I had purchased a lumia 610 in November 2012 at a cost of Rs. 12, 400/- (for which i have the bill). Initially I encountered some problems with the handset and on contacting Nokia Care, they failed to oblige if I didn't get my warranty extended. Henceforth, after getting the extended warranty of 2 years (for which i have the bill), the handset continues to give me problems every now and then. I have to visit Nokia Care at least once every month! Recently, the speaker of the handset stopped working. When I contacted Nokia Care (on 30.10.2014), they said the handset had been taken off the market and hence its spare parts were unavailable. They gave me a Nokia Lumia 520 instead (on 14.11.2014) after a period of 15 days claiming to doing me a favour by replacing my old handset with a new one. But the Nokia Lumia 520 is not in good condition. Its battery is not charging and the handset switches off automatically after every half hour. The bottom light of the windows symbol is also not working. The back cover is so loose that it comes off on its own. It also seems to be an old handset with scratches. I had bought my Lumia 610 at a cost of Rs. 12, 400/- but the cost of this handset is just Rs. 5999/- (http://www.flipkart.com/nokia-lumia-520/p/itmeyfpbsg7tajzj?pid=MOBDJ4ZNAPHAUMSH... This is not the only instance when a product has been taken off the market and the company has to provide a suitable replacement for the satisfaction of the customer. But no other company in the world would be replacing their out-of-the-market products with cheaper ones. I have spent a hell lot of time getting the Lumia 610 fixed. But the company seems to take its customers for granted.

    Dear team, I bought a Nokia Lumia 520 in the month of december 2013 which anyhow stopped working so finally I took it to a nokia authorised service centre near Gariahat, the address for the same is (INFOTEL SERVICES 1 ekdalia road, kolkata-700019). I submitted the phone on 7/04/2014 and the JOB SHEET NO. for the same is 140407/038) they finally handed over the phone to me after 8 long months on 11/11/14.I send a peon of my office to collect the phone being it was a busy day for me, they didn't even entertained him to show weather the phone is working or not and asked him to leave with the phone.They even charged me full amount 1250/- when the manager for this particular service center Mr Avijit Chatterjee said me he wont charge me anything being they have taken so much time to mend this.He even insulted and humiliated me in front of other customers.I am not going to leave this issue. I am going to file a police complain against the franchisee, your service station manager Mr Abhijit Chatterjee and I am even taking this issue to the Consumer Court.I am not going to leave it at any cost.I need a log sheet that what through my phone has gone all this 8 long months and why the same is not mended till now???

        Bought phone on 23rd nov 13 and while charging phone went off, and didn't respond as phone is under warranty nearest Nokia Care denied to repair the phone, claiming that it got moisture and given estimate of 6800 inr to repair the phone .As per my knowledge phone was in proper care.

          My mobile Nokia Lumia 520 are not working well as the start button are not working.I went to your Nokia care which is in Noida sec-2. And the person who is setting there said that you have to pay 750 for reparing the phone because of liquid problem. However my phone is in warrenty period.Then i contact to Nokia care manager Sunita ..She also replies the same. What can i do? [IMEI:[protected]]

            Dear Sir/Maam, I have purchased the Nokia 107 Dual Sim from Yashvi International, Ranchi dated : 17/10/04 having invoice no. 2306. Currently I am facing problem with Audio & Vibration (No Vibration). I visited Nokia service center on 25/10/2014 where they replied it will be exchanged and you will get new phone via Yashvi International. When I visited there on 18/10/14 he kept my phone and told me that it will be exchanged within 10-12 days. Again when I enquire about my complaint status he told me that company told him that warranty of this phone expires. Can you explain how my phone's warranty expire since I have purchase the seal pack phone in the month of March 2014 & phone is manufacture on October 2014.               I bought a NOKIA 1520 about 2 months . Its been a month i complaint in the nokia website . Got calls from them that someone from nokia would come to my place and pick it . Its a windows phone worth rs 42k however the phone completely freezed for last 3 weeks . What am i suppose to do . Can someone help me on this . I am really unhappy and dissatisfied with this .My phone has completely freezed and nothign is working . I am a working woman and cannot make it to the service center . I need help on replacement at the earliest .

I showed it to so many places in Hyderabad but they say ( including nokia care) it can not be repairable. Kindly help us out how to get it repair or mother board to change.                   Hi Team I bought Nokia lumia 625 on 11/7/2014 from flipkart.It runs very well, only issue of I got dot over display of mobile.This was very small dot that was neglecting issue.But in between last two months the size of dot was start increasing. I personally go through all nokia care center, they told me that currently there is no replacement display available in stock.This conversion was regular with nokia care.They told to wait for one month and again the same.What I have do now. Waiting for your reply.

