HiThis is the 50th time I am sending email to Nokia. I am writing to you to seek your help in improving the customer support from Nokia, particularly in relation to the Nokia Software Update (NSU) service, and also your Customer Support service. Due to the lack of information from Nokia and the continued problems in customers downloading their software update there has grown immense dissatisfaction with the Lumia 520 and with Nokia as a company. I am sure you will be concerned about this matter and I would respectfully ask for your assistance in arranging for Customers to better informed and to receive prompt responses to complaints and enquiries. This is to inform you that I have visited at Nokia service center the month of July for software updation and without carrying the bill .They denied to update the same as I have told them to check the warranty online but they did not do so . I am a Press employee working in Zee Network Add Sales and not get time to visit there again.So I visited there In the month of October and mobile warranty was over at that time I kept my mobile for 3 days in Nokia service center on 04-Oct-14, I had visited at Nokia service center and they said there is a Software issue due to the same Network has gone and they opened my handset without my permission and when I checked my handset the screws was missing and they handover me the same .Next day I had visited service center located in Chandigarh Sec-22 and they said someone has made some changes in hardware that is why the IMEI number has been corrupted and from there I called Nokia service center guys in Amritsar because they are the one who opened my handset without my permission. Both service center technician gave me different reason of handset problem I have sent so many mails to customer.[protected]@nokia.co.in, but they are not reverting me I have got a call from Nokia that I will need to submit the handset in Nokia service center again and that I have submitted on 07-Oct-2014, Job sheet number:[protected]/141007/028, I ME I : [protected] Model : Nokia 520, and they kept my handset for 25 days and now I have got a call like they will charge me Rs 3500/- for repairing the same . I don't know what the hell they guys have done with my handset .I am pissed off with the Nokia's worst services Firstly they demanded for 900/- and now 3500/-. Moreover, I had deposited 100/- cash at the time of depositing the mobile and they did not return that as well . The seniors and girls sitting in service center do not have manners to talk they are pretty useless .The phone network was gone not from my end it was a fault from Nokia's end and it turn on to Flight mode .I have wasted my 10000/- on such a worst brand Nokia . It was not expected at all . And one more suggestion please tell all Nokia customers to sell the mobile under warranty period because if handset will create any issue after 1 year then Nokia guys can do anything with the handset and they just give the reason like . Sir it is not in warranty period. I got call from Nokia people and they are not giving me the resolution that I am hoping for.i am looking forward to file a case in consumer court against worst company Nokia.i have spoiled my Rs.10000/- by purchasing handset.     I had purchased the Nokia Lumia 720 on June-2013 from Sangeetha Mobiles (BTM Branch) Bangalore. I am disgusted using this mobile. There had been instances within 6 months from the date of purchase, the phone continuously had restarting issues as well as hanging and moreover heating. Co incidently, at the same time, I somehow drop the phone from a distance of A FEET on the carpet and the phone screen goes off for a toss. The display goes off. Irritated of all these, finally I had to drop into the Nokia Care in Marathalli, Bangalore. They completely refused to service the set mentioning that I need to the get the display replaced paying Rs.7500/- and then only they would do any kind of servicing. They even voided my phone's warranty. To much of nuisance was caused by the service center people and I was made to run behind them for servicing. Horrible. Within a month's time suddenly, I see a crack near to the corner of the screen. I call up the service center and they completely refuse to take the blame of the screen. I was asked to take the phone back to them. Now since my warranty was voided and again there was a crack on the screen, along with the volume up and down keys not working, the service center people get on top of my head asking for money for repairing. A big NO NO from me to pay. When I mentioned about complaining to Nokia, a senior from their team comes in saying he would look into it and again kept my phone and asked to come back after 2 weeks. what a stupidity. When I go back after 3 weeks of chasing, I was handed over a white panel phone, mentioning a pre placement, which was actually not done by Nokia at all. The microphone, and speakers did not work over there itself when I was handed the phone over. Still they were not ready to take up the accountability rather shouted on me and kind of chased me away. The service center behaviour was so annoying. Now its been 3 months, I have been still facing the heating issue, volume key doesn't work and recently, the phone screen has also broken, again falling from just a height of less than 4 INCHES. What a glass has nokia provided or is it a FAKE phone given to me from SANGEETHA or may be SERVICE CENTER has replaced the display with some cheap screen. NOKIA has disappointed me over this period of time and I am really annoyed and I want NOKIA to look into it and get this set replaced or refund the Rs.18, 100/- which i paid when i got the phone. But yes Sangeetha sells duplicate items for sure, else i had other friends who were using other sets, have been complaining about Sangeetha Mobiles and even NOKIA SERVICE CENTER.

