Where as my screen has cracked but when I had been to nokia care they are saying it will cost 7k but my touch is working properlyproperly justwanted to change the digitizer... when they can't replace just digitizer... suggest me plzzzzzz... really worst nokia care center ill suggest everyone not to buy nokia...

    Respected Sir, Madam Well as i have purchased Nokia Lumia 925 from Nokia outlet in Srinagar, J&K namely( M/s Master Arts) under invoice no:08416 on[protected] but from last 6 months its been dysfunctional sometimes as its buttons are not working properly and gets hanged up for at least 1/2 hour, I approached for this to our Nokia Care but they have not been come out with the positive way and due to their non-functional activity my phone is now out of warranty period.I am still facing such inconvenince.So, Please do the needful in this regard.

      sir I want to you inform you that and nokia 630 was handover to electra care [163_433527] Quiet office No 11, Sec- 35 A OPP. khukhiran bhawan chandigarh for power key issue ( power key of nokia 630 is not working) & and Mr. vinod sharma assure me the delivery of nokia 630 after 15 days but till now not get my phone nokia 630 Perivously when i visit their good office i.e 27/12/14 they told me that the part 5214 power key is not delivered by nokia care head office and today 03-01-14 is same answer get from Mr vinod sharma.         after breaking my touchscreen of nokia lumia 620 and I got my new touch screen replaced from nokia service centre dilshad garden, delhi and i was charged ORIGINAL TOUCHSCREEN price that was 3000 rupees... but within 15 days the touchsreen was not working properly, it was having some problem...then i told about this to the same nokia service centre, dilshad garden...and they submitted my phone and said to me that i will get my phone within one week...but unfortunately 13 days have gone and i still didn't get my phone...and the people who are working in that service centre they are good at procrastinating... whenever i call them they say " plz come after 2 days, pls come after 3 days...like this" ... I am just like a handicape without my phone literally..and i m REALLY NOT satisfied with the service provided by them i would say...

          RESPECTED SIR, My name is jithu paulose.i buy lumia 925 on august 29 2014. ] i feel that the phone is too waste.The phone is too much overheating . and no battery back up. sometimes the phone is shudown without any touching. i cant use internet connection due to its overheating. While i call for 10 or 15 mintes the phone heat rapidly and i cant place my phone to my ear.i contact the Nokia Care Centre 120, 4th Floor 1st Main Road, Banerji Road- Kacheripady, Ernakulam, Kerala - 682018. They analyse the phone and they said that they change hardware and software.They grarentied that phone is too safe.One week later the same complaint arises.           Hello Sir,

          My name is Krishna Naidu, I bought Nokia Lumia-720 mobile on 4th Jan’14 from T-10 shop (Details mentioned below).

          Last 6 month am facing issue related to camera on my handset, When I try to open camera it goes to the main window screen.

          I had submitted my handset at nokia care center 3 times for the same issue, But still I have not received any permanent resolution for the issue.

          I have to take leave from office additionally bear travelling expenses all the way to visit Nokia care center and waste my time resulting into “No Permanent Solution for my issue”.

          On 4th Jan’15 my warranty is getting expired, My request for extension of warranty on Lumia 720 handset has been denied. It means in future I need to pay to avail the services for the issue which am facing last 6 month.

          I am mentally pissed-off, irritated & highly disappointed.

          Request you to looking into the issue and provide me a permanent solution orelse I might have to seek legal help for the same.

            Sir I m purchased nokia xl june-14, my phone is under warranty, there was some problem I.e. the power button is not working, I take it my phone to nokia care gurgaon. Sheetla wll opp plaza solitaire, they told me that your power button was damaged inside and this is not covered with warranty you have to pay 870 rs for that, I m told that this is not damaged, if we push power button many times may be power button clip was break... you may b cover it warranty, but they clearly denied and told me to pay the amount other wise you may go... I am such surprised is it the service of nokia I am such a disappointed nokia (microsoft) and realized that my fault that I m purchased nokia such a same for nokia care & Microsoft how they stable in market in this type of ridicules services...

            My Service Request No. is 1-[protected], after i got the call from nokia, they also deny & told me this is company policy, the part will be not covered in warranty, how cheap policy of nokia...

