    I am Manju.I hired one call taxi from NTL call taxi Chennai at 01 of march 2015 at 8:15 am The trip is from Kellkattalai (#12/4 Gandhi nagar 1st main road) to Meenambakkam Airport for that driver took 460Rs., from me after that i have got a message from NTL that my bill amt is 256 Rs., . When i asked the bill to the driver he told me that would be send to my mail.please take some action to the driver. this created a huge negative impact about NTL i am a student i did not aware of taxi far you cheated me i am really feadup of your service.not at all good bad service Taxi #TN20BJ9732 driver mobile #:[protected] please intimate me update of this

      I received an Email from NTL . I thought its an advertisement spam and ignored. But once i checked, it was an invoice. It says i booked a car under my name. Travelled from Thiruvanmiyur to Airport. I HAVEN'T MADE ANY BOOKING IN NTL. BUT MY NAME IS USED AND I GOT AN EMAIL OF THAT INVOICE TOO. strange. I called the customer care exec. She said yes that booking is made and invoice generated in my name. The booking person name is Kumar. I asked for his number but she didnt give. ( may be due to privacy policy. i understand). But my name is been abused. What if some bad activities going on by abusing my name.?. So anyone can abuse anyone's name ?. Who knows, may be someone will travel by using our PM's name and still he gets a copy to his PMO office. That scares me. I want NTL to call that person Mr. Kumar's number and confirm who travelled and y the booking was made under my name and my email id. How he knows my id ?. Please take necessary steps as it is concerned about my safety. Thanks.           I was trying to contact customer care but no use.
          It was on 20th February that we booked taxi from maduravoil to chennai central at 4am.
          The driver can half an hour earlier at 3.30am and he has added 29min waiting charge to us.
          He did not listen to us when we explained. He asked us to speak to the customer care people.
          Who is answerable to my additional waiting charge...?

            HI, am using the NTL call taxi for last couple of years whenever am booking the taxi for short distance (within 5 kms) they simply say CAB IS NOT AVAILABLE, but for the longer distance all the cabs will be available. this kind of service really irritating me a lot. for this FAST TRACK is much much more better.               Hi, My name is R. Vinod Kumar, Mob No: [protected]. This used NTL for the first time on 23/Feb/2015. I filled my ntl app wallet with 1000 using my citi credit card. I booked cab on 23/Feb at 10:15 source: old washermenpet Destination: west mambalam Tevera- 9 seater, but the cab never arrived. I called the customer care numerous time they didnt arranged the moring cab, evening cab was a struggling stories, lots of confusion among ur drivers and customer care person.

              I never experienced such pathetic service, some how i used the evening cab thinking money would be deducted from the wallet, but driver strted asking the cash which i eventually paid 370/- at last.

              My wallet remains the same unused, kindly revert my money back to the credit card stating this was never used. Please dont make me lose my patience once again.

                I have booked a cab on 17th Feb evening for reporting on 18th Feb morning at Bazullah Road, T. Nagar to get dropped at Velachery. The driver called me yesterday morning at 8.30 a.m. and checked for the landmark and I had asked him to be at office at 9.00 a.m. sharp. To my surprise, the driver did not turn up till 9.30 a.m. When I called him, he did not pick up the phone. So, I called NTL office twice to convey this. The executives replied saying that they will come back to me after checking with the driver or arrange another car. Both did not happen till today. In fact, I need to attend a training program at 10.00 p.m. and I was literally in my office till 9.30 a.m. without any response from your office. I made up my mind to never book a cab through NTL because of this issue.

                  Can booked for 12:15pm on 18th Feb 2015. But booking was taken for 12:00pm IST. Cab reached on time and the driver already reported to the billing.

                  For a journey of 9.5 Kms in 15 minutes...wait time was charges 82/-, mentioning 41 minutes.

                  Calls to NTL CC were not helpful. Spoke to Sruthi and 13 other ladies, but call was never transferred to Complaint section.

                  Correct Bill value to be 160/- max. Bill was generated for 233/-... but i paid 200/-, as i was getting late.

                  Driver started using foul, dirty languages, as he drove the car away from me.
                  After exiting the Airport, he again called me and used dirty languages and yelling at his top of voice.

                    CAB was booked from airport to annanagar to airport @ 3:30 AM on 16th Feb 2015. There was no one to receive the phone response for multiple phone calls between 2:30 - 3:30AM. Contacted different number provided 3000 3000, 6666 6666. CAB details not provided no response and cab and did show up either. Ridiculous service, we were stuck in the airport at wee hours of the morning with a lot of struggle to find an alternate CAB. Avoid at any cost. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

                      I travelled from Chennai Airport to Kelambakkam on 30.01.15 by NTL TAXI. On reaching my destination I was told by the driver that the bill will be sent to my Email ID (jayakumar.23.3.[protected]@gmail.com). But I didnt receive it. I had called the customer support team[protected] thrice and asked for the same. But the response was very poor and I still didnt get my bill.

                        Dear Sirs I am writing this with great disappointment because of sharp decline of your services. I had to miss my doctor's appointment & was delayed due to indifferent attitudes of the drivers .Yesterday I booked a taxi and the driver number [protected] assigned to me did not take my call for the directions. When I had asked for leaving home at 4:45 PM till 5:15 he did not take my call. The previous time on it was worse the driver took the directions for my residence and never turned up. When I called him he left his mobile off for more than 30 minutes and I was very late for my appointments.This was on 4 February.his mobile no is 8733928 number and time from 14:01 to 14:20 I kept trying. This is absolutely unacceptable especially when NTL provided good services to me for a long time and this sudden deterioration is shocking.. I have observed your drivers display a negative attitude that he has been assigned not so lucrative route to him etc., May be this is the manner they show their irritation without realising this negative attitude will kill the great idea of Call Taxi in Chennai. Call Taxi drivers have started behaving like the notorious auto drivers of Chennai !!!. I registered my complaint to the call center which did not bother to even acknowledge. Let me see what response I am getting from this corporate office. Depending on your response I have to review deleting your contact from my mobile as well as my MEMORY ?!!!

