My name is nikhil kapparath and i'm from bangalore. Recently i got ping from olx user on my whatsapp telling like he is interested in buying my iphone. He told his mane is brian benetu and he is contacting from america after seeing my post on olx. As he was was okay with the price we fixed the deal for rs. 26, 000/- but he ask me to send this to his son who is living in delhi because he is gifting this phone to his son. He ask my account details to make a payment so i shared my account number and ifsc code so he maid the payment using jp morgan chase bank which is the 4th largest bank in us. He make the payment to my account and i got email from chase bank regarding this payment but i did not received but later he ask to send the phone stating that once the bank will able to track the dtdc courier then they will process our money so i checked on google regarding this and came to know that this bank is very secure king of payment for buyer and sellers so i did courtier on 11/9 to his son's address in delhi who's name is abu wahab. Once i got the tracking status i asked brian to update his bank regarding this so he told that revert the email with screenshot of the tracker they will process the money i sent the screenshot but still did not get my money so i asked him to inquire about this so he went to bank and told us that bank told that they tried making payment but the money get bounce back because the minimum wire money transfer is rs. 40, 000/- so he ask me that he will transfer 14000/- extra and wnat us to transfer that extar amount to his son's account who is living in delhi so i agreed and i told that send 40, 000/- i'll tranfer rest of the amount then he made payment of 40, 000/- to my account and sent the screenshot of the receipt and againg i got the mail from chase bank stating that they deducted money form brian's account and requested to send 14, 000 to his son's account first they only they will relase the money. Then i got angry on that guy because there is no such policy for bank so i thought of stopping the dtdc couried but due to the occasion of ganesh chaturthi i was not able to reach out to anyone. On the same day in evening i told that guy to share his id proof or his son'd id proof but he didn't so ask him to return the phon back as we cannot pay 14000/- he did not informed us before doing this now he was pressuring us to follow as bank says to get the money then we ask his son's account number so that will get some details of him but he share account number of someone who is his son;s friend and having account in canara bank delhi. Then we track this jp morgan chase bank nearby us and went there for inquiry but they cannot conformed this, tried calling chase bank in us so they told that they cannot track the transaction without verification but they confirmed that ther is no such policy for minimum international payment for 40k. So i told that guy that he is lying with us so he again told that this is bank policy then i asked him to share his son's id proof and email from his chase bank stating that in which account we need to pay money he did not share the id but again we got an email from bank in which they mentioned account number in which brian was requesting to send 14k then we refuse to give money as he is not sharing any of his details and he confirmed that his son received the parcel as well so we keep telling to return but he denied so we said that will not pay money anymore but now the situation is he is telling to do it or leave it. I tried tracking that delivery address its reflecting in nearby between arjangarh and ghitorni metro station in delhi i also tried tracking his number that is showing from up, the address he gave is not his son neither the account number he gave is of his son there are 2-3 people involve in this fraud or may more so please investigate help in getting my phone or else my money. Olx why u people are not taking action aftr so many complaint about jai kishan i also cheated by thm transfered 22286 rs to his ac no [protected] central bank of india his phone number is[protected] and his partner number are[protected] and [protected] please do something i want my money back
They said they will courier than next day they said as per army policy u have to pay frst i will deliver in 15 mins i did same later he asked insurance amount 4286 which 4000 he said will be returned with phone i did that also than he never came i keep on calling entire group they are making different stories every time finaly i complain in police

Hello! I think olx and quiker should remove 'job' section from their website. Beacause many fake people are doing good business by lieying people and founder of these website (Olx & quiker) knows that this thing is happening but even after knowing they don't or haven't change anything in their website. They just want people like this who can bring audience make traffic in their website. Hence looking into this matter that both quiker and olx is a fraud company where only the company is gaining profit without giving proper services to the consumer. Also personal datas are not safe in this websites which violets the law of privacy. Idemand this both company to be banned immediately or they bring some major changes in job section so that we can trust.

