[protected]) AT MOBILITY SOLUTIONS, KARAMANA, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, KERALA (NOKIA CARE-AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE) (JOB SHEET NO. 9909) ON 01/11/2014 FOR REPLACING THE TOUCH. MY NOKIA LUMIA 625 MOBILE HAS WARRANTY. BUT THE AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE EXECUTIVE ALWAYS GIVE ME A REPLAY THAT " TOUCH FOR NOKIA LUMIA 625 IS NOT AVAILABLE" AND TODAY ALSO EXECUTIVE TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD WAIT FOR ONE OR TWO WEEK. SO KINDLY GIVE DIRECTION TO THIS NOKIA CARE TO ISSUE MY MOBILE WITH REPLACED TOUCH ON MONDAY ITSELF. BECAUSE I AM A GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE AND MOBILE IS VERY URGENT FOR MY OFFICE WORK. OTHERWISE I MAY BE FORCED TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER COURT.

    Hello, I got Nokia Lumia MODEL 625 in Sep'2013. IMEI number : [protected] It worked nicely for the first 9 months & then the actual problem started. The phone used to get stuck & I need to restart the phone. Later, this used to get stuck more often atleast like 3-4 times a day. I got it to the nearest Nokia care & the guys said that it is due to update. They suggested me to go for a one time RESET. But, the problem was still on. Everytime, i go to the Nokia care; The only thing i get to hear to to Reset the phone. I dont understand, how Nokia guys think that "Reset the phone" is an excellent option. I tried to go Nokia care hell number of times & also tried to reach them on their customer care number, but the service from them is very bad. Finally, they took the complaint and did some temporary fix (not sure what they have done) & made the phone work for like 3 months. I took an extended warranty on this Piece too. Now, the phone used to get stuck like 30-40 times a day. I stopped using this Nokia piece. I cant even do a reset, that's how the phone gets stuck. I need a permanent solution for this. One more thing that i understood is, Never go for NOKIA.

      JAVED ALI LALA MODEL NOKIA LUMIA 720 BALCK IMEI NO;[protected] JOBSHEET NO;[protected]/141120/032 PHONE SUBMITTED ON 20 NOV 14 we know NOKIA not only by name but also by quality and service. Hence i purchase nokia lumiya 720, there some minor problems observed but this time a major problem occured i update window 8.1 a couple of months ago but from that time screen rotation is not working, as well as i got free, i visited in nokia care at ghatkopar, they checked my phone and show me some 11 touch in damage condition also blame that phone damage by me some ways. as we know its not possible to open back side cover in our home, it required specific tool for it, also if they found it was opened by me so it is not acceptable to repair under warranty device if opened some where else, otherwise i[censored] check my phone there is only a dent mark at the bottom of right side which was damage some month after the purchase not this time, exept there are not any dent or damage outer side of phone then how is possible to damage inside? it means it could be manufacturing defect or may be damaged by ur executive who attend last two time, i just want my phone repaired in warranty terms that is why i extended warrant period to trust on NOKIA Requesting u to repaire my phone as well as possible

      1. Screen came out on right side now the on the same right side patches started on the screen.
      2. Some time noice in ringer.
      3. Some time power button not working(Need to press hard).

      I have already visited the Nokia care which is located at Broadway, Chennai. They are not accepting my complaint.

        i have purchased nokia x2 mobile on[protected] from unique sales corporation sirsa haryana having contt. no. [protected]/[protected].but its ringer is not worked properly i.e sound was not clear. sales man gave me set in open condition .i took it on nokia care .he said ringer of x2 is not available .today after 40 days i have not use x2 mobile .so please change my nokia x2 mobile because i have expended 8600/- rupees .i hope u will understand my problem and change x2 mobile to continue my desires on nokia brand thanking u.

