Hello respected sir/ma'am,

Firstly, i would like to thank youe for providing such platform to listen to common people like us.

With due regard and respect, i would like to share my haunting story with easy4shoping.com - an online platform to buy product at cheaper rate.

On friday night, i met a delegate (By the name rakesh) of easy4shoping.com on olx who offered me samsung s9 plus at reasonable price of 13999.
Upon agreeing he said that i would have to make an advance payment of 1000 rs and as remaining 90 percent would be cod, also mentioning that i would be provided with dtdc cart number to track the product (Lie!!).
I agreed, and transferred 1000 on the below account number (Refer the attachments) by the name vijay (Seems authentic as it is paytm account which must be kyc registered and can be easily tracked in case of any malicious activity).
Also, he added that the product will be delivered on monday positively by 11'o morning.
I awaited but no response. After multiple calls and follow ups, he again asked me to make a payment of 4000, reluctantly but i had to pay, as he assured me of the delivery within 30 min of the payment. For assurance he shared his documents (Aadhar card, pan card, passport and i also have all call records), and that also of vijay's.
I was fooled again, and they asked me the reaming full payment. I did with all trust as i did my analysis on the site (Please refer the attachment which could be easily traced with the information and also i have their identity proofs).
But still there is so resolute or strong reply from them. The product has not been delivered to me yet and i'm awaiting for their response.
Also instead i'm getting fraud phone calls with abuses as they are triying to access my phone data (I have the phone number which is not blocked), but now i'm smart enough to differentiate.

Please help me to resolve this issue. I will have utmost respect for the olx care services.

You seem to have some technical gliche I guess however everything
is blocked. I would like to know why.
I have been trading on olx since several years.
I was about to buy a yamaha mixer and also sell my used car.
However if this system is so crazy I will ofcourse stop using it.

Respected Sir/Mam i m Aanchal MAHAJAN from Pathankot Punjab i saw an ad on olx regarding second hand Ac, led and refrigerator so I called that seller and made a deal of 27, 000 Rs. He told me that he is a Army Person name as Amit Kumar From Military Area Tank chowk Pathankot so I trust him and told him to send me his I'd proof then later on he send me his Canteen card and Adhar card as his proof .. then he told me that he will send us order from Army transport and we can't meet him because he was Quarantine due to covid 19 And next day he has to leave for Jammu because of his transfer And told us to make urgent deal as soon as possible so we made a deal with the person .. before transporting our delivery he called and told us to pay 3, 150 rs as a security through net banking and also he send his barcode named as Army Portal Service (APS) So we did it.. then he messaged me as told after 10 mint your parcel will be dispatched and he send me the parcel Receipt & he also told me the parcel will be delivered within 1 hr. then I called him after sometime the parcel is not delivered yet then he told me to deposit 11, 150 rs advance as a transport security so I deposited and again he told me to depost 11, 150 rs as the earlier payment u deposited was wrong I again deposit 11, 150 rs after that he told me you will receive your parcel within 10 mint .. but again no response was their from his side. I called him again and ask where is our parcel why it is not delivered yet how much time will it take then he told me due to wrong payment payment procedure we are unable to find your GPS location kindly deposit 12, 500 rs more so that we can locate your GPS but I denied to deposit and told him to refund money and take your parcel back I don't want that then he is giving me excuse after excuse, also he is not receiving my calls not replying my messages ...so the total amount I gave him is 25, 450 kindly help me to get my money refunded as soon as possible..!!

This is my Acc is-[protected] I have selected a wrong package and I accidentally activated it.it was actually a boosting package kindly please return my 249 on my account

(It’s in detailed for all references) my husband is a victim of the fraud incidence happened on 11 august 2020 through olx app.
We wanted to purchase refridgerator and searched over olx, where my husband found one 6 month's old fridge om vikas patel 's account my husband got message from him, the person vikas patel was telling himself as a army man, so he started chatting and talking with full of respect and believe, first he asked to pay some initial amount, he also showed his army card, and other documents like army recipient an all, after my husband did payment of rs 8500 he got another call from delivery person who said to deposit more money as security. There we recognize that he got trapped and cought in fraud case and he started refusing the delivery.in reply from vikas, he stated that let’s cancel deal and start next process from army office. I will refund you on your account. He told my husband that my senior saying me that once delivery reach i will refund but no amount is refunded till now. We continues calling him he using lots off abusing language and this is like mental trauma for us.
We searched a lot on internet and found already complaints on the name vikas patel for different fraud cases regarding olx sell.

We have registered complaint on olx but they didn't show any response, may be they also involved in this scam as they still didn't del that person's account from olx.

Saw an advertisement of a bike at olx on august 10, 2020, and showed an interest in purchasing it and it was fixed to be purchased at rs. 25, 000. All the documents submitted by the seller were of indian military service personnel and that made me to believe that he was a genuine seller. Paid rs. 3000 in advance and he told remaining payment will be cash on delivery. Today on august 11, 2020 when asked about the delivery it was told to pay rs. 11, 000 as it was some military policy... That was also made.. Again it was told to pay rs. 11, 000.. The deal amount was paid to the seller by phonepe.. And he again tells that rs.15, 500 has to be paid and until then bike cannot be delivered.. And this amount is refundable by the delivery boy. Just lost our rs. 25, 000... The same should not happen to others..