I m a car dealer.. And took a package of 20000 quaterly where we can post unlimited ads... Now earlier when we post the car ad it was showing on the top of the page... So in this case we was getting a good response and selling around 5-6 cars in a month... Now olx has put some restrictions ie distance kilo mater... Now if any customer opens the app of car section he can bydefault see only those cars nearby 2 km... And if the customer is literate he will do some rnd... And on the top there is a symbol where he will have to select within city option and then he can see all mumbai car ads... And if he doesnt do this rnd... That means he has missed a good car of mine and i m losing my business... And just tell me one thing everything was running good so what was the purpose to do changes... Instead of paying 20000 also... At the end of the month in my pocket zero... Bcoz no business boss from olx... All out station customers are calling... And if they come and buy we can just provide noc thats it... And then he has to transfer the car in his area but the robbers... Gansgter.. Smuggler etc they dont transfer the car.. And when they do somthing wrong they leave the car there itself and run... And police catches us... And bcoz of olx restrictions now we are force to sell the car out station... No other options bcoz in a day from mumbai we get 2 calls and from out station 12-15.. We all dealers request olx... Pls remove this 2 km bydefault option... And give business to ur dealers who are paying u 20000... Which is huge amount for us... And 1 more thing if olx doesnt changes his mind... All customers and dealers as such they are moving to other options... Thanks

Two people had contacted me through whatspp with international num they asked me ship the item to mumbai and one person asked to ship the item to new delhi then they have been asked my bank account details and my mail address they have sent confirmation mail from penfed credit union bank and another from wells fargo bank aftr they told when shipment is done the bank will credit amount into my bank i thought they fraud and gave fake bank details and aslo they sent delivery addres to me they are saying that they are from usa but number from whatspp is the country code of nigeria one of the person has kept his whatsp profile pic with usa airforce commander lori robinson
Please olx find these guys and punish them

On the olx app or on the olx site, its not easy to delete. Developers and people working at olx are busy sucking some other company's balls to make # apps like this. # olx, don't trust this site, its full of chutiyas and randi-bazz people.
Try deleting an add on olx app, there is just no simple way... Is this how these # are gonna design apps?

Sir, on Sept. 11 I was contacted by a person named Manjit Singh who claims to be an army officer in Gujarat and he wanted to sell his IPhone X. He contacted me through an ad I had placed on OLX
I sent several payments via Paytm amounting Rs.34, 150 and he fooled me and did not send the phone. He also kept calling the next asking for more money.
Also these persons from the Overnite Courier service and asking money.
I am sending you the proof of payments I made with Paytm and pictures.
Sir, please help me with this. I beg you to investigate this and make them return the money they have stolen from me.
Please help me, Sir. Hoping for your kind assistance.

I contacted a person from olx who wants to sell his iphone 7 plus 128gb and askedme to pay 13000 adv and rest at the time of delivery. but at the time of delivery the took the rest amount from paytm and the delivery boy asked me 5180 rs thrice and all i paid him and postponing the delivery . plz help me to get me an iphone. or the payment refunded.

We have posted an ad for toyota crysta car sales. Few days back i received a call from up saying that he is customer need to buy our car with immediate payment and collected the information of car pictures and details from us., with this same information and pictures he posted an ad in olx for the same car what we have posted. Please block this person asap and take necessary actions, regarding this.

The man shrikant advertised to sell his mobile. Against his ad for iphone 8plus 64gb, i have contacted him on the phone. He said i’m a army officer working in hyderabad airport nd he requested me to pay 10, 000/- by paytm bcoz he required money urgently to give someone. I have paid him 10, 000/- as advance after seeing his i’d cards n delivery slips i was believed n major thing wat i thought he was army officer right so... I have believed him n sent 10, 000/- by phone pe bcoz i was not using paytm dat i was informed him. N he given bank account no to transfer d money. But the account holder name was aamir punjab national bank. N i called back him n he said dat ur parcel will b arrived in 24 hours but it’s been a 2 days i didn’t receive anything n atlast i came to know i have been cheated with d item which he had advertised in olx.in
I believed him as a mark of respect for the army
I though the good offices of olx want to provide my money back