          I am JANMEJAYA SINGH from bhubaneswar purchased a Nokia Battery bearing No. BL-5C[protected]U443L[protected] from Nokia Telesystems, 25, District Centre, Bhubaneswar. Today i.e. on 21.11.2014, I find that my battery is damaged. Immediate i am going to Nokia Care. But, they are refused me and ask me to go another Nokia care. This care to that and that one to this i am moving for 3 times today. But, no one try to resolve my problem and for your kind information my battery is in warranty period and it is going to expiry on 23.11.2014. Please help me to resolve my problem

            its almost 1.5 yrs for my lumia 720. I used to renew mix radio subcription thru oxygen wallet. But they have stopped this many months ago. As a result i`m denied of service of downloading songs from mix radio.
            I m in touch with Customer support from Oxygen wallet, but i dont think they are going to resume with the renewel service.


            Can you let me know how to renew?

              Dear Sir, NOKIYA LUMIYA 610 WHITE Mobile (IMEI No. [protected]) was purchased on 07 Jul-2014 from "Magic Mobiles, Nagpur.(Maharashtra)" Rs.7, 250 /- Name of Customer- VARSHA NAIK, Wardha (80 KM away from Nagpur). Mobile hanged soon after and on the advise of "Magic Mobiles, Nagpur." Handset shown to "Nokiya Care, MILAPS ELECTRONICS, Nagpur" 0n 29/07/2014, but he refused for warranty repair &took Rs. 300 /- on the name of software updates. The handset again hanged after coming to Wardha . The same has taken to " NOKIYA CARE, Green Line Electronics, Wardha (Maharashtra)" He too refused for warranty repair & took Rs. 350/- for unknown reason. Then again it has been hanged & went out of order. I searched for Nokiya Care at Nagpur on internet & found the address of " Anurag Marketing Fawara Chouk, C.A. Road, Nagpur. (Maharashtra). So the handset has given to " Nokiya Care, Anurag Marketing" on 03 /09/2014 and to my dismay ! he too refused for warranty repair . I elaborate all the story to him, but was of no use . I said please repair it, I will pay & he prepared a Job Card of Rs. 550/- . After 2-3 days he called for delivery, But when I tested, the hand set has hanged again in shop itself. He told come later on. Ok then, after 12-15 days, when I called him he told some spare is not available . Then he called me to collect the handset, but when tested, there was a speaker-problem . Now he told if he " tries to repair that, the mobile may go dead ! " So he asked me, what to do ? " I was surprised & told him to wait & went to try for warranty repair. Then I went to "Magic Mobiles, Nagpur." from where the mobile was purchased, He gave me the contact no. of a man at Distributor -A.K.GANDHI, Mr. Gajanan Mob. No. [protected], I called him & he assured me to help for warranty repair or replacement. But till date, it has been nearly two month that the mobile hand set is still lying with "Nokiya Care, Anurag Marketing, Nagpur" with no any result. Then I registered my complaint to Nokia customer care, Delhi on toll free No. [protected] from my mobile no.[protected] and gave all the details as above. After two days c.c. Representative called me & told that he talked with 'Nokiya Care, Anurag Marketing, Nagpur' that the mobile has some liquid damage and could not cover under warranty, I have to pay. When I talked to Nokiya Care, Anurag Marketing, Nagpur, he told me that mobile handset is needed to send for factory repair & charges will be of Rs.4, 200 which customer will have to pay. Surprisingly the purchase amount of the mobile handset is Rs. 7, 250 /- and the mobile has gone out of order within 21 days of purchase. I will be thankful if it gets replaced or warranty repaired. It has been now more than two month that the mobile hand set is still lying with "Nokiya Care, Anurag Marketing, Nagpur" with no any result.( NOTE : - All the proof papers regarding the issue is attached here with for your reference pl.)                 Dear Sir, I have purchased a Nokia Lumia 525 phone from Bangalore, Yelahanaka. The Touch Pad was broken from my hand and i had given it to the near by NOKIA CARE to change the touch pad. They Have charged Rs.2600 to me for the new touch pad ( when the price of the original touch pad is only with in 2200.).The same day the touch pad broke again just by a gentle touch.I was very sure that it was not the original touch pad which they have given. I walked in to the Nokia care centre and informed about this, but they argued that it is the original NOKIA touch pad, I went to another NOKIA CARE centre to confirm about it and from there i got the shocking news that ' The Touch Pad is DUPLICATE'. The nokia care is only fooling the customers!!! What a shame to the NOKIA . This should be considered as cheating Case, its a serious offense and need an immediate solution on this.                   