I placed an order on 30th June 2021 from NurseryLive for a set of cacti plants worth 970/- INR with order number NLV[protected].
It was not shipped until 16th July, the team does not take proper care or even attempt to update about the order. After leaving messages and mails for 16 days they finally shipped it and it was even attempted to be delivered and it automatically said cannot delivered and was redirected to NurseryLive. They won't refund my money and won't either give me my order.

      Myself ordered a plant on 24th May, 21 with order I'd NLV[protected].( Deliverable to Chennai 600087), but yet to receive any order update . I have already paid the amount but even after so many complaint not getting any reply . I am so much irritated and frustated with this.
      Kindly process or refund my order .

        This complaint is regarding my order NLV[protected] that was placed on 26th May 2011.
        After reaching out to [protected]@nurserylive on 24th June, I had gotten an automated response that I will be given a reply in 2 working days, but there was no email.
        I followed up again on 7th July, but again got no response.
        I would request the nurserylive team to either:
        1) deliver my order if the product is available, or
        2) refund the amount of Rs 906.
        NurseryLive customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        The order was partially delivered on 23rd July.
        I'm still awaiting delivery of a set of garden toys worth Rs 299.

                Hi Nursery Live,
                I am sending this message with utmost dissatisfaction and frustration for delaying my order.
                I had placed the order on the 21st of June'21 and got confirmation that my order is placed. On 25th June'21, I get a message saying the order is processed and will be informed about the dispatch, but that doesn't happen. I get one more message on 3rd July saying the order is processed and will be informed about the dispatch. I am contacting your chat support available on the website which is so so worst that people don't even respond or not sure whether my messages reach the support.
                You guys don't have phone support, grievance support, no formal compliance policy nothing!!. Should a customer have to go through all these hassles in order to contact you for the service he paid for?
                Please respect the existing customers to gain more in future.
                Don't make me feel to re-think about the services I expect from you guys, please make sure you guys are delivering the orders real soon.

                  I placed an order for 5 plants and paid Rs 1392 inclusive of delivery charges . They are silent about the order and despite several reminders there is no response . This appears to be work of group of fraudulent people . The company needs to be investigated for fraud .

                  The Fraudsters have sent a mail on 16th July the order is in process but there is no sign of order . We have asked for refund of money but they do not acknowledge the request. TotalFraudsters . FIR needs to be registered against such unscrupulous people .

                    I kept asking people assigned to me on chat box about the date of delivery. And all they say is that it will take 3-4 more days. How many times you have written the same thing. The order I placed was a birthday gift. what's the purpose of reaching after a month. I even asked to get my money refunded. To which there is no response. I had such faith on nursery live

                      Much disappointed as ordered the seeds wr not thr shocked to find empty seeds packet of brinjal betroot and choulai green and the was also not free seeds packet recvd only one pkt of bottle gourd snake gourd bush beans why do u advertise falsly and misguide inspite of paying fr brinjal greens and betroot I recv empty covers.if this the situation fr ur regular customer imagine the situation of new one kindly do the need ful bfr I take it to social media

                        Your site of exclaiming best plants proved worst in my case. Although the products that I ordered are easily available in market but II fell prey to your beautiful Site. This was the biggest blunder of my life. After confirmation there is no system of tracking order. You have created your site very cleverly that none can contact you through telephone. Even after sending emails to your customer care there is no response. You have played with my sentiments and cheated a senior citizen and pocketed my money. God will never excuse you for this act of theft. Keep this money with you.

                            This is regarding my order NLV[protected] dt.07.06.2021 for Rs.1149/- which not yet received.Ihave send reminders to so many times but they never replied.I had requested so many times to cancel my order but they are neither able

                              I had placed order on Nursery live for 2 pomegranate plants along with 2 packets of Cauliflower seeds. I have not received the pomegranate plant yet. The site is showing the order as partially delivered but there is no response from Nurserylive.

                                    I had ordered my plants on June 5 2021, I have not got my plant yet and I have written to their customer service more than 3 times. They never respond. The only response I guess is an automated message which is of no use at all to any customer.

                                    I would atleast like to know if they will deliver it or if I should assume that i have been cheated out on the same.
