I was searching for bike on olx and i chose a bike. Then i called him the guy (Md kausar ali). He told me that he i in army cantt in danapur, patna. Then i asked him why are u selling the bikes. He told to me that he was transferred somewhere else.
And i said ok. The deal was done with the amount of 22k. He said to me that pay first 2150rs for courier service i said i paid. Then after some time he asked me for 6120 for gate pass. I asked what is gate pass he said it is necessary. It is rule of army cantt. Then i paid 3 hrs he again asked me to for 12560rs i paid he said u paid wrong amount then i asked to return my money he said that he can't return.

Please help me out.

As i saw phone on olx mi a3 which was 5500 rupees.. I watsapp him to ask abut the details he send me the pic of the phone and his canteen card... He called me and said that he is an army man i believe and ask to diliver
He was posted in jalander and i am in amritsar.
He said he will diliver by indian army parcel departmant and said to 550 delivery charges. I paid and next day delivery company called me to pay rest of the money for delivery. I said when the phone will dilivered i will pay... But they zay again and again that pay first

I posted my product for sell on olx app, yesterday i received a call from a man referring himself as sanjay singh, an indian army officer with regard to the product. He said that he want to buy this product and told me that i m transferring you amount on google pay. He told me that i m from army so m having merchant account for which he send me qr code to receive money and after that told me that you have to scan this code and than enter your upi pin than u will get the amount in your account and after doing this the amount of rs 60000 has been deducted from my account and i called him continuously his number is also on but he is not responding. Kindly take strict action against this person and return my hard earned money.

He gave me his indian army id and aadhar card, driving licence.. After that he call me and told that you have to deposit 1050 rs for parcel than 5175 rs, 7500rs, 6500, continuous tell me to deposit money through google pay.. Total amount is 34020 rs..
After he threats me if i didn't gave him money than he will put a charge on me online cheat..
And kill me or destroy my life..
He has 2 partners with him to do it.. And also he suspended my olx id

Many army ids send my phone
I trust and send money rs 115999 through net banking to paytm payment bank (Army post office) ifsc no ;pytm0123456 ac no[protected],[protected], [protected] 8jul2020.
But not delivery car i was disappointed.
Lost my money pleace recover my money sir and just like me many citizens all over india have been affected by parmilkumar.

Hi, i had paid 6000 rs via upi to seller arun kay whose phone number is [protected] & upi id is [protected]@okaxis.

The seller was supposed to give ps4 games via online method but after taking money he gave account on which games do not work. Now the seller is not responding to whatsapp messages and isn't picking calls either.

I request olx team and others to get in contact with this seller to either refund the money or provide the games as promised.

I saw an ad on the OLX site about a Honda active 4g available for sale at Rs 22000.
I asked for phone no. in the chat. The phone no. sent to me was [protected].
I called him and he said that he is a constable in army posted in Gopalpur Odisha and he has been transferred to Jammu, Srinagar and hence need to sell the bike urgently. He said he wwill send me the details on watsapp with the same phone no.
He sent me Vehicle Registration Card photo along with aadhar I'd and vehicle pics.
He also said that the vehicle will be sent through army postal service on a truck for which I need to pay him Rs 510. The bike will be delivered to me and the army truck will wait for 30 min and I can test drive the vehicle. If satisfied i can keep the bike and if not then Rs 510 will be refunded to me then n there and the army truck will take away the bike.
If I decide to keep the bike then they will come the next day and get the ownership transferred.
I paid them the money, gave them my aadhar picture through watsapp. Then they sent me a army postal service receipt which had my name, phone no. And address that I had provided on it.
I waited for the bike to be delivered but instead I recieved a call from a lady from phone no [protected] that the bike has a penalty of 3100 rs that I have to pay for the bike to be delivered.
I called the the guy asked about it. He said he has no idea and he would consult the army postal department immediately. After 5 minutes he said please pay the money now and take the delivery of the bike. Money will be deducted from the cost.
I said this is ur penalty and u need to pay for it and only call me if the bike is being delivered to me at the given address.
2 minutes after that I received a call from the lady asking whether I am paying the penalty or not.
I said no. To which she said that they are going to file an fir against me in the cyber crime police station for online fraud and police will come to pick me up in 30 minutes.
I cut the call. The guy again called me reiterating the same thing that if something wrong happens here on then don't call me. I had taken my superior on conference for this call. My superior confronted him and asked him to come to the police station. But he just cut the call. I have not received any call since then.

Initially the person asked me to talk on call saying that he is working in
Indian Army and is posted in Varansi. So he asked me to pay transportation
charges for vehicle UP32KF6589 which he posted on OLX and also told
that he will make this vehicle delivered through Indian Army Parcel Service
for which he asked me to pay Rs.1530 for the transportation which he will
deduct from the actual amount for which we made deal. And then he sent
me receipt of Indian Army Parcel Service alongwith an Indian Army
Canteen ID. As soon as I paid for the amount I checked his OLX account
and OLX at that very point of time deleted that users account mentioned as
" Suspicious User Detected ". So I searched on Google about Indian Army
Parcel Service and I found that many OLX users like me are victim of this
fraud. Kindly check the attachment. Hope you solve this issue and Kindly
help me to get my money refunded.

Hello i saw a add on olx for Maruti Swift VDI by person name Dheeraj Kumar. Later he give his contact number.
In our discussion he said he is from indian army and now has been transferred to Jhothwara, Jaipur from Chandigarh . Later he has provided the car details pics, rc, his canteen card etc and that was enough to convince that he is from Indian Army.
After that he insisted me to pay 5150 for army transport and army personal will deliver car to my current location .

After making me lot of convince in name of indian army and soldiers.
I payed him 5100 as the account was showing Army soldier photograph (Anil Kumar).

He said i will get the car by next day, next day morning the deliver man demanded for more money and both were pressuring me for more many. After discussing with them for few hours i realize that the are doing fraud with me and on internet also i found few more cases of such frauds on the name of Indian Army

I wanted to buy a mobile from a seller on olx. He told me that contact me, when i called him, he sent me the picture of our indian army and he told me that this is my pic. Because of indian army, i believed on him, and firstly i paid ₹500 in advance after that he told me that you have to send ₹530 as charge of indian army parcel. He sent me the receipt of courier, the receipt is of indian army courier. After that i paid ₹530.
But today i got a call from another person and he told that you have to pay full amount of the product after that i delivered your product, i understood that i am cheated by them, so i didn't pay more amount.
I requested to you that please find them and stop their fraud because they blame our indian army and worse their name. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I contact a person in olx he told me that he is in indian army.. And he wants to sell his bike in 70k..whise market price is 2Lac. He send me his adhar card pic, army canteen pic.. And asked me to PAYTM him 3100 bucks so that he could deliver the vehicle to my address.. But i refused then he started abusing.. It was a scam. he called form this numbers [protected] and [protected] and [protected] .. And the main part is that they are using indian army name for making such scams... Strict action must be taken against this ###.

Sir i lost my money

The person posted an ad on olx and said that he wanted to sell an iphone an he is an army man (Srikant) and can't met face to face and he can send the parcel after receiving half the amount. He had asked me about 340 courier charges and 1660 as rest of the amount.

Then after 1 hour the courier boy asked me verify the parcel by giving 3120 in which he will refund me 3000, otherwise he is not going to give the parcel. And now he blocked me on watsapp and calling.

Please help me receiving hard earned money..
