Sir, I am a regular user Nokia Mobile. Recently, I agian purchased mobile Microsoft Lumia 535 (IMEI - [protected]) from hotspot outlet situated at Vastrapur Lake, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India on Jan 7, 2015 and on Jan 11, 2014 the mobile display gone and the mobile stopping working. I handover the mobile to the CelluCom Retail at Ahmedabad and has not received any response (Jobsheet Number[protected]/150113/009). If there is problem in the mobile with 4 days than there is no guarantee that the piece will work better. It must be having some major problem which may come up again and again in future. In this regard, it is my humble request to provide me replacement of the mobile and provide me a new handset. Also, right now I am facing problem without mobile and need an immediate answer and replacement of my mobile. Anticipating a prompt an positive response and quick replacement. This is Pavan Yadav, I got snatched near W-block, Sec-12, Noida while I was coming, They took away my phone which was Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual Sim Black - B-3993222. I tried tracking it through as my tracker was on but since the phone has not been turned on or there is something wrong with it. Can anyone please help me. I have again submitted my mobile to Nokia care. 2nd time the mobile is gone for repair. Plz understand that the software has some problem and now I donot want this model. I cannot afford investing my time, energy and money on keep putting my mobile for repair. last time when my mobile stop working, I took leave and went to nokia care to submit it.

I would like to request you to provide me option so that I can purchase another mobile (not Lumia 535) and the I can pay the difference amount of it.

I bought my lumia 535 from south city mall kolkata on 1st Jan 2015 and now from 13th march 2015 it is giving problems. The IMEI no. is [protected]. I took it to the service centre in kalighat they told me that the they don't have the spare parts for this phone.the phone has many problems like automatic shut down. Battery is draining out insanely fast and charging is extremely slow.Also the phone has a typing problem even after updating it with the new OTA update from Microsoft.I would request you to see to these problems and since it is still in warranty I am request for a replacement of my handset.And I would also like you to note that your servicing centre in kalighat referred me to go another service centre This is not meant of you to do like this you should see that a service centre try to solve the problems first before referring us to another place.So I would kindly request you to replace my handset as soon as possible.

    Myself Ajay, purchased Nokia Lumia 530, a month back. Since then am unable to download any songs from Mix radio. I called the customer care number [protected]. This call was disconnect by a rude speaking gentleman. He was so rude that he didnt even listen to my words, disconnected the call by telling call after 15minutes. Next i called another number [protected]. The call was picked by another person who said, there is a problem, nobody can do anything. He directs me to third party websites which I can download from my android phone itself. Again this gentleman disconnects the phone rudely. These people dont even have basic maners to speak to their clients. These people need to be educated on what job there are doing. Their job is to help out the consumers of the products sold by them. Where is the customer support Microsoft??? Does hanging up the call on customer's face is Customer Support? Maybe you should define a new rule of hanging up call on customer is called Customer service... Not solving the problem of Mix Radio is called cheating of consumers of the product. To retain your already diminishing value of your phones market, please try to scale up in terms of what is promised and the customer support. That might save your ship from Sinking..

        Dear, My self is Anil Agrawal, i went Nokia care for normal query as my key was not working fine. But its very shame to tell you when i came back to my home the screen of my cell was not working fine (This issue was not earlier) so next day i went again and tell them about this, firstly they did not agreed but after half an hour of my hard explanation they agreed and did some thing with my cell but still the issue was same, i requested them to rectify this issue as it was not earlier but they said you just use this 1-2 days more as we do not have any parallel cell to give you so that we can check at our end and will inform you accordingly and then they said come on[protected] we will give another cell, i went on 15-1-14 but they said they do not have any cell right now once they'll get it, will inform me accordingly. But now its 20-1-14 and i still did not get any call/information regarding that as per their advise i have also made 1 more year guarantee and spent 525 for this but still their is no solution. I hope i will get the solution soon on this, please find below the information of my cell.           I had given my Mobile Phone Nokia Lumia 720 for repair at Nokia Care Shimla on 24.10.2014, almost 3 months have elapsed and no information is being provided by the Nokia care. I had also contacted them over mail, and last service request no is 1-[protected]. Further the Nokia Care Shimla is in a habit to evade service Tax, as they advise customers to avoid billing, and I was also advised in a similar fashion, when on the previous occasion I got my phone repaired (dated 04.10.2014). Not only they are providing very poor service, but also work against the national exchequer by avoiding Service Tax, which is a loss to the country. Strict action must be taken against them, and they must be advised to deliver the repaired Mobile handset at the earliest

