I had ordered coriander seeds n vermicompost on 8/11/2020 with a plant o booster free...i had paid Rs 274 online...i received only the vermicompost n plant o booster on 16/11/20 whereas i dint receive d coriander seeds...i askd in d official site, i shared d images too but dey dont respond...why such fraudulence!

    I Ordered two plants on 20 th october (jade and synoginum) but 8 th November Delivery boy Delivered only one plant(synoginum), , jade plant not receved. I raised so many complaints till now no one respond please resond otherwise I will raise complaint in consumer forum my order number

      Hello,

      I ordered a plant (Syngonium ( Pink ) - Plant) on Nov12th but there is no update yet. It is not even shipped and the worst part is there customer service is not at all willing to listen and take the concern of the customers. I like your intervention in this to get the matter resolved swiftly.

        My name is srinivas kandula, resident of Villa No: 44, Aditya Casagrande, Gandipet Main Road, Hyderabad-500075. . I am chairman, Capgemini Technology Services India Ltd.

        I have placed an online order to purchase 10 redneck plan trees in favour of Nurserylive, a pune based company ( www.nurserylive.com) on their website, physically situated at A-3030, 3rd Floor, Marvel Fuego, Survey Number: 137, Opp Seasons Mall, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra-411028. I have made an online payment of Rs 5569 using my ICICI debit card. I was given as order no: NLV[protected] by Nurserylive on confirmation of receipt of payment against my order on November, 4, 2020.

        As per the terms, I am supposed to receive delivery within 8 days from the date of order i.e., by 12, November. However, I did not receive any delivery nor heard from them. when I tried to contact, the only whatsapp number given on their website has been non responsive. In an email, one Deepak Mahalle has been saying to me that this is being shipped without any substantive details. He promised me to provide shipping details within 24 hours but nothing happened.

        I have learnt by visiting quora and other consumer forums that Nurserylive is indulging in fraudulent activities in fleecing money from bonafide customers and not delivering products. Hence, request you to please file FIR and initiate investigation.

              I have order some plants on November 1, 2020 . They promise of delivering order in 7-8 days and charge extra shipping also. But it's more than 10 days that I have not received the order yet. Also they reply with the cliche email that the order is still processing without updating about the delivery date. I received a single plant out of a set of 5 and the status for the same is showing delivered.

                  I ordered two plants((Jade and Syngonium plant) but today when I opened the package only one plant is their (synogonium plant) jade plant is not their and delivered plant also fully damaged.                     I have ordered 4 seeds and 3 -900gm cocopeat which was about 649₹ bit i have only received the seeds whic are worth 110+55₹ but I haven't received the Cocopeat which was worth 446₹ and they have sent me a mail that they have sent the whole order but I have only received the partial and now they are not replying to the calls and mail

I received the delivery today and a few items were missing from my order. I received tomato cherry honey seeds only while the order contained a lot of other items as well.                         I ordered from nursery live platform a jade plant in offer,
                        I paid 99/-₹ for it.
                        But yet I have received any plant after 10 days of ordering.
                        I was supposed to get my plant delivery by 5 Nov. But yet have not received any.
                        There is no customer care number nor their sales agent reply fast via email.

                        Please look into this matter.
                        Else return my money ASAP.

                        Or I'll file complaint against your Nursery live at national Consumer Forum court.
