I had placed 4 separate orders for 4 different locations from NurseryLive on 8th July, 2021. It's been more than 10 days that I haven't received any updates on when my orders will be shipped and delivered. They somehow managed to send a mail mentioning that one of the orders will be shipped soon. However, after that there has been no update about that order or other 3 orders. I have repeatedly tried to reach out to them via chat but no one cares to respond. I have sent them mail as well stating the same but to no avail.
This is the first time I have ordered from NurseryLive and this is my horrible experience so far. Also, shocked to realize that like many other customers, I have also been made to face this unpleasant experience, to say the least.
After going through the huge number of compliants against this ecommerce site, it really looks like these people are making fool out of people in the name of business. We pay money to buy plants, and they disappear once the order is placed. No basic courtesy to provide a proper customer service. They don't refund money also as there's no cancel options provided beside your order once placed. Above that, they are reluctant to provide good service.
I would never have ordered from them had I been aware of their shady behaviour. This is utterly unprofessional and disgusting, nothing less than fraudulent behaviour.
I WOULD REQUEST TO TAKE SERIOUS ACTIONS AGAINST NURSERYLIVE so that they either shut their shop down or do proper business where they don't dupe people by luring with fancy website and ad campaigns.
NurseryLive customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by jayitad07 Someone reached out on chat, apologising for delay in shipping orders and mentioned that the orders will be sent in 5-6 days. However, now after a week, there is no update on when the orders will reach. Can't believe these people are running a business.
