Dear Sir/Madam I bought a Nokia XL having IMEI No-[protected] on[protected] but the mobile is showing display problem when i contacted the local Nokia care (Gangtok Branch) they replied they will change the screen display when they have the stock of display. So kindly look into my problem and try to resolve it as soon as possible as i have been facing this problem since 45 days. A big brand like Microsoft (Nokia) has this type of excuses does not reflect good as i am a loyal consumer of nokia since last 10 year. sir,
i have a lumia 1320 windows phone.i buy it before 3 month and my display don't work.so i go to nokia care but they said that come after 20 days, then i call them after 20 days, again they say that call after 25 days .
they are saying that they have no display.so i go to another nokia care they have the display but the don't repaire my phone.they also said that come after 20 days.pls help me. and they don't give me any silp also.

    The lock key of the Lumia 720 (imei: [protected]) has a defective lock key so that the device cannot be switched off. It reboots automatically after switching off. Screen cannot also be locked or opened properly. It prompts to power off the phone while using and if the fingers are in the premises of the lock key.

      i took my lumia 720 to nokia care rountana since the touch was working automatically. they asked me to come after a month saying they were out of stock.After a month when i went they asked me to surender the mobile.gav a jobsheet (no 1715) with estimated date on 31st october. now when i ask dey ask me wait another 10 days.i am goin out of town in 3 days and i need my mobile badly.i am extremely unhappy with nokia.please help me

        So today (31st October 2014) I went to the nokia gallery Mira Road to repair the cracked display of my nokia lumia 820... They first told me it would cost Rs.3870 to repair it...I agreed and they carried out the work needed after repair when I was about to pay, they told me that they quoted the wrong price by mistake and the cost was Rs.6870 so now they asked me to get the required money and then take my cell! However I would have never agreed for a repair worth Rs.6780 in the first place...now it wasn't my fault...so what am I supposed to do?

          I extended warranty period for my nokia 101 for two more years.I bought the Piece on[protected] and extended warranty on 1/3/2013.Today I visited the nokia costumer care for the battery problem with my handset as my battery lasts for just a day or two.But the executive says that my handset warranty no longer exists. Three month back with the same handset I visited nokia Care center with the panel problem and the returned me saying that company doesn't give warranty on panels.             I nought a Nokia Lumia 630 on 16th october, 2014. i found that there was a defect in the display of the phone. so i took that phone to the Nokia Care on 18th October, 2014 to the Serampore Nokia Care, District- Hooghly, West Bengal. They told me that phone will be replaced as it had been only 2 days. They asked me to take that phone to the retailer and they will replace the phone within 3 days. But it has been more than 2 weeks and till now i have not received my phone back. the Nokia care here is not answering any thing and the retailer is only giving dates. Please do something to get my phone back.

              Today (30/10/2014), I have visited Nokia care near my home in Kannur, Kerala, India. The problem with my Nokia Lumia 1520 is display' s bottom is dislocated, and this display was replaced from same Nokia care about 3 months ago with 15000 Indian rupees. I have bought this phone around 45000 Indian rupees and i have spend on it 15000 so it costs 60000 rupees for this phone for me. But the Nokia care has said that there is no replacement or warranty for the display that I bought from the Nokia Care in Kannur. I hope you will take the necessary action...

                Hi, my name is RAVITEJA . My nokia lumia 720 got touch screen digitizer problem suddenly is bottom side of my screen touch is working intermittently on that bottom area except every thing working. i went to the nearest nokia service center on[protected]. The care executive taken my phone and checked that the problem is not resolved . he taken my phone given me that job sheet And told me that it comes under warranty. When it got resolved i will call you. We will resolve tomorrow if tomorrow is not resolved it will take 10-15 days to resolve the issue. On[protected] i got mail from service center as like below, Work Order No.[protected]/141029/029 Target Delivery Date Changed Dear Customer, We have revised the Target Delivery Date of your Jobsheet No[protected]/141029/029 to[protected]. BRIGHT INFOCOMLAND MARK COMPLEX, OPP. DUBAI SHOPPING CENTRE, WALTAIR UP LANDSVISAKHAPATNAM ANDHRA PRADESH+91-[protected][protected]@nokiacareindia.com and the i got call from service center and the executive told me that this is not cover under warranty come and take your phone. I called to the Nokia care center to [protected] then i explained all these things to the customer care executive she told me that don't take your phone our senior executive will call you within the 24 hrs. (The Same issue is came on February 2014 - and got resolved by nokia care center at that time within 3 hrs they replaced my touch screen digitizer ) Now i am facing with the same issue i am not satisfied the nokia service now.                     The phone i bought is NOKIA ASHA 500 with IMEI no: [protected]. Its ear speaker was not working when i got the phone and i given it to NOKIA CARE. The repaired it by taking too long time and when it is delivered, it was showing "ENHANCEMENT IS NOT SUPPORTED". i again given to the NOKIA CARE and the took very long time to reply and now they are saying that they cannot give WARRANTY, so cannot be repaired. I bought this on 4th September 2014. Almost all the time the phone was with nokia care. Please give a favourable reply.

