Hereby bringing to the notice that I had been waiting for my orders for the last 2 months and out of great difficulty got one of the orders delivered which was damaged and u healthy plant.when asked for a refund and return of the product they offered me a coupon which was worth less than the amount paid for the products. Now they dont have any ways of contacting them, their customer care no is always switched off. I think the cyber crime or cyber related protection unit should take serious action on these guys as there are a lot more who have had a similair issue like mine. This is heights of looting money. I want my refund back.

    I placed an order (ID: NLV[protected]) on nurserylive.com worth Rs. 1, 327 on 28.06.2021 through pre-paid method. I got an email saying that order is under process. After that I have not got any details on shipping. No-one responds on web chat, e-mail or whatsapp. I am getting promotional offers everyday though. But no response on my order. I mailed 10 times, sent 100 messages on whatsapp and have made infinite attempts on their chat box. My order is also not cancelled and is still under processing stage.

    This company is a scam looting people of their hard earned money. Also it has fake reviews on its website. I want my refund of Rs. 1, 327. Please help.

          Order was placed on 6th July with full payment. I keep receiving emails and text messages that partial shipment is done and that we are processing your order but it is 26th July and no order received. Login on website is also not working so we cannot check our actual status.

          No customer care number available. Chat support just says we will ship shortly.

            It's been two weeks since I ordered two plants, I was given the order number
            NLV141129***4.
            When I try to track my order, the response is that this order doesn't exist, and when I tried to contact nurserylive agent via chat no responses though they are seeing the msgs. Such a fraudster company. A foul tactic to earn money during the pandemic. Shame!

                  I ordered a plant online via nurserylive on July 5th. Till date nothing is delivered. It shows as 'processing'. No response from the customer care, or live chat or in facebook. no emails at all. I asked for a refund if they can not deliver the plant. No response from the seller.                     Order No NLV[protected] was placed on nurserylive.ocm on 1st july 2021 and it has been more than 25 days and I have not recieved my ordered plants. I think this company is a fraudx and I am filing a cyber complain with Maharashtra Cyber crime division and also file a FIR in local police station. Beware of this company.

                    Updated by shethmukeshm                     Order #NLV[protected] WAS Delivered by Nurserylive.com but again they have cheated me. I had ordered for 4 succulent plant combo and they have sent me different plants from what I ordered. They have sent some cheap plants and not as per my order . This is cheating customers and doing fraud. I am going to file a legal case and police case against them for cheating under IP Sec 420. look at what i ordered and what they have delivered. they are doing this with all customers .

                          Order NLV[protected] paid ...was placed in May and until 25th july there is no information on the delivery or any refund, have emailed several times and get a auto response that in 2 days there will be a reply. no reply comes and no delivery until now.

                            I ordered from nursery live website on July1453 4th 2021 for am an amount of Rs.1453/- for plants and fertilizers.

                            They replied with order details but not delivering the products.

                            They are not responding to queries through mails.
                            The contact number mentioned not working.

                            There is no contact number to call and find the status.

                            Please take action against this fraud website and help me to get refund my money.

                                This is a fraudulent website with o number to contacr. For last one month I have been following up on my order and I have got 2 emails so far with standard response that farmers are making order (ceramic pots??) and due to covid Order is late. During this period I have ordered and received similar material from multiple sellees excet Nurserylive...there is no number to contact email doesnt even have name of peraon responding. By paying for google ads the website appears high innsearch and gives an impression of popular website...The website should be blocked to stop people from getting cheated

                                      My Order number isNLV[protected] I had booked order 8June-21 and I received only partially product of my intire order when I asked for my rest product via e-mail and apps chat i haven't received any updates from nurserylive.
                                      Really I frustrated to ask them for my rest product but still no reply by company.
