    I have purchased one Nokia X2 DS on 16.10.2014 and by unavoidable stuation the battery is lost, and last 30 days Nokia care centre in Barmer. Rajasthan not able to provide the accessorry. Because of that I am not able to use my handset which I HV purchased recently. Kindly look into the matter

      I submitted my in warranty Nokia Lumia 720 at Nokia Care, Indore (M.P.) on 5th jan. 2015, but haven't received it yet. Every week a call comes from Nokia Care and they just tell that, "1 more week is required." At present 26 days are gone and that's really disappointing.

          i had buyed nokia lumia 520 mobile last year, now after out of warranty my handset got repair, i had given to nokia customer service center, they had taken my handset after 20 days they saying there is RAM Problem( Error: Unable to find bootable option. Press any key to shut down) . service center is saying we cant repair it . what can i do buying a such company phone.u think this is company that manufactured company cannot repair the product...pouring thousands of rupees and buying this type of company phone is correct .

              The warranty period for my NokiaA502 ends on 23rd Jan 2015. I gave the hand set on 19th jan 2015 with whatsapp not working to V CARE MOBILES (542_465550) with job sheet# 150119/025.                 Dear Team, this is to draw your kind attention toward your services, i have submitted my phone Microsoft 535 in C-4 Noida Sector-2 having job sheet number[protected]/150115/012. As per the procedure if handset submitted within 4 days of purchase date, it must be replaced. i submitted my handset on 14th of Jan-15, but service center is issuing job sheet on 15th-Jan-15, due to that they are denying for replacement. Even though they are not getting it repair on time. it is requested to get the my handset replaced and take this matter serious. we trust on brand like Nokia and Microsoft, that is the reason to be continue with Microsoft.                   Today morning I went to Nokia Care, Shakarpur, Vikas Marg, Delhi. I have a Nokia 220 phone which is not showing any sim. They said that I damaged the phone's internal compound. How can it possible that a customer will get into phone's internal compound. Phone is in warranty but they asked for the charges. I talked to a senior lady who said the same thing. It seems Nokia doesnt really care about the customer. I dont like the way they treated me. I m really very disappointed and will recommend everyone not to purchase Nokia Phones Regards Aman Arya

I given to repair the phone to nokia care then nokia care has taken more than 45 days to repair. After delivering my phone by nokia care having so many problems listed below: 1.Touch Problem 2.                     Dear All,
                    Again I went to Galaxy Care Nokia service center then they told to me that your OS has been corrupt. Software updation charge Rs. 100/= will be charged by nokia then your all problem will be solved.
                    after giving me rs. 100 receipt and sw updation by nokia my all problems are same.
                    so please replace my phone and give me new or repair by certified engineer of my phone.
                    I don't want to take damaged phone.
                    after delivery my phone by nokia care on 24.21.2015 having very major fault by nokia care:
                    1. My original display was chand and ordinary display was replaced.
                    2. My touch was changed without my knowledge. It was scratched and old one.
                    front camera was dusty.
                    these all problems was done by nokia care after sercvicing my phone.
                    Taking more than 3 months by nokia.
                    who will responsible to bear this 3 month warranty loss of my phone.
                    please sresolve my query as soon as possible.

                    This last diving you time If my all above mentioned problem not solved then I will go to consumer forum and demand for penalty with extended warranty and also replacement of my phone.

                    Nokia is a brand and why Nokia damaging is brand by nokia employs.

                      I am very much disapointed with my Nokia lumia 820 phone as well as Nokia service station. After purchase of Lumia 820 in May 2013, from starting i am facing battery issues. I registered the complaints more than 6 times at nokia care (F1, Vasudev chamber, Nr. Hotel Rajdhani, Dandia bazar, vadodara-390001, Gujarat) for the battery issue, fortunately i got replacement of device 2 times but they gave me new device with same problems. But it is very shocking that problem remains same after getting new device. i really don't understand that what kind of replacement they are giving either fake or real?...I doubt. All the time i have to go again and again for same issue but not getting proper responses from service center manager (Mr. Kaushal, contact no. +91-[protected]) also. they always take 45-50 days to return same problematic device. i have to follow up by calls & visit to nokia care every time. This is worst service from your side, now I have to go Consumer court for complaint as no other choice you people left for me. Before that I just would like to inform higher management of your Nokia care about the topic... ...All the supporting details are given below in additional information block and in attached photos.

                        i purchased my phone NOKIA XL 4 months ago...it took around 1 month to get whatsapp installed in my cell...many times it hanged while picking up the call...when i used two messengers at a time it hanged..i have been to nokia care 5 times from the time i bought the phone...and yesterday i inserted woofer plug in cell to listen the song from phone on speakers..and then short circuit ho gaya..pphone dead...nokia care people are saying to pay 3k for its repair..it is under warrenty period still..this was not at all expected from reputed company like u..i bought such a bulky phone just on the name of NOKIA...i have decided to buy a new phone rather than getting it repaired...very dissapointing...

