Order number S8AZ054841 was a prepaid order for 6 plants, placed on After taking 10 days to select these plants from their own nurseries, NurseryLive sent me a text on Sunday (26th July) with an invalid phone number for the Delivery Person. Concerned that Bangalore is under lock down on Sundays and because I couldn't reach the delivery person, I tried reaching the customer support over the phone through the number listed on their website (which was switched off), then the number on their google page which rang for two hours (11 am to 1 pm) but was not received, after which I tried reaching them on chat (which they didn't respond to).

Monday 27th July
After over 40 calls, 4 attempts at chat (one is still in the background while I'm typing this complaint, been in the queue since 3 p.m., they have not reverted with a tracking ID, a delivery person's number. One support executive recieved a call once on the number [protected] promising to share the details in a few minutes (this was at 10.30 am). It's 5 pm today, and there's no revert as yet. Customer support personnel Marie had called from the numbrt[protected] to check if my issue was resolved at 12 noon. When I asked her for the tracking ID, she said she'll check with the back end team. She has since switched off her phone.

I'm at my wits end trying to reach them, distracted and late on a gift that I was due to give on Sunday. Nevertheless, the least NurseryLive could do is share the tracking number and cross check whether their orders have been delivered (if dispatched at all). I can't even cancel my order because that again has to happen by reaching the customer support which is non-existent in this case.

As a fellow startup employee, I have tremendous respect for young companies, the challenges they face and am more than willing to trust a business, only if the business can at least communicate that the customer's product/money is safe.

By far my worst experience with any Indian e-commerce seller ever. Order dispatched or not, it's a sincere request to audit this company on their products, service deliveries, timelines and whether they've actually sent the products to their customers. Companies like this are the reason Indian e-commerce gets a bad name time and again.

    Hi,
    I have ordered three plants. Order number 3dvx056206. Invoice has all the 3, but the delivery boy gets only 2, my rose plant is missing. Also i ordered ixora they sent something else.

    They dont respond to emails/whats app/calls. This seem to be a fraud company, doing scams

      I have ordered 1.5 months back from nursery live
      Nd haven’t received any update on my registered number from them
      I have to go and check from their site which has a long waiting que starting from 50 waiting position
      Now like after 1 hour if that waits gets over customer agent hardly answers to ones query
      The number that they have given is not reachable
      Whatsapp business number is neither responsive
      No reverts on emails
      Nd if i track my order it always get delayed giving me a new delivery date
      My order is worth is above 1300 nd this is not a joke that these online sites can easily joke around with customers
      No update no order received yet

      Please take her into communication

      There are 100 other people following up for their order no order is less than 1k
      This site is making money by fraudulent practices

      Please initiate legal actions against all the people associated with nursery live

        This site is a cheat. After receipt of payment there is nobody to contact except a chat box which has a long queue of customers like me. No delivery updates are available either on mobile or email.

            I had ordered pots and seeds on july 5th 2020. But the order has been still not delivered. I had already paid the amount of 419. Now even after us paying the amount why can't there people deliver it to us. Everyday i[censored] check they keep delaying the support call. If they don't deliver it at the earliest i want my money back. I have been trying to contact them through mail and whatsapp still they haven't done anything

              I ordered plants worth INR 1370 on 31st June and it ahs been over 20 days now the tracking is showing delayed support call and I recieved a message saying order out if stock. I tried contacting them through whatsapp through the number provided however there was no reply.

                I ordered plants on nursery live on july5th and did not get any info on the delivery. They are not replying to any mails or calls. There is something fishy. They keep on changing delivery dates.

                    My order tkym0133757 was placed on 11th of june 2020 and it's 40 days by now and i have not yet received my order. The order is prepaid. They do not have proper customer care as well. You cannot contact them by any means. When i checked out their reviews in social media, they seem to be frauds as i am not the only victim here. No one has received their product neither they update us about anything. They are simply earning money in fraud way. I also went through reviews in social media where many people mentioned they send dead plants as well. They are either cheating or lacking business ethics. It's a very serious matter. Please look into this matter before it's too late. Also! In below picture just look at this shows my product should reach me by 10 july but i have not yet received it.

                    They sent me dead plants this time and are not at all reverting back to the chats on their website which happens to be the only way to contact them. Shows how they are cheating people.

                    Now they have sent me dead plants and even if I am trying to contact them through the chat box on their website ( as there is no more ways I can contact them), they are not at all reverting back. I have tried this 4 times and this shows that they are cheaters.

                      Have placed the order for delivery of planting pots on 14 June, 2020. Order No. WRIP0137875, order value INR 659.
                      firstly, there is no mode of communication where one can raise an issue other than a whatsapp no to which nobody responds, i have been fed up of this followup with these guys.
                      and Now, when they have replied, they are saying of delivery of complete order whereas i have received only the complimentary part i.e. seeds and the pots are still not delivered. Want to lodge complaint against the company for action. sharing the relevant documents for your documents.

                        I have placed an order #zi8z037259 (Rs.884) with https://nurserylive.com on 29th june 2020. Till now no response from them. Even if i send a mail, whatsapp, not a single response from them. Even they are not cancelling the order. As i am from ap (Monsoon ends here early), there will be no use if i receive the seeds late.

                          I had ordered for live plants (Order no b5ur0144235) on june 20, 2020. Till today, 15th july, 2020, the plants were not received by me!
                          I wrote several emails - but only received some vague answers - and your site shows order shipped on 9th july (So late!) - expected to be delivered to me by 13th july, 2020. Unfortunately, till 15th july, 2020- no trace of the plants!
                          NurseryLive customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                          And I paid the whole amount!!!

                              I have ordered 4 small plants from nurserylive for rs. 864 on may 9th 2020.
                              Till now i didnot receive the item. I need complete refund as i dont know the status of order. Also i see many complaints that they ship dead plants.
                              Please get me full return. I dont trust them anymore. I have sent some 5 mails and tried to contact their whatsapp number, no help....

                              I had ordered my plants on 26th june 2020 and there is no update on the order page and it states that ready to dispatch on 29th june, but did not receive any call or they dint provide any update.
                              Wasted my money.

                                I had ordered for seeds only on 09 april 2020, which is even after lockdown but if they cannot send the order at that situation means they should not have accepted yhe order but despite of doing that the order was placed and payment was done but still i didnt recieve my order nor any communication from nurserylive. I cannot even contact nurserylive but only by e-mail communication i asked many times for refund but they say that order is with professional courier (Where shipment number gives false data). At this economic crisis it should have atleast initiated a refund for my money but that also it didnt do! Kindly help me get my money as soon as possible.

                                  I’ve placed an order of 12 items on 16th March, 2020 from online nurserylive.com. As there was lockdown, I have written a mail asking about the delivery date of the product. After sending continuous mails, they sent reply after lockdown, I shall receive the plants.
                                  Till now I’ve texted more than 40 times through WhatsApp and 15 emails ...but all in vain. I’ve paid 2900 rupees. Such a bloody ### organisation and no CUSTOMER support at all. These nonsense fraudulent activities should be banned.
                                  We got a thought of making greenery space in our homes for which we had to order. And this is the very first time, I ordered and to my utter disappointment, I’ve lost my money.

                                    I placed an order on their website on 24th June.
                                    Today is 4th July and still no updates from their end.
                                    I tried writing mail([protected]@nurserylive.com) to them, but all the mails get rejected.
                                    Their contact number([protected]) is not working.
                                    And they don't respond on whatsapp(+ 91 [protected])
                                    I have already paid for the order and now I'm stuck.
