    Hi Am using Nokia Lumia 720 (Microsoft Lumia). For past 20 days its automatically working. I got the mobile through flipkart and by using that i asked in Nokia Care coimbatore they said that Mobile is in good condition. but the problem is repeated. The problem is it is automatically working not only the keys total touch automatically works with my touch.

      Hi Nokia India, I had been a hardcore fan of Nokia and had never used any other Brand Except Nokia in the past 15 years, even today I have 4 Nokia mobiles at home. But this is the first time I regret buying Nokia Lumia 720. I bought Nokia Lumia 720 September 2013 and had used it for more than a year, in first year itself it started giving problems line phone was getting hanged / volume key not working etc... I visited Nokia Care at IRLA Andheri and got the same repaired (the experience was not that great). I enquired about extended warranty but no one helped me, rather I was discouraged. Later in Nov’14 first week touch screen started giving problems, lower part of the screen was not responding. I visited Nokia Care at IRLA but again response was pathetic, I was told touch screen and panel comes together and has to be replaced and the new one would cost around 7.5 K and would take around 3-4 working days. I was not convinced I checked online and found that touch screens are available in the range of Rs.1500/-, I visited other Nokia care centers and everyone is asking for around 7.5 K plus minus 100 odd rupees. I realised couple of my friends who were using Nokia Lumia 720 were facing the same touch screen issue post end of warranty period. This was enough to convince me that the life of touch screen is hardly a year. Based on my trust on the brand and its service levels I decided to get the same replaced thru Nokia Care Center and on 7th Nov, I got the touch screen replaced from your Nokia Care at Borivali West, Yesterday I was sitting at home and was having a cup of tea and my phone slipped from my hand, when I picked up the phone screen was broken. It was shocking as, I heard a lot about its glass quality – Gorilla Glass which doesn’t break easily, moreover my phone was with Flip Cover. It is hard to believe that how can a Gorilla Glass touch screen got broken, that too with a flip cover and a fallen from a mere height of 2 feet. This clearly indicates either the touch screen was not properly fitted or it was of sub standard quality. Looking at the complaints, I believe lot of people are facing such problems, I now regret the day when I decided to get my phone repaired at a bomb price of Rs.7.5K, I should have opted for a new phone. Firstly I don’t understand why someone should pay Rs.7.5K for a 16K phone. Secondly, I have doubts on the capabilities of your Nokia Care executives. I suggest, since you are charging heavily for such repairs, you should give an option to the user for replacement of damaged phone with a new one. Although I am a die-hard fan of Windows Mobile, I believe I have no other choice besides moving to other brand with Android or any other OS. I still have one Nokia C7 and using the same for the past 4 years without any problems. I strongly believe that you as an organisation had compromised on your core strengths i.e. product quality and service as a result people had moved to other brands. I want my phone to be repaired free of cost, as It is hard to believe that how can a Gorilla Glass touch screen got broken, that too with a flip cover and a fallen from a mere height of 2 feet. This clearly indicates either the touch screen was not properly fitted or it was of sub standard quality. IMEI No of my Noka Lumia 720 is [protected] Please revert with a solution asap...         I had given my lumia 630 handset for Repair on 18.08.2014 at nokia care ghaziabad, and since then following up for return of handset, i spend 14231/- and now having nothing In my hand, I really not able to understand, how long does It take for the handset to repair, the services of nokia care is really poor. please arrange to return my handset on high priority

            Guys please do not buy any Nokia/Microsoft mobiles they are charging very badly on spare parts and it is not any use. I had Lumia 720 and it brodke by dropping from car seat onto the mad and got a crack. Foolish for 16k phone they are asking to pay9k for screen to get replaced. By this price you could have brought a Experia which I did. I just left that Nokia 720 mobile in shelf. Believe my Guys Nokia/Microsoft both are stupid companies. Who will buy a spare part for 5)5 of the mobile cost. If you would like to buy it then go ahead else please go with Samsung/Sony. Tried to contact many service centers and all were saying screen and digitizer must be changed only if digitizer is also broken and LCD is working fine. Can't beliver it.