      I have purchased a hand set Nokia X2 on 27th Jan 2014, from Chennai, after i come to chittoor, when i checked there was no ring tone & no any sound, So i wanted to replace the set but they refused to re place the set, I went to Nokia Care they said, we will repair & give, , , , , , why should i use repaired mobile????? I want my money back or another set...

        I visited Syona Services, Vashi, Nokia Care Centre for broken touch screen for Nokia Lumia 625 on 15/9/14. They replaced the touch screen and charged Rs.3650 for it. (Bill#3667, Job Sheet 91S/004). I return to Chennai. 8OCT14 my phone stopped working with Error: Unable to find bootable option. I took it to Digitel Communication, Medavakkam, Chennai (JS#7258, 10OCT14)and they told me that the touch screen was fake. This fake touch screen was put in by Nokia Care Vashi. They tried to fix s/w problem for 4 days then they tell me that they need to send it to experts and the total charge would be Rs.4500. This happened on 15OCT14. I contacted Nokia complaint and asked them for a solution to this and what action should be taken against Nokia Care Vashi being an authorised Nokia Care Centre, they have fitted a fake screen. I talked to Nokia's executives on phone and sent them a scanned copy of the bill which they say they didn't receive despite me receiving an auto response (SR Number: 1-[protected]). This continued for 6 days then on 21OCT14, I transmitted the bill copy to them again on online chat. The call backs that I got from Nokia were only courtesy calls asking me questions like what is the phone number of the branch where I had given the phone for repair. This information was already provided to them. On 27 Oct (SR No. 1-[protected]) I got a mail from Namita Jain, Nokia Care representative saying the matter is being looked into again. On twitter, the @NokiaHelps handle responded saying the case will be resolved in 96 hrs max, this time limit exhausted on 31 Oct and still no action. After trying to get a resolution for 3 weeks, on 31 Oct 2014, I get a mail from Mukesh from Syona Services asking me to send my handset to him so that he can look into it. This is an extremely delayed response and would take many more days before I am able to use my phone again. Its been 26 days now with no action from Nokia.

          I went to nokia care tirupathi to get my mobile repaired they let me sit there waiting for 2 hours and at last they said the repair hasn't started yet so that i have to come the following day. I came to receive my mobile from them but then they said I don't have warranty for that part. then they asked me to pay 650/- so that they will return my mobile in just half an hour. I waited there for nearly 2 hours again. By the end of the day they said "sir, we have kept your mobile for testing so that u wont get any problems in the future". I thought it's for my good and left the care. the following day when came for receiving my mobile again they asked to wait for 20min's more for which i waited for one and half an hour. when i came to ask how much does it take they replied like this "sir, what are you thinking? you cannot come inside like this we will call u when the repair is over". then at last they said "your mobile cannot be repaired" and they asked me to pay an amount of 200/- for checking for which i rejected. I took my mobile back and came out of the care. There is a mobile local service centre located near the nokia care. I took my mobile there and they asked me to wait for 20mins and they repaired my mobile for which they charged only 400/- giving a warranty for 3 months. I want you take a severe action on sales boys sitting over there and treating customers like .

