I had placed an order for the following;
1) Shevanti, Chrysanthemum (Any Color) - Plant
2) Sparaxis (Random Color) - Bulbs (set of 5)
3) Rajnigandha, Tuberose - Plant
As part of the order, it was mentioned that i would get the following as free (100%);
1) Surprise Gift (Plants or Seeds Worth Rs. 249)
2) Get 1 Plant O Boost (Overall Growth Booster)
My order (NLV[protected] has already completed 1 month and I'm yet to receive my order. So far, I have received no help from your side. I would say, the service has been horrible. You have everything on the website to attract the customers, but the service is very poor. The ones I have received are of very poor quality. I made a mistake of buying it from Nursery Live. The Rajnigandha plant that I received first is completely dead. I still haven't received the Sparaxis Bulb. I can conveniently forget about the free gift mentioned in my bill, because I know i will not receive it. Can you please initiate a refund for the product I have not received? Nobody has given me any information about the whereabouts. I have had a very bad experience buying from Nursery Live and I will not buy plants from Nursery Live again!

Updated by Harish H.P. Still have received no response from anyone from NurseryLive. Haven't received a refund for the plant that was delivered in in a bad condition and the product that's not delivered yet. I wish to escalate this to the highest level to let everyone know that Nurserylive's customer care is the worst, and they really do not care about the grievances from the customers who purchased the plants from them. They do not bother to contact the customers who have encountered issues.
