I Bought nokia lumia 1520 in april 2014 from nokia priority, within 3 months it started having hanging problems and buttons used to press on its own, nokia care in belgaum formatted my phone and gave it back, but the problem did not resolve. Again i contacted them, they told phone's auto touch pad need to be changed and for that part to come from company it will take a week. I gave my phone on 5th november, that part came by 10 december(more than 1 month). And still the problem is not resolved instead now nokia care is saying that auto touch pad reimbursement is a problem since my phone is under warranty period. Apart all that my phone is still not working with that new auto touch pad and now they are saying the vibrator of my phone is also not working!! My phone's service referral number is[protected]/141211/029 and jobsheet number is [protected]. I have just used my phone for a period of 3-4 months and i had so many problems. Plus they say i am a premium customer since i hav bought a 40000rs phone!! I wonder what is normal customer service. Had it been apple, they would had replaced my phone the very next day. I am fed up of calling nokia care every other day. Kindly look into the matter. In the end if i dont get any results i would be forced to move legally.

    I baught nokia x2 it is in warrnty now some how my charger is not working so i went to service center no.752 at padav, gwalior, m.p. india but they rfused my complain becoz i was asking to get charger hand to hand but they were asking for 40 days hence they beheved improper with me even they denied to update my phone also plz take any action against them and replace my charger earlier, otherwise i will go to conjumer forum.       I purchased Nokia XL fromJUMBO ELECTRONICS, V3S MALL on dated 05th July, 14 after 5 months usedbattery problem rising in the handset. I have gave the mobile dated 09.12.14 tothe Service Solutions- Nokia Care, Zandhu Tower, R-30/31, IInd Floor, LaxmiNagar, they said to me that battery problem in it, &amp; they would give methat in evening same day, I agrred, butafter 2 or 3 hours they called me up &amp; said that is mobile became dead bymistake &amp; it will be return in 25 days after repairing, my new mobile is damage byService solutions- nokia care centre &amp; why I suffer for that, the phone isgiving problem in warranty period &amp; also giving service poor. So I don’twant suffer anymore &amp; so that I want full money back of Mobile purchasing.         My name is surendra verma & my mobile no is - [protected] My nokia lumia 920 phone was accidently dropped by me on road & its screen was damaged so i replaced the screen from nokia care center, i paid 12500/- for that, i was satisfied with the screen so i took the phone to my home, later i realized that my phone is working only on 2G network and not on 3G network, i visited several times to nokia care to resolve this issue but every time they sent me back stating that its your network connection or sim problem & your phone is fine, we cant do anything about this ... i called airtel my service provider and they said that 3G network is ok, so i thought may be my sim is corrupted so i bought a new sim but the problem remains the same, i found that my sim is working fine on 3G network when i tried it on a different phone so i visited nokia care center again and showed them that my sim is working on 3G in different phone, seeing that they took my phone to repair, after 20 days of waiting they handed my phone to me & said that phone cannot be repaired here and if you want to repair it from our head office then it will cost you 7, 999/- & it will be repaired with 100% guarantee, i said ok i will pay 7, 999/-, i submitted my phone on 18 oct 2014 and after kept me waiting for two and half months they are saying that my phone cannot be repaired ...my question is why you kept my phone for two and half months when you cannot repaired it ?? why my phone cannot be repaired if i am ready to pay the repairing charges ?? why was false commitment was given to me that this time it will be 100% repaired, i have not received the phone as i want it to be repaired at any cost, i already spent 50, 500/- ( Handset -38000 + screen - 12500) on my nokia phone and i want it to be fully repaired, if you cannot repair it then issue me a fresh nokia phone Details are :- Compliant no - 1-[protected], Job Sheet No[protected]/141008/022, Dated -18/10/14, IME No -[protected], Service center - Unnati customer care Subhash nagar shopping centre, shastri nagar, jaipur, Ph[protected],

          This is regarding problem with my NOKIA 720 (serial/MB No.[protected]) which is under warranty. Sir i have purchased this phone in the month of May but since then the phone was not working properly. Hence, i have given this for repairing in your vellore service centre as i am studying in VIT, Vellore, Tamil Nadu. Those guys promise me to get it repaired within 15days but after several calls they had returned my phone after 2months and that too without getting it repaired from Chennai nokia branch. Then i have approached your service centre in 5A/1, Tilak Nagar, Opp. Police Station, New Delhi -18 on[protected]. They have also promised me to get it repaired within less than a month i.e.[protected]. but after so many visit they have not repaired my phone. Please tell me why should i not go to consumer court as after so many requested none of your centre is serious to solve the problem of their customer. An early reply in this matter will be appreciated.

            Hi, I am rahim from bangalore.. I own a Nokia lumia 720.. I thought of big expectation and changed my Samsung galaxy s3 and bought this one just 3 months back... My phone just slipped from my hand and just fell down.. So sad to say that the display glass got broken... And I have to pay a large amount to fix it up... I need to get it replaced as soon as possible.. I need it free of cost as I trust Nokia...

