I Booked a NTL Call Taxi For My cousin bro, He don't knowthe local language, on 17-3-15 at 3.PM From Chennai
to Tirupati Temple . Driver turn up on time, I checked with customer care, after then turned up at 3.30pm, wile started itself the collected 1500rs, in middle way the driver caught my the police for not wearing seat belt, for that we paid 200rs . After some while car got breakdown nearly 1.5 hours, after reach Tirupati the driver collected 4500rs & 300rs driver batta. while they asked the bill he told you will get mail or sms . so they left it, while they told to me. i
checked with the customer care they informed max it must be 4000rs . i raised a complaint at 18-3-15 noon at 12.50 pm, they informed they will get back with in 30 min, after that no response from there side, again at 6.0 pm i
raised a complaint again, at the time customer care executive( Mis.pavithra) gave a gud response may conversation had happened in mean while, she informed me we asked the driver to report to our office, we will check & get back to you, no one reached back to me, again i called back, after that a lady called back and she told the same by tomorrow i will get back, today again i called them, now also they saying the same, so i got angry i was harsh to them.

over charging on waiting
Booking Id A [protected]. Pickup time asked 5.20am. Actual boarding time 5.40am. Actual waiting time 20 min. But charged 45min. Dropped at 6am. When total cycle completed in 45 min how come waiting time 45 min. It's a cheating by ntl.
