    I ordered some seed of ₹239. The payment gateway is faulty and the first transaction failed but my bank account got debited. The second attempt at payment was successful. So, my bank account was charged twice (₹239+₹239=₹478) for a single order and I didnt get any refund and reversal of the amount debited. The excess money was just lost.
    The customer care at nurserylive did nothing to help me in this matter.

      I have placed an order in nurserylive. Part of the order was taking more time to get shipped than what that they promised while placing the order. So I have placed for refund on 30th July. Till now, I havent received the refund. Even the customer chat option is such pathetic, I have to wait for hours together to chat with an executive, but again all they is that refund has been issued, but nothing happens post that. Even the whatsapp chat messages are being ignored. This is a fraud company . I wait for hours together to get connected on a chat, and someone joins and immediately leaves the chat! just imagine how frustating it would be.. I have attached the screenshots as well.

        I had placed an order with Nurserylive for multicolored pots and paid them 1800 and odd.My order no is #48W8048318 and this was paid to them on 9th July 2020.They continued to send me emails which made no sense.I asked for a refund and they send me a mail saying the money is refunded in their wallet.
        This is sheer bondage where I’m forced to place order for items I don’t need and enter into the same meaning less communication.
        The credentials of this website may be verified before many others fall prey in the name of Plants and seeds.

          I ordered a product on 7th aug 2020... And now its 23 aug 2020 i haven't received my order yet... They said all the items will come till 20 but not its 23 i haven't received and update by nursery live... Seriously this is so irresponsible... At least they should update the costumer regarding product... And my order no. Is (1fjg045176) and my name is anukriti saroha and my phone no. Is [protected]... So now i want any update from nursery live or else i want my payment back.
          They just send few items of my product... But i want to know when i get my full product or else i want my payment back... Please my request is for u to take action on my complaint.

            I have ordered some seeds thru online shopping on July21st. Till now I didn’t receive my ordered items. As they agreed delivery time is 8-12 working days. They are not even responding My messages. I have received my latest notification from nursary live is August 7 that your orders has been shipped. Today is August 23.
            Kindly do the needful. Thank you.

                After more than a month waiting, we received only 4 pieces(3 pots and 1 plate) on July 14th. and we asked them for the discrepancy and they never responded after that. We sent multiple emails and messages on their whatsapp number but never received a response. They don't have a customer care number to reach out to.

                  This definitely looks like a fraud company. I had promised my son that we’ll grow our own vegetables and ordered rs. 1200 worth items from their website on 23rd july.

                  On aug. 7th, i received a small box with just 6 containers made of thin plastic sheets (That looked like pots).

                  Nothing else in the box. Where’s the rest of my order?

                  I sent an email and a whatsapp message to the contact details on the website. No response (Yet).

                  Did i just pay rs. 1200 for plastic pots that cost rs. 50?

                  I have sent them another email, a message on whatsapp and filled their online contact form. If i get any response at all, i will update here. Until then, don’t buy from this dubious company.

                    My order no. Tj5g040702 has been incomplete for quite a while now and i have not received any comfirmation mail or call regarding it.
                    The only thing i have been receiving the same mail many times. No correction list of the things i am missing is received.
                    I want to make sure whether i am going to receive the things or not and if there has been a delay then please explain exactly why and till when will i receive my order.

                    When i contact through the email it shows that i can't send you one because my mails get sent to spam and if i contact you through whatsapp then i don't get any proper responses, there is only the automated response. What is going on and please at least respond to my last incomplete order. Will i even get it and if not just refund on what i haven't gotten yet.
                    And please respond.

                        I ordered some products from nurserylive on 6th of june 2020! About some of my products came a month before, the remaining products planters & plates & some articles haven't been delivered yet! I had written regarding this emails many times, sent messages many times through messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, tried contact through phone & chat, but there was no response from them to any of these! Recently I went to their website to see what the status is, but I found my order details deleted instead they had put Rs. 1004 on my wallet, while the actual amount for the remaining products is around Rs. 3000/-! I wanted them to either deliver my remaining products( the details of which I had sent them through emails & other messages) or return my correct refund money, & also they must send me a reply to my messages.

                        Sending pictures ofthe continuation of the complaint made on order no:PJMS[protected] pictures of the products partially delivered to me by from the list of orders in the confirmation email 6) pictures of products undelivered from the list of order confirmation email 7) acceptance & confirmation of product of yellow dot embossed round metal railing planter not delivered by nurserylive themself but they have written they delivered it citing the delivered products shipment number of the order PJMS0127980! Either deliver the products or Refund the money paid, correctly calculating the amount given against each product order or refund the money! Go through everything properly & accept the mistake done by you! I need immediate proper acceptance & taking immediate steps

                        You haven't refunded the amount Rs. 1610/- which I have paid for 12inch(30 cm) polka railing oval metal planter undelivered! You can also refer in your order confirmation! Refund this amount along with Rs. 800/- for the undelivered products! I need the refund immediately!

You can refer in the confirmation that you sent me! Refer also to all my emails, messages & pictures I had sent! Refund this amount also immediately!

