Hi,
I had ordered from nursery live in the month of April. Ordered for 2 plants but still after 2 months they kept on saying due to Covid restrictions it has been delayed. After numerous email fot my order on 6th July and to my suprise it was only 2 empty pots which I received. They don't have any customer care number not even replying to my emails and chats. If they can't fullfill any orders then why are they taking orders for plants from people.
It is a fraudulent company do not buy anything from them worst customer service.

    I have ordered plants of worth 3000 Rupees on 22nd June 2021 but still the plants are not delivered to me and I am also not getting any response from them or nor from there customer service. Very bad service so not recommend at all.

    Please refund my money if you guys are not able to delivered the plants on time.

      Hi Team,

      I had placed an order on 20th Jun 2021. It's still not delivered. I have received dispatch email twice (after 10 days); but there are not further updates.
      I had email the team at [protected]@nurserylive.com, to get the updates on my order on 6th Jul 2021, so for not even an acknowledgment from the NurseryLive team.
      Tried their chat multiple times but no response there too.

      I have already paid for the order and if they are not even responding to customers queries then it seems like this a fraud company??

        Nursery Live while it has good digital market platform, seems to failing on customer communications, supply chain and delivery fronts. This is very sad given they have good ideation of bringing together a variety of things for plant lovers. Hope they will pull their act together get this sorted and be alive. We want you to succeed and continue the good platform you created.

        Please reply on the order NLV[protected] - Urgent as its for a gift for a birthday.

        Your FAQs are incomplete and your track functionality that was there last year is disabled. Please fix these ASAP.

          I cancelled my order last month June, 2021 because after placing the order they did not provided any status update for 10 days. After cancelling the order its been 13 days I did not receive the refund and their customer chat service is rubbish, they dont even look into your concerns.

          Pls dont buy anything from Nursery live if you dont want to waste your money. They have the worst customer service and they are big cheaters.

            Last year they had SMS messaging system to track and inform, now they have only the email address. However after multiple times email they have not responded. I tried chat which is able to pull my order but again no one responds even if it says they will

              Hi, I have placed an order a week ago, till now there is no update. the chat in the site says received the msg and escalated, but I have not received any updates till now. I would like to get a refund or get an update on when the product will be delivered.

                  Hi @nurseryLive team. My order number is NLV[protected]. Its been more than a month since i paced an order for plants worth 5, 000rs. I have been reaching out to the team regarding my order almost everyday. They don't even respond nor the customer support team is bothered to respond. Im an not getting any communication on my order, is it processed? Is it shipped? Etc... Extremely intolerable behaviour from the reputed company like nursery live.. Im extremely upset...

                    Its more then an one month, no delivery or refund.

                      I have placed order on 23rd May 2021 Order id NLV[protected]. They have sent me only one plant and rest order is pending from their side. I have asked them to refund my money. But they don't give any positive response on their live chat. I have also asked them on twitter but they didn't replied. So request you to kindly check with them and help me to take my money.

                      My order total is 2226.

                          My order no.is NLV[protected].I ordered on 04/07/21.It is not delivered yet and I didn't get any message or mail from nursery live.even I can't track my order too.
                          There is no contact no at nursery live website.i think they are fraud because they have taken money for my order but no response afterwards.that order was a gift . please help me .

                              Despite placing so many request on your chat window, I am yet to receive a response on when my order will be delivered. I placed the order on Jun 26 and it's already 2 weeks since order is placed. I seriously don't understand why is it taking so much of time. Isn't there a local office for you to source these indoor plants. Last time also my experience was not great and same this time. I think it will be the last time i place an order with your platform. It's not a small order by the way.
