frustrated with nokia or windows phone. how can i get my mobile? you can pull all my details by my mobile number registered with them is [protected] please let me know if any more details you need Do we really do not have to handle this kind of cases ? If companies cheating like this, where should we go ? i am not sure about the complaints process, not sure why they do not have higher level escalation process.

Mr Yogesh told me 3 weeks back, i will get new device by 19th February, i
ask him on 19th call me again in case on status, no one called me, and i
need to call them back for status update.
yesterday Mr Ravinder told me i need to wait 10 more days.

from the day i resubmitted my mobile in jan 20th, what is status so far?

all these many days what are you doing ?

still 10 more days to wait ?

who is responsible for all these days warranty?

who is responsible for all these days my frustration, irritation with
support, no mobile with me, ?

to take decision to provide replacement or after decision to replace, why
many days to dispatch?
why on-line status still showing repair?

is that something your employees just comping to office and leaving at 5pm
without any work ?

i been facing this since December 3rd 2014 onwards, why no proper response
and why it is not high priority ?


if i am not happy with first level, where is escalation process ?
Finally, why should i buy nokia mobile, why should i spend money,
by paying money why should i face all these problems, waste of my time.

do know what i mean?
do you think i will still refer a friend to nokia or buy one more for my
family ?

Please see attachment screen shot which shows my device status on windows web site, same in repair status and same message no change since January 20th 2015 the day i visited care center and tested then and there and did not my device as it was not repaired plus additional spots on display.

Around jan 28th, i was updated by nokia back office team that they got approval on replacement and i will get in 10 days...its all most more than month from the date i was told, no status no updated ??????
I registered complaint on January 28th 2015 in http://www.th mywoes.com/contact.asp, this is my complaint no : on January 28th 2015, i got email confirmation email that says we have received your complaint and we will get back to you soon, so far no reply and when i look for status i could not find any status with my complaint.

Again today i have registered new complaint under same web site, the new complaint number is 35726MW291927..

i am not sure how to reach nokia to resolve my problem, this worst than wrost situation.

i feel that i made a wrong step that i selected nokia mobile, rather we have amny in market.
Anything happening ?
Seems no updates on this complaints, i had a chat today they also don't know status ???
as there is no updates on this, i am move on legal notice on Windows nokia .
Can someone help me to send me postal address to where we can post the legal notice??
Even I am facing the same issue the warranty expired on 5th of May 2015 & the Integrated Circuit broke down on 11th of May 2015

Nokia service center at Vashi New Bombay. Kept it for one week and then returned saying we cannot repair
Most amazing thing is that its parts are also not available in the gallery or other places in the market, appears as if I did not buy any authenticated Indian expensive phone; but I bought some china's local market item under brand of Nokia Lumia 1320.

Also screen disorders, phone heating up, frequent switch of[censored]se to happen even after 6 months of its purchase

    Myself Anupama Prakash has purchased Nokia X smart phone last year 2014 (13.3.14 ) from Patna (Bihar) from a retailer. Few weeks back I started facing issue in touch & software not supporting of the phone. Device was in the warranty period so I collectively take the device to the nearest Nokia care center (Dak-bunglow road, patna) Registered Job-sheet number[protected]/150203/007 IMEI num - [protected] Date of Submission of set to Nokia Care - 3.2.15 Today I received call from nokia care and received the set as they claim the set was water damaged . My complain comes in two folds : 1. Every care center have their own Device engineers why they have not checked during the submission of the set & informed in the care center? 2.Set was in working condition at the time of submission but now its condition is more pathetic and hardly works. I need my phone to be repaired and delivered as ASAP. Else I have to sue the company for the same in the consumer court .

      I have a complaint against thecare centre of NOKIA.
      I have been using NOKIA ASHA 210 handset form 3 yrs.
      I went to ROOPRANG care centre for BATTERY REPLACEMENT 3 days back..
      But even after replacement BATTERY WAS getting DISCHARGED quickly.

