I had ordered a 5-plant package with which i was promised a free mogra plant as well as free plant-o-boost. However when i got final delivery i received on 4 of the 5 in the package and then the free mogra. Basically i have not received what i payed for. This site is cheating.

While the plants are alive, some don't look like they will even survive for long.

    This has reference to nurserylive order no: order#: 1y4n012837. The designated amount was paid through bank. Nursery live messaged us that the plant was shipped on 10.1.19 through "trackon courier vide tracking number [protected]. When complained on 15.1.19. Their executive mr. Sagar murkute informed that they will look into that. On 19.1.19 he messaged us that the item received by us on 16.1.19. This is a white lie. As per the courier's track sheet it says the address not found. Once again a lie. The same couier delivered quite a number of times to the same address. Request to take up the complaint and get the plant delivered to us. Remaining with an advance thanks!

    If you cannot work on time, then better not to accept the orders. Don't loot people like this
    On 25th May 2021 placed order # NLV[protected] with NursertLive for delivery of Cryptanthus (Elaine) Earth Star, Starfish plant but till date have not received the consignment. Inspite of several reminders NurseryLive neither delivered the item nor refund Rs 678/- they charged. It seem NurseryLive is a Fraud!! Never buy any item from them.
    I had ordered set of 4 plants on June 22, 2021 with order no. NLV[protected]. But even after 20 days I have not received them. Very irresponsible people. They don't have proper contact no also. Never expected this from Nurserylive.
    I had ordered from nursery live 2 weeks ago . NLV[protected] Is the order number and haven’t received the order yet. Also, no proper customer care number . No response despite sending multiple emails. The item is neither delivered nor the amount of 1200 returned .
    I have placed an order on 2 July but still not recieved. In site it is not providing with satisfying information and this was not first time it happend many times in the past too. This is not the way you treat your customer. From next time onwards I will never order seeds from nursery live where there is no proper order tracking and satisfying information provided by the system user. I want you to revert back as soon as possible on the same.
    Order no. NLV[protected], it been more than a month I haven't receive my order after full payment is done.
    Such fraud people, you people are not replying to mails or live chat anywhere. Your service is disaster, if you can't give the product why you have taken the order, you should have refund the money.
    I also ordered set of 4 plants onn22nd July but haven't received the order and there is no response for the mails I am sending to them regarding the same.

      They are only after your money. They are cons and cheaters. I received dead and few almost dead, unhealthy plans. Before i placed order, they assured they will replace if i'm not happy and when i asked them to replace, they outright refused and simply didnt care. They dont have a proper customer service in place. Your requests and please will fall into deaf ears. Please do not buy from them and waste your money.

        With reference to the above, let me state that, i ordered 4 plants (For rs 678/-) from nursery live and i am getting undesirable experience from them. Firstly it was received in bad shape. I tried to revive them by watering etc. and when all our efforts failed, i contacted them with a request for replacement.

        In an era when e-commerce is at its peak and companies ensure maximum customer satisfaction, their reply to our genuine demand was quite disheartening as well as surprising. They were saying their policy of 24 hour replacement and that this is a perishable item. Live plants (As nursery live state in their advertisements) are meant to be ‘purest form of life, always enriching the life around them’ and cannot be considered as ‘perishable item’ with short shelf life. And so the policy of keeping 24 hour replacement cannot be accepted. Live plants cannot/should not decay like any food item/vegetables in a short span. And i have reiterated that, i have received them in bad shape. This was primarily due to unprofessional planting procedure, packaging, handling and transportation. For the only reason that, i didn’t report it within 24 hours doesn’t exonerate them from supplying us with a ‘bad product’.


        In spite of similar repeated communication with them, they are not ready to replace plants. And now they have come up with a strange ‘offer’, that of, ‘adding any of the 2 damaged plants to our next/new order’. ie, in a way, they are not ready to replace the faulty plants but now smart enough to ask me order with them again if i want a replacement of at least two if not four.

        This attitude of ‘nursery live’ is absolutely against customer interest and highly unethical. I have now decided to proceed against them in the court of law invoking consumer protection act, 1986

          I ordered seeds from nurserylive, they keep on showing seeds didn't passed the quality test, after 2 tests, now status show shipped and then after 2 days dispatched, but no tracking id was given to me, so i mailed their team and asked if my product is dispatched where is my tracking id? So they gave me a tracking id, i tracked it on fedex it shows fedex id generated on...
          I waited for a week again, no package received so i again asked nurserylive customer care, they didn't answered, so i called fedex and asked them, they said package was never handled to fedex by your e-commerce website. I was like wtf... They think we customers are fool... I lost my money no package received / was never shipped by nurserylive. And they are not giving any answers now, loosing my money like this getting cheated given me nightmares. Just want my money back...

            They only post good reviews.
            The free plants & seeds is not worth buying. I tried those seeds, nothing happened.
            Locally purchased plants and seeds are better. The one from lalbagh bangalore, is more then 3 inch.