                    Hello sir My self Dr.Vishal R Joshi.in reference to my service request number 1-[protected], Recently I purchase NOKIA LUMIA 1520(IMEI no- [protected]) and it’s hardened to inform you that my lumia have some display problem with in a ten days after purchase. Sir I am Doctor, and phone is life line for any patient as we know, and that’s the reason i trust on Nokia. At present my phone will be in service station. For lumia i convert my sim card into Nano sim which is not attached in another simple phone. From 12 month warranty i loss one month warranty because my phone is in service station for around 15-30 days (approx). I still scared that if it occur after warranty period than i have to pay from my pocket even after spending 40, 000/- Rs on lumia 1520. I expect atleast no maintainance from Nokia phone particularly in this segment for 3-4 year. Nokia 1520 is highest ranged phone of Lumia series, and i not expect this result from Nokia and in this price segment it is unacceptable. The purpose of sending this mail is to inform you that we not expect this kind service from Nokia. If i spend this much of amount( worth 40, 000/- Rs.) i have vast option on smart phone but i choose Nokia. If i purchase apple Iphone then in this condition they will deposit my defaulted smartphone and change it with new one immediately. I expected this type of service from Nokia also but unfortunately even didn’t get the call from customer care. I already lost around 1 month from 12 month warranty to get this brand new flagship phone to repair... and after that I have to still in mind that after spending 40, 000/- Rs. I have to still manage with defected piece. So as far as my opininon concern(?) to you i want to replace my defected nokia lumia 1520. I DON’T KNOW WEATHER THIS IS DUE TO NOKIA IS BECOME MICROSOFT OR ERA OF NOKIA IS CHANGING. I don’t know whether Microsoft is reliable as nokia or not.                     My self Dr. Vishal R Joshi, in October 2014 I’ll purchase Nokia Lumia 1520, then after within 10 days my phone have some display problem and my Lumia is in service station for around 15 days.(old service request number 1-[protected])
                    Now it’s hardened to inform you that my lumia have again some problem in call receiving speaker, and again my phone is in service station with jobsheet number is[protected]/141218/005.
                    Last time I had send you a detail mail, about my problem, and request you to change my Nokia Lumia 1520.That time from your side this will assure that in future I have to face no further problem and I agree to collect the repaired Lumia 1520. Now the current situation is same, my phone is in service station again.
                    Lumia 1520 is highest ranged phone of Lumia series, and i not expect this result from Nokia and particularly in this price segment it is unacceptable. It is very impenetrable that after spending this much amount you get this result.
                    Let me very clear one thing that this time I want to replace my defected nokia lumia 1520 or get back my money. This time I will not accept the repaired Lumia 1520.
                    I DON’T KNOW WEATHER THIS IS DUE TO NOKIA IS BECOME MICROSOFT OR ERA OF NOKIA IS CHANGING. I don’t know whether Microsoft is reliable as nokia or not.

                      Please let me know contact numbers and email of the Nokia India Upper level customer officials and grievance cell. First I want to know the exact definition/meaning of "Liquid Problem" in Nokia206 or in other Nokia mobiles. Actually I was running Software Update and during updation the NSU(Nokia Software Updater) displayed message that "Connection Lost" and after many efforts it never detect my mobile phone(Nokia 206). Then I have submitted it to Nokia Care Centre, where they told me that the problem is related to "Liquid Problem" and for reparing it will be charged. I want to know that what is the meaning of "Liquidity" in mobile at the time of s/w updation. They are fooling me. And if the problem is related to the "Liquid" then why the have not repaired within 8 days. Now they are saying that the mobile has been sent to the headquarter of the Nokia. 9 months before, 15 days after purchasing the mobile the problem was related to battery in the same mobile. When I was charging the mobile with full battery, within 20 minutes the battery fully discharged with mobile got heated with a high tempearture. Then it was submitted to the same Nokia Care Centre, and they have charged me Rs. 1000(INR) while saying the problem was related to the "Liquid Problem". My phone is under warranty at the current moment. At the last time (one week before), i have heard from many nokia users at the same Nokia Care service center that they are also facing the problem of "Liquidity" and they were also charged for repairing. I want to know why Nokia Care are appointing unskilled/semi-skilled Service Engineer at the Care centre, the Care centre should be highly consumer/customer oriented, not for charging amount(the earning centre). If the problem is related to the "Liquid" then, why now it is taking too much time to be repaired. While earlier the problem is resolved within 3 days. Now why it is being late. I know that the problem is related to the s/w, because when I was trying to reconnect the mobile at the s/w updation time after failing updation my PC displays message that Nokia ROM is not detecting. If it will continue then I think Nokia will lose their customers and people will think Nokia as a "Defaulter" company who doesn't care to the customer. After all I want to know the exact definition of the "Liquid Problem" so that I can ask it to the more than one Service Centre. Also I want to know where I have to lodge the complaint so that the necessary action should be imposed by the Nokia Upper level officials in this regards. Because Nokia Care Centre is sucking the blood of the customer in the form of money.

