Booked budget cab on 19/1 & at end of the trip, the driver collected like normal charges instead of budget cab charges saying no information from office. I haven't received the message from NTL, when i called them & followed for 20 mts then they told me orally that I paid 85 Rupees extra. I asked them to return the amount & they told they will recharge the amount to one of my prepaid mobile no. but till date I followed many times with NTL & the taxi driver but all in vain. So NTL is cheating in the name of Budget cab. I also spent around minimum 40 rupees by calling them & doing the follow up with them, there is no proper response yet.

    I had availed call taxi services of NTL today morning at 8-45 am and travelled from Choolaimedu to Teynampet and I have paid Rs. 167- to the driver. when I demanded for receipt the driver after noting down my email address assured that I will be sent the receipt through email. However, after several reminders I received a mail in the evening hours but, attaching a receipt which was not related to my journey. When I brought this to the notice of the customer executive who attended my call at around 9.25 pm, the person could not give a proper reply or suggest a remedy for this nor he forwarded the call to the responsible person concerned. During the subsequent calls, I was asked to wait but was not responded. After repeated calls, I was attended to by CRExecutive Mr.Sakthivel, who said he will forward this to the Complaints section and let me know the status in the morning. I dont think for a simple service of producing a receipt, I have to take this much time and efforts which will eventually of any use. And for the above actions, I have spent around 20 rupees for making phone calls and ultimately with no result. Further, in the internet tariff information, you have not revealed that you are charging Rs.50 extra for peak hours travelling and the different tariff for different vehicles. This is not a good and honest trade practice and also entails to hiding essential information to be disseminated to general public which will under the category o[censored]nfair trade practices.

      I am K.Natraj regular customer of NTL. I was totally disappointed of your service in mobile app wallet. On 22/01/2015 i booked a cab. Booking id is B[protected]. That too i booked budget cab but i get INNOVA. Your customer care person told me to pay budget cab fare. I completed my trip by 9pm. Driver gave bill for Rs.480/-. I waited nearly for 15 mins to get clear the amount in wallet. But till 9.20pm the amount was not deducted from my wallet. Due to my hurry situation i paid Rs.400/- to the Driver Mr.Srikumar, his mobile number is [protected]. On 24/01/2015 i checked my wallet balance. I was shocked. My wallet is Rs.0/-. I got Rs.414/- in my wallet balance. I need my money back immediately to my wallet. Otherwise i am going to file a compliant against your company in consumer court.       Booked Cab from velachery to chennai egmore arond 2 PM with pickup time as 4PM. Cab reached to me at 4.20PM. No intimation from Customer care or From driver regarding the delay, For persons who needs to be on time, don't book NTL for sure.

        I have booked for indica car at 12.05 noon on 25/01/15 to go to semmancheryat 5 PM and back. I got booking ID A[protected] through SMS. I got another SMS at 04.20 PM with vehicle number and driver mobile number, which is given below TN 11 Y 8762. DRIVER MOBILE[protected]. But vehicle did not come at all. The phone number of control room was busy. When I contacted driver he told me that he did not get message. Finally I have to cancel my business meeting, which incurred me heavy loss. I request you to initiate an enquiry to find out the lapse at your end and necessary corrective action may be taken. I expect that company will compensate my business loss suitably.             Hi, I had a trip on last month 28th dec 14 from Rajakilpakkam to ambattur at 9.30pm using XYLO. We will reach at amabattur 10.25pm (before night charges tariff). Total journey around 33.3 km only. As per NTL tariff first 5Km Rs.150 and after that Rs18/Km it will come approximately Rs.690 including waiting charges. But driver charged Rs.823. He didn't give the computerized bill, just he given manual bill with figure amount only.(no km calculation, vechile no ect...) Due to heacy rain that time i can't argue him and raised a complaint with NTC customer service. After that almost 16 time follow up with NTL customer team, they never give proper reply. Simply they said will call back and purposely they avoid me. Even i requested more than 8 time to provide bill copy also.Till now i didn't receive.               When there is 50% Pongal offer, we booked a taxi and we got 50% cash back. But when introducing the offer there is no conditions mentioned. But after getting the 50% cash back, we came to know that the cash back amount has limited validity. To use that amount, we tried to book taxi 4 times, But every time driver was not ready to pick us if we are paying from app. The reason they told are: 1. I will not come if it is wallet payment 2. I am not near by your area 3. I want to go to home 4. I feel sleepy and need rest. Now the validity is been over and we couldn't utilize the amount. Nearly Rs.400 got wasted. When we call customer care for complaint even they dint repond properly.

