We purchased a new nokia lumia 535 on 25 December 2014 but after 3 days its screen disappeared, this is very disgusting for us that such a new model you launched a month ago not working. We submitted at your nokia care centre on 29 of december 2014 but till today we have not recieved any call or status of my mobile.kindly replace and send a new mobile in place of it. after spending a amount 9, 200 I am still have no mobile. what type of product you have launched ?     my complaint no 1-[protected] Nokia lumia 720 Name Ashwin Dubey Contact no [protected] Date of purchase last 8 month (under warranty) Since from 15 dec 2014 i am waiting for resolution problem but till date no communication for buy handset i spend cash 18800 rs but as we talk about brand i buy but i am totally wrong no more trust on brand due to service due to official use i buy but don't buy Nokia handset its my personal opinion i am happy if Nokia change my handset this is 2nd time in 8 month i am having problem Nokia should realized such a problem in 8 month how the customer satisfied plz i am sharing this to many site my request to resolve it as soon as possible

      the nokia service centre in Rourkela, odisha is unsatisfactory in care. initialy they told to wait for 1 hr for software upgradation for my nokia lumia 520 handset which is within warranty. now they took 2 days but the job is not done, neither they contacted me

        Hello, This is to inform you that I have buyed Nokia lumia 625 dated 12/02/2014 and after its update 8.1 battery is draining too fast. When i went to Nokia care at dhanbad they are demanding job sheet which i had left it in kolkata where i stay but when i say i had to extend my warranty they say sir this we can do without jobsheet. Really disappointed these types of cheating can be expected by nokia but not by microsoft really disappointed and even they are telling me to submit the phone and they will not provide me any spare handset really disappointed after paying 17000 they are not providing me spare handset tottaly pissed off.           DEAR NOKIA CARE, I have purchased a Nokia hand mobile set during Feb 2013 from an authorised seller in Malkajgiri, Hyderabad. it's Model: X2-02, IMEL: [protected] Finding problems of 1) Automatic switching off and 2) No battery back-up, I handed over my set to your authorised 'Nokia Care' service centre at M/S. V. S. Communications # 1-19/FF/1, 1st Floor, Vijaya Towers, Opp. Poulomi Hospital, G-Block Colony, Dr A S Rao Nagar, Hyderabad -500062, Ph:[protected] on 29.12.2014 vide cash bill srl. no. 7393, Job No. 1412 29/005 for repair and paid Rs. 280/- service charge. They gave it back to me on 30.12.2014 i.e 24 hrs, but problems were not solved. Again I handed over the set on 06.01.2015 to them. They promised to solve the problems and gave me back the set on 09.01.2015 i.e., after 72 hrs. Yet, at the time of writing this message to you I find the same problem still continuing. The battery even without any transmission, is discgarging at the rate of about 2 points per 8 hrs. I am now feeling frustrated about the efficacy of your authorised service centre and do not know what to do? And hence this message. Expect your Priority attention. I m using nokia xl ringer of my fone was shutoff and i have gone to service centre located at do batti ratlam mp Services men changed ringer but it was damaged, I have gone again service centre and men said ringer is not available at present you should come day after tomorrow, ok, i went again and answered to me same, I went again service centre after five days and I have told that I m doping job and my working time is 9:30 am to 6:30 pm which is same to your working time so that it is not possible for me that I come again and again daily, service men said again u should come tomorrow .                   I purchased a Lumia 535 on december 20 at Nokia priority store nagercoil. I am facing touch issues with the phone. I contacted Nokia about the issue. They said the issues will be fixed with a software update. After a week I got the update and I have installed it. My current OS version: 8.10.14226.359, Firmware : 02055.00000.14511.22002. Still I having issues. I cant even able to type properly. The keypad is getting is getting clicked automatically, even after I take the hand from the touch pad. I have called Nokia care several times, but they are not giving proper response. They keep on telling software update will fix the issue. But they are not understanding the fact that i already installed the updates. I have contacted the customer care several times, they are not even ready to replace my phone. They keep on tell wait for some time. I don't understand, I have paid money, they sold me a faulty device. But they are not accepting for a refund or replacement. Do the needful things and give me a replacement.

