I bought new Nokia Lumia 625 recently. I am unable to download WhatsApp in my handset. When i try to download through windows store, it is asking for 'My family setup needed" through 'Windowsphone.com' Unable to do the same. Give solution.

    I purchased Nokia Lumia 520 in August 2013 with IMEI number [protected]. Within six months of purchase i had to show it to Nokia care center for some software issues and again within 3 months of that i had to show again to Nokia care center (Kotla Mubarakpur, Delhi) for software issues. Now, when my warranty is over, the problem occurred again and this time when i showed it to Nokia care center, they behaved in the most ill-mannered and disrespectful manner. They told me to pay 3600 rupees (Three thousand six hundred) without telling me the issue with my phone. I bought the phone on the basis of the trust which i have on Nokia. But cheating and selling defective pieces of phones to customers no more show the loyalty and trust. I hereby, demand the matter to be treated seriously else i will be forced to send a legal notice. The Job sheet number is[protected]/141201/009 dated 1st, December 2014.

        Dear sir, I purchased Nokia Lumia 510 on 11-12-12 from Mobile store MGF mall sahakar marg Jaipur (Raj) invoice no is 12039/7967014 I have taken one year extended warranty on this set. Last week I found that some problem is in, cell is not working without speaker so I visited at lal kothi tonk rd.Jaipur service center as they told me that this is out of warranty and you have to pay amount for repairing so now I want to know that if this thing is happen in brand like Nokia then it is very shameful issue for company. As mobile store has given warranty why Nokia people is not accepting it. I would like please take some corrective action in it.

          My Lumia 720 (IMEI no. [protected]) started behaving erratically from Thursday 27th Nov. Took it to the Nokia care centre on FC Road where I was told that the since they do not have the parts, I should try to visit the Karve Road centre. Went there and I was told that the screen needs replacement and it would take 1 month for the same. Since the phone is unusable, had no choice but to take backup and submit the phone on Saturday 29th Nov. Originally I was told that I would be given a standby phone however the same was also not given since they did not have any !!! If it is going to 1 month for the screen to be replaced during my warranty period, it means that I am without the phone for 1 month out of my 12 month warranty period. Whats the point of it ??? Going through the forums and reading about other users of 720 and their similar problems ... I am beginning to see a pattern where Nokia just doesnt seem to care about the service !!!

            HI Sir, My name is Manik salve from pune.IM using Lumia 720 from last 1 year.My phone display is not good.Went to nokia care and they said that they dont have display available for lumia720.And this was in june month 2014.So its alomst 5 months but no reply from their end.I call the head office of nokia care in kothrud pune.BUt they said that they have not received the stock.So they advised me to submit my phone and they will send it to chennai.This is almost after 5 month they are informing me.I cant submit cause i dnot have any other phone to use.Im a IT Employee.So please take stickts actions and reply me on my email ASAP.Please reply me on my below email Address. manik.[protected]@wipro.com