              I had purchased a Nokia Lumia 1320 bearing IME # [protected] on 02/04/2014 from Univercell Telecommunications, koramangala Branch Bangalore vide Invoice # p.b.km/30 Dated 02/04/2014 for 24000.00 including Insurance. On 26/12/2014 I had a Problem with the Mobile showing as no SIM, I went to univercell was informed to take it to Nokia Care. The service centre mentioned that the sim slot has been damaged and has to be replaced which is not covered under warranty as its a physical damage, also the unit has to be send to second level service which takes 10 to 15 working days at a cost of 9k to 10k but not sure it will be repaired and also the service centre was unable to issue me a letter that it doesn't cover under warranty. Even the Univercell shop people tell that there are helpless and what's the use of covering the mobile under insurance, just inclusive of M-Care has been mentioned in the invoice no contact information of the shop or insurance company. The Univercell has mentioned [protected] as Customer Service Number which is switched off. so i think univercell is just cheating the customers as insurance.               Nokia Lumia 1320 IC Integrated Circuit expired within one year of purchse from Mobile world Vashi New Bombay

              Did not work proper even for one year, the warranty expired on 5th of May 2015 & the Integrated Circuit broke down on 11th of May 2015

              Nokia service center at Vashi New Bombay. Kept it for one week and then returned saying we cannot repair
              Most amazing thing is that its parts are also not available in the gallery or other places in the market, appears as if I did not buy any authenticated Indian expensive phone; but I bought some china's local market item under brand of Nokia Lumia 1320.

              Also screen disorders, phone heating up, frequent switch of[censored]se to happen even after 6 months of its purchase

                This is balu from madruai. On[protected] I have bought new nokia lumia 620 mobile (IMEI No [protected]). Very 2nd day itself I faced some problems like memory slot not supporting, conference call not working. So I approached the nokia care center (Sact Communication) in madurai and they asked me to surrender the mobile for service. But I am not ready to surrender because its 2 days old mobile only. After some days many problems occurred like USB not connecting, mobile hanging, touch not working properly, speaker and volume issue, etc... But all are very basic needs for the smart phone. So I approached the service center Sact communication. And surrender the mobile for service. Like that I have surrendered the mobile 3 times for service. 3rd time they couldn’t solve the issue and replace the mobile with IMEI No [protected]. While receiving the replacement mobile itself the USB is not working. They told nokia care center computer will not support for USB and you try with in your home it will work. In my computer also it didn’t work. I sacrificed me and continue to use. After some days same previous issues occurs again. So I surrender the mobile again for service on 19/7/2014. After the service again same issue continues. This time I have surrender[protected] the mobile with video proof. So totally 5 times I have approached for the same issue. For every time they have taken 20-25 days. Till now they didnt resolve the problem and i am using the smartphone without USB port, voice issue. But still my in under the warranty period.

                Now nokia customer care is not ready to provide standby. They got a money from me for extra warranty period but not ready solve the problem in my mobile. Then why u asking money for extra warranty period and cheating the customer.

                    This is regarding your service provider Goldwin mobiles staff.I had gone there 10 days back for a problem in my Nokia lumia -525 which was having display problem.The person there (bearded one)checked up and gave an estimate of 400Rs for changing the middle switch which he said was defective.I asked him why he was charging more for a small switch he said that since the software version has been upgraded it will be also done&hence the estimte is more.Since I was to travel next day I did not give the mobile.Today when I went for the same to Nokia care the same person today said only switch will be changed for the amount and for software upgradation separate charge will be there&flatly denied having said the same 10 days back.I did not give the same to the said shop.Kindly take up the issue with the service provider.We are committed customers of Nokia since last 10 years V.Gowri shanker mail [protected]@gmail.com mob-[protected], [protected]. shop name-Goldwin mobiles, no.11, first floor, famous complex(near post office), MG Road, Hosur-635109, Tamil nadu Hoping to hear from you.