Usne aapni information diya "mai indian army mai hu, culaba mumbai. Meri car bechni hai jo uske friend ke nam par liya hai arvind desai, mera transfer hua hai kashmir to muje ye car bechani hai, car abhi army qter mai hai owe sidha aapke ghar par aayegi, usne car rc copy uska id card aadhar card and pan card sab details bhejaa. Muje tokan amount 7150/- manga or bolne laga indian army par bharosa nahi hai kya, aaplog ki raksha karte hai pure time aap aisi bat karte ho. Usne indian army ka naam leke muje bahalaya.. Maine 7150/- transfer kiya fhir usne muje ek challan bheja to indian army ke letter head par the or owha ke officer ka photo bhejaa jo kam kar rahe hai. Muje bilkul bhi nahi laga owe fraud kar raha hai karke.. Fhir muje courier bande ka phone aaya phone no [protected] or bolne laga aapki car 30 mint mai ghar aajegii, insurance ka payment karna hoga 21750/- uske bina transfer nahi hogaa.. Mai shock hua ye kya naya issue hai, maine ajay yadav ko call kiya to owe bhi bolne laga ha owe to army trasnport ka rule hai or usne koi ceo se bhi bat karai ki this not fraud aap yakin rakhe bande par. Insurance ka aapko payment dena hoga uske bina car delivery nahi hoga. Maine half payment kiya 10000/- or bola abhi muje car bhejo baki ka aane ke bad. To usne mana kiya or pahle payment manga. Delivery man bhi aapna location nahi bata raha tha. Muje pata challa mai fas gaya hu. Na hi koi car aayi or nahi mera paisa aayaa. Abhi bhi ajay yadav karke jo banda hai bindas phone utha tha hai or bolta hai jo karna hai karo mai paise nahi dugaa.

Mai aapko request karta hu aisa log indian army ka nam badnam kar rahe hai or bahut bada fraud kar rahe hai. Mera paisa to gaya or kabhi milne ka koi chance nahi hai maine bhi sab loan leke use pay kiya tha kyu ki indian army par bharosa hai.

Hello my account has been suspended by olx for no reasons.
I haven't made any of the frauds nor i have done anything wrong.
I just sold 2 items successfully on the olx with both customer served with 100% satisfaction.
I want to sell more items as due to pandemic i have my own financial issues in the home.
I understand there might be something with my account so i made another account with my new number after posting the advertisement they also suspended my another account.
How am i need to handle this situation?
Please resolve my issue and reactivate my both the accounts.

I had purchased a package worth rs 249 in olx and payment send successfully and now they are showing i need to pay another 79 rs to post each ad i need my money back as soon as possible

I had paid ₹250 to get my ad featured in olx. The transaction was successful and money got deducted from my account bt the ad was rejected due to technical errors. I had complained them about this by writing emails to them, they got back to me after two days and reactivated the ad bt the featured package was gone. I again wrote to them bt they are not responding. I want my ₹250 back. Plz don't cheat your sincere customers.

Iam an olx user, i saw a handwriting job with olx and i texted a select one and they said i was connected to whatsapp and contacted whatsapp and they told me all the details
So they and the writing job told me to pay rs 1800 and i closed the net banking
They sent me a courier that courier had all the details about handwriting
As the courier agreement said, i did not receive any training
However i finished the courier and wrote and sent there
But a few days later i got a reply and got there and it was all over but the announcement was changed to saying that my courier was refusing. All the money was gone as the money i borrowed from somewhere was used for work

On 05 june 2020, sahil kumar, a army person is selling 19000 rs mobile in 7500 rs only, he sent me a bill, his aadhar card photo and photoes. He told me to deposite rs 550 on paytm for courier charges. I paid. Then i read something about him on google, then i come to know that it is a fraud. Can anyone return my money rs 550.

This is just disgusting. Olx banned my account [protected] & [protected] 4 year and 9 year old account for no reason i had posted a total of 3 ads on both account several people were ready to buy them and you without giving reasonable opportunity banned my account

I bought a scooty from second hand buyer. They said us to pay in advance. We dis the mistake by paying 14k to them. Now they want more money. Plz help me out. Now when i researched about them i got to know that they are a big scam. Plz help sir. I have many proofs starting from call records to messages etc. Plz help sir as fast as possible. Plz sir.

Sir, in olx, raipur chhattisgarh, low rate showing mobile, by employees of indian army, airport resiment k20, and vivo s1, sell by extra one, then demand for curior charge then, verify, etc
I lost 3000 then not parcel me.

The person in olx has posted iphone 6+ 128 gb named as matt staying in shivaji nagar chembur... I bought urgently this phone and its not working. Now the person isn't picking phone and not replying... His mobile number is [protected] and his actual name is muazzam husain mukadam... He says he is doing modelling and seems doing this fraud since long... I lost my money

I have been a victim of a fraud on olx recently and since i am a regular user of olx, i feel highly disappointed by the user experience at your end.

I request you to refund my amount 5120 paid for the swift dzire 2015 through olx.
