The plants has not been delivered till now.
Tried calling WhatsApp no, mailing several times, no response.

    I had ordered plants before 14 july 2021 and not received my plants till now I had mail many times but not get any reply .i had
    also content through instagram on there id and also on there web chat option but I had not get any update about my order.

      We have places order 3 weeks back and did not receive the order . any queries to the vendor is not useful. no reply from them even the customer service is fake they have the same customer service person in chat.

      PLEASE DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE OR VENDOR. HE SEEMS TO BE A PAKKA CHEATER AND FRAUD.

              I had place order on 18th july after paying Rs 1052/- I am still awaiting for the delivery. infact i tried reaching through web chat two times i get message it is in process and will get the email confirmation.

              They dont even have refund option nor order tracing tab, i feel amazon is good option to buy anything.

              This is poor customer service, i wouldnt recommend any of my friend.

                With lots of disappointment am writing this mail to you.. orderrd a bamboo plant on 3rd July with prepayment.. received a parcel on 26th july by DTDC.. in which there was NO PLANT inside the box, a glass Vase was broken in pieces and few pebbles were only inside the box. Am attaching all the pics for your reference...

                you don't have a number to reach...you guys don't revert for any chat messages not email...then how do we reach you... If you guys are really in a situation to not deliver on what you guys advertise then why do u guys send so many notifications..without even checking what the customer tells you.

                  Hi team,
                  My order NLV[protected], has not been delivered by nursery live. Over the above it appears fraud with the way they respond to customers. They have already asked for online payment for placing order, they are not giving assurance of product delivery . Kindly take some customers friendly action on such websites.

                    I have ordered plants from nurserylive in July 18, 2021. They have sent confirmation mail and have not received my order since then. Customer chat is saying everytime, it will take 3-4 days to dispatch. My order numbers are :

                      (Order - NLV[protected])I recently purchased pack of 3 money plants from nurserylive and all the plants were in a dead condition with torn leaves completely stained in mud. They are not even responding back in the customer care service [protected]@nurserylive.com. They are behaving so unprofessional. Online Chat window is also not genuine and no response from the same. I paid 799 for the order and I regret on the purchase from nurserylive. At least they could respond back for the money they have taken from us. Definitely need a replacement or refund.

                        I have placed an order in the Nurserylive website on June 17th and paid Rs.308.The plants were expected to be delivered within 5 to 6 days as per their email sent to me.But even after a month it has not been received and when I send them email or try to contact customer care, they are not responding for the same.And there is no customer care number to contact them.
                        Kindly help to refund the money or deliver the plants.

                              I ordered a couple of items from NurseryLive. I enquired the order status in their chat option MULTIPLE times but no one replies and completely ignore my messages. I have been trying to get their attention via email and chat option for over a week.
                              However, when I enquired something from other login ID, there was immediate response. It shows that their team is interested in prospective customers but do not care about existing ones.

                              I demand a full refund immediately.

                                My order with order number: NLV[protected] was ordered on 9th of July 2021 which is still not delivered to me. The tracking number: EU[protected]IN provided does not work too. After going to the tracking number, it gives the information of consignment not found. Kindly look into it and do the needful. I have sent several emails and texts which are all unresponded by the company.

                                        Hereby bringing to the notice that I had been waiting for my orders for the last 2 months and out of great difficulty got one of the orders delivered which was damaged and u healthy plant.when asked for a refund and return of the product they offered me a coupon which was worth less than the amount paid for the products. Now they dont have any ways of contacting them, their customer care no is always switched off. I think the cyber crime or cyber related protection unit should take serious action on these guys as there are a lot more who have had a similair issue like mine. This is heights of looting money. I want my refund back.
