Hired a taxi on march 28th, 2015 Saturday to commute from Valluvarkottom to airport via ICF, I got a message that the amount was Rs 631, but the driver charged Rs 765. There was no toll on the way and car dropped and left within 5mins.There was no entry fee necessary and the driver did not wait at any point of the travel The fee charged for waiting as Rs 56 and toll/entry fee as Rs 135 is totally untrue and cheating.The lady who registered my booking was completely indifferent and forced me to pay the extra unbilled amount, The next day when I enquired the booking person said that we are supposed to pay only the billed amount .The driver also did not show the billed amount at the point of dropping, I thought I will book for the return travel also, but realising this cheating I took Ola, for the same return journey they charged only Rs 430, Therefore I request to return the extra money collected in my account else I will be forced to complaint to the concerned higher authority and spread this in whatsapp also. I am Sriraman brother of Jaya, who has booked the cab for me. I sent SMS to no. [protected], once yesterday and once to-day.

    Booking Id A [protected]. Pickup time asked 5.20am. Actual boarding time 5.40am. Actual waiting time 20 min. But charged 45min. Dropped at 6am. When total cycle completed in 45 min how come waiting time 45 min. It's a cheating by ntl.

        Travelled in NTL call taxi multiple times and for my last 3-4 trips taxi driver told that they will send the bill though email shortly after my travel and I never got the bills. Also when I followed up with the customer care they always says that they will send it in 30 minutes and I could able to get the bills after minimum 5 times. By doing this they push the customer to not book taxi with NTL and I am done with NTL.

          On 05.04.2015, i booked a taxi to travel from Besent nagar church to Karyanchavadi around 8 pm and they confirmed booking ID B[protected]-05 Cab No:TN73V9572 but the vehicle not turned up.Again i called them they confirmed me that they would arrange alternative cab with in five minute and even after 15 minute no calls from their end.And called continuously and again they confirmed me with Booking ID B[protected]-05 around 8:50 PM CAB NO:TN09BS0979 BUT THE VEHICLE NEVER TURnED UP. i was trying to call them but they were bussy.upto 9:30 i was waiting out side besent nagar church with my wife and my kid 11 months old. i really got upset and i have to go for legal action as my wife is sick lady and my child health conditions were not good. They never respect the human beings. then had to travel by fast track late night.

            Hi, I had not received the bill for travel made yesterday[protected]. I had taken the cab from kilpauk pachayappas college travelling to kelambakkam and then they dropped me at kilpayk. The bill amount was Rs 2, 999. I wanted the bill as i need to reiumburse the amount in my office. The driver said that they will send the mail but i have not received it yet. When i call NTL they are disconnecting the line continuously telling that are transferring it to Billing section. After picking the call 5 times from morning they have not send me the mail. If i dont receive the bill ill definitely file a case against them for the stress and service they do to customers

              20th Feb 2015 - Used NTL taxi to travel from MM Nagar to Saidapet. Driver collected Rs 750/- 20th Feb 2015 - Used NTL taxi to travel from Saidapet.to MM Nagar. Driver collected Rs 910/- 23rd Feb 2015 - Used NTL taxi to travel from MM Nagar to Saidapet. Driver collected Rs 650/- For all the above usages, drivers collected money and said bills will be sent to my mail id. Till now I have not received the bills. In spite of the regular follow ups, no action so far. Need the bills to submit it to my company as the above usages were made for official purpose. I don't know what is wrong with NTL.                 I ( Chandru of mobile number [protected] ) been a regular customer with NTL . Called up today 31st March 2015 around 7.30 p.m requesting for Innova Car. One gentleman who took my call was rude when i reconfirmed my request for Innova Car. Around 8.45p.m i was forced to call again NTL for the update... to which another gentleman told will get back to me in 5mins ; which never has come. Then again around 9.07 p.m called up NTL and my call was redirected to Complaint Department ( ironically good name given to the Department ). Was put on hold and told me will get back to me in 5mins . He did get back saying there was trouble in service... and if i can take up Xylo Car. Due to non disclosure of certain issues of my elderly parents travelling in Xylo Car i did specifically request for Innova Car. Which never happened. After 9.30p.m i was left to hunt down for other call taxis service. Around 10.00 p.m with elderly parents i was able avail taxi service with other Call Taxi Operators. I called up in advance and this is what happened. Would appreciate if you could clarify, if there is a provision to go legally for this Harresment and rudeness caused by NTL Call Taxi Operator in Chennai. Best Regards Chandru. Time now is 11.19 p.m

                I am pondering ... looking out for ways Legally to bring NTL CALL TAXI in Chennai in its best customer related service; rather than causing hardships to my elderly parents of age 83 years & 73 years.