      So in order to complain the same I went to the above CARE CENTRE ON[protected].But INSTEAD of BATTERY REPLACEMENT..they took my handset ALONGWITH MEMORY CARD to their SERVICE ROOM upstairs and brought it back WITH ENTIRE PHONE MEMORY CLEARED.
      They cleared (PHONE+EXTERNAL) MEMORY WITHOUT EVENN ASKING ME ONCE
      And on questioning they replied that your PHONE HAD VIRUS!

      what type of LOGIC is that INSTEAD OF BATTERY REPLACEMENT they CLEARED MY PHONE DATA???

      And that BATTERY PROBLEM is still there.
      I request NOKIA SUPPORT to bring this to their ATTENTION and Kindly STOP HIRING SUCH UNSKILLED WORKERS WITH NO BASIC MANNERS!!!

        Hi, I have bought a mobile from SNAPDEAL, The IMEI number is [protected]. Within 7 days after buying it the charger of the phone stopped working. When i went to service centre to replace it they said no and gave excuses that the charger might not be from the same phone since changer number was not mentioned on the invoice of the Snapdeal. Also since i bought online so they can't open the box to give a stamp on the original receipt of the Nokia phone. Kindly help us in exchanging the charger. I will appreciate if you take customer satisfaction on priority. Thanks, Rupesh +91-[protected]

          i had purchased microsoft lumia 535 on 2/12/14 ( imei no. [protected]) and gave it for repair to nokia care center rohini sector 8 ( dexter pocket F -19 rohini sector 8 delhi ) on 23/1/15 for broken screen. i was charged Rs 2800 for change of screen and touch ensuring that the warranty will be continued ( invoice no.[protected]/1400684). after a few days my phone suddenly went dead while i was talking. i took it to the center and i was told that the battery went in negative. i told them that there was enough battery left but they insisted that it was only a battery problem. i told them that the screen was coming out and is not pasted properly, mr devender was the one who had repaired my phone . he again did something and told me that it will be fine( invoice no.[protected]/150202/028). i was not given any receipt that day. again on 11/2/15 my phone touch stopped working. i took it to nokia center on 16/2/15 and i was told that some touch connector is broken and so i have the whole amount again. the location of this touch connector is such that if somebody pulls apart the screen then only it can be broken. my screen was not pasted properly and either they broke it while trying to find out the problem or i was given the phone with a broken connector. mr rajan was the person who opened my phone this time. the behaviour of the floor manager chander and the center incharge aman and natasha was very casual. there people had not repaired my phone properly and they were putting the whole blame on me. since i m not a technical person and didnt even know what is a touch connector so it is not possible for me to break it. i feel cheated as my time and money has been wasted. it is not expected out of such a big company like nokia. this is very unprofessional. why such incapable people have been placed when they dont know how to work and make people waste money and time.             Dear Sir,

            I purchased a Nokia 107 from MATTA moblie Store, 2, Gandhi Road Dehradun, Nera Clock Tower Dehradun dated on 16 March 2014. At the time of purchase they told me that if there will be any problem during one year it will be replaced. This handset was not working because its charging pin is not working. So that I went to dealer several times but he told me today can not be checked you should come tomorrow. Finally, I went 5 times in the shop on 14th February, 2014 and the person who was sitting there told me without checking that it is a mousier problem so that it can not be replaced. I told him that during purchase you did not tell me this condition. That time you told me any kind of problem, if occurs, it would be replaced. He told me I did not give it in written. Then I told him I will complaint in the consumer court, he told me in abusive language that you are stupid and mad etc. My mother was also with me that time. Please consider my complaint.