                      Hi, This is to inform you that I purchased a Microsoft Lumia 535 Dual Sim mobile phone on 30th Nov’14 from a Nokia Priority store located in Gaurav Towers, Malviya Nagar Jaipur (Bill No.-052). But unfortunately after 18 days the mobile phone display went off and the device could not be switched on. I went to the Nokia Care Centre located at New Sanganer Road, Jaipur and asked them to get the phone replaced after explaining them the problem, but they bluntly refused to help me and asked me to speak to the customer care via phone. Then on the same day I spoke to one of the customer care executives named "Shikha" and told her about my concern and very specifically informed her that I don't want to get my phone repaired but only want a fresh replacement for same. She then suggested me to deposit the device at the Nokia Centre only and assured me of forwarding the complaint further. As suggested I deposited the phone at Nokia Care (Jobsheet No.[protected]/141220/045)and again informed back the customer care executive the next day that the device has been deposited and again reminded them that I don't want any repair but only want it to be replaced. After few days when I did not receive any revert I called up the Nokia customer care again and asked them about the status. I was again informed that the complaint (Complaint no:- 1-[protected])has been forwarded and I would be contacted very soon, but again even after 2-3 days I did not receive any status update. When I again called up the customer care on 26th Dec'14, I was asked to give them some time and call back again on 5th Jan'15. As requested I called back again on 5th Jan'15 and was informed that the my mobile phone has been replaced and dispatched on 2nd Jan'15 and would be informed once it gets delivered to the Nokia Care located at New Sanganer Road Jaipur. Today at around 5:45 pm I received a call from the Nokia Care that my phone has been replaced and I can collect it now. When I reached the centre to collect it I was shocked to see that even after waiting for 18 days and going through all the mental harassment I was being given a device which was neither looking new from anywhere nor in a box rather was already looking used with a screen guard pasted on it. Thus I refused to accept it and returned back. I do not understand that even after mentioning it very clearly in every conversation I had with the customer care that happened in the last 18 days that I need a replacement for my phone, I was not given a seal packed mobile phone device in place of my damaged phone and was handed over a used mobile phone.                         Hi. I purchased a NOKIA XL cell phone from "The Mobile Store" Outlet in Malviyanagar, New Delhi in September'2014. Since the date I purchased this phone it keeps restarting on it's own with no reason. I even tried to get fixed by submitting my phone at Nokia customer care unit located in Lajpat nagar, New Delhi. They said that it just required system update and the issue would be resolved. So, I allowed them to update my Nokia XL. After coming back from the customer care center it kept restarting on it's own with no reason. So the issue was never resolved by the technical support team of Nokia customer care center. I had already tried to convey them that it's just not system update issue but a faulty piece but they did not listen to me and the only solution the could provide was merely a system update that never fixed the issue. My Nokia XL phone is giving me a hard time as it keeps restarting several time in a day without any reason. There were so many times when I was in between some important work or call it got restarted which is extremely frustrating. I am busy person and I don't have time to run around Nokia customer care centers with this faulty piece specially when the support team of Nokia customer care center are least bothered about your time. The only solution that seems feasible to me is replacing my cell phone ASAP. So, please convey my message to whom so ever it may concern and do the needful.

                          Please pro Sir, I have purchased a nokia lumia 530 in 31st Dec 2014, IMEI No. [protected] within a week, when I was charging or talk within 10minutes the mobile got heated with a high temperature. Then I have submitted it to Nokia Care Centre, I am tired of arguing with the persons at the service center and He said It’s Still not repaired and now its Guarantee period is also Over Which was in 5days from the purchase date. But nokia care centre have never taken it Seriously. They have taken my phone for 5 times till date and kept it with them. I asked them to replace my phone but they are not ready to replace the phone. I am still facing the same problems and lot more as its increasing day by day.

                            on 22/10/2014 i purchased nokia 730 handset from HELLO BROTHERS COMMUNICATION with bill no: 5448 dated 22/10/2014. after a month or so, the handset started getting hung. i went to the shop from where i purchased it. the shopkeeper told me that it will go to the service centre and it took more than a month to solve this problem (as per service centre and shopkeeper). after taking the mobile i tried it and to my surprise it worked only for half an hour and started getting hung. again i went to the shopkeeper again and told him that it seems that nothing has been worked out to the software of this mobile it is still the same. shopkeeper told that i should contact the nokia company. my question is: 1. have i made any mistake by purchasing this mobile ? 2. are the service centre people at jaipur are not educated enough to sort out this issue ? 3. how long will it take for me to use this mobile without any problems ? kindly look into this matter or else i will have to go to the consumer court through my legal adviser. for your kind consideration purchase bill is attached.                             Nokia is like that only,

                            I purchased Nokia Lumia 730 on 16th Feb 2015...and wihthin couple of weeks it started showing problem, camera was not working properly, mobile was getting hung, phone was not getting disconnected, when the call is over. Over heating problem.

                            I showed it to Service center "Sky Link, Pune" they said that there is PCB related issue and Key shorting issue, and they need to send phone to Chennai center.

                            Its so disheartening, that i am not able to use my new phone, even nokia cmplay people is not responding, I raised a complaint in their website, with reference number 1-[protected], all I am getting is a automated reply that someone will contact me, but still there is no response from them.

                            This shows how irresponsible Nokia and Microsoft is and they are not ready to replace the defective product.