              I am filing a complaint against Nokia, only after suffering for about 3 weeks. I bought a Nokia Lumia 720 almost an year back and unfortunately got the screen cracked 3 weeks back. On contact Nokia Care they told me it would not be possible to repair it indefinitely as the Lumia 720 screens are not available with them. On contacting Nokia Care Line, they took my complaint and promised to provide a resolution in a week. Then I got a call from one Ms. Aparna saying that they would get me a resolution after one more week. After that I have been waiting for more than two weeks to hear back from them. Taking loyal customers for granted would not result in any gain for Nokia. If they are not able to provide me service, they should take the handset back. They cannot expect customers to buy a new handset every year considering the huge price attached to their phones. The market leaders like Apple, Samsung are servicing phones in an hour and giving back, while as a Nokia customer I have to keep following up with them. REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH NOKIA!                 Hello Nokia ! I have a display problem on my nokia xl dual orange phn from past 15 days and moving around the nokia care centers from one to another but your nokia care even not willing to receive my complaint and saying we dont have the parts or spares whatever ! and behaving like anything ! its ridiculous, they are saying its a half an hour job to do and suggest to go for another city ! are you people mad ? am staying in cuttack where 2 to 3 nokia care s are thr still they are suggested me to go bbsr ! .you CARE for your customer that is why you are sitting here, not that we are going to nokia care to see your beautiful faces, you shouldbe polite humble and concern towards your customer if not then stop sitting thr .what is the meaning of opening of nokia care in different places ??? please I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible other wise for sure one day nokia will recognize for its very very bad service.

                  I have an nokia lumia 920 divice purchace after 1 year, suddunly one day may handset was fully over haet and goes dead so iam visited nearest nokia athorised service center and submited handset for this issue and after 20 days nokia care prividing me change 920 handset replace but there are same issue in handset same day so resubmiting me this divice in nokia care center and agian after 25 days my handset is in repair coindition but this time handset is very bad bihaviure like than on dispay is smily show so pleas suggest me what can i do...

                    Nokia xl features are bad compare with nokia x2, I need nokia xl 3G both the sim, 1.2ghz, 720p recording and 1gb ram.nokia xl worldwide worst phone.I am totally dissatisfied the Nokia device.future I am not able to purchase nokia device I am telling the cheating to my friend he says why you are nokia it's waste phone you know asus mobile its better features and functions so you sold the nokia xl to buy a asus or xedmini mobiles.i am totally upset that mobile.i am already this cheating published on Facebook.nokia cheating to nokia xl customers Nokia cheating to the nokia xl customers nokia cheating to the Nokia xl customers cheating cheating cheating cheating cheating.no improve the nokia device.better features why nokia x2 price is low?you buy which mobile nokia xl or Nokia x2?

                        I am highly suffered with Nokia / Microsoft service, my handset Nokia Lumia - 720 in warranty, i deposit mobile in service center with problem display touch screen automatic work, at Civil lines Allahabad on 01/11/14 they are check and return me on 11/11/14 but problem is same, again service center say that it send to our gurgaon office and it is received at gurgaon office on 20th November/14 as says service center employee, after the regular followup with service center and tollfree no. no satisfactory reply to give me.

                        Team, Nokia is no. one brand in world but its service facility is very poor, in one month i am mentally disturb with your poor service response, please check and give me time and date when will be my mobile receive ...

                          Dear Concern, I had given for Nokia Lumia 620 handset, Serial / MEI No. [protected] for repairing to Nokia Care (Shree Balajee Enterprises(184_433527), B-7, Ist Floor, RDC Rajnagar, Ghaziabad (U.P.[protected] on 18.08.2014 Jobsheet no. 727..since them i am regularly following up with them, but till date i have not received my handset back. Meanwhile even Nokia care has also shifter to c-64 Rajnagar Ghaziabad. Every time when i visit the Nokia Care, i am asked to wait for some more time as the handset is send to H.O for repairing, Its been more than 03 months and i don't know the status. Please confirm is it the services (after sale) you people are offering to the customer..I 'll nevery suggest anybody to go for NOKIA Handset because of its poor after sale service..                             Model: X6 Pathetic Customer Service: Syona service center, Vashi Navi Mumbai · The Service Center said they no longer manufacture spare parts for this model · What sort of service is this, we are in 21st century for god’s sake where resolutions are expected fast, I think you guys are employing stupid or plainly trying to cheat people. · I thought Services will improve after Microsoft bought Nokia, but looks like they have degraded rather than improve, this way Nokia will bring down the image of Microsoft also. Conclusion is this: I have been cheated by Cheaters and lost trust in Nokia will ensure neither my wife nor any family members buy from this Cheater company any products.

                              Hello. I am very much disappointed with Nokia India. I Bought the Nokia Lumia 1020 at Rs 44, 000/- on 08/01/2014. Till now i have faced no issues. but recently i have noticed 2 "faint lines" on my display screen. Those faint lines are visible only if we See very carefully on white background. it is from internal screen itself. phone is never damged. no dent..no scratch. i have visited my nearest Nokia care services which is Located in Panvel, Near Gandhi hospital, Adhirat solutions. They are not giving me the service, They are telling on the Microsoft Warranty check site..it is showing Out of warranty. But According to my original bill, Phone is under warranty. I dont understand what to do. This is really a cheat & fraud with the Customers By Nokia. i am having A proof of purchase, Which is in under warranty.But on their system it is showing out of warranty. what the hell is this?? I am in the loss. I am expecting some positive effect from u all. Hope you will resolve my issue. Or I have No option Rather than moving Court. I have also made a complaint on nokia technical support team. my complaint number is 1-[protected]. Imei no.- [protected] I repeat again..According to bill it is in warranty..but on microsoft warranty check site..it is showing out of warranty. please help me.

                                I have purchased Lumia 530 set on first week of November, immediately after 2 days I have noticed that the set is having problem of restarting frequently while running any application.                                   I purchased from MOBILE POINT (ROHINI SECTOR - 17) Nokia XL after 3 months problem is coming in the handset. I given the phone to the Nokia Service Station they kept 3 days with them, after 3 Days they returned the phone as usual without rectifying after I gone to Shop from where I purchase the phone he is saying give m3 6000 Rupees I will rectify.                                       Very bad service which I'm getting from nokia service center at Jalgaon location. I had given my phone to repair the volume keys and the outcome which i got is they damaged the sim card slot not even repair the keys and now telling that it will not work anymore.