              Sir, today I saw your show on CNBC and you help everyone for taking his right. sir please keep out from this problem. I bought Nokia Lumia 525 on 25 Jan 2014 after 6, 7 days it got a problem of earphone jack and then I submitted the phone to NC. they gave me the phone after 15 days . after 2, 3 days it got a same problem and then I submitted this phone 10 to 15 times but the problem is fixed. then I said I want my phone replaced they are not replacing my phone.                 I have purchased a Nokia or Microsoft Lumia 535 DS BLACK from” Spice Hotspot” on 13.01.15 . On 17.01.15 suddenly I found my mobile is got black screen issue. So I went to Nokia priority center & submitted my mobile to Anmol Electronics (Service) in Kolkata on 17.01.15 after 5 days of purchasing. The Service Center took my mobile and gave a target delivery date of 31.01.15. It’s been 27 days now & I haven’t got my mobile yet. I am also not getting any support from Nokia helpline/care /Service Center despite of the fact that this matter has been escalated internally. I don't even remember the number of times I have followed up on this case through calls at the service centre and at the helpline but nobody seem to be bothered. It’s really annoying to know that the handset is still under repair. Problem I had with the device: 1) Screen black out issue - Phone is active internally but screen got blackout. The case is pending with Mr. Hari from the backend department .The handset was initially held at the service centre for more than a week as for initial observation when it was sent to the main repair factory, they kept it till yet . All this while, I just kept on waiting and hearing fake and false commitments from the service centre executives & the centre manager. Does it really take so long to replace a small hardware in the device? If there's a technical glitch at your end, why would a customer bear the brunt. Conversation happened till yet with Nokia care & Customer Service: 1. Mr. Biswanath (The Manager of Priority Center): He is doing the follow up with the technical team everyday but he hasn’t got any such feedback from them. 2. Mr Hari(Backend Team) : I have been called on 05.02.15 from Mr. Hari & he told me that my handset has been sent to Gurgaon on 24.01.15 for further action & asked me to wait for 7 days . 3. Mr Saikaran (Manager of Nokia Customer Care): I spoke to Mr.Saikaran on 13.02.15 & was assured to have a call from Hari on same day within 7pm however I haven’t got any call till yet. 4. Mr.Monohar (Manager of Nokia Customer Care): I spoke to Mr. Monohor on 14.02.15 & he told me that after Q.C my mobile resent to Gurgaon as it is not repaired yet & He has committed me to get a call within 7pm on same day So my question’s is that why my mobile is not replaced yet if it is not repairable?? . I have never expected such a customer service from a brand like "Nokia" Or “Microsoft” & I would refrain from and urge others not to use Nokia products going forward. This experience has been really dissatisfying and disappointing. I would resort to legal action with a help of consumer court and social networking sites if this is not resolved to my satisfaction. I have been requesting and patient till date but it has become a pain for me now & it’s giving me mental stress and torture which is unbearable. As per my experience of Nokia care there is absolutely no complaints handling mechanism and they are making a fool out of their customers through their pathetic customer support team. I hope & trust that you can get this sorted & if you do, it will be a big achievement for me.                   Sir, My phone NOKIA LUMIA 710, IMEI No. [protected] was not charging properly (intermittent problem). It was shown to M/S Service & Communication Solutions Sukhdev Vihar Market, New Delhi, (an authorised Nokia Care Centre) . I was told that its USB jack had been broken and needs to be replaced. The said company replaced the same and charged me Rs 2400/-(bill no. 1409 dated Nov 14, 2014). However, when the problem was noticed again It was shown to said company on Nov 29, 2014. I was told the problem is with battery (dead) and not with the replaced part, as suggested I replaced the battery by purchasing a new battery( Sr No[protected], 0670635)for Rs 940/-(bill no.8139 dated 29/11/2014) from the said company. When I noticed the same problem still persisting with the new battery also, I brought it to notice of the company but I was told that I would be charged again for the same problem /parts as the one month warranty period of the part replaced has been expired. It may be mentioned here that as the charging problem of the set is intermittent and could not be noticed till the complete discharging of battery I could inform company only after 15 days (within the warranty period) in the first instance but I was advised wrongly by the company. In the second instance by the time I could notice the problem one month warranty period was passed. Now I am being charged again for the same problem (which could never been solved by the company).Moreover, I was in the impression that since I have changed the battery as well as its charging circuit from the authorised service centre of Nokia, the problem might have resolved. But its seems that company instead of finding the actual fault replaced the good parts. I have been charged twice for the repair of one fault (which could never been solved by the company) and have already paid a total amount of Rs 3340/ to the said company. Now company intend to charge me again for the same problem . It is requested to kindly look into matter and my phone may kindly be got repaired without any additional charge or refund the money spent on the unsolved problems from the said company.                       I gave my phone to nokia care center sec 22 Chandigarh, almost 3 months back. My phone's touch function was not working properly. I went on time to receive phone which was apparently mine and got it. But they gave me phone, which they later claimed that was not mine. I went back to take my own phone give back the other one, they told me my own phone( Nokia 720- [protected]) is again not working properly and has been sent to delhi to nokia company for repair. It has been more than a month since then. I am continuously trying to follow up with nokia care center, with no positive response. I am losing my time like this and I will eventually lose my warranty too. I need a refund of the cost price from nokia or a new set. This was a case of manufacturing defect and also careless attitude of nokia care center.