                As told rightly in your email, your apologies will not ( cannot ) be of help.

                I pray if NTL CALL TAXI OPERATOR in Chennai would be brought to court of this land ; things will / may be smoother for other customers in future.

                  I booked a Taxi from Bell Hotels Periamet to International Airport today morning for pickup at 16:00 hrs, and got a booking confirmation ID [protected], cab no TN05AY8005, Driver Mobile no [protected], the driver did called me at 15:30 hrs confirming that he will reach the pickup point by 15:45, at about 16:15 when i called the driver to know his location i got a arrogant reply from the driver that he has picked up some other passengers and i have to call again NTL and then they will arrange another cab for me and start speaking unwantedly. I called the customer care to make a complaint about this poor service which NTL is giving to the customers where they said they will cancel my existing booking and make a new booking, which i refused and said that the cancellation should not be from my side, but even after prompting them the booking has been cancelled stating that i have cancelled it. I request every body to re think before Booking a cab in NTL since you will miss your valuable travelling plans.

But later when we checked NTL message, we found that the cab charge was only Rs. 337 inclusive of waiting charge. So please take necessary disciplinary action and provide us with the refund amount.                       Booking ID : A [protected] dt 10th March 2015. The taxi was booked for 9 PM pick up, we were dropped at our destination when the driver has requested for Rs . 50 Peak hour charges which was not informed at the time of booking. I called your office @ 9.23 PM where your attendant said the information will be passes to the driver on duty and i need not pay the charges. No reply and on my 2nd call @ 9.27 PM, i explained the same to your 2nd call attendant who inturn transferred the call to a senior, i had to explain the situation for the 3rd time . The attendant was Miss.Rekha ( 63421 ) if i can recollect correctly. I was told that i had boarded the taxi @ 8.55 PM, hence the Peak hour charges will be applicable, you operate in such a manner 1) We board late, we pay waiting charges 2) Your taxi is late, you don't even bother to apologise, but give lame excuses 3) We board early, charges are applied without any prior information. Any of the above ways the client is not served, but you look at earning money. Further even after repeated info given to your call attendant that a) We are parked at the entrance of a busy place ( Egmore Raliway Station ) b) I'm getting late to board my train no sense o[censored]rgency was showed, nor any sign of apology for not informing us on the peak hour charge. I had to get off the taxi paying the Rs.192 as demanded by the driver. The call attendant was supposed to get back to me in this regard which has still not happened. 8 minutes of talking on phone and no response, only remains is mental strains and agony caused by your attendants. Further i see that you apply Peak Hour Charges as well as waiting regardless if the vehicle is static in traffic or waiting for signal, why does both the waiting and Peak Hour charges apply at the same time, can you explain .

                        I took an outstation ride with NTL on 7th Mar'15 from Chennai to Tirupati and back (Booking id A[protected]). I completed the ride the same day and as per company rules, I was required to pay only Rs 300 as driver charges. However, the driver took Rs 600 from me claiming some loophole in the rule. Next day when I checked with the company, I was told that I have been incorrectly charged and that the extra amount would be refunded by the driver shortly. 2 weeks have gone by with absolutely no action. The most appalling part was the attitude of the customer care and complaint departments of NTL. I was repeatedly cut off from the call when I asked to get connected to the complaints section of NTL. On the times that I did get connected, I was assured that the refund would take effect the very next morning and that they would call back. Next evening when I called again, I was again given the same assurances, but no action. Not even a courtesy call that they are looking into the complaint. It is really disappointing to see a reputed company like NTL willing to cheat it's regular customers. Rs 300 is not a big deal for me, but breaking of the trust part definitely is. I would not like to travel again with NTL with such kind of harassment that I faced and would definitely not recommend NTL to others. There are plenty of honest cab services out there.

                          I Booked a NTL Call Taxi For My cousin bro, He don't knowthe local language, on 17-3-15 at 3.PM From Chennai to Tirupati Temple . Driver turn up on time, I checked with customer care, after then turned up at 3.30pm, wile started itself the collected 1500rs, in middle way the driver caught my the police for not wearing seat belt, for that we paid 200rs . After some while car got breakdown nearly 1.5 hours, after reach Tirupati the driver collected 4500rs & 300rs driver batta. while they asked the bill he told you will get mail or sms . so they left it, while they told to me. i checked with the customer care they informed max it must be 4000rs . i raised a complaint at 18-3-15 noon at 12.50 pm, they informed they will get back with in 30 min, after that no response from there side, again at 6.0 pm i raised a complaint again, at the time customer care executive( Mis.pavithra) gave a gud response may conversation had happened in mean while, she informed me we asked the driver to report to our office, we will check & get back to you, no one reached back to me, again i called back, after that a lady called back and she told the same by tomorrow i will get back, today again i called them, now also they saying the same, so i got angry i was harsh to them. customer care executive spoke with me : 1 ) Kumar 2 ) Prathap 3 ) Pavithra 4 ) Rekha 5 ) Hari (Team Lead) Booking ID - A[protected], Cab no:TN05AQ6825 Hence my caution to all the people not to book this NTL Taxi and Auto .                             I booked a ntl call taxi for my daughter on[protected] to be dropped at chennai airport from near rto thiruvanmiur. Pick up was done at 2.30 pm by the vehicle no.Tn 22 cp 7671. In the airport the driver said the gprs and the meter is not working and collected rs.475/- but on enquiry with company they informed that it will be only rs.250/-. Despite repeated complaints they have not acted nor refunded the money..When my daughter asked for the panic button he said no panic button in ntl call taxi.

