      This complaint is. wrt Order *NLV[protected]*. Yesterday(18 Dec 2020) I recieved a shipment containing marigold, money plant, ixora pink dwarf. The marigold that I received has a broken branch and withered leaves.The plants at the site(nurserylive) were kind of expensive so I expected them to be better handled during transit and delivery. Since there is no return option available, I am kind of helpless. I have watered the plant and placed it under sunlight. Today the condition of the sent plant has worsened and almost all leaves
      and flowers are in the dying stage. While placing the order I was skeptical about the delivery condition and quality. One of the staff members assured me of the quality plants the organization sells and encouraged me to place the order.

      Now after placing the folks at nurserylive are convincing me to make peace with the low quality plant they sold. The selling price of marigolds usually is quite lesser as compared to Rs. 389 mentioned in the site. Honestly, the plant that was sold to me isn't worth the pain and the money. I am still trying to revive the plant but I want my money back. I am quite dissatisfied with the service and even skeptical and scared for the plants which are yet to arrive. I
      have spent Rs 2478 at the website, and to me it's quite a lump sum spent for plants. I expect quality out of it, which isn't there.

        I had placed an order for the following;

        1) Shevanti, Chrysanthemum (Any Color) - Plant
        2) Sparaxis (Random Color) - Bulbs (set of 5)
        3) Rajnigandha, Tuberose - Plant

        As part of the order, it was mentioned that i would get the following as free (100%);

        1) Surprise Gift (Plants or Seeds Worth Rs. 249)
        2) Get 1 Plant O Boost (Overall Growth Booster)

        My order (NLV[protected] has already completed 1 month and I'm yet to receive my order. So far, I have received no help from your side. I would say, the service has been horrible. You have everything on the website to attract the customers, but the service is very poor. The ones I have received are of very poor quality. I made a mistake of buying it from Nursery Live. The Rajnigandha plant that I received first is completely dead. I still haven't received the Sparaxis Bulb. I can conveniently forget about the free gift mentioned in my bill, because I know i will not receive it. Can you please initiate a refund for the product I have not received? Nobody has given me any information about the whereabouts. I have had a very bad experience buying from Nursery Live and I will not buy plants from Nursery Live again!

        Still have received no response from anyone from NurseryLive. Haven't received a refund for the plant that was delivered in in a bad condition and the product that's not delivered yet. I wish to escalate this to the highest level to let everyone know that Nurserylive's customer care is the worst, and they really do not care about the grievances from the customers who purchased the plants from them. They do not bother to contact the customers who have encountered issues.

          Attracted by your display of the plant I ordered for one at Rs.299.
          I am providing the image given by you and the condition of the plant as on today .It is drying. You have to compensate the loss and replace the plant with fresh one.

              Hi, I am Saurabh Singh and have ordered plants with NurseryLive on 24 Aug 20 vide order number 3P7D066962 worth Rs. 648.
              There has been no update on dispatch of the same since then. Further, I made queries regarding the same via their official whatsapp on 28 Aug 20, 02 Sep 20, 04 Sep 20 and 02 Dec 20 AND via email on 06 Dec 20, but there has been no response and replay from their end.

                    Mailing reminder almost every alternate day. No reply from anyone.

                      I have ordered Krishna tulsi plant product two times from nurserylive website dated on[protected] but one order i had cancelled amount of Rs 330 but still refund not received. lots of time i contact to that company via mail and chat they said your refund already proceed, i said but did not received refund yet, they said provide your bank statement hence i shared my bank statement but still refund not received.

                          I placed the order on 18th nov only 55 rs seed delivered but the balance order worth 600 rs is not delivered and also not responding properly.
                          no phone number to contact .given number in the site is not working. Who is monitoring this kind of fraud companies and what action taking on this people.
                          very sad to say that there are several people who are victims to this kind of companies.

                                These guys are such scammers. I order 5 bulbs but have received on 1 bulbs. When I contacted them, they said there was a processing error and it will be rectified soon. A day later someone from the company contacted me for a picture of the carton. I told them I discarded the carton. Since then I have not heard back from them. Such a d*ck heads. I will not recommend these fktards.

                                        I ordered two plants and vermicompost
                                        My order was shipped in two shipments.
                                        In first shipment I received one plant, while in second shipment it was supposed to dliger one plant and vermicompost.
                                        But in second one, only vermicompost was delivered, plant was not there.
                                        After reading regiews/complaints online it came to my notice that NurseryLive is intentionally doing this kind of fraud.