                          On Feb 08.02.2015 I booked for a cab at 21.08 through the ph.no.[protected] to pick me up at my residence in Nanganallur to Airport. My Booking ID was[protected]. cab.No.22CP3151 and the Driver's Mob. was [protected]. At 23.09 I called the driver to give directions to reach my home and to my surprise the driver told me that he will not be coming as he had already informed the NTL office that he is cancelling his trip. I called up NTL office and they even did not know that the driver has refused to take up the drip. From the office they told to find out another cab. After this I got 18 SMS from AD-NTLTXI stating: Please ignore previous cab detail for Booking no[protected] and new cab no. and mob. [protected] was given. When contacted this no. at 11.30 driver told that only then he got the message from office and it would take time to reach me as he is far away. I had to walk a long way to reach the main road to catch an auto and reached airport late. The person whom I was to meet was disappointed and due to this I lost a vital business. This is an utter failure and major deficiency in service, a service for which you are running this business Why can't I take a legal action against NTL Taxi to recover my loss.

                            The enquiry tariff and billing tariff doesn't match. The billing is not transparent. Hidden charges are collected at the end of the trip which is not revealed during enquiry. For a packaged trip (Tavera) I was given a tariff of Rs.925 for 5 hours and 50 kms.Extra Rs.17/km. But I was charged Rs.1100.The breakup of the bill is still not provided inspite of asking many times. The response from the customer care is very poor. Wasted my time and money by calling them. On the whole, a bad show. Totally disappointed with your service

                              Sir, I have travelled in NTL Call Taxi on 14.01.2015 from Chennai Adambakkam to Chennai Central. The meter showed an amount of Rs.357/-. But I was asked to pay Rs.450/- by the driver. I have paid the amount. When I called your customer care centre several times and a complaint was registered on 14.10.2014 and the complaint no 10. But till date there is no response from your end and I have spent more than Rs.100/- on calling your customer care. Hence repay me the excess collected amount along with the amount for my mental agony. After this incident I am not going to avail NTL services hereafter.                                 Booked Indica for 2 people to travel. During Booking we were said the following charges (Confirmed twice by repeating the same twice): - First 5 Kms - Rs.100 - After that, Per Km - Rs 12 But, they sent Xylo and charged the following: - First 6 Km - Rs. 150 - After that Per Km - Rs 16 When asked the driver, he is not ready to listen and charged extra rate. When we tried to call customer care, it put us in Queue for more than 5 minutes and call gets disconnected. We are forced to pay higher charges even though we need only two people car. This happened twice and when complained to customer care, they said I will get a call back from complaints deparment and never got a call back. Advice for other travellers: This is day light robbery and cheating.If they send bigger car instead of small car, simply send the car back and cancel the service. This is a worst example and avoid booking NTL. Cheating customer care people and the drivers. Don't opt for NTL service better look for some good operators

                                  I booked for a Tavern at 7.30am for an evening drop at 7.30 add I need to go to airport.please tag the experience slowly. 1.I called St 6.30pm.. They said details will be shared in half hour. 2.i received 3numbers one after the other.. I called each one of them and they have me reasons likes they are allocated for Another travel...it was almost 7.20 3.cheap service us what I received from them. 4.spoke with the complaint team.. Mageshwari... John.. 5. Till 7.50pm there was no response and I had to check in at 8.30 . 6.i was asked to wait for 5 mins by Magesh was. 7.i had a strong intution that these guys will not get back to me. 8.boojed a taxi nearby to my place which has was expensive but not at d cost of losing my flight. In between they kept calling asking... Mom, did tough board the cab.. We are from the confirmation team... Nonsensical service... Damn people act cheap via customer serv Reasons for not providing me cab:I live 3kms away from Airport and they can't mint money... Shameless work!!

                                      Hi Team, I have booked the NTL call taxi in the morning(10:00AM) for a package of 5 hours at 6 o clock in the evening(02-Feb-2015). Please find the booking ID([protected]). We have booked it for a doctor appointment, but NTL call taxi disappointed us totally. We never expected such a poor service from NTL. If you are not able to arrange a cab, you could have informed us early so that we would have made an alternate arrangement. We have called the customer care more than 4 times but didn't get any proper response from them. More over they didn't attend our call from the registered mobile, but when we called from different mobile they were picking up giving a false claim that driver will come in half an hour ...but the driver didn't come at all.                                         I had booked a NTL budget cab for 31-01-15, 6. 40 am booking id B[protected].There was no communication from NTL even till 6.30am inspite of repeated calls to customer care. Everytime the standard response to the calls was the driver will reach you sharp on time. On repeated calling they took a fresh booking and assigned a driver. That driver could not be reached at all. Within 10 mins again I received a message with new driver assigned. He said he is somewhere else and cannot come for pick up . It was 7 o clock and nothing done .I had to go for an exam.Finally I had to cancel all bookings and go by a different call taxi. Such a bad service/response by NTL is highly condemnable. I want my NTL wallet amount refunded to me immediately as I would never use their service again. I had to waste so much time and energy . If the wallet amount is not refunded I would have to move to consumer court.
