A sanjay singh named guy posted a add of oneplus 6 mirror black 2 months old..
He is telling he is army guy from chandigarh and two months old phn giving in 15000 only...

The main thing he has posted his add in meerut location as per him. He is from. Chandigrah l, when i asked him about the location he had not justfied rply.

I said him. I would not give u the money untill i chk the phone. He said send me the courier charges in paytm for parcial and when u ill get the u can tranfer the money.
& for taking me in confidence he said his aadhar card pan card army card, canteen card, and phn box and itz bill also, i asked him send ur aadhar card photo from backside but he dint.
&
He called me consistent ki just send ur address and send money as ealry as possible as i can send the phone.
But it was suspicious it was first time as seller in chandigarh posted ad in meerut, 2 moth old phone give in 60% cutted price and also if m not responding he is calling me no. Of times please send ur address.
Guyes i seached at google this ype of scam and i shocked than i denied him to buying the phn

Please be aware the person. He would not send the phone or phone could be stolen by him etc be aware.

I am using olx account from 3-4 years. When i have tried to contact with sellers, olx has banned my account.

I have recharged my account with 999/- but they banned my account and they are not refunding my amount.

Why are you blocking our account.

When i called your customer support, they don't have any right answer regarding this topic. They always says that you have violated policy of olx.

What the # services of olx is this.

Once i found an ad of vivo v9 sold by a person in disguise of indian army. Initially he asked me to transfer the postal charge of 2K which i sent then he asked me to send 8K more for delivery, so after payment he said yr 8K is pending so again told me to send (4K×2) which again naively i sent but after paying 18K they told that delivery is delayed so you need to pay 5100 more for it. So i dumped them and yelled at them. I have total call recordings and WhatsApp chats. So plz help what should i do. As a student its painful to bear a loss of 18K as a whole. Need help from OLX

I was looking for a second hand mobile on olx pune and thereafter i found a dealer named as young on olx who was there for selling of oneplus 6, 8 gb ram and 128 gb internal storage red variant mobile, then we had a chat for a negotiation then he text me his whatsapp number and then i contacted the dealer on whatsapp and the guy said that he is in indian army and he told me his name is jaikishan saini. Then we negotiated for an amt of rs23000. Then he shared his army id card, pan card and aadhar card details and said that being a civilian you are not allowed within the campus of army and being at the post of sepoy in indian army me too is not allowed without permission to leave the campus area of army. Then he said he will courier the mobile with insurance of damage to me he asked me to share my details to him then i shared my photo, my college id and aadhar card and he said me that i have to give some token to book the phone he provided me the paytm number of his office colleague so i gave the token of rs.5000/- as booking token by the medium of paytm his number on 31st august 2018 at 5.11pm. Then he said me that by tomorrow morning he is going to courier the mobile by tomorrow morning from his office. And will send me the receipt of courier by tomorrow morning and will receive the mobile within 2hrs of booking but didn’t get any update from him so i called him and asked for update so he said that he has packed the mobile and going to courier it at any cost by tomorrow morning then the next day i called again and ask for an update he said that he had booked the phone from his office and will send me the receipt once he get free. Then he send me the receipt of courier the next early morning i. E. On 3 sept. And promise that within 2 hrs. You will receive the courier it’s the promise of an indian army then by evening the courier person called me that and said me that you have to first pay the amount and then only i can forward the courier and he send me within an hour so i said that’s ok, then i made the payment again on a different paytm number this all procedure took around 7.00pm on 3rd september, 2018. And then i called back the delivery boy name rahul his phone was switched off then i called the dealer (Jaikishan) he said that the office closes at 7.00 pm and i will surely get my courier by tomorrow i. E 4th september, 2018. By morning when the office opens up at 10.00am. Now on 4th september when i called jaikishan his phone was switched off than i tried to contact the courier boy but his number was also switched off and then i contact the paytm number one paytm number was ringing and the other as switched off and afterward around 10.00 pm hisnumber was also switched off.

Cheated in the name of indian army, using olx and paytm. Please take it seriously. Several group of people are active in our country and they are looting using plateform like olx and paytm.

Below is the detail of the cheating group and seems all of them from rajasthan. They looted my 12, 000/-

We saw a phone in olx sir. Then spoke tothe seller. He said i am from army. My name is tamire taj kumar. First he said me u should pay full amount after parcel delivery. Then later he said u need need to pay delivery and half amount then we payed him 500 thorough paytm. Then delivary boy called and said your should pay full amount for ur seller then it will delivary. Then we payed our full amount 6600. He did not delivary my parcel. He is also asking me to pay extra 2500. We trusted on indian army and we played he cheated us sir. So please he me sir. I saw one plus 6 on OLX ..on Delhi he is army men.I tok to that person he said just paytm the courier charge 1150 rs. After u recve the courier den u pay the 17000.i agree and I paytm the 1150 on name jai Kishan men .after some hours courier boy called me dat u have a persal pay the amount 17000 .I paid on name jai Kishan men paytm ...he said pay in two installments. I paid again ...den he said pay the security fee 7100 ..I also paid that one den again he said pay in two installments .again I paid ...and he said your all the amounts will be refunded except 14000..now he is saying ki 3100 more paytm kro ..I said ki Mera paisa refund kro...now he is saying ki apka parsel or paisa dono refund pending me jyga