I got cheated by an indian army named shrikant ( ‭[protected]‬).
He was sellin an iphone 6s for 13k so as i was intrested in buyin it we had a talk and he agreed to sell at 12k but later i ask where do we meet. He told that he is an army so he cannot take cash and he ll not be free so instead he will parcel and sent it. Thn he send scrrn shot of the parcel ( overnight express ig airport). But he ask me for advance of ₹1020 to pay to the ovrnight so that product will be sent. I thought he had given me his pic and some identity and he is not fraud so i transfrd ₹1020 through patym([protected]) in advnce. I send him scrnsht of payment. But he insisted that the ovrnight express had not receive any amount. After a while i tried to cll hm but cll wasnt goin, watsapp too got block ... that how he loot my ₹1020 and my time...too... ₹1020 is not much of amount but i dont like the way he loot others... i google his named and i found lots of olx fraud, cheating against him... anyone against him can join hand and take against him... pliz give ur precious momnt to take severe action against such people... Very disappointed with olx just got schemed from a fraud user on ur olx i loss my 13000 rs bt no one helps me really i do have all the evidence which shows he is a fraud and using a fake identity of so called vikram waghmare and stating himself as a jat regiment indain army officer its a shame that a fraudster is using an indain army person identity and u guys the ugly olx is just in a rush to raise their revenue and nothing else i knw i m getting my money back bt i dnt want any ither to be scammed ur responsible "olx" for this situatuion a person name vikram is posting frequient ads on olx with same pics and discription and the mediuim used was olx i have attached few ads there are many more ads similar circulaitng on olx kindly stop this malpractice and take strict action as soon as possible if possible provide me raw data i have attached below some ad ids and name and the amount which i transferd to his account is given below plz help others so to prevent this fraud in future

This is complaint about the a fraud seller who consider himself as the army person mr shrikant { constable in cisf }. He posted a ad related to new oppo f9 pro
Which he consider as the new selling due to accidental reasons.. He asked for the payment for before the courier by paytm.. And do not delivery the phone after the payment.. The transitions of the payment is made on his names.. I requst to have a strict action against him soon

I would like to mention that the subject mention olx profile member has posted and advertising my property on selling of aluminum door partitioning / false ceiling which was already sold to me recently. This member has posted 3 days (05th or 06.09.18) back on the same without my knowledge. Hence i would seek your support and take suitable /necessary action against them.

I'm also attaching my payment net transfer details for your reference and their olx snap shot details.

I spoke to the profile member on 09.09.18 @ 9.20 am and warned about the consequences and informed them i'm going to report this to olx and mentioned i can take legal action against them. Now i tried to report the same in the olx advertisement but they had cleverly removed their selling ad.

In view of the above said fact i'm worried and afraid that they will login with some other olx profile and create mental tension to me.

Looking forward for a complete support in this regard from olx. We need a confirmation from your end that they had created & posted selling our property in your olx website. This will facilitate us to lodge legal complaint against them. Mattermost urgent

I saw an ad on olx in indore and then contacted himfor the details, he told me that he's an army officer posted in ujjain. Nd he sended all his id's and photos of mobile and bill so i thought it's genuine. Later he told me pay some amount as insurance of parcel coming through overnite express limited courier. So i paid then the delivery boy calls me nd asked to pay the full amount of phone as security. He said he will get a confirmation msg from his head office then he will deliver the phone. Nd after taking that too they told i have charged for penalty for late delivery acceptance. So i asked them to return my money so he told me to pay half of the penalty amount. It's a kind request dnt ever do the mistakes which i did. Nd please if anyone can help me in this matter so please provide some guidance.

I was searching for one plus6 and i found this guy named vicky you gave said that they sell refurbished product for lesser price. I asked what if i did not like the phone he is selling, he said he will refund the money so i order and asked for cash on delivery service, he charged 300 rupees as booking amount and sent the product via dehlivery courier service and charged 14000 rupees as i opened the package i found he sent an iphone 7 so i called him and said that he sent a wrong product he then said that he will replace or refund my money by the next day before12pm and when i called after that he is not answering my call nor sent my money back to me so kindly help me get my money back thank you

When i was searching for iphone.. I saw ad of iphone 6 for 10500rs given by this army man jai kishan... He said he is from army and is in agra for now... If am interested to buy phone from him he will give me by hand... He gave his id photo... And pictures of photo... I agreed to buy... But he said phone is of army canteen so have pay him advance... I believed as he is from army... I gave money but he is not receiving calls now... So at the i decided to file complain.. I filled it...