            Plants are sure to die in transit. They are in transit for more than 3 days. Please don't waste money.
            Horrible customer service.
            This picture they say plant reached in live condition no return. Why should i pay 209 rs for a plant with no leaves.

            Never order.
            They sent me all together different plants from what i ordered.
            They show something else to you in images and at the time of delivery you will get all together different plants (Cheap plants).
            They charge you for high grade plants but send cheap plants to you.
            What a business of cheating.

            Nurserylive is really cheating. I ordered set of 5 roses with them via order number d9xl055712. But all of the 5 roses were just stems without roots and they all were nearly dry. Now all are dead. I asked the company and they replaced only 2 rose plants.

            The nurserylive website puts attractive pictures to attract money. But in reality they give bad quality plants.

            Dishonest people who don't care for customers.

            I seriously don't recommend nurserylive to anyone. Please don't buy plants from this website.

            Nurserylive is really cheating. I ordered set of 3 different with them via order number ec1no33119. But they delivered two plants of the same type and one is kaada. They modified my order also to reflect what they deliver and their free rose plant was just a stem without roots and it came with no leaves on it. I tried to reach customer care but there is no response and keep trying.

            Also, courier company delivered to the wrong address so all the plants were damaged, since people in that address where it was wrongly delivered opened the box and plants were damaged.

            The nurserylive website puts attractive pictures to attract money. But in reality, they give bad quality plants.

            Dishonest people who don't care for customers.

            I seriously don't recommend nurserylive to anyone. Please don't buy plants from this website.

            I also ordered tuberose bulb. They charged me 170 for 10 bulbs. Most of the bulbs were dried. No bulb germinated even after 20 days. I complained to them. They said wait for 1 more week but still the same situation. Though it's the season for it to sow and now its more than 1 month still i do not see any germination. Truly lier.
            Also they sent free rose plant showing its cost rs250. But it's cheap button rose which is drying now.

            Never order seeds fro nurserylive. I had ordered water melon seeds. Only one is germinated. When i had send a feed back. I got a reply from them that they will sell seeds they cannot guarantee germination. The attitude of nurerylive is far from satisfactory level.

            All you get is just canned responses from their evil team. They are not bothered about the customers. Once you part with your money you can conclude that youve lost the gambling. After that, all your wails through emails and phone calls will be handled by bouncers who know their trade and you can be 100% sure that theyll win the argument and swindle your money with their so called policies and evil team. Never purchase anything from their site!

              Bluedart website says, address incomplete/location info needed . However, i have not received any phone call from them, i do not have a contact number to reach them as well.

              the helpline number of Nurserylive (+[protected] is always busy.

              very poor service.

                I had ordered hanging basket pack of 3 plants online from nursery live (Order no #dtv[protected]Avenue trees order was complete) on 5th april 2018, i have received 2 plants but pellionia repens, satin creeper (Hanging basket) plant was not received, on enquiry i was informed that its out of stock (Website doesn't mention). I was told to wait by their executive kunal munswami, no reply nor update later on my email he offers another plant 2 no's (Money plant sent by them was damaged) (Money plant variegated, scindapsus goldking (Hanging basket) to which i agree but till date i didn't get the courier tracking no nor any email, moreover their phone no never gets connected which is so frustrating.

                  My order no is #1zxt044284. Once you add a product to the cart, people from here will call you innumerable times to confirm the order by making a payment. Now my product is not delivered on time and it is getting delayed by blue dart and they are escaping responsibility. The phone number mentioned on their website is also wrong and when i mailed them, they asked me to contact blue dart. It is their responsibility to deal with delivery services. Why should a customer bear harassment after making payment. Thought the amount is small yet this kind of service is not expected.

                  Yes, you didnot make any effort, only after escalation of complaint from my end, it happened. Plus you called after it got delivered, before that you people were untraceable and the contact no mentioned on the website is wrong. I think I have informed that to you over phone. Please do not make false promises. I am never going to shop from you people again.
                  As discuss with you, we confirmed that order get delivered on 29 march and plant in healthy condition . We always taking responsibility in case of any damage due to courier delay .

                  They sell poor quality plants and after sharing the feedback try to provide nonsense solutions to gain more time and lastly respond that we are not responsible.

                    I had ordered the product on 26th feb and till today i have not received the product. The customer dont respond unless i tagged then on facebook and then i was asssured that i shall receive the product next day but that too has not been received. I want to cancel my order and want my money refunded. Its been more then 10 days and no status till date. The courier status is also not updated since last 6 days and i am not sure how plants will survive in more than 10 days courier (Till date, i dont know how many more days will it take them to reach).

