    Order NLV[protected].
    Placed the order 6th June 2021 (fully paid and confirmed the same day). Received emails on 12th and 16th June saying the order has been processed and would be shipped.
    I tried following up on their only email address provided - [protected]@nurserylive.com, 6 times but haven't received a single response.
    The order hasn't been shipped, the customer support is not reachable and they are also not cancelling the order.
    At this point, I have no trust on the seller and would want to cancel the order, get the refund and never place an order with them again.
    Could you please look into the matter?

      Nurserylive has not delivered the order after two weeks.
      The live order tracking chat has gone unresponsive. Dropped a mail to customer care still no response.

        I ordered plants on June 12 till now I didn't get the plants. please don't do fraud with customers . I ordered seeds they came but plants no update on them. every time for 5 days I will get mail that they will dispatch shortly but no sign of plants. I mailed customer care so many times . no reply .please give money or plants

          I placed an order on 7th of June 2021, till now it's not even dispatched from their end. They said work is paused if so then why they taken orders..? It's already one month over.and they saying if I want to cancel my order then they don't pay my money back to my account, saying that they will give voucher for that. How they are cheating customers ..?
          I just wanted to get back my amount back now.please, NLV[protected] check this order I'd with nursery live and take action for this. Thank you.

            Placed an order on 29th May 2021 but they failed to deliver the plants, then they issue a refund and mailed me in this regard on 25th June 2021 but till now no refund is received in my bank account. They have no customer care number only chat and email is there. They reply by autogenerated email and no response is given to our query and chat is also very pathetic, they never reply satisfactorily.

                Only a small part od this order was dispatched and remaining major items have not been dispatched. I have made complaints many times on live chat of your app but nobody is responding.
                What is this nonsense?
                Further, on your app/website you are still taking the orders of same products which you have not dispatched inspite of passing more than 40 days.
                Please look into the matter and dispatch my remaining orders immediately.

                  I order a few plants on 30th May and paid full money on the same day.
                  Nurserylive confirmed to delivery within next 7 days but not delivered till now.
                  We tried to contract with Nurserylive through out June'21 but settelled the issue and trees not delivered.
                  At last they calcelled the order 15 days back but my money not yet refunded.
                  My order id is NLV[protected] and I definately raise a FIR against this cheating stuff..

                      I’ve placed my order a couple of months ago for plants worth around 1700rs and my plants have still not delivered to me yet. And a week ago I got a message that the product is delivered but I haven’t got any. Trying to reach nurserylive but they won’t respond in their site or mail or any other social media platforms.

                          I had placed an order with thus website 20 days back. Their no.info about the order after that. The status never gets updated and nobody responds to emails or chats on their website.

                            I have placed an order for seeds and made necessary payment online. Still I have not received any response or receipt of my payment.

                            The payment already debited from my bank account. .
                            If it is not possible to process my order reverse the amount to my bank account immediately.

                            Hope They don't respond or update after the payment is done. Never expected this kind of worst SERVICE from NursaryLive and not a reliable one at all.

                              They are not responding to mails and the complaint number is coming off. I placed the order around 20 days back and they are not responding. I have already made the payment and thats why they dont even bother to give updates. Very dissapointed with the website.

                                  I have purchased the product on 2nd May and its more than 2 months I haven't received the delivery. They keep on sending promotion emails to buy, but the one ordered not yet received.

                                  Repeated follow up done through email, no response. They simply just don't care looks like. Not sure if they are cheating the customers, the worst company seen. Not sure what more I can do to get my products, or refund the money if you dont want to deliver.

                                    They don't respond to you or update you anything after the payment is done. worst app and not a reliable one at all. Don't go with their marketing on Insta and social media. Don't fall for their trap.

                                      - After that no update from NurseyLive, they don’t respond over whatsapp complaint number or messenger, there is no customer care number, worst experience ever,
                                      I want my full refund if they are not able to deliver my order

                                        NLV[protected] - I ordered 2 plants as a gift for someone on 14th June 2021. Today is 6th July, there is no update on the order whatsoever. I have tried so many times to reach their customer service. There is no response on the order status. If these people are unable to keep their commitments, then why do they take orders in the first place. There is no phone number where you can call them. They seem to be a fake website. I demand for my refund at the least because I know there is not going to be any deliver from their side. Highly disappointed.
