    The plants delivered were in very bad condition. We did not accept them. We
    have returned them to the courier person only. Please let us know what is
    the next step? will you deliver good plants or refund?

      I have purchased 5 plants for Rs.1682 from Nursery live on 29th June. Since then no update apart from order confirmation and no response from the team either on chat or emails. Please help in delivering or refund of amount.

                Order NLV[protected] placed and paid on 4.7.21.

                To my query about the order on live chat the reply is- order not traceable and the matter is escalated.

                On escalation, the standard reply I am receiving for past 4 days is - order will be dispatched within 4-5 days.

                Already 9 days lapsed after placing order.

                From a firm marketing products online, such response is not expected.

                Emails are not attended and answered.

                If somebody is following/reading this
                message in Nursery live, Pune-please initiate appropriate methods to improve response to customers and a faster delivery system.

                      Its been a month since I ordered 3 plants and did a pre payment. The only response I got was order is processed. Its 1 month already and there is no update from them inspite of sending follow up mails.

                      I am not sure whether I will even get the plants. Highly pathetic service. Wont ever recommend this website to anyone.

                          I had place order for plants and seed and only seed part of order I have received but the other part is still pending . Their reason is lockdown but an order i placed after is delivered an order that i placed on 9th June 2021 . The order that HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED IS (NLV [protected] 14TH MAY 2021) is yet to be delivered .
                          I have filed a grievance with the consumer helpline and even to that they have no replied . Their customer is non existent.
                          THERE IS NO OPTION ... NO REPLY THEY SAY THEY GET IT FROM FARMERS ND SELL IT TO YOU . Such a sad state of affairs

                                  I got my plants in totally damaged condition from Nurserylive after about 20 days
                                  They are just fraud, pathetic customer care
                                  No body replies to your mails
                                  Totally money wasted
                                  Will never recommend Nurserylive to anyone

                                        I had ordered a syngosium plant from Nursery Live 3 months back and I received confirmation mail 4 times saying my order has been shipped but it hasn't reached me. Everytime I raise a complaint through mail, they say that they have been working at 50% capacity, and I have maintained my patience for the last 3 months.
                                        Two days back when I asked them about a refund policy, they have ghosted me, and haven't replied to my mails.