But your both 'Nokia care' and 'Nokia showroom' employes are not corpating with us to download certain apps. They said why you have purchased from snapdeal if you had purchased from them then they would coperate with us to downlod certain apps.and guide other functions of the same.                               Jobsheet Number:[protected]/141020/005 Complain Ticket: 1-[protected] I had submitted my phone on 20/10/2014 to Nokia Care for Repair (under warranty). All they say is that the phone has not been dispatched out from the Factory as it is in the status of Awaiting Parts. If parts are not available why sell the phone in the first place. I This is the 3rd/4th Time I have submitted my phone because of Slow speed / Hanging & Camera Issue. 2nd time for Background / Audio Noise & Camera. The phone is giving me issues again and again. Its been almost 20days and I still don't have my phone back. I am sure that even after the repair it will give me issues. Poor service & support from Nokia Care. I need a replacement ASAP.                                 I had purchased a Nokia Lumia 830 from Croma on 21st October 2014. After spending 8-10 with the phone, I realised that the battery drains at a fast rate. There came a point that even in Flight mode(and kept in bag) for 3 hours, the battery would drop by 3-5% which is unrealistic. After much thinking I went to the Nokia Care Centre in Vile Parle (Fones 4 U). The executive clicked pictures of my phone bateery and cofirmed that the battery is bloated and needed to be replaced. This was on 3rd November 2014. On 4th I was called by the executive (Rajan) that he needed 4 days to get a replacement for the battery. It had already been 2 weeks since I had been facing the problem. Today, 8th November when I call at the store, Mr. Rajan tells me that Nokia (Bangalore) cannot send buffer battery and that he would need to send my battery for replacement to Bangalore. The new battery could take upto 15 days of time to be delivered back. Why should a consumer like me suffer here ? If Nokia cannot provide replacement of battery (accessories), why should you even launch the phone ??? Nokia India, you carry prestige with you and alot of people have trust and faith in your service. I request that you make this battery for My Nokia Lumia 830 available at the earliest. If I am required to submit my phone's original battery for replacement, at least provide an alternate device fro me to use. I have spent 28, 000 on this device. Request your urgent assistance on this.

                                  i had submitted my lumia 920 at gariahat nokia care, kolkata, w.b., as the touch was not working, on 29th september. they said that due to external damages (as there was an almost invisible crack at the top corner of the screen), this was happening, and that i needed to pay 10500 rupees for a new screen. we agreed. but that day, a few hours later they said, that the screen that they had with them wasn't working. so i left the phone with them. my warranty expired on 17th october, but they still didn't repair my phone. so, i took back my phone. however, when i tried to repair it outside, i came to know that my phone is having internal problems, (there is no external damage), due to which touch isn't working. the phone stayed in nokia care for around 17 days, but the staff didn't even care to check my phone once. if they had checked once, my phone would have been fixed by now, as it was within warranty. i have informed about this problem to customer forum too.

No. 12936 dated 05.10.2014. -:o0o:- I am very much proud to say that I am an existingCustomer of NOKIA set for the past 10 years with mobile Nos. [protected] and [protected]. On belief of NOKIA, last month I have purchased one NOKIA 108 mobile fromM/s. POORVIKA MOBILES PVT LTD, No.166, 167, 152, 154, Gandhi Road, Kancheepuram 631501, under the Invoice referred above. After 28 days of purchase, the set got repairedand I went for rectification where I purchased. POORVIKA MOBILES directedme to contact M/s. S.S. Communications, who is an authorized servicer for NOKIA mobiles at 4A /1, Sheikpet Saliar Street, Kancheepuram 631501 having mobileNO. [protected]. I went there as per POORVIKA’s directions and I have beeninformed that the set was locked. No need to worry. It will be repairedonly with the charges of Rs. 300/-. I haveAgreed and handed over the set to them on 03.11.2014. On 06.11.2014, the M/s. S.S. Communicatons informs that the set could not be repaired, come and collect the instrument. Sir, Till date I have not collected themobile from them. Replacement may please be made immediately. Sir, I am very much ashamed to bringall these happenings to your kind notice. The act of the S.S. communications is very much surprised and shocked to me becauseit spoils the GOODWILL OF NOKIA. I don’t know how M/s. S.S. communications acting as NOKIA CARE without doing the work offeredto them. Kindly advise your customer care to fulfil the customers withsatisfactory condition.                                         Dear Sir/Madam: ive bought a new lumia 625 mobile before six months and facing lot of issues in that. were first there was a camera pixcel problem given for rectification then came the pale yellow display again given for the service, then now the same issue is been in the mobile. camera is not clear for the 5mp and display is pale blue color and touch vibrate is too low. thks vinod
