I have purchased 5 plants for Rs.1682 from Nursery live on 29th June. Since then no update apart from order confirmation and no response from the team either on chat or emails. Please help in delivering or refund of amount....

I placed the order on 11th June (Order ID: NLV[protected] ) for a set of plants. I have been following up with Nursery live and they keep saying that they will deliver the plants in 3-4days However, It's been 30 days and the order is not even processed....

Order NLV[protected] placed and paid on 4.7.21.

To my query about the order on live chat the reply is- order not traceable and the matter is escalated.

On escalation, the standard reply I am receiving for past 4 days is - order will be dispatched within 4-5 days.

Already 9 days lapsed after placing order.

From a firm marketing products online, such response is not expected.

I placed the order on 25th June (Order ID - NLV[protected]) for a set of plants. I have been following up with Nursery live and they keep saying that they will deliver the plants in 48 hours. However, It's been 18 days and the order is not even processed.

Please refund my money back....

Its been a month since I ordered 3 plants and did a pre payment. The only response I got was order is processed. Its 1 month already and there is no update from them inspite of sending follow up mails.

I had place order for plants and seed and only seed part of order I have received but the other part is still pending . Their reason is lockdown but an order i placed after is delivered an order that i placed on 9th June 2021 . I have ordered it 5 July bt I haven't got any notification regarding my product. Today is 11July. I have sent lots of msg regarding my product. but it didn't reply me. Hey this is radheshyam mishara from bihar i order some plant through nurserrylive website cost of 1250 rs 15 june 2020 but i did not recive my order yet also no reply of my answer through by nurserrylive support costumer care...

I got my plants in totally damaged condition from Nurserylive after about 20 days
They are just fraud, pathetic customer care
No body replies to your mails
Totally money wasted
Will never recommend Nurserylive to anyone...

I have ordered seeds 10 days back and they have charged me 409 and I tried to track my order many times but I didn't get any response. Sent email as well but still no response. Very pathetic service. My order I'd is NLV[protected]....

I had ordered a syngosium plant from Nursery Live 3 months back and I received confirmation mail 4 times saying my order has been shipped but it hasn't reached me. Everytime I raise a complaint through mail, they say that they have been working at 50% capacity, and I have maintained my patience for the last 3 months.
Two days back when I asked them about a refund policy, they have ghosted me, and haven't replied to my mails....

I had ordered from nursery live in the month of April. Ordered for 2 plants but still after 2 months they kept on saying due to Covid restrictions it has been delayed. After numerous email fot my order on 6th July and to my suprise it was only 2 empty pots which I received. They don't have any customer care number not even replying to my emails and chats. If they can't fullfill any orders then why are they taking orders for plants...

I have ordered plants of worth 3000 Rupees on 22nd June 2021 but still the plants are not delivered to me and I am also not getting any response from them or nor from there customer service. Very bad service so not recommend at all.

Please refund my money if you guys are not able to delivered the plants on time.