I have submitted my phone Nokia 925 in Nokia care service center as it was having a microphone problem but when I got back my phone its headphone jack was not working. I again went back and gave the phone for repairing. The people from the service center said that they will give me in an hour but as I didnt have time I said I will collect it from them on the next weekend. On the next weekend when I was on my way to the service center, I just called them and asked for my phone they said they would be delivering it to my place in a day or two. It has been 10 days but whenever I call them they just give me a next day. I request to please take some actions against them.                     Name : MAYUR SUDHIRBHAI PADADHARIYA IMEI NO. : [protected] MO.NO. : [protected] Product : Lumia 720- white Email : [protected]@live.com With utmost respect and trust I had purchased my NEW Nokia Lumia 720 from UMIYA Mobile Pvt.Ltd, Rajkot (Gujarat) on 30/01/2014 by paying my hard earned Rs.15, 500/- which includes one year warranty. I had some good time with my Nokia Lumia 720 but since last six months I just could not take a proper sleep at night just because of your service station guys. Plenty of problems in my Lumia 720 made me a joke in my social and peer circle and for my multiple trips to NOKIA CARE CENTRE even the petrol pump guys know me well. As now, you have only 2 Care Centers in my city, Rajkot, ( Gujarat ), India. Kindly take a careful note on the below mentioned problems with my Nokia Lumia 720: - Have given for formatting: 3 times - Have given for fixing up the volume key(down volume key) for repair: 2 times - Camera keys were not working so had got that repaired: 1 time (pheww..I just couldn’t click a picture, could you imagine how embarrassing it looked?) - Have changed the side belt: 1 time (almost handicapped) - Given to repair one major software default in Bangalore: 1st visit to Bangalore For the last above mentioned point: It was suggested by Noka Care Center (Fone Zone, Yagnik Road, Rajkot). I was informed that it would take 15-20 days to get back the delivery. It took 24 Days (You just cannot compensate for loss of my 4 business days. Can you? The problem does not end here. When my Lumia 720 came back from Bangalore, the sim-card tray was just not in the same condition as was sent. Difficulty opening and closing tray. Here, FONE ZONE (Care? Center) guys told me that it was not their liability and they take no responsibility for this problem so I was asked to send it to Bangalore again! But as it was Diwali time and I had to click some pictures with my Lumia 720 (Sold Digi-cam to get enough petrol for visiting Care center) so I told I would submit it later. Now again, the major fault for which I had sent mobile for, came again (As if it is a ghost). The problem was that there was a blue stripe in between while shooting video (Damn I miss my Digi-cam here) Those Pink stripes on screen were not limited to video but this was accompanied with Blue burnt out display of screen.res. Pinks stripes and blue video? That’s some serious stuff guys. I again took it back to Fone Zone, Nokia Care center (Sold my kidney for petrol card now) After all this first world problems in my third class life, I asked for all 9 job sheets .Yes, 9 times it was given for repair and it’s not even 9 months ! But they had only 3 job sheets. Where are the remaining 6 job sheets now? I reckon this comes under the responsibility of Nokia Care Zone to present me with the receipts of repairs and faults. This was with regards to legal complain I am about to lodge for the same. - I have been harassed mentally by this care center guys such that now I do not even have enough money to consult a psychiatrist. I feel I am cheated. I feel Ashamed that I used this piece of S**t for not even six months. The care center guys had used this mobile more than me. - WHAT I WANT? I want full refund of my mobile amount 15, 500 + petrol expenses (I know you guys can’t afford to give me my kidney back) OR Give me Nokia Lumia 720 – White Color. Whatever it was, I still love Lumia Brand and still I would love to use Nokia Lumia 720. I have lost hopes, not trust. Still.

