Hi, My name is R. Vinod Kumar, Mob No: [protected]. This used NTL for the first time on 23/Feb/2015. I filled my ntl app wallet with 1000 using my citi credit card. I booked cab on 23/Feb at 10:15 source: old washermenpet Destination: west mambalam Tevera- 9 seater, but the cab never arrived. I called the customer care numerous time they didnt arranged the moring cab, evening cab was a struggling stories, lots of confusion among ur drivers and customer care person.
I never experienced such pathetic service, some how i used the evening cab thinking money would be deducted from the wallet, but driver strted asking the cash which i eventually paid 370/- at last.
My wallet remains the same unused, kindly revert my money back to the credit card stating this was never used. Please dont make me lose my patience once again.
NTL Call Taxi customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I was trying to contact customer care but no use.
It was on 20th February that we booked taxi from maduravoil to chennai central at 4am.
The driver can half an hour earlier at 3.30am and he has added 29min waiting charge to us.
He did not listen to us when we explained. He asked us to speak to the customer care people.
Who is answerable to my additional waiting charge...?