                        I went today to see in their website atleast the Rs.800/- they claimed to have been refunded to my account has been updated or not! But there is no refund payment option in my account! When I couldn't see my refund then how can it be useful to me! Please someone take action against this fraudulent website! I am fed up complaining about them ! So I think in no way I can get my refund money back! What should I do next to get my money back?
                        Regarding my complaint on nurserylive for not delivering some of the orders, they had very conveniently sent me details of my previous order no : XIQD0128866 which was already delivered & of which I didn't raise any complaint though they didn't send me the pebbles in correct number as mentioned in their website ! I received 2packs of 50gm large pebbles out of 4 with the jasmine plant pack & 1pack of 50 gm small pebbles out of 5with the hibiscus plant packs (I never complained about this) but now I need all the undelivered pebbles packs also to be delivered! Regarding the complaint placed on order no:PJMS0127980 they have attached the undelivered items with the shipment no. of the delivered partial items of the order & are claiming the have sent the undelivered products too ! So iam sending details of the pictures of 1) Their reply 2) pictures of pebbles sent 3) pictures of the number of promised pebble pack in their website 4) pictures of confirmation of order sent by them with the products I ordered & the amount of money payed 5) pictures of products they delivered me from the order list 6) pictures of the undelivered products which I ordered from the list of products confirmation!! Please ask them to go through in detail my complaint & refer to the pictures I sent & send me the undelivered products or refund my money by calculating all together as mentioned with each undelivered products! They also sent me email regarding one dot embossed round yellow railing planter out of the 5! That email I will sent in the continuation of the complaint

                        Even after sending detailed descriptions of the undelivered products, nurserylive hasn't sent me any reply! Hope they see my updates & comments & take it seriously & deliver the undelivered products or refund the correct amount for the undelivered products! Need an early reply!
                        You haven't refunded the amount of Rs.1610 which I have paid for 12inch(30cm) Polka railing oval metal planter 5 in number! You no where described you delivered it! So refund the amount for this undelivered product along with Rs. 800/- for the remaining undelivered product! I have attached picture! Refer to it & refund the total amount!

                          I had ordered for some products from nurserylive about 2 months back! But they delivered some products, but the remaining they hadn't delivered so far! Regarding this I wrote many emails, tried to contact them through Instagram, messenger, WhatsApp, through chat, phone etc many times but they respond to nothing! The other day I went to their website to see the status, but my order details are missing, instead they had put Rs.1004 in my wallet, when the actual amount to be refunded is Rs. 3000/-! I am giving this complaint as they should either deliver my products or refund the correct amount! They must sent me msg regarding this & give assurance that they would do what I had complained about!

                            I have ordered some items for rs 1834 on 12/3/2020 and haven't received it till now. My order number is 2v34086968. Please refund my cash as it is taking so much time. I came to know recently that the nurserylive is a fraud site. I will post all the details of nurserylive fraud site in social media. Its been 5 months since i paid rs 1834. There is no one to contact and the customer care chat shows long queue.

                                  I have ordered bird if paradise in the month of june, it was supposed to come within 15days, but they delayed it from their end. And later i tried reaching them over the phone, but the number was mostly niot connecting. Finally when i connected, they gave such a lathargic response and said i will recieve the product by june end.

                                  Now we are on 29 july, i still dont get any response for my mails regarding the order that i have placed. (Request 1241576) and the number [protected] is switched off!!

                                  They dont even give the basic customer service of response to mail or calls!! I dont even knw whether i will get a refund or the product!! Last mail i had send on 1july 2020 & after 29 days also no response!!

                                    I placed and order on july 7th 2020. Due to technical issues order payment was not successful and the amount was taken from the nurserylive account wallet. I requested them to cancel the order and refund the money to wallet after waiting much longer time in their customer care chat queue, all they have to say is "our concerned team will solve" "in a hour issue is solved" "please mail or whatsapp us" (In which they dont even respond).

                                    They are not even responding for the mail. It's been 22 days.They dont even care to respond or if responded they dont want to solve either

                                      Order number S8AZ054841 was a prepaid order for 6 plants, placed on After taking 10 days to select these plants from their own nurseries, NurseryLive sent me a text on Sunday (26th July) with an invalid phone number for the Delivery Person. Concerned that Bangalore is under lock down on Sundays and because I couldn't reach the delivery person, I tried reaching the customer support over the phone through the number listed on their website (which was switched off), then the number on their google page which rang for two hours (11 am to 1 pm) but was not received, after which I tried reaching them on chat (which they didn't respond to).

                                      Monday 27th July
                                      After over 40 calls, 4 attempts at chat (one is still in the background while I'm typing this complaint, been in the queue since 3 p.m., they have not reverted with a tracking ID, a delivery person's number. One support executive recieved a call once on the number [protected] promising to share the details in a few minutes (this was at 10.30 am). It's 5 pm today, and there's no revert as yet. Customer support personnel Marie had called from the numbrt[protected] to check if my issue was resolved at 12 noon. When I asked her for the tracking ID, she said she'll check with the back end team. She has since switched off her phone.

                                      I'm at my wits end trying to reach them, distracted and late on a gift that I was due to give on Sunday. Nevertheless, the least NurseryLive could do is share the tracking number and cross check whether their orders have been delivered (if dispatched at all). I can't even cancel my order because that again has to happen by reaching the customer support which is non-existent in this case.

                                      As a fellow startup employee, I have tremendous respect for young companies, the challenges they face and am more than willing to trust a business, only if the business can at least communicate that the customer's product/money is safe.

                                      By far my worst experience with any Indian e-commerce seller ever. Order dispatched or not, it's a sincere request to audit this company on their products, service deliveries, timelines and whether they've actually sent the products to their customers. Companies like this are the reason Indian e-commerce gets a bad name time and again.