                Dear Team, I am using a Nokia handset X2-02 mobile from 2-3 years from last few days I was facing some network related issue so that I have visited your Nokia Service Center at Turbo Infotech LG-25, Deepshikha Buliding, Sanjay Place, Agra Details Of Handset- Handset Model - X2-02 IMEI 1- 351697/05/040722/8 IMEI 2 - 351697/05/040723/6 First Visit at Service Center- On dated 27 Nov 2014 and met with service center executive Richa regarding my problem and give my handset to executive than she give set to one another girl which was also sitting in next chair. Executive confirmed to me that some part of Phone’s Sticker (which have Bar Code/IMEI No. and All details) is removing so that handset will not repaired / check at here. I have requested to both executives that may be set is 2-3 years old so that sticker is removing but they refused to my request and return the set. They were so rude and not entertained properly at the time of visit. On Customer Care Call- Than I have called to Nokia Customer care no. [protected] on Date 27 Nov 2014 at 14:05 PM regarding my Handset repairing issue as well as service center executive’s behavior which was done with me. My call was attend by Mr. Rakesh and He confirmed that your complaint has been registered and he assured me that your complaint will be resolved within 24 hours. Complaint no. which was 1-[protected] given by executive. Next day on 28 Nov 2014, I received a call from Nokia customer care Executive (Name not confirmed by Caller) as per executive Dear Sir, Please visit again at Nokia Service Center at Turbo Infotech LG-25, Deepshikha Buliding, Sanjay Place, Agra on my request they will recheck your handset and confirm the correct issue. Second Visit at Service Center- Again i visited at at Nokia Service Center at Turbo Infotech LG-25, Deepshikha Buliding, Sanjay Place, Agra and met with Richa (service center executive) regarding my problem they taken 60/- Rs charge and my Handset for checking problem and give a bill of the same ( Bill No. 1618, Dt[protected] after 5 minutes executive confirmed that your mobile will not repaired in Nokia Service Center because you have checked your handset from outside market. Second Time Customer Care Call- After that I again called on customer care no. [protected] but they have not given any proper answer to me. Request you to please check & revert below mention points. Firstly I have not check/shown my handset in Market. Secondly if any set repaired in market will not check/repair by Service Center. I think Nokia / Microsoft is very big company in terms of customer Satisfaction but my experience with the company is so Bad and i feel this type of behaviors will not tolerate in any organization for his growth. Company / Service center doing exploitation of a customer and give mentally stress to us. I think this is a penalty o[censored]sing a Nokia Handset. Request you to pls look into the matter and Resolve my problem ASAP. Note- Kindly Treat this mail on very serious note and revert to me till Wednesday 03 Dec 2014 other wise will send a legal Notice / Complaint (Police & Consumer forum) To Your company/Service Center and you will be responsible for all legal Proceeding charges.                   Hello! I upgraded my phone's software to a 7.some version and then the videos that were being played by the same phone in 5.59 version is no longer being played . All those videos were in mp4 format and I don't want to use 3gp format as it ruins the video quality please suggest some ideas without ruining the video quality.

                    Dear Sir, I am a regular customer of Nokia mobile. I have 6 mobiles in my family. All are Nokia. But sir I have submitted my Nokia C5 mobile at Nokia care "BHATTA COMMUNICATION" Jail road, ward no-8, North Lakhimpur, Assam. on 30/04/2014. It was not repaired and delivered to me till today.I submitted for Outgoing problem and back key problem. Other fuctions were fine at that time. I feel very much disappointed due to this type of service provided by the Nokia Care. This is for favour of your information and necessary action.

                      I have bought a Nokia Lumia 720 one year back and it was working fine till yesterday. But suddenly from yesterday Iam facing a problem with the touchscreen. It automatically functions without my touch and its moving to all pages. i have tried rebooting and refreshing lots of times and i got tired with it. I also went to Nokia care centre nearby and they told me to replace the Touch pad completely which is going to cost me around Rs. 7.9K . I didnt even dropped my mobile anywhere and there were no scratches too in my phone. Then why this problem is occuring all of a sudden. I didnt did any thing wrong with my phone but still iam in a position to pay 8000 to repair my phone. what this all about. This what smart phone means. I need a proper explanation regarding this issue from company side. 8K is not an easy amount. Please help me in sorting out this issue.

                        Hi, I have bought a LUMIA 730 a month ago. The phone is having problem with network. Every thing else works fine, but when ever the network goes, the phone can not refresh the network by itself. Though the signal shows full tower, still in the mobile and sim settings, it shows no sim and the sim1 and sim2 settings are disabled. I took it to the nearest service center, they suggested me that it can be the error with the module(sim). I took my time to test, cuz i did'nt want to give my new phone to the service center for repairing, Yesterday on 27th nov 2014, i submitted my phone against my will to the service center. I have the job sheet no with me. Please look into my issue and arrange for a replacement of my new phone.

                            I have given my Nokia handset X2-01, with certail complaint in Nokia Care, Aizawl on 17/11/2014. The problem was that Incoming call details was not displayed, contact list could not be viewed, massage folder could not be opened. As per the customer care I was told that the handset need to be flushed and the phone can be collected within an hour. But when I came back they told me they could not flush and have to leave my phone. After three days I was told that it was not completed yet. After a week they still have an excuse that they were unable to download the software so they ask me to wait for another 3-4 days. I was also asked that I can take back my phone when it was not possible to turn ON. Is this the service Nokia is providing??

