Dear Madam/Sir,
It’s really painful to write any grievance to NOKIA, who believe “Connecting people”. I’ve a Nokia Lumia 720, which purchased on Oct’13, having some network problem (sometimes network was not available), given my phone to Nokia Care at Ekdali Rd, Gariahat, Kolkata (Infotel Services- 265_504886) on 25th Nov, 2014. The job sheet no.:[protected]/141125/037.
The unfortunate part is, still I didn’t get back my handset. In this last one month, I’ve visited the said Nokia Care 6 times. Every time your efficient people are trying to make me understand by different stories like, my set is in factory because spare parts of Lumia 720 is not available in any service centre or it’ll take little more days and you’ll get it by next few days, etc. When I was impatient by visiting repeatedly with a lot of telephonic conversation and follow up, I’d asked to return my phone in the same condition, as I’d given to them. They returned my phone on 23rd Dec’14 with a condition, where there was no network and it was totally useless for me in that condition. It was more painful when I could understand that there is a wrong intension was playing and they were trying to establish that the phone is not useless and if I do a buy- back offer, they would provide Rs.5000/- for my handset in the same condition.
When they’d estimated first for repair, it was Rs.1900/- on 27th Nov’14, when I’d asked to return back, they told to give only Rs.110/- as inspection charge on 23rd Dec’14, when I understood, without any network, the phone is as good as dead for me, your people given estimated Rs.3200/-, then probably your Centre Manager came and tried to do me a favour and told to provide only Rs.1400/- for repair, without service charge and he promised me to deliver on the next day, i.e.24th Dec’14.
Really I’m not able to understand that how the name “NOKIA” and now “MICROSOFT”, is doing such business or after sales service with such efficient people, where there is no clarity of trust and there is no value of time. I need not to make you understand that now smart phone is not only the medium of communication, there are a lot many other purposes we perform through the phone.
I really don’t know that when I’ll get back my phone and in which condition! If really your grievance cell works, then looking forward your help to get back my phone at earliest with proper condition.

Nokia India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My name is Krishna Naidu, I bought Nokia Lumia-720 mobile on 4th Jan’14 from T-10 shop (Details mentioned below).
Last 6 month am facing issue related to camera on my handset, When I try to open camera it goes to the main window screen.
I had submitted my handset at nokia care center 3 times for the same issue, But still I have not received any permanent resolution for the issue.
I have to take leave from office additionally bear travelling expenses all the way to visit Nokia care center and waste my time resulting into “No Permanent Solution for my issue”.
On 4th Jan’15 my warranty is getting expired, My request for extension of warranty on Lumia 720 handset has been denied. It means in future I need to pay to avail the services for the issue which am facing last 6 month.
I am mentally pissed-off, irritated & highly disappointed.
Request you to looking into the issue and provide me a permanent solution orelse I might have to seek legal help for the same.