2. My name is Diwan Singh, village Kachhwa, teh & dist - Patiala (PB) - 147111 presently in govt job . I would like to aware about large numbers of fraud on your web site.
3. I concluded a deal for Mobile phone SAMSUNG S9 with accessory through OLX with CISF No[protected] Constable/ GD Shrikant (ID Card No – 104624) S/o Mahendra Singh, Ward No – 10, Jariha Mohalla Hat Medan, Rajasthan. We concluded that deal in 19, 000/- on the request of individual and direction of Manager Overnite Express Limited (domestic & international) Courier Service, Station Road, Dholpur – 328001 (Opposite Loko Gate). They promised me to deliver item in time and asked me to pay 12, 000/- in advance through Paytm. They provide me a mobile no [protected] of delivery boy. When I contacted to that boy, He did not provide me any details of item neither courier track number nor specific location. He answered that we cannot provide any details of item due to robbery case during mail delivery but they hold my courier and demand more payments.
4. When I again tried to contacted to CISF No[protected] Constable/ GD Shrikant and courier manager both refused to deliver the item and now even they have refused to return my money also. In view of the above, I found that above mentioned persons are fraud. Details of documents are as under as proof:-

5. Sir, I request you to imidiate take action against above mentioned Constable/GD Shrikant (CISF), Manager of Overnite Express Limited (domestic & international) Courier and Courier boy in the subject matter. I shall be grateful if an early action is initiated against both the indls.
6. Now they are going to new fraud on iPhone x. I can provide you all details. I have 5 witnesses which face this kind of problem by above mentioned single name.

I have given an ad of my 3 mnths old Havells fan without bill Rs.2400. Seeing the ad Mrs. Srabani D, ad id no. [protected] (sonata watch) passed comment in bengali. She is telling me in chat, " keep your fan at home, check online price. Nobody will buy it". Is it right to pass comment on anybodys ad? If my price is not looking good then you don't buy. But nobody should comment like this. OLX SHOULD TAKE STRICT STEPS AGAINST IT

Some more ads because you people many buyers must be losing money and your are not taking any action.

I have seen a olx ad about sale of 6 month old iphone 6s and contacted them. He told me he is a army jawan hawaldar manjeet and sent me his id proof .as being a army officer i belived . He asked me advance amount through a paytm account and i sent him 6000 . After one day i got a call . Told from army postal and said i should sent full amount then only will get the phone.
They have cheated 13000 from me and again asked 7200 as refundable insurance then only the parcel will be out for delivery . ..after a long argument i said i dont want the phone he can take it but need my money back. He sented me 2 ugly videos and as i told will complaint in cybercell he deleted it . But that was saved in my phone .

I have purchased an Apple 7 plus 128gb jet black only 10 month old from seller that was shown from Mohali, My adjoining area and negotiated further he asked to depoist 10, 000 whcih i did as i trusted OLX and futher 17000 total 27, 000 but that seller was Fraud and refused to send ITEM

My submission OLX is Fraud and taken commission from these seller as following are ads of seller who i my perception are fraud -

i m seeing phone on olx mi note 5 pro 64gb ..he said i m army officer and he said my duty in samshedpur...seeing a bsf i belived him..i asked him how can u tranfer phone on bareilly up he said i can courier the phone i said ok he said u msg me on whatsapp say hi and i send you photos of phone i said ok then he send photos of phone and aadhar card canteen card id card pan card...and he deliverd me today...then he said u can pay me half amount of money then i courier the phone by overnight express then i transfer him money with paytm 9000/-then he send me photos of overnight express office and he send me reciept of courier (fake) then he said u recieve your parcel in afternoon..called him he said u call at courier boy i call to courier boy he said your amout was left 5000/- u tranfer money with paytm then i deliver your courier then i send him 5000with paytm then he said ok i will deliver your courier in20min ..after 20 min i called him he called you need to send 5000/- again..Then he call and said that i need to payment gst 3333 extra...some times after he call me and say i need to pay late fee of 4100 extra which will be refundable on the time of delivering...they are continiously calling me to pay 7400 extra...why the people are frauding people in distinguish as a bsf??People are believing them as a bsf but they are frauding..i dont know that which id they are sending that respected bsf are alive or dead !!!Which people are doing this types of work...you shame to do that to throw ink in the name of a bsf..shame!!!why indian army doing nothing?!!?why olx is not taking any action?