          Hi,
          I purchase a Lumia 535 in Jan month 2015. After 2 month I am facing touch screen problem. I submitted a mobile in Nokia services center. Nokia services center's employee told me I will take approx on month. Now it going more than 1 month but I didn't got my mobile. When last week I visit he shop he told he will give new mobile. But I want extra money. He wants I will give 525.
          I can't understand why he asking money because it is in warranty period.

                I have purchased Nokia lumia 720. On 21.06.14. After a month o[censored]sage got some technical problem. I went to the nokia Service centre trichy and the OS has been changed on 30.08.14. But also that issue continous so they changed The touch screen and give to me on 15.09.14. After a month that problem again arised so I reset the mobile twice.the problem continous once in a 1 month period of time..so now I have submit my phone at nokia care trichy. On 02.01.15. But still now I didnt get any response from your side.complaint no:1-[protected] my mobile no: [protected] kindly solve The problem as soon as possible .feel free to call me at anytime regarding this.

                  I have submitted my Nokia Lumia 720 Black on November 24th 2014 at Tanjore Nokia care center to Mr.Jayaraj. As per discussion with Mr.Jayaraj he informed me that mobile will be delivered in a week of time. And when I called him in [protected] he informed me that mobile will be delivered in 15 days from the date of submission of mobile. Now its been more than 45 days, he is still telling that it will take more time.And he is telling that he will deliver mobile with different imie number. I don't know to whom I should complaint. Shall i go to police? I am fed up by His behaviour. He is not even responding my calls. My mobile was in warranty Period but it got over I gave it in warranty period so y should i pay.?? He took 1500 rs from and gave another imei Mobil that also without charge. When i charged it in home and found it was not my mobile and found many fault in that mobile so I returned that mobile to him. And still i didn get my mobile back.                     I bought a Nokia Lumia 530 for my wife Mrs Padmavathy Raghavan on 04-10-14 from Nokia Priority Store, Aditya City Centre Indrapuram, Ghaziabad, (global Strategic Partners). Invoice No.1378 dt.[protected]. She went to Bangalore in the last week of December 2014 for attending a family function there. There the phone got hanged and she tried opening the handset to take out the battery and replacing it so that the phone is set right. In the process there is a little crack on the screen and the display is not working and the phone is non functional. My eldest son is under regular treatment from Metro Hospital, Noida. I need to be in regular touch with her. She has put her Sim in the old phone (X2-01) with an adapter and managing the show. To-day she went to the authorised Nokia service centre near Nokia Sector - 15 "Nokia Care" and the representative refused to rectify stating that this is not covered under warranty and we will have to pay Rs.3500/- I will be grateful if you could help us so that I can be in regular touch with my family.                       Hello, This is vijaykumar pandit. I brought a mobile before 5 month ago. after 2 month my touch pad broken. so for original touch pad fixed by nokia care. while fixing touch pad they had created display problem. and some other problem had created. after that i went to that nokia care and asked about that problem then they have changed my display because of its happened by them only so after they have changed my display they have damaged my touch pad while fixing display. ( touch was not working after i got mobile) then after 4 days later i went to nokia care again. for resolve this problem. I have point out manager its happening again and again then they have checked personally then they have changed touch pad second time. now nokia care fixed touch pad again but there was some scratches created inside of touch pad and they have broken my mobiles D cover (body) and display also getting dark shadow right side of the corner. every time they have created problem due this i was very tense. I preferred nokia care only because of i believe on them. but its happening again again with my device. so much time I went there about to resolve issue. but now my mobile not ok and its damaged by nokia care I need take action against nokia care Indira nagar bangalore. please help me and I want new device from them. please take action against that branch.,