                  I booked a taxi with NTL on 19th Jan 2015 for a trip at 8.45AM. Booking No. was B[protected]. A car was allotted (Car No. TN22CT2406 with Driver's mob number of [protected].) The driver called promptly at 8.30am and confirmed. However he did not turn up. His mob was switched off and no way to contact. Later in the day I called NTL number and the response was not good. They even did not know the problem. I checked with their website. It says the trip has been completed successfully. Who is to be blamed? The driver or NTL?? The pity is there is no facility to make a complaint with NTL.

                    I booked the taxi through NTL taxi app.immediately they assigned the taxi with the driver and vechicle number.Vechicle number is TN01AS7579.I called to that number.The driver didn't pick my call.After 10 min i received a message that your balance is deducted and current booking is completed.immediately i called to the customer care..He transferred my call to customer complaint sections.A Madam answered and enquired about the details and immediately she cut my call without telling anything.After that I called again they didn't pick.It was in queue for more than 5 times in the position of 35...Another problem is after asigning the duties the drivers are refused to attend the customers. NTL becomes No Taxi with Loyalty

                      Booked Indica for 2 people to travel. During Booking we were said the following charges (Confirmed twice by repeating the same twice): - First 5 Kms - Rs.100 - After that, Per Km - Rs 12 But, they sent Xylo and charged the following: - First 6 Km - Rs. 150 - After that Per Km - Rs 16 When asked the driver, he is not ready to listen and charged extra rate. When we tried to call customer care, it put us in Queue for more than 5 minutes and call gets disconnected. We are forced to pay higher charges even though we need only two people car. This happened twice and when complained to customer care, they said I will get a call back from complaints deparment and never got a call back. Advice for other travellers: This is day light robbery and cheating.If they send bigger car instead of small car, simply send the car back and cancel the service. This is a worst example and avoid booking NTL.

                        Booked a 4 hour package for Chennai airport from 11 PM on 15th Jan 2015. with NTL. I made the booking 28 hours in advance. NTL sent an SMS about Taxi Number and Driver's Cell Number at around 10:30 PM on 15tj January/ I contacted the Driver and he in turn refused to take up the duty. I contacted NTL and it sent another SMS about new taxi number and Driver's Cell number. I called the Driver over 10 times and he would not answer. For my repeated calls (Over 10 calls one after another), NTL reassured the same Taxi and Driver Numbers. They assured that Driver ARUMUGAM was on his way and the taxi would be at my door in a few minutes. At my insistence, NTL assured me to find out the location of the taxi through its SMS and to phone me. This never did. Ultimately, no taxi turned up and I missed my flight. The NTL service is very unreliable and its assurances should not be believed.

                          I was booked a taxi on yesterday on NTL. They sent the driver no to my mobile. I had been waiting for the taxi on time. Driver didnt call me. I called him and he didnt pick up the call. after the several attempts he pick up the call and told me he didn't receive the message from the office about my booking. Also he didnt want to come and he will charge more than the usual charge. i asked him to put meter and after reached destination he cut the and the bill generated as zero. Very very worst service. Customer service didn't respond to this properly.

                            This incident has happened more than twice. We have booked a cab under budget cab tariff. We have received the SMS regarding driver details. When the driver called us he said he will not come under budget cab tariff and said he will not come to pick us. We have faced this issue more than once and when i called them to complain they just disconnected the call. Is there a way tackle these kind of cheats around us.