                      I went to Jaipur's Customer Care on 17th November 2014. But what I got there was humilation from one of there staff member and the worst part was the manager was also taking his side. I was shocked to see the such kind of rude behaviour from Nokia Care Center. I never expected such response from Nokia. After facing such a humilation I am not going to suggest any of my known to visit Nokia Care and buy nokia phones as now has lost its standard and they have started hiring unprofessional, unskilled/ semi skilled workers who dont even know how to communicate with their customers. All they is know how to insult them and prove them wrong... It was my worst experience with nokia.

                        Dear Sir/Madam, I have Nokia Lumia 720 and in my phone camera stop working suddenly and at the same time battery back is too poor, for the same complaint I went nokiacare about 10-12 times and all the time they made different stories and my phone went repair factory twice, here is service jobsheet number:- 7th Aug, 2014=[protected]/40807/014 11 Sept, 2014=[protected]/104911/021 And now, I am suffering from same complaint, whenever I talk to customer care, they said you have to submit the phone.                         As my previous complaint, they are not able to repair my phone since July, 2014. I continuously went there for the same complaint all the time. After that, I complained for phone replacement on 3rd or 4th of Nov, 2014 on that time they said, you have to submit the phone after that we will do something and as they said I submitted my phone on 17/11/2014 and then again I called them on 18/11/2014 to tell them, I have submitted my phone then after they said my representative will call you but till now nobody called me and my phone replacement complaint no. is 1-[protected].
                        As I got your mail, on regarding this complaint no one from Nokia called me till now.

                        for sure they willnot do replacement ...my lumia 720 had same complaint for times they dint replace yet...ive bought before 13 months of which my device is with company about 3-4 months for service
                        4 times service for same problem phone got many damages still they are not replacing...damages due to service of nokia...
                        my best advice is dont buy nokia phone ever poor service

As now, you have only 2 Care Centers in my city, Rajkot, ( Gujarat ), India. Kindly take a careful note on the below mentioned problems with my Nokia Lumia 720: - Have given for formatting: 3 times - Have given for fixing up the volume key(down volume key) for repair: 2 times - Camera keys were not working so had got that repaired: 1 time (pheww..I just couldn’t click a picture, could you imagine how embarrassing it looked?) - Have changed the side belt: 1 time (almost handicapped) - Given to repair one major software default in Bangalore: 1st visit to Bangalore For the last above mentioned point: It was suggested by Noka Care Center (Fone Zone, Yagnik Road, Rajkot). I was informed that it would take 15-20 days to get back the delivery. It took 24 Days (You just cannot compensate for loss of my 4 business days. Can you? The problem does not end here. When my Lumia 720 came back from Bangalore, the sim-card tray was just not in the same condition as was sent. Difficulty opening and closing tray. Here, FONE ZONE (Care? Center) guys told me that it was not their liability and they take no responsibility for this problem so I was asked to send it to Bangalore again! But as it was Diwali time and I had to click some pictures with my Lumia 720 (Sold Digi-cam to get enough petrol for visiting Care center) so I told I would submit it later. Now again, the major fault for which I had sent mobile for, came again (As if it is a ghost). The problem was that there was a blue stripe in between while shooting video (Damn I miss my Digi-cam here) Those Pink stripes on screen were not limited to video but this was accompanied with Blue burnt out display of screen.res. Pinks stripes and blue video? That’s some serious stuff guys. I again took it back to Fone Zone, Nokia Care center (Sold my kidney for petrol card now) After all this first world problems in my third class life, I asked for all 9 job sheets .Yes, 9 times it was given for repair and it’s not even 9 months ! But they had only 3 job sheets. Where are the remaining 6 job sheets now? I reckon this comes under the responsibility of Nokia Care Zone to present me with the receipts of repairs and faults. This was with regards to legal complain I am about to lodge for the same. The below mentioned job sheet numbers may be o[censored]se: [protected]/140823/031 – Others (Belt Change) [protected]/140905/033 – Camera fault (Sent Bangalore) [protected]/141110/008 – Major Fault (10/11/2014) For other six (06) problems, they do not have any records with them (Whom to blame: Irresponsibility or food scarcity?) - I have been harassed mentally by this care center guys such that now I do not even have enough money to consult a psychiatrist. I feel I am cheated. I feel Ashamed that I used this piece of S**t for not even six months. The care center guys had used this mobile more than me. - WHAT I WANT? I want full refund of my mobile amount 15, 500 + petrol expenses (I know you guys can’t afford to give me my kidney back) OR Give me Nokia Lumia 720 – White Color. Whatever it was, I still love Lumia Brand and still I would love to use Nokia Lumia 720. I have lost hopes, not trust. Still. Hope you help me get out of this thing and simply replace this piece. This is perhaps the most inhuman things you guys are doing with your long old customers. I still have faith in humanity and trust in Nokia