              I had purchased Nokia 107 mobile phone from Uttam mobiles in chinchwad, Pune in May, 2014. I have the Invoice from the store reflecting all the details. Unfortunate the phone stopped working and reported the issue to Uttam Mobiles (Store). As per Uttam mobiles advice I was asked to visit the service center. After visiting the service center they declared this mobile is in warranty, however it cannot be repaired but it can be replaced. They asked me to visit the store again for replacement. I had submitted my phone in the store assuming that the phone would be replaced, however the store owner declined that phone cannot be replaced not repaired. Later I had logged a complaint with Nokia care but they are of opinion that phone cannot be replaced. Currently the Phone is not functioning. The phone should be either replaced or repaired by the Nokia team. I need to have solution to this issue either repair or replacement.                 Hello, I brought a Nokia Lumia 625 Handset 5 months ago & now it get some problem automatically & get switch off. I deposited it to my near by nokia service centre i:e; at subhash nagar, Jaipur... on 11/10/14 (Job sheet no:[protected]/141011/024)... service centre excecutive said me to collect my phone next day. When i went to collect my phone than they said me to come after 15 days... After 15 days they told me to come after 7 days... After 7 days they said for 3 days...After 3 days, Now, again they are saying for 3 more days... They do nothing instead of wasting my time & petrol... Plz. take action against them asap ... Due to this type of service Now a days Nokia is going down the market & companies like Gionee, or other chinese companies got success in the market... Keep it up Nokia...                 As per my previous mail.. Nokia service centre excecutive gave me till saturday (08/11/14) time to collect my phone but< when i call them then they said me to collect my phone on monday (10/11/14) Today when i call them that my phone is ready or not than ther are saying to come on wednesday (12/11/14) ... I got fed up with all these nonsence... Plz. took action against them...

                    IMMEDIATE ATTN OF HIGHER AUTHORITIES OF NOKIA CARE Dear Sir, I have given my mobile C3-01 on 20.10.2014 as the touch screen is not functioning well (some times and some times not working) at your Nokia Care Centre, Marthali. You have checked and said that the repair charges would be Rs.1650/-. On 22nd October, 2014 you have delivered the handset and charged Rs.1650/- as the problem remained the same (means no proper job was done but you have charged Rs.1650/-), I have returned the same on 23rd morning for proper rectification. When I came to take delivery of the instrument on 29.10.2014 your delivery officer tried to deliver the phone and when I checked the problem was remaining the same. When I questioned your delivery officer he also checked and requested me to leave the same so that your care centre will check it properly and rectify the same at the earliest. When asked for the expected delivery date, he replied that he would give me call once it is rectified and I need not come till then. I have not received any phone call from you till date though ONE WEEK has passed (15 days have passed from the first day of giving the phone for repair ie., 20.10.2014. NOW I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW MUCH MORE TIME YOU NEED TO COMPLETE THE JOB AND DELIVER THE PHONE TO ME DULY REPAIRED. Having taken up a job and charging heavily you are supposed to do job properly and in time. This is nothing but deficiency in service. Please let me know by return mail/by phone to my No.[protected] immediately when I can expect delivery of my phone. PLEASE DO REPLY IMMEDIATELY. rgds

                      Dear Sir, This mail is in reference to my Nokia Lumia 625 (SR No [protected]), which I bought from Spice Hot Spot on 5th Nov 2013 (Copy of Bill attached) I wish to bring this matter to your kind concern that my device got dead on night of 3rd Nov 2014, even after so may efforts, I was not able to boot my phone Today morning I visited Nokia care (at Devi Palace, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon) to check the problem of my phone I was shocked to know that my product was out of warranty, and their system was showing the registration date i.e. 23rd August 2013, and my warranty was till 23rd Sept.2014. They diagnosed the problem in phone and said that mother board of my phone is crashed and because my phone is out of warranty, these people asked to get my phone repaired at a cost of Rs.6850/- approx At that time I was not carrying my bill along with me, so I was not sure and had a doubt about the Date of Purchase. Then I visited Spice Hot Spot Store at Old Delhi Road, (from where I bought my Nokia Lumia 625) They people checked in their system and told me that date of purchase of this phone is 5th Nov. 2014 My question is : How it is possible, how can be the warranty of my product can be expired before 5th of Nov 2014 (Rather 5th of December, 2014 as Nokia care people said that warranty on nokia phones is 13 months) Did I was sold a used phone which was registered earlier. Secondly, spice hot spot people took the full day in taking approval (I dont know from whom) he said that He is getting the approval from heigher authority from Nokia.. When my product is under warranty, what is the need for taking approvals? after so many followups with these guys, I took the bill copy and visited nokia care again. They checked my phone and said that this is liquid damage, and you people do not cover that. I asked him that its not a case of liquid damage, how you can say that He casually said that "Boss it is because of Sweat" I was shocked and laughed, boss what you're telling. Sweat is a part of our life.. and if you people feel that your phone can be damaged just because of sweat, you should think and do about this on serious note Finally.. nothing happened.. and I came back to my home Sir, This is just for your information and we people buy these phones on EMIs and if gets dead in less then 1 years time.. it hurts... I had been using Nokia phone since 1100, 6600.was the super heros of market.                         This is regarding the problems that I am facing with nokia lumia 1020 phone . I ordered a new lumia 1020 phone from flipkart.com on 6th of october, 2014 . I got the product delivered on 9th october and found some screen issues with the phone(dark lines appearing in low brightness). I got the replacement on 20th october but in the new phone also there were issues(earpiece was very noisy(always) and i had to use headphone for calls/viber/skype). Flipkart replaced it again and I got the third replacement today(3rd of november, 2014). Now this time the phone is not only starting and it's completely dead. I tried the soft and hard reset methods but it seems nothing is working. I am confused if the problem is there with all the lumia phones or flipkart.com stock only has the issues.