                        Hello there, I am vinoth from madurai. Recently my brother Bought me a microsoft lumia 535 from poorvika mobiles, simmakal madurai. The Purchase date of the mobile is 16.12.2014 and its now nearly ten days. Problems faced: Worst touch Ensitivity Gesture movements are not working properly Apps are opening witthout my knowledge Hearing problem and not able to hear only through loud Peaker. Many problems. About poorvika show room in simmakal They are not even able to Fully recognise my phone problem. They are speaking very harsh. The first Thing they are saying nokia customer care. If i am having like this problem After one month i can directly go to customer care, within 10 days how could be A product is so faulty. According to them if the problem come within 4 days you Will get replacement. How could we suspect the problem within 4 days hence this Phone getting lot of problems day by day. About nokia care They simply said touch is problem will get within 20 days. I Dint wait and paid them. I bought it with lot of expectation, but now all got Drained, but the thing is if am getting my touch problem rectified tthen what About the problems which i mentioned above when will get rectified. Then the Question is why should i buy this phone. Do you ever imagined your first touch phone getting worse From the day you bought? Worst product of nokia and microsoft. Worst customer service of poorvika (Simmakal show room) madurai And customer care of poorvika Nokia care. I need replacement for my mobile.                           Dear Madam/Sir, It’s really painful to write any grievance to NOKIA, who believe “Connecting people”. I’ve a Nokia Lumia 720, which purchased on Oct’13, having some network problem (sometimes network was not available), given my phone to Nokia Care at Ekdali Rd, Gariahat, Kolkata (Infotel Services- 265_504886) on 25th Nov, 2014. The job sheet no.:[protected]/141125/037. The unfortunate part is, still I didn’t get back my handset. In this last one month, I’ve visited the said Nokia Care 6 times. Every time your efficient people are trying to make me understand by different stories like, my set is in factory because spare parts of Lumia 720 is not available in any service centre or it’ll take little more days and you’ll get it by next few days, etc. When I was impatient by visiting repeatedly with a lot of telephonic conversation and follow up, I’d asked to return my phone in the same condition, as I’d given to them. They returned my phone on 23rd Dec’14 with a condition, where there was no network and it was totally useless for me in that condition. It was more painful when I could understand that there is a wrong intension was playing and they were trying to establish that the phone is not useless and if I do a buy- back offer, they would provide Rs.5000/- for my handset in the same condition. When they’d estimated first for repair, it was Rs.1900/- on 27th Nov’14, when I’d asked to return back, they told to give only Rs.110/- as inspection charge on 23rd Dec’14, when I understood, without any network, the phone is as good as dead for me, your people given estimated Rs.3200/-, then probably your Centre Manager came and tried to do me a favour and told to provide only Rs.1400/- for repair, without service charge and he promised me to deliver on the next day, i.e.24th Dec’14. Really I’m not able to understand that how the name “NOKIA” and now “MICROSOFT”, is doing such business or after sales service with such efficient people, where there is no clarity of trust and there is no value of time. I need not to make you understand that now smart phone is not only the medium of communication, there are a lot many other purposes we perform through the phone. I really don’t know that when I’ll get back my phone and in which condition!                                   I am Gayathri V Raju. I bought Nokia Lumia 525 just 5 months before. And from the very beginning itself my phone used to get overheat and it becomes battery get low very fast.2 months back my phone got switched off all of a sudden.To my surprise, when I got it to charge it was showing the symbol of an empty battery and it never got charged and the phone's still switched off. And I got the worst experience from Nokia Care. I submitted my phone on Nov 4, 2014 in Nokia care, Kottayam.I got a call from nokia care saying that my phone's repaired and i got it unrepaired ! It was having the same complaint. Now It's been 2 months I took it over to them and they are paying the least attention.Please help me to get my phone back soon

                                    I have purchased NOKIA XL in JULY month. There are 2 problems from the time of purchase:- 1) The people on the other side of the call are unable to hear my voice during a call. My voice can be heard very low and not clear. 2) The display of my phone blinks some times and the images get broken. I think there is some problem with the display. I am myself an advocate. I am using nokia phones from past 10 years. Please correct my problems. Thank You

                                      sir i have bought 3 nokia lumia 730 on 19 dec 2014 phone awesome good looking but the problem is in one hand set in which the sound is not clear while making or receiving call it seems that the front speaker is damaged kindly short out this problem as soon as possible...

                                        Hi team I own a nokia lumia630and i am facing problems with it. i went to nokia care numerous times and they were unable to help me.yesteday i went to the nokia care at barrackpore kolkata and i had the worst experience in my life. the lady rep was rude and did not listen to my issue and started saying that we will not be able to help you. i am faing network issue with this phone and i have compared with othee nokia630 devices with same service provider. i even tried to exchange the sin cards and found that the ixsue is with my set. please let me know if i can get help at mokia or do i have to go through consumer fourm. i expect an answer please reply.
