I Had Submit my Phone In Nokia Care Service Center In Vapi.
From Vapi they had told me minimum 12 day, maximum 15 Days (Mo.[protected])
From Head Office they told me maximum 15 days.
I had mail also on this link, But no Status.(http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/mobile/support/contact/email-us/)
On Tue, Jan, 13, 2015 I had CALL they had told me still you wait part is working in Progress) Phone:[protected]

This is Pavan Yadav, I got snatched near W-block, Sec-12, Noida while I was coming, They took away my phone which was Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual Sim Black - B-3993222. I tried tracking it through as my tracker was on but since the phone has not been turned on or there is something wrong with it. Can anyone please help me. I have again submitted my mobile to Nokia care. 2nd time the mobile is gone for repair. Plz understand that the software has some problem and now I donot want this model. I cannot afford investing my time, energy and money on keep putting my mobile for repair. last time when my mobile stop working, I took leave and went to nokia care to submit it.
I would like to request you to provide me option so that I can purchase another mobile (not Lumia 535) and the I can pay the difference amount of it.
