Updated by suren2306 Hai, I am Surendar. I have purchased a Lumia 535 on december 20 at Nokia priority store
nagercoil. I am facing touch issues with the phone. I contacted Nokia
about the issue. They said the issues will be fixed with a software
update. After a week I got the update and I have installed it. My
current OS version: 8.10.14226.359, Firmware : 02055.00000.14511.22002.
Still I having issues. I cant even able to type properly. The keypad is
getting is getting clicked automatically, even after I take the hand
from the touch pad. I have called Nokia care several times, but they are
not giving proper response. They keep on telling software update will
fix the issue. But they are not understanding the fact that i already
installed the updates. I have contacted the customer care several times,
they are not even ready to replace my phone. They keep on tell wait for
some time. I don't understand, I have paid money, they sold me a faulty
device. But they are not accepting for a refund or replacement. Do the
needful things and give me a replacement.
