I had placed an order on june 3 2020. And requested for cancellation on the very same day as didn't wanted to order thay variant. When contacted them on watsapp, there is no response. Seem to be a fraudster company. Want to get my money back....

They have not send my order.. I want to cancel it now... They don't even bother to reply on time... I am tired of waiting... Want to cancel my order and get the refund.. On their instagram account i saw. Many people have raised complaints against them, on twitter they don't accept our messages. I have texted them many times also tried their number but no response from nurserylive costomer care. They look fraud.....

I have paid the amount for my product. They havent provided as any other information other than a tracking id. I have contacted them bt no response. When i track, it hasnt even started preparing their order and they are not giving me any details about my product...

I had ordered packs of seeds and and one growth hornone for plants from nursery live website on 11 th may 2020 and paid before hand using internet commerce however despite repeated mails and complaints of non delivery of odered products and requests of refunds they have simply not reverted back or delivered their end of the bargain....

I place two orders from them, after seeing the delay for delivery i decided to cancel one of my orders. Firstly they have a helpline number which never gets connected. Secondly their zendesk messaging operators they don't have anything else but saying "mam send us an email our team will respond in 24hrs" but those 24hrs have never been completed. Then their email service works...

I ordered a gift delivery of money plant. The payment gateway is faulty and the first transaction failed but my bank account got debited. The second attempt at payment was successful. So, my bank account was charged twice for a single order and i did not get a refund and reversal of the amount debited. The excess money was just lost.
The customercare at nurserylive did nothing to help me in this matter....

Hi i have ordered some plants costed rs.10, 300/- and payment was done thru online. Post payment they are least bothered to attend my calls or no confirmation mail to regarding order. Pathetic response. Need refund for the money which i paid.
Pathetic people and got to know that they are cheating many people with # stuff. Before payment they are doing 100 followup calls and offers. Once payment is done bausters not receivng call too...

I had ordered three plants from them and paid online for it.
They have delivered only two plants regarding which i complained to them but there is no response from their side after my repeated complaint registration. No mail reply, no whatsapp reply.

My experience with nursery live has been bad twice. I ordered plants to gift someone to share happiness and they received dried and broken plants. After calling for replace or refund, i received plants in more bad shape the second time. It is really disheartening. We had to do multiple follow ups as we didn't receive proper response from customer support. I am still struggling to get a refund or a good replacement of plants.

I have placed an order with them (Prepaid) worth Rs 912. As per the product description, I was supposed to get :
- Bamboo 4 layer tree with Glass Bowl and Pebbles

However i got just the plant and small plastic bowl.

I sulbha tendulkar from mumbai ordered seeds from nursery live on 24th august as i needed them by sep3 and haven't received the order yet, mind you i have done the full payment of the order. It is sep 2 and still the order is not delivered. Please look into the matter asap.

Before placing the order i asked them how long will the delivery take.

They told me 7-8 days.

I have made a payment of 778 from google pay on registered mobile number [protected] and it has been credited to nursery live account as per google pay team when enquired.

Nursery live is somehow avoiding this matter by not responding to mails and i am suffering from this exploitation from last week as my money seems to be frauded.

I had ordered a 5-plant package with which i was promised a free mogra plant as well as free plant-o-boost. However when i got final delivery i received on 4 of the 5 in the package and then the free mogra. Basically i have not received what i payed for. This site is cheating.

While the plants are alive, some don't look like they will even survive for long....

This has reference to nurserylive order no: order#: 1y4n012837. The designated amount was paid through bank. Nursery live messaged us that the plant was shipped on 10.1.19 through "trackon courier vide tracking number [protected]. When complained on 15.1.19. Their executive mr. Sagar murkute informed that they will look into that. On 19.1.19 he messaged us that the item received by us on 16.1.19. This is a white lie. As per the courier's track...
