I had ordered cousteau airplant arrangement against order number 1bgj085063 on 9th of march’ 2020 amounting to inr 1997/- consisting a glass hanging arrangement with air plants fixed in gravel along with sea urchin and decorative moss. After a great deal of delay and repeated follow ups the arrangement was finally delivered on 21st march’ 2020. On opening the package it was discovered that the glass shell broken, airplanes & decoration was damaged. Soon after nurserylive was contacted informing the condition and sharing the images.in response i was conveyed by vasudha that as lockdown has been applied they are unable to provide replacement at the moment and once the lockdown is lifted they shall ship the order again as replacement. I understood the situation and trusted that they shall live upto their commitment so didn’t ask for refund. I checked every now and then to find if they have started shipping and once it had commenced i reached out to nurserylive for my replacement after providing the case details and order number. To my surprise they started behaving like strangers and kept telling me that some harsh has been informed and he shall get in touch to assist. Each day they kept fooling me and this went on for a week. I reached out by every way possible including whatsapp and online chat and provide the order details and damage images each time. I had lost my patience by now and insisted them on online chat to resolve the matter there and then. Ironically i was chatting with the same agent called vasudha who had promised before lockdown to provide replacement once it’s lifted. After a long online deliberation and asking the reason for delay in providing resolution, this lady tells me that she has had a word with her team and is told to provide 15% discount over a new order which i replied that i was promised a replacement for the damaged delivery by her herself so why change in resolution of matter. To this she replied that the best she can do is provide 20% discount on a fresh order. I replied that i have already been cheated by them and that they have breached my trust and i am not interested in placing any new order and that they should either provide refund or provide replacement as its not my fault that they shipped a damaged product. I told them that they are intentionally harassing me mentally and have caused monetary loss even though i trusted their word and co-operated all through this time. I warned them that i shall be forced to explore my legal options as this if sheer case of cheating.. To this they maintained they they can only provide 20% discount and ended the chat. After this i escalated the matter on what’s app and sent them the screen shots of the chat with vasudha promising replacement and the current chat transcription of backing out.. I warned them of consequences..

A day later they replied...

* since then i have not heard back from them or received any resolution..

They are no longer responding to any communication..

Its a fraud company that has duped many of their hard earned money.. They cannot be trusted..

    I've did a payment of 816₹ on Nurserylive.com for the order which I've had placed on 26 may its been arround 15 days, no updates on my order also the customer care executive are no how helping with this issue, I've several times messaged them on their whatsapp support, and e-mailed them on multiple times but nothing solved, I've several times asked them to either refund my money or dispatch my order but they are unresponsive to what I'm saying and continue repeating that you order is safe with us, here is receipt and screenshots.

      I saw their page on instagram and then logged into their online page, selected my plants and paid the money on the 28th of may, 2020. Now there's no update or reply. The enquiry date on tracking the delivery status keeps changing.
      I have messaged them on instagram and emailed them as well. A lot of other people on instagram seem to be facing a similar issue, some even pending for 2 months. This is their instagram page

        I had placed an order on june 3 2020. And requested for cancellation on the very same day as didn't wanted to order thay variant. When contacted them on watsapp, there is no response. Seem to be a fraudster company. Want to get my money back.

          They have not send my order.. I want to cancel it now... They don't even bother to reply on time... I am tired of waiting... Want to cancel my order and get the refund.. On their instagram account i saw. Many people have raised complaints against them, on twitter they don't accept our messages. I have texted them many times also tried their number but no response from nurserylive costomer care. They look fraud..

              I had ordered packs of seeds and and one growth hornone for plants from nursery live website on 11 th may 2020 and paid before hand using internet commerce however despite repeated mails and complaints of non delivery of odered products and requests of refunds they have simply not reverted back or delivered their end of the bargain.