I handover my Microsoft Lumia 535 to Microsoft Care - RAMDEV Telecom, 279 Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road, Garia, Kolkata-700047(West Bengal) ([protected],[protected] on 22/01/15, when it was under Guarantee and they said they'll return it within 10 to 15 working days . But now it’s almost 22 days, and it’s still not repaired and has not received any information about that mobile. When I call them, they extended the days. This is my bad experience about Microsoft Mobile phone ever. Please repair my mobile correctly and handover me as soon as possible otherwise I can take action on your service.

                          sir/ Madam I am writing this with reference to my LUMIA 535 submitted at NIRMAL ENTERPRISES (NOKIA CARE), Ranchi on 21 jan 2015. IMEI [protected] My handset was submitted because of automatic touch issues and it is not yet solved by them and even the officials out there are unable to give me a positive reply. Now, since the time provided has been more than enough for a repair to be done I urge you to replace the handset or else please refund me the value paid by me while buying the same because it has crossed the limit of my patience as I probably baught it because of its brand value of lumia and also to be used by me.                             I had purchased a microsoft lumia 535 on 10th jan 2015 on the 17th of jan the camera (front and back) stopped working.when i went to the showroom they asked me to go to service centre at lower parel.i went there and they said that they will take atleast 3 days to check the phone.then they called and said that they r sending the phone to the headquarter and it will take at least 10 days.on the 11th of feb i received a call from them that my phone is ready .i got it on the 12th of feb.within such a short period of purchase, the phone does not work properly and the customer is asked without any fault to go here and there, which should not be done.without any fault from our side we have to use a repaired phone.it should have beeen replaced instead.from the time we have been using mobile phones we have used only nokia phones.this was a gift from me to my wife which stopped working within 7 days of purchase.the store should be in a position to replace the piece then and there.my contact no.in [protected].my e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com jobsheet no:[protected]/150127/010 service centre:padmavati darshan, opp.deepak cinema, n.m.joshi marg, lower parel imei:[protected] model no:lumia535

                              Lumia 535 purchase on 02/12/14 Display not working within 1 month handset given to nokia service centre on 12/1/15 still the set is lying at factory and not yet repaired Service centre has said that there would be a delay I cannot wait for eternity without knowing the fact that is there any work going on my complaint or not, nokia call center also not responding on my call ( my complain no. 1-[protected] )

                                    I had ordered Nokia lumia BP3L battery from Vellore Nokia care centre on 7/1/2015. I was told I will be informed when the battery is available and it will take maximum of 10 days. I Was never informed about the delays in the delivery of the battery, and on repeated calling I was told each time to collect it after 2 days. As of today, 10 Feb 2015, more than 1 month later, I have been asked to recheck after 5 days. I am very harassed and would like a full refund of my advance payment. Also it will be nice if Nokia does something to improve its customer care services, which are very poor.