                                  My name is K.Natraj, Mobile number: [protected]. I am regular user of NTl Taxi in chennai. i use app wallet for payment. On friday morning i got Rs.414/- in my wallet. That day (26/12/2014) i book two cab for Choolaimedu to Washermanpet and Washermanpet to Choolaimedu. For both the trip i paid the amount to the cab driver. Rs.300/- for 1st cab and Rs.250/- for 2nd cab. But my wallet balance become Rs.0/-

                                  I immediately i placed a compliant in [protected]. But still now i didn't get my money back in my wallet. Also i didn't even get any call from their office.

                                  I am very much disappointed by this incident.

                                  Hi, My name is R. Vinod Kumar, Mob No: [protected]. This used NTL for the first time on 23/Feb/2015. I filled my ntl app wallet with 1000 using my citi credit card. I booked cab on 23/Feb at 10:15 source: old washeremenpet destn: west mambalam Tevera- 9 seater, but the cab never arrived. I called the customer care numerous time they didnt arranged the moring cab, evening cab was a struggling stories, lots of confusion among ur drivers and customer care person.

                                  I never experienced such pathetic service, some how i used the evening cab thinking money would be deducted from the wallet, but driver strted asking the cash which i eventually paid 370/- at last.

                                  My wallet remains the same unused, kindly revert my money back to the credit card stating this was never used. Please dont make me lose my patience once again.

                                      On 24.12.2014. I had to visit an important place at 9 pm. Accordingly, I booked the Taxi at about 2.00 pm itself. vide Booking ID No. 04661 .= sent to Mob, . [protected] Since, no message received about Driver details, I reminded around 8.50 p.m. Immediately, I got driver details. But, the driver refused to come. Then, I contacted NTL. The Driver, as usual refused to come. Like this, it happened about5 times, causing not only great inconvenience and financial constraints, but also mental torture. Since no driver was willing to come, I had to make my own arrangements which caused a great embarassment to me and my family members because of NTL. This is not only the first experience, it had happened earlier too. But, subsequently, the service was OK. So, I restored. I hope the services of NTL will not improve and one has to suffer like me if continue to avail the service of NTL. this has happened inspite of my complaints to the the Manager of the Complaints cell also. I fell this message should go to all those patronise the NTL services.

                                        I booked call taxi on 22nd December, 2014. I mentioned that I need a taxi sharp at 7:20 a.m. I got a message that my booking ID is B[protected] and also driver mobile number and cab number. I called the driver thrice at regular interval but the driver never picked up the call and never called back at all. I again called ntl call taxi and told that the driver is not responding so send some other taxi by 7:20 a.m. They said "yes" but I never got any call after that and no one came. Comically, I got a call at 8:40 a.m. from a staff and she asked whether driver came; I explained the scenario and asked her to inform this to her manager and ask him to call me. The girl that she will inform and I will get a call in 2 minutes but I never got a call. This whole process wasted my time and created lots of confusion and frustration within me. WHATZ THE PROBLEM BEHIND THIS WHETHER NTL ORGANIZATION IS OVER PRESSURISING THE DRIVERS SO THAT THEY ARE STRESSED OUT AND NOT RESPONDING OR THEY HAVE DRIVERS WHO ARE NOT EFFICIENT OR LACK OF COORDINATION BETWEEN STAFF AND DRIVERS OR NO PROPER TRAINING FOR THE STAFFS (WHO ARE ATTENDING CALLS FOR BOOKING, RESOLVING ISSUES, PRESENCE OF MIND, IMMEDIATE ATTENTION AND RESOLUTION) OR POOR MANAGEMENT OR NO HIGHER OFFICIALS WHO ARE CAPABLE OF RUNNING THE PROCESS PROPERLY OR NO PROPER WORK CHART OR WHAT ELSE...