              I have buy a nokia xl new after 2 month its display. Gonna white i take it service center it take25 days to repair then 2 month its volume. Key damage. Automatically. I take it to service center. It says the key is damage. That they say no warranty. Then after 1 week my internal storage was also not working and what should i do my money has goan into water then what is warranty.                   I purchased Nokia 108 on 19 Oct 2013 from Flipkart .com . Since than it has been having problems and has been repaired four times by HARMONY RADIO (BOMBAY) PVT LTD(750_504867). But now finally exactly after one year on expiry of warranty i am forced to throw it off because now Nokia care has refused to repair it forget about changing it. It is cheating and I blame NOKIA, Flipkart and Nokia repair center M/S Harmony Audio for it. SO I SUGGEST PLEASE DONT BUTY NOKIA EVER ESPECIALLY FROM FLIPKART.COM AND NEVER EVER SENT IT TO HARMONY AUDIO MUMBAI FOR REPAIR

                    I bought new Lumia 730 at the end of november. In starting it was workiing all good but then it stopped going on ''aeroplane'' mode and contact name of whatsapp started to vanish. I visited Nokia Care a few times, they just format it, reset it or update my mobile. But the problem is occuring again and again. I have faith in Nokia and I want an immediate action from Nokia.

                        Respected sir, I am Harshal Kishor Ingale I want to lodge my complaint against Nokia Service and Product I own Nokia Lumia 1320 worth Rs.20, 000/- I bought it on 19th june 2014... In just 7-8 months, literally I visited service center 13 times... I've complained against this in Nokia support website on 24th november... after lodging complaint, one person from Nokia called me n said that our complaint will be passed to higher authority and they will call and they told me to deposit my mobile to service center... I've deposited my mobile in service center on 25th november to nokia service center, Vashi... and they sent my mobile to Nokia Service headquarters, Chennai.This is the second time of sending my phone to Chennai... Even after 20 days of lodging complaint on nokia website...they are not giving me any type of response... and even after visiting service center 13 times, they are not agreeing that device was faulty and they are not giving me replacement of phone I have joined some photos of my phone in faulty condition Contact no:-[protected] Email-id:-harshal.[protected]@gmail.com please help Me! i would be thankful to you if you help me!!!
                        Nokia Lumia 1320 IC Integrated Circuit expired within one year of purchse from Mobile world Vashi New Bombay

                        Did not work proper even for one year, the warranty expired on 5th of May 2015 & the Integrated Circuit broke down on 11th of May 2015

                        Nokia service center at Vashi New Bombay. Kept it for one week and then returned saying we cannot repair
                        Most amazing thing is that its parts are also not available in the gallery or other places in the market, appears as if I did not buy any authenticated Indian expensive phone; but I bought some china's local market item under brand of Nokia Lumia 1320.

                        Also screen disorders, phone heating up, frequent switch of[censored]se to happen even after 6 months of its purchase