                      I would like to bring to your kind notice that the afforesaid company www. Nurserylive.com is doing business in india using google. I would like to tell you that the company does not provide a registered office address in india despite asking them repeatedly. I am of the apprehension that the company is cheating customers and even if not, in case they cheat people there is no way i could check on their credentials without a phone number or office address. I hence request you not to allow such companies do business using google as a platform

                        Never buy from this site they are fraud
                        First of all they send you damaged and week Plants .
                        Their coustumer support is also fake as their site the coustumer support people will spam you and will not response to your calls or your mail once you register your complaint .
                        The delivery is also very slow .I have ordered plants from them three times and all three times the plants delivered to are either infected by some pest or unhealthy and on informing they will misguide.
                        These people (Nursery Live) are very unprofessional .
                        I ordered plants from nursery live. com. i recieved dead plants. i mail these people thrice but they are not giving any solution. plz help.

                            Once they receive payment after that they forgot that they have to send the products too. Cheap customer service. Neither any customer care representative takes call nor called back. It has two weeks passed and yet i didn't receive my plants.in what condition they will reach to me. Also they haven't dispathched my flower bulbs yet. I said for the refund by mail but no satisfactory answer i received. They send me courier tracking no. And when i track the courier it shows it was going back without reaching at my place and without giving any information to me. I have made payment of two thousands rupees. They are doing nothing foe this. Now i m feeling helpless to do anything. Please arrange my refund. I'm not going to buy anything from this site.

                              Ordered for top 5 fruit plants for rs.1143. They were supposed to send healthy plants in pots.
                              Complaints
                              1. Plants were received - 2 in good shape, 1 in worse shape with two / three leaves each, 3 in worst shape with one leaf each
                              2. No pots were sent.
                              3. On rising complaint - some body by name kunal and followed by amar gets into argument on phone to justify how they need not send pots as company policy.
                              They forgot that customer cheat them for 50 rs each pots. Lousy company lousiest customer handling.

                                I have placed an order containing two live plants on 1st september 2017 from the website nurserylive.com. The order number is qyii071623. First of all the order was dispatched on 7th september 2017 by trackon courier having consignment number [protected]. I was tracking the order and my order reached delhi on 7th september and then it was there in delhi trackon ho for 5 days no matter the package contained live plants. On 12th september the parcel reached patna and lying in patna trackon regional office from two days. The trackon office of patna are not answering my call and when i contacted nurserylive i am not getting satisfactory response. I made the payment of plant by paytm amounting rs. 459.

I got message from nursery live that they hv dispatched my order & will get soon. I got the parcel in which only 3 plants are there out of 10 items.I sent the email to them but no response till today, nor I got the seeds.
                                  As I bought 3 to 4 types of herb seeds and I grew it before 3 august but there no single seed with Germination.Nursarylive sent me bad quality of seeds, moreover, In lemongrass seed they sent me dries dust or such type of trash that can be grown.Now nobody is responding me as I am seeking for the help.Worst site to buy seeds .I will never utter this site to anyone.My worst experience with such a site.

                                    I have ordered (order number: U8H8060576 From ) "12inch goose fiber glass square planter (white)" which costed me Rs2000. Nursery live suggest it's shipped and will reach me soon. Order was placed on 5th August and today is 17th and no sign of it.

                                    I even contacted +91 [protected] (10am - 6pm) and [protected]@nurserylive.com
                                    but they are arrogant and not helping with the order.

                                    I hope Nursery live is not frauding customers.
                                    Please help!

                                      I received a plant with one leaf and a dry stem. When i complained, i was told that i did not respond or complain within 24/48 hours and hence my complaint has no value. This is not listed any where on their website, or, it will be hidden in a place where it is not visible

                                      The photo on the website is very attractive, the plant that came was a twig with one leaf.

                                      Nursery live should be closed down

                                        Hi,
                                        I would like to complaint against nursery live for order no [ur63039322], total rs 1, 595, done dated 28-may-17, after several follow-up approx.. 8 days received 5 plants instead of 6 plants. 6th pant till date not delivered and tracking says expected to be delivered by 14-june (Aprrox after 17 days of order).
                                        The other 5 plants which got delivered on 05-june are in horrible conditions, the plants are completed dried & within 24 hrs 4 plants out of five plants are dead – stems are totally brown & have no shelf live.

                                        On 06-june immediately after receipt of order delivered i informed nursery live & time and again they ask me to send pictures of plants. Repeatedly i am telling them they all are dried & dead, they are not able to believe & not refusing my money nor replacing dead plants.

                                        I lost rs. 1595 – 1 plant not delivered till date & 4 plants are dead. The customer service team is pathetic & not able to understand & help to solve clients queries.
                                        I want my money refund from nursery live at any cost.

                                        Nurserylive is really cheating. I ordered set of 5 roses with them via order number D9XL055712. But all of the 5 roses were just stems without roots and they all were nearly dry. Now all are dead. I asked the company and they replaced only 2 rose plants.

                                        The nurserylive website puts attractive pictures to attract money. But in reality they give bad quality plants.

                                        Dishonest people who don't care for customers.

                                        I seriously don't recommend nurserylive to anyone. Please don't buy plants from this website.