                Horrible experience with this site named nuserylive.com
                I place two orders from them, after seeing the delay for delivery i decided to cancel one of my orders. Firstly they have a helpline number which never gets connected. Secondly their zendesk messaging operators they don't have anything else but saying "mam send us an email our team will respond in 24hrs" but those 24hrs have never been completed. Then their email service works better but that still doesn't sort out my problem. I need one of my order to be cancelled and want refund from them. The order id is b14k0103817.

                  I ordered a gift delivery of money plant. The payment gateway is faulty and the first transaction failed but my bank account got debited. The second attempt at payment was successful. So, my bank account was charged twice for a single order and i did not get a refund and reversal of the amount debited. The excess money was just lost.
                  The customercare at nurserylive did nothing to help me in this matter.

                    Hi i have ordered some plants costed rs.10, 300/- and payment was done thru online. Post payment they are least bothered to attend my calls or no confirmation mail to regarding order. Pathetic response. Need refund for the money which i paid.
                    Pathetic people and got to know that they are cheating many people with # stuff. Before payment they are doing 100 followup calls and offers. Once payment is done bausters not receivng call too

                      I had ordered three plants from them and paid online for it.
                      They have delivered only two plants regarding which i complained to them but there is no response from their side after my repeated complaint registration. No mail reply, no whatsapp reply.
                      Their calling service is not working, the call never gets through.

                      The delivered plant quality is very poor and also they don't deliver it on time. At the time of booking it showed that the plants would be delivered within 7 days and the took almost 15 days to deliver it.

                        Following up for the refund for my order (#pfej0120929) due to no delivery of products even after 2 weeks. No one is replying from the nursery-live website. After collecting money they turn into a ghost site hiding away and give no updates to customers on their orders. Also, even if you want to try on your own, the website doesn’t give any details to track orders and dispatch status, etc.
                        Ordered item: top 4 plants to bring goodluck and prosperity on diwali - ₹ 799
                        Do not go for the dispatch in 2-3 days thats, those that's are far from reality. The given contact number never works and no response for sent emails. Whoever is reading this, please tell your friends and family that, the nursery-live website is a cheating, fraudulent scam and a website full of cons and their only pro is a fake showcase of collection for sale. They do money collection and don't believe in giving good service. The other posted complaints and comments by consumers here say it all about the after delivery nps.

                        P. S. Fake banners across all the site promoting india's largest e-com site for plants and gardening etc.

                          My experience with nursery live has been bad twice. I ordered plants to gift someone to share happiness and they received dried and broken plants. After calling for replace or refund, i received plants in more bad shape the second time. It is really disheartening. We had to do multiple follow ups as we didn't receive proper response from customer support. I am still struggling to get a refund or a good replacement of plants.
                          So do not buy any product from nursery live. They are cheating you and earning money. Customer support is bad and pathetic. Your money will be wasted if you buy plants from nursery live.

                              I have placed an order with them (Prepaid) worth Rs 912. As per the product description, I was supposed to get :
                              - Bamboo 4 layer tree with Glass Bowl and Pebbles

                              However i got just the plant and small plastic bowl.

                              After raising complaint to concerned department, they said it had been a fault in their website but they can't compensate on same order. i would need to place another order in order to get value for my hard earned money. Please find attached screenshots.

Etc, happy customers outside pune is myth.in this era of flipkart, amazon, big basket, swiggy and dunzo offering the best possible prices, fast deliveries and convenience for customers, it would be a big mistake to shop from nursery-live site.

It is sep 2 and still the order is not delivered. Please look into the matter asap.

                                    Since if you are not able to deliver the Order with Good condition you should not keep online orders.
                                    This Company is cheating People with Online Orders.
                                    Please take Return or cancel my Order or Replace Good items

                                    There is no customer support from this company
                                    When I call the given number in the website they are saying this is wrong number
                                    They are simply fooling the customers with online website and they are not giving the live plants for the customers..which is finally 100% cheating of customers..and the pictures they are showing in online are completely different with delivered products..
                                    There is no order return o replace items..

                                    Please take action on this company to save people money and make sure no other consumer will get the same problem again