                          i have purchase new nokia lumia 730 .on the next day the charge show faulty, do not charge my phone . when i contact nokia Care they aksed me i have to wait minimum 7 day for replace the charger . now my mobile get switch off . and i am unable to contact any one & get very much disappointed with nokia service .In future i will not buy any nokia mobile . very very poor service . my Job sheet no[protected]/ dt 1.11.2014

                            Dear Nokia Team, I am very disappointed for Nokia Asha 200, the mobile didn't catch network but at the same time same network caught by other mobile. I am facing this problem since last year. We are also using other handsets of Nokia but never faced such type of complaint. Please, either change my mobile or rectify the problem.                               I purchased a Nokia Asha 502 handset for Rs 5876 on 10/01/2014. It came with a 1 year manufacturing warranty.But I started facing problem in the month of June 2014 in the handset.The touch was not working properly.So I went to the nearest Nokia Care [ Tele-Solutions, Address :DN-1, Eternity Building (Back Side), Sector 5, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700091, West Bengal. Tel No: [protected] : [protected] Mail Id : [protected]@nokiacareindia.com ].The touch pad became faulty, so they replaced the same and delivered to me. After some day, again it started malfunctioning. This time the microphone of the handset not working.So I again visited another Nokia Care near Dalhousi, Kolkata and they repaired the same.Now again I am getting problem in the same handset.This time vibration is not working.So I again visited the same Nokia care but this time they are charging Rs 350 for the repair. Denying to do so, they didn't repair my phone. Now I want a refund of full replacement of my handset.I am getting problem again and again in this hand set.I faced issue thrice in 9 months of purchasing the handset. Kindly help me!!                                 I purchased Nokia X IMEI NO.[protected] on 23.05.2014.Yesterday I detected that one of my SIM was not recognised by the phone.So I removed the SIM card from SIM port for checking. I found that one pin was loosely attached and subsequently got dislodged from that particular SIM tray.Today I went to NOKIA care named CityTel services [ 270_504886 ] situated on P 2 C.I.T. Road Scheme I.V. MOULALI, KOL KATA 700014.The centre refused to accept warranty against the damage in the SIM tray.They charged me Rs.950 for the job.{Jobsheet No. ;[protected]/141104/004} Dated 4.11.2014.

                                  Recently i dropped my lumia 720 phone. Fortunately, the phone and touch is working fine but the display is affected. One fourth of the display has few lines on the screen which causes trouble in typing. I had enquired at Nokia Care and they estimated a budget of 8K which is wat too high cost of repair for a 14K phone. Not at all makes sense to invest so huge amount in repairing for a minor damage. I even called up Nokia Customer Care twice (Request Number 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]) but sadly there was no appropriate response. The Nokia Care Representatives gave unsatisfactory solutions and insisted to spend money. Is this how Nokia deals with their Loyal Brand Customers ? Or is it a way to mint money from Customers ? There are many phones available in the market for this cost and in a way Nokia might be losing more of its market share by this practise. I do not want to change my brand and phone. I expect Nokia to understand and come up with a better soultion. Please Help.

                                  With such high cost of repair, Nokia should accept that its a Product Failure and it will lose out to many of its customers. Nokia should really look into the matter urgently.

                                    my phone is lumia 720.i just handed it to nokia care in nandyal because of set hanging.they sent my phone to delhi .they took more than one month to process the problem at delhi.i request to return my phone as soon as possible with proper servicing.