                            Hence my caution to all the people not to book this ntl taxi and auto since you may encounter the horror like uber taxi in delhi.

                              We are hiring taxi from NTL Taxi on 10.03.2015 (from kandanchavadi to Airport), they are not given proper bill, but the driver advice the bill send to the mail ID of the Passenger but till we are not getting the proper bill, so that the best advice to employee dont book the ntl if it will be reimbursed from your office

                                I have taken a cab from NTL Call Taxi at Chennai on 17/03/2015. After my trip is over, I have asked for the bill from the driver but the driver told that bill will be sent to my registered e-mail id. Immediately I spoke to NTL call taxi[protected] for the same and they confirmed that they would send the same to my e-mail ID. On non-receipt of any mail from their side I called them atleast eight times and everytime they responded with the same answer that the bill would be sent within next 5 minutes.                                   I will not suggest NTL call taxi to anyone here after. VERY VERY WORST AND CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS. On 14th March, 2015 I have booked Indica cab to drop Koyamebedu from Medavakkam koot road. I have asked them to come 7:00 PM. My relation husband and wife only going to travel in that so I booked for indica cab (as per tariff Rs [protected]@km). but Toyata Etios cab came to our place to pick up. I asked driver that I booked indica cab only but he told he will charge indica tariff only and also . My relation are new to chennai. At 8:15 PM they called and informed me that they have paid Rs 550. The distance between medavakkam to koyambedu is 24 kms only but driver used outer route to avoid traffic so kilometer increased to 35 kms. They put waiting charges for 10 min = 20 rs. Actually we waited 10 min for driver arrival. They put peak hour charge = 50. then why driver used outer route so that 10 kms are additionally added. he could have used straight route or he should not charge peak charge amount. Service tax = Rs 25. This details not mentioned during booking of cab. My relation paid 200rs extra amount. I called to customer care but they are talking like . Please dont use NTL call taxi. This is my kind suggestion to all. Please pass this to your friends. it will save money and tension. ( Ref Booking ID: A[protected])

                                      Booking ID: B[protected] Cab number: TN11 6637 Driver mobile number: [protected] First 5 km 100 + additional km 0.9 11.26 + waiting charge 10 + peak hour charge 0 = Total 126 Driver had the old meter and asked me to pay 150 rs. I asked him for the new meter and still I did not get any message, he told me you will receive the message. After that I called the customer complaint number for which they said we will call you surely in 10 minutes, its almost 1 hour now, I did not even receive an message from them. This is fraudulent. We customers believe in you and u simply cheat us for it. I am a corporate seceratary, working for most company bookings with you. I am highly dissatisfied and planning to recommend other cab services for our internal customers.

                                        I have engaged a Taxi for travelling from Tamabaram East (near Selayur Police Station) to Kun Hyundai Service center in Adayar. On reaching the destination the driver informed me that the NTL APP is not working and did arithmetic and charged me Rs.520 and I paid the same .5 minutes after alighting the Taxi I received a message that the rate charged is Rs.314.I complained to customer care ( don't care) center and followed it up by several phone calls. Following are the travel details. 1. Date of travel - Feb, 25, 2015. 2. Booking ref: B[protected] 2. Cab no: TN59BE2416 It is a matter of regret that this issue remains unsettled and I feel cheated by the Cab driver. Can the concerned at NTL Customer care see this complaint and arrange to refund the excess money or you my tell me straight away to forget and get lost. Absolutely unacceptableway of fleecing the passengers.

                                        We booked a cab to go medavakkam to pick up from tvk nagar, chennai.Approximately the charges would be rs. 550/-, was informed to me.
                                        But, they charged Rs. 50/- as a peak hour charges even, we started at 7 am.
                                        and also they charges to Rs.60/- for no reason mentioning as waiting charges, Because, there was a traffic on our route.so, addtional about Rs. 110/- was charges extra, without any valid reason.