                            This complaint is regarding my Nokia phone which was deposited in Nokia service centre named 'Durga Communications' situated in 48 Mall Road, Near GTB Metro Station, Ringroad, Kingsway Camp. Delhi-110009. I submitted my Nokia phone (E-5) with Job sheet no. 17739 on 14.01.2015 to the aforesaid service centre due to some display and body problem. I was told that the phone will be repaired and returned within 2 days. However that didn't happen and when I contacted them, they lingered on the issue and asked me to come after 2 days (again). Today is 23.01.2015 and I still haven't received back my phone. I am highly dependent on my phone as all my contacts are in it. I am highly disappointed with the after sale services provided by this company. I demand my phone back and stern action should be taken against the employees of the aforesaid customer care center.                               m using lumia 630 bt m unable to use my sim 2 card slot from starting.. m visited 2 time at care bt they give excuses except of giving solution.. its my 4th lumia device bt in each i took some problems regarding touch, earfone slot, n this time sim2 slot ..

                              at care they usually says that uh hv another problem in ur hndset, first repair that with certain money than only i'll repair ur main problem .. m talking about the nokia care at lucknow park road branch near civil hospital..
                              please solve my problem soon otherwise i'll stop buying lumia sets..
                              do the solution as soon as posible..

                                Dear Sir/madam, Mera microsoft lumia 535 jo 24 December 2014 ko new khareeda tha, jo ki 13 january 2015 ko hi charging problem dena start kar diya pure 12 hrs charging lagaye rahne ke bad bhi uski battery kewal 20% se 25% tak hi charge ho pati thi jabki charger bhi thik hai, iske bad maine apna mobile 17 january 2015 ko Nokia care address:-488/7 nanki gurudwara Dilshad Garden (DELHI) thik hone ke liye diya tha lekin 3 hrs bad hi wapas hi dene ko kaha gaya fir 3hrs bad eh responce mila ki apka mobile nokia ke other customer care jaye aur 2-3 bad mil jayega but aaj 7 din ho gaye aaj tak mera mobile nahi mila hai, 22 january 2015 ko malum kiya to bataya gya ki 12-14 din lagenge wait kijiye, kya microsoft aisi company ha jo ki itna dheere se service provide kar rahi hai, agar eh request accept nahi ki gayi to mai direct nokia corporet office pahunchkar complant darj karunga.Thanks.                                   I have purchased a Microsoft Lumia 535 through online from Snapdeal. Order No. [protected] on 25th April 2015, Item Code : LA129838. But after the use of 3 (three) months, my mobile has been hang and automatically switch ON/OFF then I submitted the Microsoft Mobile service center on 27th July 2015 and Service center was given me a Service Jobsheet including Jobsheet Number :[protected]/150727/002 and Delivery Date is 20th August 2015 but till today the 6th September 2015 I didn't get my device. From 21st August'2015, whenever I call to Service center, they didn't give me proper answer, they told me that within two or three days, within one week etc. you will get your device. After this type of harassment from Nokia Care Center then I was call to Microsoft Customer Care Center and complain them for this harassment (Complain No. [protected]) but result the same. 3 (Three) times I called them and the Customer Care Executive name is Shiva, Saurav, Pankaj always told me that between today 7 PM, within 3 hours technical person will call you but no one can contact me. Now what shall I do for that matter, I am really puzzle for purchased this Microsoft Lumia 535 Mobile. If you give me proper way for solve this problem and getting my device than I am very much thankful to you. Now 1 month and 10 days has been past still I didn't received my device.

                                    Bought lumia1520 model on 4 thsept2014 for rupees39575/-from Amazon.in.nightbefore yesterday i put my handset on charging, next morning when i checked my phone i found some problem in display screen, i went to nokia care manav communication (116_433527)at 2530, hudson lines kingsway camp GTB Nagar delhi 110009.i showed my phone to them they said display screen is been damaged and will replace it if i pay them rupees15536/- and it will take 45 minutes to replace the display screen.when, i informed them that the handset is under warranty they started giving different versions and started making lame excuses that display screen is not in the stock, it will take 2 months time, and when i asked them to register my complaint they said, computer is not working, printer is not working internet is down all blah...etc. they were not interested in registering my complaint or open a job sheet. On my repeated request and repeated insistances they finally registered my complaint and refused to repair my handset, and asked to come tomorrow for job sheet.on my repeated insistance they gave me the job sheet number:[protected]/150121/026.they were arrogant, unprofessional, uncurteous, pathetic people, they are maligning the company's name.i hope, the company nokia which is currently under Microsoft's management will definitely protect their valuable customers rights and resolve the problem and repair the handset or replace the handset .my faith in nokia will grow stonger then before, if they punish the unprofessional people fro nokia care, hope for early reply.thanks and warm regards.                                       My name is B.Naga MalLeswararao cl no [protected], mail id [protected]@gmail.com. I was purchased nokia x2 mobile on nov 2014. But it is not working, restared Repetedly and hanging.I Was Submited to my mobile to ChARAN COMMUNICATIONS for 3 time to resolve the problem bt they cant repared and send my mobille to headoffice for 2 tImes.problem was not rectified custercare peoples gave to very poor responce. Mr Pankaz was not called to me and not massed me. I claimed my boile to replacement, after 10 days they were told to me it is on repair condition. how many tImes I visit to nokia sevice center?, when i purchesd cl it rounding to only for reparing.I Want to replace my mobile please take action.

                                        I purchased Nokia Lumia N925 from Sngeeta store Koppal on dt 27.12.2013 after few months set was not worked same handed over to Hospet care center on.dt.13.12.2014 till today they not serviced nor response what hell what the brand immage I am not interested to recommend friends if you are not solved