                      Still i didnt get any resolution on this issue. My device not working properly. I need clarification on the same. Last time manager of Nokia care Indira nagar Bangalore branch. he told me after 7 days they will call me but 3 week left they didnt call me. How to know the status of my complaint. they will give us or not. if they want again repair so my mind is not ready for that. because again after 1 or 2 month will get problem and they will say your warranty period that what will i do. please device got changed all thing by nokia care now. so I need calrification and ensure it will not get problem. but its not happening. body broken by nokia care and still they didnt call me. manager also treating like this what will i do.

                        I Pushpa Vishnoliya R\O D-35 Kotla Ferozshah (Delhi) submited my charger(Under Warranty) to Nokia service centre for replacement on[protected] but till date I have not received my charger back. Whenever I call to service centre number they always give one excuse that they have not received shipment yet & call us tomorrow. They committed to replace the charger within 20 to 25 days. I am very much irritated with the service of Nokia that they take such a long time to replace a charger only. I have never seen such a poor service from any other mobile company which I am experiencing now with Nokia.                             I brought a lumia 535 mobile one month before... After buying that mobile within four days i given for touch porblem in service centre which in thousand light area near to sathiyam theater..
                            I really hate their responds which they given to the customer...
                            They are treating a customers as dog.. Not at all given respect...
                            More than 25 days still i didn't get back my mobile from service centre... That manager disconnecting my call while im asking status about my handset.. This is what nokia company given training for their employees really very disappointment for nokia customer service... I raised this complaint to poorvika showroom and head office also but there is no reply from them... I dont know for what their are doing busines to cheat peoples huh... I request everyone to don't buy and think about nokia and microsoft mobile... Its not worth for 1 rupees... Its full of cheating...

                            By purchasing this mobile i got alot of tension and blood pressure because of their service... I wont allow anyone to buy nokia and microsoft mobile in family and friends side...

                                i am rahul from jabalpur (m.p.) i bought lumia 535 on 26/12/2014 from nokia prirority store russel chowk. but there was very poor screen quality and sceer was broken while playing game and its no working since its damage. i was go on nikia prirority store but they said it is a physical damage but it was broken while gaming. how could company launch very poor screen quality like this. i want replacement of my phone.

                                  Resp Sir, I have lumia 920 . The problem was liquid damage. So I submit the phone in nokia care pune (BM gadget services). They told me that to solve the problem they need to send the phone head office .and I agree for that. After 20 days they give me phone return and told me that this device cant repair. Then I submit the phone to another nokia care centre on FC road pune. for second opinion as I doubt on that service centre. At that time the FC road service centre told me that somebody remove the IC of your phone. This incident was very hurting me and its damage to my belief on nokia also. Pls. take action on that service centre that is my only request. My phone IMEI no is-[protected] I have purchased extended warranty also.

                                    I bought a Lumia 730 Dual sim phone on 23 Oct'2014. And just after a few days it started to turn off itself like 5 to 6 times a day. I visited the service center on Nov 22, 2014 for the first time to get y problem fixed and since then it's been 1 and half month that I have been asked to submit my device again and again to the service center for repairing(in which device has already been sent to head office also) but they were not able to solve my problem. Now I when I asked them to replace my phone which is still in Warranty as on date (12Jan, 2015 ) they keep on asking me to submit it for repair without promising that if they will fail to repair they will replace it. And I can't spend my whole warranty period leaving my device in the service center for repair. I have all comaplint numbers and written chat saved with me but I don't know where to file a complaint.