                              Sir, I have purchased a nokia mobile hand set model 535 IMEI No.[protected] on date 20.12.2014(Evening) at Bhubaneswar Nokia dealer(copy attached). The display of mobile damaged automatically on 22.12.2014(morning). Hence I demanded for new hand set but refused by the dealer saying Nokia Care Centre will take care of the issue. That is why I have complained at Nokia Care Centre bearing Job Sheet No. G.5912 dated.22.12.2014(copy attached). Till date I have not received my Mobile neither new or repaired. In this regard it is requested to direct your Nokia Care Centre to give me new nokia handset as soon as possible as the above said Nokia mobile was damaged with in 02 days of purchased.                                     Myself-Dr.BINEESH PRAKASH from Trivandrum, Kerala, India. I was using NOKIA LUMIA 625 (bought in July-August 2014---- warranty till July 2015). It suddenly stopped working on 13th December while I was hearing music. On 19th December 2014 my brother took the phone to NOKIA CARE in KARAMANA TRIVANDRUM KERALA. After checking they told him the phone is not having any problem. They told him to put the phone for full charging and switch on after that, so that it will work normally. We tried it at home-No signs of charging, not even able to switch on. The very next day (20th December 2014), I took the phone back to same NOKIA CARE, KARAMANA, TRIVANDRUM, KERALA.This time, the technician told me that the MAIN BOARD of the phone is damaged because of short circuit.HE told me that- they will send the phone to nokia main centre for main board repairing.He also told me that if they are not able to repair it, the company will replace my phone with a new one. The total time period he asked for this was 2 weeks. I agreed and gave the phone. Today (5th January 2015), one employee called me from NOKIA CARE KARAMANA and told me to go there and collect the phone (without repairing) as I have not collected the same even after repeated requests. She told me to take back the phone as early as possible as they will have accounts problem during AUDITING. This provoked me as they were calling me for the first time since I gave the phone there. I pointed out this matter. After 1 hour she called me back and said that I have to pay Rs.1500 for repairing the Main board. I was confused. I contacted the MANAGER-Mr.REGUNATH, NOKIA CARE KARAMANA, TRIVANDRUM over phone and decided to meet him in person. I went over there today and met Mr.REGUNATH. Now he explained me an entirely different story. He said My phone's back case was having a scratch (a pin head size area worn away) and so Microsoft / Nokia wont repair my phone's main board under warranty. He wanted me to replace that back case by paying Rs.1500, so that nokia will repair my main board under warranty. After hearing all this , I decided to take away and throw the phone to my dustbin. Because of this utter nonsense and worst customer care of NOKIA/MICROSOFT, I WON'T BUY A NOKIA/LUMIA PHONE in future. NOKIA/MICROSOFT MOBILE CARE in KARAMANA, TRIVANDRUM, KERALA- the worst nokia care...

                                    I think the same thing happened to Dr. Bineesh Prakash is going to be happen in my case too. My name is AJESH.S. Nokia care job sheet number 12548. In my case it was a simple volume button and sensor complaint. On 21 st December 2014 I took my phone (Nokia Lumia 525) to Nokia care karamana, Thiruvananthapuram. They told me that since the phone is under warranty cover it will take 10 days. After 10 days they are saying that the phone is off to Bangalore for repairing. The again told me to wait for another 14 working days. Now it is the 17 th working day and they have no idea about the status of the phone. They told me to wait till some response from Bangalore based servicing agency. Fed up with the very irresponsible behaviour of Nokia care personnel's. I will never buy any nokia/Microsoft product in future. And to the present nokia users don't give your nokia phone to karamana nokia care.

                                      Hello sir My self Dr. Vishal R Joshi, in October 2014 I’ll purchase Nokia Lumia 1520, then after within 10 days my phone have some display problem and my Lumia is in service station for around 15 days.(old service request number 1-[protected]) Now it’s hardened to inform you that my lumia have again some problem in call receiving speaker, and again my phone is in service station with jobsheet number is[protected]/141218/005. Last time I had send you a detail mail, about my problem, and request you to change my Nokia Lumia 1520.That time from your side this will assure that in future I have to face no further problem and I agree to collect the repaired Lumia 1520. Now the current situation is same, my phone is in service station again. Lumia 1520 is highest ranged phone of Lumia series, and i not expect this result from Nokia and particularly in this price segment it is unacceptable. It is very impenetrable that after spending this much amount you get this result. Let me very clear one thing that this time I want to replace my defected nokia lumia 1520 or get back my money. This time I will not accept the repaired Lumia 1520. I DON’T KNOW WEATHER THIS IS DUE TO NOKIA IS BECOME MICROSOFT OR ERA OF NOKIA IS CHANGING.                                         Hello sir, madam I gave my phone in a Nokia care center for repair of my headphone jack and mic...when I went to get my phone they said that my display was gone while opening and they will repair it free of cost...but when the next day I went to get my phone the are asking me to pay 7k and giving me some lame excuses