                                Respected Sir/Ma'am, I, Sandip Mondal (Mob. No.-[protected]) Purchased a Nokia Lumia 720 (ESN/IMEI:: [protected]) from Naskar Mobile Store on 7/5/2013. But unfortunately I faced Touch Pad Problem on December & taken to Nokia Care Ekdalia Road, Kol-700029 and almost after 3 Month luckily I got a call from Nokia Care that the phone is replaced. On 29/03/14 I received an Exchange unit of lumia 720 (ESN/IMEI:: [protected]). Now after 5 months I again faced the same problem (touch pad, Volume down key not working) & for this I again visit the same nokia care on 25/08/14. They provide me the job sheet and a loaner phone with the assurance of faster service but I cant understand the meaning of faster service and now I can cause after lots of phone call and follow up last week they handed over the phone and when checked then find out microphone not working and the surrounding area of camera lens is scratched with the all previous problem. Now The Executive (Mr. Abhijit >mob. no.-[protected]) harassing me with some bla bla timing and atlast I have to hear that come next day again and till now I don't have my phone. Actually I cant understand whether I bought that phone for using or kept it with Nokia Care. Its my humble request please take the all necessary step and return back my phone in a proper condition.                                   Myself Shashank Pawar from Pune, I purchased Nokia Lumia 925 on 17/09/2013. It costs Rs. 28167 at the time of purchase. A week ago on 07/12/2014 the phone hangs and wasn't responding even on off button so i shut down the phone using Volume Down button and Power key the Phone Switch off and never starts again. I gave my phone in Nokia Care Center at Pune ( Nal Stop Area ) for repairing. almost after 5 days i got a call from them to collect your phone and its not going to Repair or else we have to give the phone in Nokia Head Office which will cost almost Rs. 9200 ! Its surprising to hear the price of repairing. After a year and 2 months i am thinking i lost my Rs. 30000 for that phone. The person from Nokia Gallery refuses to give any sort of receipt for this. So i am hopeless now. So I dont know what to do now. I took so costly phone because of the brand name but i am seriously feeling my decision was wrong. Now nobody taking this thing as their mistake. Please suggest me something what should be my next action. As i am not going to take this issue so lightly. A phone for rs. 30000 which lasts within a year is not good business.                                     Hello, I m Shailendra Kumar Pal, bought NOKIA LUMIA 720 in October 2013 and used it very well but in between May-June 2014 I found problem of phone hang/rebooting etc. and send it to Nokia Service Centre and got my phone back after 20-25 days and after using it for one month my phone was completely dead and again i send it to Nokia Service Centre for replacement and they handover my handset after one month with IMEI No. swap and guarantee by Nokia Care Line that phone was completely changed with all new internal parts. After using it for few days again i found many problems like network drop, rebooting, hang after that i spoke to Nokia Care Line and they told me to submit my handset and provide them job sheet no. so that they can replace my handset with the brand new one but from 7th October, my handset remains with that service centre and there's no response from them. I had extended my handset's warranty but most of the time it remains with nokia care now I am irritated by this type of behaviour, this kind of service and yes with this brand NOKIA. Now after more than 2 they have already taken to resolve my issue, I had received call form Mr. Chandrakant on 05/12/2014 he told me that company has resolved my issue and finally company will give me the brand new handset within a week, I had received call from Nokia Care Centre that my new handset is arrived in their centre, but when I was go there to take handset they provide me the old one after reaping of the existing handset, I refuse to take that handset and call to the Nokia Care line to raise the complain again, So now still I didn't get my solution till now, Now continuously I got false commitment from you people, That's why I want that to go to the option 2 or 3 I want you to do this favour to me that:- 1.Eeither my handset will replaced by the brand new one. 2. I can buy any other phone with the difference borne by me. 3.Please give me my money back asap.                                       I have bought NOKIA 530 on 7th September. Just in one month its LCD become white on right upper corner. I shown this problem to Nokia Care, They checked the phone and said that LCD will be changed. They changed it and return on second day. Now again after 20 days same problem is reported. I do not know what do now after buying this phone. I have again go to customer Care. I feel if Nokia knows that their is a fault in their product Nokia 530, they should replace it with new one. It is very bad that I am running to Nokia care for getting my phone repairers, I am wasting my time and money now. Dr.Apurva Anand [protected]

                                        Dear, sir/madam This is inform to you I had purchased Nokia Lumia 625 on 13 December 2013, in my new cell there are many scratches and after few date it’s broken than I submitted in care center they say it’s physical problem and given charge of them. After few months I face new problem, On 21 may 2014, I submitted my cell on Nokia care center for the sensor not work, battery backup very low only 3-4 handset heating on the backside while keeping in standby and then battery discharge, After repairing they gave me on 28 may 2014. Now, again new problem come in my hand set, while receiving the call set imp. Auto vibrates continuously 15 minute /low battery. Back up while using internet only 2 hr. handset heat on surfing/dialed number name hidden show, song multiple show, mmc problems, it’s submitted on 8 dec. 2014.till date my handset is in care center. You can see that in one year how many problems come in handset. After repairing care center gives same handset, they don’t provide me new handset. During one year I’m not satisfied to this handset, fully frustrated. After that many problem come in my handset within one year, how can I believe in future no any problem come in my handset, so please provide me new handset Nokia lumia series. I’ll pay you additional amount if you given me new handset. So I request you take immediate steps to resolve my problem. Kindly response from you as soon as possible.
