Order NLV[protected] placed and paid on 4.7.21.
To my query about the order on live chat the reply is- order not traceable and the matter is escalated.
On escalation, the standard reply I am receiving for past 4 days is - order will be dispatched within 4-5 days.
Already 9 days lapsed after placing order.
From a firm marketing products online, such response is not expected.
Emails are not attended and answered.
If somebody is following/reading this
message in Nursery live, Pune-please initiate appropriate methods to improve response to customers and a faster delivery system.
