I had placed an order for 6 plastic planters on 27th Aug 2020. But till now they have not delivered the product and when I asked about the status, they said that they could not source the mentioned product, so they are issuing me a gift card for the same amount to their website wallet and forcing me to buy something else for the same amount. First of all, there was no such gift card issued and there was no communication from their side that they cannot deliver this product. Moreover I don't want any other product from them and I want a refund of my money. On 24th Oct, I had a follow up chat with their representative on this but after explaining that I want a refund for my amount, they are not responding to my calls or chats.I've tried reaching them 5-6 times in the chat window but no one is sending reply.

    I have ordered a jade and a syngonium plant which i ordered 7-9 days ago but still i have not received my order, Now your are giving a cashback voucher of rs 149 but listen i want plants only, i dont need any cashback, If you want to give cashback give it to my aacount directly, dont try to cheat.

            I had placed an order on19th April but I have still not received the product or refund. I had registered my complaint but they are insensitive to it. And this time I logged in they have removed the order history. But I have email and I am attaching it with this complaint.

              My order no. Is NLV[protected]. I ordered 10 different kinds of seeds of which only 4 have germinated. They've all been sown in a good quality seedling mix and kept in an artificially controlled environment with temperatures between 20°C to 25°C. It's been over 16 days and still 6 varieties haven't germinated. I talked to a customer support person via the live chat feature on the website and she doesn't seem to care. I feel cheated that after paying so much I've received bad quality seeds which will never germinate.

                I placed an order online on NurseryLive.com on the 8th of September worth Rs 1952. My order number is NLV14115739. I have been patiently waiting for the delivery since then but all I have received so far has been a free sample of rain lily seeds. This sample was shipped by the website via courier Delhivery tracking id[protected]. This however is NOT my order. This is just some free sample of seeds that they sent me and are worthless. I have attached an image of my actual order and what they sent me instead. Tried contacting customer care via social media but they are doing nothing to help me. They have no phone number listed anywhere.

                    Ordered strawberry plant but received the seeds not even the seeds of strawberry .

                    Completely different from the product which we ordered at the exorbitant price that is and The one which not been ordered was delivered

                            I ordered for 3 layer bamboo plant however they sent 2 layer plant which is of less value. Further they didnt send any plant o booster which they mentioned as free. On contacting them no response from their side. I guess they respond only to new sales queries and not to any complaints. If they cudnt exchange the product at least they should refund the extra money they took. They are cheaters.

                                    I had ordered my order from nurserylive order number (4var069553) on 28th july, 2020. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Since thenmy order is still in transit or rescheduled and till date havent received despite sending multiple mails and chats.
                                    I want to teach them a lesson as several people are being cheated by them.
                                    You can check the complains by various people on their page or
                                    Social media or even on google.
                                    Kindly make them pay heavy compensation and stop this cheating business.

                                      I have ordered rs1413 worth plants and seeds on 5th september 20 on nursery live website as guest with out any registered account. The transaction went successful but company has not confirmed order transaction or any order acknowledgement details given. Approached customer care but they just said sorry no prompt response.

                                      Customer care and WhatsApp numbers dint work to resolve my issue.After 3 days of continuous approach I couldn't get any prompt response. To give a last try I messaged on their Instagram official page and conveyed my issue .By the end of the order has been confirmed and email also reverted with order number.Finally insta handle and people behind that resolved my issue

                                      The customer care service is highly useless as I myself registered complaint many times and every time they ask same details and ends with we will get back to u. But they never revert back.Probably the no.1 fraudulent website in gardening domain goes to Nursery live. I request people not to do any business with this traders as they are purely fake website with just successful transaction and no order confirmation or invoice issued.not even u can get your refund. Time to report in cybercrime about these people

                                      Its been 3 days now.. Even After approaching multiple times and various platforms.. Including facebook twitter and gmail..it seems like my complaint falls on deaf ears!
                                      Highly disappointed and would suggest no one to ever order from this site!

                                        My order no. Is 9saj089437 was placed on 16th of march 2020 and it's been too long by now and i have not yet received my total order. I received only 3 small plants out of 12 plants and 6 pots. The order is prepaid. They do not have proper customer care support.
                                        They are either cheating or lacking business ethics. It's a very serious matter. Please look into this matter before it's too late. Also! In below picture just look at this shows my product should reach me after lockdown as they are reprocessing but i have not yet received it.
