I have placed an order on May 10th for Rs.7109. I still did not get the order. Order no NLV[protected]. I sent a mail requesting for refund on Jyuly 14th but there is no response.

    I gave an order on May 10th for an amount of Rs.7109. We still did not get the order. We sent a mail on July 14th requesting for a refund. There is no response.

      I have ordered some plants from https://nurserylive.com/ website on 18th July 2021, but I didn't get this order yet. I'm not getting any response from them when I ask them about the status of the order. Also I asked them to refund if they cannot deliver the order but they are not doing it.

        I ordered 2 plants from Nurserylive, Pune with order no : NLV[protected], Money plant Golden & Marble Prince on 21st June. After waiting for 1month approx without delivery i've mailed repeatedly, but no reply.

        Then i came across their facebook page where i saw 100s of customers have posted that they haven't got their order delivered & it's scam. Most of them have written abt complaint in various consumer courts & police stations. Pls ensure to get my order delivered or money refunded.

            NLV[protected]
            Sir this is the order number i had ordered on june 11 till now they just chat and say order is in preprocessing stage and once it is packed we will notify.
            They wont give a number of anyone in the company.
            This is just mental torture and they will also say once order is confirmed no refund will be given

            Till now i didnt got any mail or call r just a message from them about order.
            Daily i jave been enquiring in chat about the same they will say order is under processing

              I order a peace lily plant and the amazing thing s that that plant was received in purely dead condition. I try to contact you more than 15 times through email and your use less chat support system but you can't respond... you are cheaters fraudsters

                was placed for purchase of some manure.
                Solar Ihave not received the consignment. I have given two mails 1st on18th&2nd on21st.
                to [protected]@nursery enquiring the stage.But so far no reply is received.
                So pl. look in to the matter &take necessary steps for sending the consignment.

                  My order no.is NLV[protected] and i have ordered on 13th june 2021 and i have ordered 2 plants aloe vera and damascus rose plant, your shipping policy is ship in 24-36 hours and shipped on 19th july and product delivering on 22nd july and that too delivering only 1 plant, what type of policy is this, is there any solution for this?, never going to buy anything again

                    Order nurserylive order NLV[protected] was placed on 22nd May. Emails are being sent, and ever time the message received is as “ We wish to inform you that your order is processed and ready for dispatch at garden house.“ The first message as above was received on 9th June.

                      I have booked a live plant, pebbles and planters from Nursery live on 01 June 2021.A prepaid amount of 2754 was made. Inspite of sending mail and complaining I have got the partial delivery of NLV[protected] on 13 June but balance is not delivered till date. Due to non responsive attitude of the company I have requested for cancelation of the order and refund .But inspite of several attempts no response received from them. & today when I was tracking my order they have showned it as a fulfilled order. Till date I have not received neither the stock nor the balance amount.

                      Nurserylive should be blacklisted from online forum for cheating the customers.

                      The company does not have any calling number, they don't reply to mails, their chat box have standard answer someone will get back to you..but nobody ever response to your request or queries.

                        I ordered my plants on the 24th of June and one more plants replacement from 28th June is pending and from the last 20 days I'm messaging daily on their live chat but they are not responding. I don't found any contact number on their site to directly contact them. I have no idea how to get my money or plants from them.

                        order number - NLV[protected] - 24 Jun, 2021. I got only one plant from those orders which were totally damaged and I raised the request for replacement but no reply. And 5 plants are still in pending from the same order.

                        NLV[protected] - 28 Jun, 2021.

                        Please help.

                            There is no update regarding my order. When will it get shipped? It's been over a week now. If you cannot deliver it then please refund the amount. I've ordered it on 4th july and today is 22nd July. How much time do you all need? If you cannot deliver my order then refund my amount. I've tried to contact you multiple times and no one replied. Necessary legal action should be taken. Enough is enough. I've kept my silence all along but I'll take action against you.

                              There is no update regarding my order. When will it get shipped? It's been over a week now. If you cannot deliver it then please refund the amount. I've ordered it on 4th July and today is 22nd July. How much time do you need? It's still not dispatched. Normally it takes only 7 - 10 days to get any thing delivered!! What's so special about you all? If you don't want to deliver my order refund my amount immediately or else further actions against you should be taken.

                                  Once we paid they dont botheted to respond.
                                  paid for the plants but after taking the order they sayinh out of stock & didnot refunded tye money.
                                  Cheeting curomers.

                                      Further to my complaint registered on 20 July 2021.The company is yet to respond on the issues raised.The company has not refunded the amount till date rather they have send partial items worth ₹199.The complete order comprised of 60 cm bamboo stems(06) worth ₹1399 & stone pebbles worth ₹199.Everyday chat request has been send to company.The standard answer is that your items will be despatched in next 24- 48 hrs.however there is no details of despatch received yet.
                                      The original order was placed on 15 July however the company is yet to respond regarding the earlier complaint and despatch of items.
                                      Kindly black list the company and ban it's online forum and app immediately sothat it cannot cheat more customers.

                                        I have placed a complaint with you on 8th July 2021 regarding the same subject and received an email that you have forwarded my complaint to NurseryLive but no one till now have contacted me neither I have got refund. They don't reply back on email or chat messages. I want to file a fraud case against such companies. They take payment in advance and then they vanish.

                                        I have placed an order on 29th May 2021 but they failed to deliver the plants, then they issue a refund and mailed me in this regard on 25th June 2021 but till now no refund is received in my bank account.