                              Sir, I want to register a complaint against a Nokia Care Service Center -- Galaxy Care, Patna, India. The back cover of my white Nokia C5-00 was not fitting properly and so I went to a Nokia Care Service Center in Patna, India. Referring to the body of my phone they said that the "Facial" needed to be changed. My phone which was previously White in Color was replaced with a Black one. The delivery in-charge used offensive words while defending himself. They claimed that it was my mistake since I didn't mention the color ( Moreover the complain of Facial Change was also written by one of them and nobody told me that there was a variety in colors). As far as I know the world "Replacement" meant something similar in all physical respects. I was finally forced to pay the entire sum of the replacement and take the phone in the given condition. So I kindly request you see into the matter and inform the authorities concerned to do the needful and respect the sentiments of a loyal customer. Thanking You

                                Hi, I had given Nokia Lumia 720 for repair (Battery Recharge Issue as mentioned in job sheet) on 10th Oct 2014, at Nokia Care Center Mapusa Goa. But after repeated follow-up they haven't repaired my mobile instead Nokia Care Center insisting us to take other old mobile instead of my original Nokia Lumia 720 mobile. It has extended warranty of one year so there is no scope that we will accept other mobile, neither they show any courtesy to tell exact problem with the mobile. We only doing regular follow-up with this, as you must understand that customer time is valuable time. Also there is such rude behaviour of your staff, which cant be tolerated. I respected Nokia as good brand and ended up buying such expensive mobile, i know you are concerned about image in India as your oldest company selling mobiles in India. But just because of some pathetic people your image is dented. I request you to please look into issue, and let us know what is the issue so that we can come to some conclusion. Please don't make us to take this matter any further. Mobile is under warranty, attaching warranty card and job sheet.                                   I have bought Nokia 220 within warranty period Nokia display ceased to work due to manufacturing defect. When I went to Nokia Care - Alambagh Centre (Lucknow) on 19th November. They told me it was not manufacturing defect it is due to water pouring which is not the case. they have asked me that I will have to spend about 1300 for new display system. I have submitted my phone to Ream Electronics on 19th September 2014. It is more than 2 months they are not able to deliver my phone. The service is pathetic. The employees of Nokia Care do look at all proffessional. My jobsheet no is[protected]/140919/021.look into this complaint urgently otherwise I will have to go to consumer forum. Anyways I am now never going to buy Nokia phone. Damage has already been done to Nokia brand. It is anyway dying to its death because of these non professional third party vendors.

                                    I had given my nokia lumia 720 handset to your service centre M/s R & A Mobile Seevice of Sibsagar vide jobsheet No 2004 dt 22/10/2014. But after passing a long period of near about 1(one) months.I have not yet received the above handset till now. Now this is a clearcase of dificiencey in the Service.                                       Sir, i had visited NOKIA CARE IMPHAL in the name of RK TELECOMMUNICATION regarding nokia 220 battery discharging rapidly n the phone is in working condition.They handed me the repaired cell phone after taking Rs 500 for component change (RECIEPT NO 7735) n the problem of discharging has been solved .Later i found that the keypad which has been working before is not working now.Again i visited the same centre n reported.They accepted the phone n given me the reciept of JOB NO 20658 denoting keypad not working.After 2 weeks and on 24/11/14 they return my cell phone declaring as dead and refunded Rs 500 which they accepted before for component change.I would like to say THE PHONE IN WORKING CONDITION IS DEAD after visiting RK TELECOMMUNICATION (NOKIA CARE IMPHAL)...What should i do?                                         I had purchase a lumia 730 at 16 of Nov I was complaint about divice that back cover making a noice and some loose from a corner I just trying to say that I have make full payment of this but not got a complete mobile I am lover of wwindow phone the service centre vaishali there are two girls said to me that we cant help u in a roudky way on 19"of Nov with in 4 days first they band a sticker on back cover that called in indian language like "jugad" did payment for this I have snap of that stickers I can easily make trouble against Nokia but I want only my mobile in good condition thay said to me that it is cosmatic part I don't know what is cosmatic but I know only Nokia there are mention on cover that Nokia words this is third time I am making complain next time i will ll attach the snap
