I had placed a order (Order NLV[protected]) on 29th June 2021. I got a confirmation email. But after that no response. I have emailed them 4-5 times. Left messages on their website. The phone number doesn't work says its switched off. They should atleast response.

    I ordered 2 plants worth Rs 698 on 21st June 2021. After that I received an order confirmation mail. My order no. is NLV[protected]. Then I received a mail on 2nd July regarding order dispatch. After waiting for a week I wrote mail to them to know the status of my order and they said it will be delivered soon. Then, again on 16 July I again received a mail from nursery Live regarding order dispatch. I tried several times to contact them through mail, live chat as well as on the number that system user provided. On live chat, only system user attend no executive come to resolve the issue. I am sure they all are fake peoples and are enjoying with our hard earned money. They are making fool of many o[censored]s. Now, I have been feeling cheated and harassed by Nursery Live. Soon I will file a complaint in consumer court as neither they are refunding my hard earned money not they are delivering my plants.

      Nursery live have still not delivered the complete order #NLV[protected]..this is pending since last 5 weeks and they are not responsing to the emails ([protected]@nurserylive.com) while the chat option on the portal www.nurserylive.com is just useless and does not provide any support.

      Nursery live is completely non professional and seems a scam which is phishing money.

      Strict action is needed against them.

      Complaint is resolved today as i recieved my order. But the condition of plants is really pathetic..

      No more orders to nurserylive.com and application is deleted reason being there is no communication channel to connect with nurserylive and they dont respond to your queries or concerns over chat and email.

      Thank uou so much to the team at consumer complaints which esclated and helped with expedited delivery of the order post complaint was initiated on their forum.

      Order number NLV[protected] ordered 3 months back still not received i want my money back or else i will give complaint.worst app and no service .better to close your website

            I had placed 4 separate orders for 4 different locations from NurseryLive on 8th July, 2021. It's been more than 10 days that I haven't received any updates on when my orders will be shipped and delivered. They somehow managed to send a mail mentioning that one of the orders will be shipped soon. However, after that there has been no update about that order or other 3 orders. I have repeatedly tried to reach out to them via chat but no one cares to respond. I have sent them mail as well stating the same but to no avail.

            This is the first time I have ordered from NurseryLive and this is my horrible experience so far. Also, shocked to realize that like many other customers, I have also been made to face this unpleasant experience, to say the least.

            After going through the huge number of compliants against this ecommerce site, it really looks like these people are making fool out of people in the name of business. We pay money to buy plants, and they disappear once the order is placed. No basic courtesy to provide a proper customer service. They don't refund money also as there's no cancel options provided beside your order once placed. Above that, they are reluctant to provide good service.

            I would never have ordered from them had I been aware of their shady behaviour. This is utterly unprofessional and disgusting, nothing less than fraudulent behaviour.

            I WOULD REQUEST TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTIONS AGAINST NURSERYLIVE so that they either shut their shop down or do proper business where they don't dupe people by luring with fancy website and ad campaigns.

            Someone reached out on chat, apologising for delay in shipping orders and mentioned that the orders will be sent in 5-6 days. However, now after a week, there is no update on when the orders will reach. Can't believe these people are running a business.

              my orders were place on 5th of July and was not dispatched on time hence i canceled the order but no refund was given to me.
              I tried contacting the customer care but their reply was not accurate, one person told me i would get the refund in 2-3 days, another one told me 4-6 days 6 to 7 days. but till today no refund has been given to me in my bank account.

                  Purchased plants and paid on line for over a month but goods not delivered..promise not kept.What is worst is you can't contact them phone is not working, email address says wrong email, app gives your standard auto reply..Its a fraudulent company

                          I have ordered 3 plants, 3 pots and soil. They delivered plants after 16 days and still not delivered pots and soil. I have paid 1600 on advance. They dont update us on the status. They dont have a customer care number. They are a fraud company. I want my money back. Order number NLV[protected]

                            I am to inform you that though my order NLV[protected] has been cancelled, as stated by you in your mail, (screenshot attached) the amount has not reflected in my account. As such i have written 3 to 4 mails requesting for sharing with me the refund details so that i can take it up with my bank. However no response till date.

                              I had ordered a bonsai on June 16th and it’s been a month and I have not received the order. The sad part is that the order was made for a special occasion. Despite of writing to them multiple times I never heard anything other than “ your order will be dispatched in 48 hours”

                              I am not sure if this one such fraud schemes going around in India. Please we need to stop such sites from cheating people.

                                Hi, I placed my order on 8th June (order# NLV[protected]) and have received partial delivery and after nearly 1.5 months, one of my items is still not delivered. After many followups with customer service professionals who keep saying you will receive, I haven't received my order yet and I have no clue as to when will I receive.
                                Also, the chat always says leave your message and details and somebody will get in touch which in fact, nobody gets back and neither responds to mail.

                                If you can't deliver, then refund my money.

                                    I’ve placed a order from Nurserylive on 24 June 2021..my order id isNLV[protected]..it’s a prepaid order...it’s been almost 3 weeks since I ordered but there is no updates from their website... I have sent several emails and chat msgs to them but there’s no response ...the number they have given as customer care service also not working...I want a proper investigation should be done n action should be taken against them...because I lots of people are complaining about the same issue in the review section...I think this website is running by fraud people...thank you

                                      I have placed a ordered on 2 july but still not received. In site it is not providing me with satisfying information. When I mailed them on the same no reply at all . This is horrible. Is this the way you treat your customer. I would never order seeds or anything from nursery live nor I would recommend it. Who would order seeds or anything from a site where there is not proper order tracking and not provided with satisfying information. I want you to revert back personally at the earliest

                                        I ordered (paid in advance) multiple items in my order NLV[protected] on 5th July 2021. Received delivery of items on 14th July, that too only partially (high valued item not included). I enquired with them multiple times on 'chat'. Everytime there is only an Autoresponse stating that they will get back to me soon which never happened. Then there was a mail from them (again a pre-built text) stating that the delay is happening due to Covid 19. Above explanation is not plausible since I am located in Pune only (hence should not have taken more than 2 - 3 days to deliver the balance goods), the ordered (balance) item is an 'off the shelf' category (hence no manual working is involved) and there is no restriction on good's transportation in Pune these days due to Covid.

                                        Considering that there are around 500 + complaints against this Company (most of them unresolved), I strongly feel that some more concrete action should be initiated instead of merely forwarding the complaint to NurseryLive.