                      Dear Sir, I have purchase Nokia 220. During its use, i observed that a message like "Rate to Nokia" is displaying hence i am unable to use some shortcut key and it gives difficulty for easy operation. I have visit the Nokia care center, and the technician has solved the issue, but after 10 days again, it restarted. As the Nokia care is far away from my existing location, i can't go there every time. Solve this issue instantly and permenantlly. Jagdish [protected]

                        Dear Sir, NOKIYA LUMIYA 810 WHITE Mobile (IMEI No. [protected]) was purchased on 07 Jul-2014 from "Magic Mobiles, Nagpur." rs.7, 250 /- Name of Customer- VARSHA NAIK, Wardha (80 KM away from Nagpur). Mobile hanged & on the advise of "Magic Mobiles, Nagpur." Handset shown to "Nokiya Care, MILAPS ELECTRONICS, Nagpur" 0n 29/07/2014 refused for warranty repair & took rs. 300 /- onthe name of software updates. The handset again hanged after coming to Wardha . The same has taken to " NOKIYA CARE, Green Line Electronics, Wardha " He too refused for warranty repair & took Rs. 350/- for unknown reason. Then again it has been hanged . I searched for Nokiya Care at Nagpur on internate & found the address of " Anurag Marketing Fawara Chouk, C.A. Road, Nagpur. So the handset is given to " Nokiya Care, Anurag Marketing" on 03 /09/2014 and to my dismay ! he too refused for warranty repair . I elaborate all the story to him, but was of no use . I said please repair it, I will pay & he prepare a Job Card of Rs. 550/- . After 2-3 days he called for delivery, But when I tested, the hand set has hanged again in shop itself. He told come later on. Ok then, after 12-15 days, when I called him he told some spare is not available . Then he called me to collect the handset, but when tested, there was a speaker-problem . Now he he told if he " tries to repair that, the mobile may go dead ! So tell me what to do ? " I was surprised & told him to wait & went to try for warranty repair. Then I went to "Magic Mobiles, Nagpur." from where the mobile was purchased, He gave me the contact no. of a man at Distributor -A.K.GANDHI, Mr. Gajanan Mob. No. [protected], I called him & he assured me to help for warranty repair or replacement. But till date, it has been nearly two month that the mobile hand set is still lying with "Nokiya Care, Anurag Marketing, Nagpur" with no any result. ( NOTE : - All the proof papers regarding the issue is attached here with for your reference pl.)                           Dear (?)Sir I m writing this mail in complete frustration and disappointment which I got from your NOKIA care Centre situated at GURGAON - ( Delhi Road - Opp. Secto 14) . The people sitting there are complete non sense and they do not know how to speak to their customers. I purchased NOKIA XL in august 2014. After some days o[censored]se its ringer stopped working. It is also having a problem of light leakage through the bottom of display since day one. Except these it is quite fine and no problem at all, Yesterday I went to above mentioned NOKIA CARE centre to get the problems solved. They inspected the phone and gave the verdict that charging port was damaged. I said It is OK and I absolutely have no problem in charging the phone. The person kept on making me believe that IT is actually damaged. Finally I said OK then, The pone is in warranty, then replace it also. He said no it is chargeable. I said why ? He said damages are not covered in warranty. How Much? Rs 1700/- ????? It was really shocking for me? why- the thing they are telling to be damaged is working properly and the thing I m telling is damaged, the are least bothered about that... what is this... is this the policy of NOKIA. I said OK leave it please repair the other things which are really not working. He said our policy says first you have to get repaired the things which are payable only then the warranty will apply...????? SO, in this way the person was forcing me to pay rs 1700/- for a problem which was non- existing...this is really shameful on NOKIA Part. I was very much disappointed on this type of behaviour. I was forced to think that did I make a Mistake in purchasing NOKIA. second MONEY is everything for you people then why you people talk so loud about customer relation. I purchased your phone this shattered by trust in NOKIA. I tried my best to convince the person that there is a basic difference between damage and wear and tear. what the phone showing was a simple wear and tear which is likely to happen when we use an item. but all went in vain. then I said, I will get it corrected from outside. Then they people calmly assemled my phone and hand overed it to me. Now I realize that they wanted me to go from there that's why they were behaving like this. I told them that my warranty will get void if I go out side, They said it is your problem. they forced me to get my phone repaired from outside and I paid rs 400 for that. Some last words. I don't know what action will you take in this matter or whether you will do anything or NOT. It depends upon your inner conscience.                             Dear Sir, I have purchase a Nokia X3 Mobile set from E-Zone, Kolkata on 21.08.2010. On 30.08.2010 the set started crating problem. I contacted the vendor, they advised me to go to Service Centre at Kolkata. According I went to Service Centre Kolkata and requested to change the set, but they have repaired the same. In the mean time the developer from other countries visited the Kolkata to the experience of customer regarding the set. I was one of them to express my experience to them. In the mean time the above set again started disturbing, on 04.09.2010 again I went to Service centre and they have provided service free of cost, but they that not replaced the set. Again on 09.12.2011 the set was not functioning, and then I was out of warranty I had to make payment of Rs 660.00 for the same. Again On 01.02.2012 the set was not functioning then I went to Service Centre, they told that the Kit is to be changed for these Rs 1600/- is to paid. I thought why I should incur expensed on this mobile. I have kept the same. My sentiment is that I have gifted the set to my daughter for her grand success in ISC, requested several time to the vendor, service provider to change the set, but all are in vain.                               I had submitted my cell at Nokia Care on 05/04/2014 and till date have not received the cellphone. Whenever i call them or visit the place they give a excuse that the cellphone will be delivered by tomorrow and till now i have not received any call from your service center. I would like a written explanation from your side stating reasons for such a delay. I had also mailed the service station, then also they are least bothered to make a reply. Looking forward for a reply from your end.