                            Hi, model- lumia 730 dual sim, imei- [protected] I have bought a lumia 730 on 15th-oct-2014. Every thing seems to work very fine with the phone except for network. 1st of all its a great phone, very much smooth, with no lags, great display, etc. But when ever network is lost, the phone is not able to research the network automatically. When I go to settings -> mobile+network, there it shows no sim at that point for both the slots 1 and 2. As a result if I try to make a call, the caller application gets hanged. The only option left at that point is to restart the phone. The proximity sensor is also miss behaving at times, sometimes i shall have to wait for the person who called me or whom i called to cut the line cuz i am not able to cut the call due to the mal functioning of the proximity sensor. Its my earnest request to you guys to get a replacement of my phone.

                              I have Nokia Lumia 720, recently before a month(10/10/2014), i gave my mobile to nokia care in ambattur regarding OS problem and slow boot up.They are return back my mobile last week(11/11/2014) with installed windows 8.1. But now i got battery problem, its showing charging but not at all charged. Kindly make it as possible solutions and rectify this problem.and its still in warranty only.

We believed nokia is very good in the world as since i am using Nokia phones, when my mobile damaged in my car with sunrise i seen the mobile screen damaged but mobile is in working condition. Being a consumer I approached Nokia service centre visakhapatnam they demanded 4000 to 5000 rupees, i think this defalult of company manufacturing not consumer default Hence rectify the deafault of your company standardness as otherwise i will claim entire negligency and damages from your company according to law with intwo week .

                                    I'm facing to trouble with data speed on my nokia x2 ds. Usually I use sim slot 1 for data connection, it worked correctly since last week. But now when I connect to data it's speed is too slow (abt 160kbps), but when I connect to data in sim slot 2 using same sim card (same service provider), speed goes high enough (abt 5mbps) why this happens? Pls help me...

                                      I gave my Asha 200 for repair at Nokia Care, near LB Stadium, Hyderabad Telangana, INDIA. They tested the phone and said that phone was dead, it cost rupees 600/- to rectify the problem. So I paid the money and took the phone. With in 2, 3 days I faced the same problem and given back to them. They said once it is done we will get back to you. After 20 days they called me and said your problem will not be rectified please come and collect the phone. So I went there and ask them to return my money back but they telling your phone having display problem pay rupees 850/- to make it work. When they called me second time to collect the handset they said that problem was not rectified and when I go there they are telling display problem. I dont know how it got display problem with in this gap. First time they tested and said power problem second time also they took for the same problem but when I ask to return my money they telling one more problem.                                         My NOKIA LUMIA 520 Phone is in Guarantee and i Went Nokia care(Service Centre) for Updates of Window 8.1 and they Takes Charge 200 ₹ for this, This is wrong because according to My Phone Bill i can update and repair my phone in free of cost because my phone is in guarantee. Please Solve This problem as soon as possible Because Nokia care(Service Centre) of bhiwani always take extra charge...