                                I have been visiting Nokia Care (Net Dot Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Tilak Nagar, New Delhi) so many times, it's become a frustration. Their service is so miserable, I wonder why I ever made the mistake of purchasing Nokia Products. I purchased a *new* Nokia DC-18 portable charger, Red color in February 2014. It had defects, for which I submitted it, which was to be returned to me in 2 weeks time. 1stly, they didn't inform me that the product had arrived, for a month. After which when we followed up, they said it's with them. But in BLUE color. We protested that our product is Red in color and that's what should be given to us. As because of an earlier case, Nokia WH-208 earphones were to be replaced as well, and we had asked for a color change and we were refused saying, COLOR CANNOT CHANGE. Then why am I getting a BLUE replacement instead of RED? That too with scratches. They urged us to keep the BLUE in the mean time, and they will call us when a RED one is available. AGAIN, the call never came. Then in October we went again and asked them about the status, and they replied, your product is not in warranty now (these products have 6 months warranty), we cannot do anything. After much argument, they took it, admitting mistake, specifying a RED product is to be sent back. AGAIN, no call came, when we followed up after 2 weeks, they told us a WHITE replacement has arrived. They said a RED is not in Stock. If that be the case, how come there is a huge stock of RED products on various e-commerce websites (namely amazon.in, snapdeal.com, flipkart.com, etc) as well as on Nokia Priority stores??? Where is the customer service? They showed us more wrong attitude and claimed "we are giving you a product back, that's what should matter." I mean seriously? Why is Nokia releasing colored products then? Please advise. I have had multiple issues with My Nokia Lumia 720 for which I visited them more than 10+ times. And the customer satisfaction is very poor. I regret buying a Nokia/Microsoft.

                                      I was charging the phone from the original Nokia chanrger and after some time when I saw the phone it was switched off and got heated. Immediately I removed it from charger. After some time I tried to switch it ON, the display was not visible and there were some internal cracks inside the screen. It seems that there was some malfunctioning with the device. This might have caused some serious accident if I have not unplugged the phone from power. This is very unfortunate with the big brand name like Nokia. Within 4 months of purchasing I faced such a critical problem. Even your service center was not ready to accept the phone and denying this. During charging if the screen damaged then this is the quality problem of Nokia. And the surrounding envirornment was air conditioned room. Now It is in Nokia Care Centre & nokia is saying the physical damage. For your reference I am attaching some pics of the phone and it is clear that if phone is switch off then no cracks are visible on screen or any other part of phone. Only after switching ON, the cracks are visible inside the screens. Hence this is not physical damage. Request you to look into this matter on urgent basis as I dont have any other phone to use.

                                        ITS A MATTER OF REGRET THAT ONE OF LEADING MOBILE BRAND IN INDIAN MARKET (NOKIA) IS DEGRADING IN ITS MOBILE SERVICE. I HAD BOUGHT THE NOKIA 108 DUAL SIM MOBILE ON 25/12/14.ITS LED TORCHED HAS STOPPED WORKING.I VISTED THE NOKIA CARE KALIMATI ROAD JAMSHEDPUR FOR REPAIRING OF MY MOBILE AS IT IS UNDER THE WARRANTY PERIOD. IN THE FIRST VISIT THEY CHECKED MY MOBILE AND SAID THAT THEY HAVE NOT ITS SPARE PART AND TOLD ME TO VISIT AFTER ONE OR TWO WEEKS.IN MY SECOND VISIT THEY AGAIN CHECKED MY MOBILE AND SAID THAT THE PROBLEM PRESNT IN MY MOBILE DO NOT COME UNDER THE WARRANTY.NOW MOBILE SPEAKER IS ALSO NOT WORKING PROPERLY.
