Today i had cheated mi mobile phone, cheater used army name vikram waghmare, he received money but not give money,, he is complete fraud. This is for cheater,, indian army kaa naam to use mat karo,, paisa to kismat me likha hai utna milega hi, par army tum sab se badi hai.. Ye vikram waghmare ke naam se fake id bana ke online fraud karta hai, govt of india kabhi bhi in jaise logo par koi action nahi leti,, aap khud hi savdhan rahe,, mujhe isne whatsapp no [protected] aur mobile no [protected] aur paytm no [protected] se paisa vasul kar liya

I was being scammed by prem singh from bhatinda punjab.in olx it was mention from shadara location, but later he call me up and said he is in punjab bhatinda, and the iphone will be courier from bluedart,
And he ask me to transfer 5000 upfront to his hdfc a/c [protected],
Ifsc code : hdfc0003517, after i transferred, he sent me bluedart receipt.
He even sent his aadhar card photo.
But i never receive the iphone 6s.

So it happened that i saw an ad on olx that the buyer is selling his iphone for 12000 rupees so we had a chat regarding and the person named vikram vagmare came into contact with me so after that the person named vikram vagmare said me that he is an army personnel and wanted to sell his iphone 6s immediately as soon as possible so he said me that his duty is in airport which is in andheri west (Mumbai) so he said me that if i wants mobile...

A random person msg me to buy an item from olx in my case it was a watch which was value3d about 47000 indian rs the buyer requested a phone number so i gave and talked on whats app and he accepted the offer and he was about to give me 50000 including delivery he gave me a banglure adresss and told to ship there and he will send money through bank wellsfarego bank
after that i recived an email 5-6 hours saying you have beeen credited and your money is on hold

now my watch is gone out for a delivery .
i have contacted the courrier faclity to not to dispatch the item which i send now letss seee what happens

The seller repeatedly called us to send 60% amount that is rs 1500/- by neft and only then he would ship the item through courier and gave his bank account details. We sent the amount in the name of sachin singh by neft (Utr sbin[protected] on 16/7/2018 but it was returned for invalid account. On the next day we sent the amount by bank transfer in the name of arun kumar at sbi engineering college chauraha jankipuram branch, deposit slip attached. Dtdc dispatch consignment number z79856489 was sent to us on 20/7/18 but it has no existence. Thereafter he refused to attend our phone calls. Only day before yesterday he attended the call and could not provide any possible reason as to where the books were. We think we have been cheated, so we would request you to take stringent measures against these type of fraud sellers so that no other customer are harassed or cheated like us. We shall be obliged if you can arrange to refund the money.

Post name 'gg' date 29.7.18 of vivo v9 mobile sale 45 din @15199/- add posted by somnath giri location showing in add karimnagar, ajmathpura is cheated me after giving payment of rs 16500/- not giving phone and not giving not response he was doing job as a security guard in rajivgandhi airport. And sent me his id card and aadhar card pics he is cheating others. Also hence requested to take action against him

I saw a add regarding Nikon d5300 recently. I spoke to the person through WhatsApp he had given his number.
He agreed to give it to me. But I stay in Bangalore and he is from Odisha.
So he told he will send through courier I agreed and he had asked me for full payment. I told I'll pay half and the rest after the delivery he agreed for that. But after I payed he isn't replying to me properly and he is asking for full payment.
So I'm asking him to return the money.
Please take some strict action against him.
I thought Olx is best and not like other sites. But I'm wrong I'll provide his number and his I'd proof.

Hi sir i was sell a product for one person he was told me send the product via courier i was send him through Dtdc but he was not credited amount to my bank he was asking transfer 10000 to me to upgrade ur ac than release ur amount. I saw a ad of iphone 6s in olx and wanted to buy that phone and i called in that number given he told me he is a army men and he sent me his id proof of shrikant name and i trust him and he told me he will give me phone in bagdogra airport after i got there he told me he need advanced money 1000 to transfer in paytm than only they can bring phone from bagdogra airport i gave him 1000 but then they tell they need more 4000 i gave that much money too but then they tell me to give more 10k so i call him and i tell i will not give than i told him i want my money back but he told me he cannot give refund if i not pay all money please help me get my money back i paid total 5000. Now a days some people are posting ads in a army people name on some products like mobiles and taking advance payment and doing fraud. Simply they are spoiling army name and cheating people. Moreover they are posting ads from bengalore address from different places but they are not from bengalore. Please take some actions on this and stop this type of frauds.

24 july 2018 ko raat me jaab main olx pe ek mobile deekha to chat kar ke uska no liye uske baad usko call kiye to wo apne aap ko military man bola cisf ka aur uska name shrikant hai no hai [protected] usne mujh se bola ki iphone 6s plus 64 gb hai 13, 000 me sell kare ge to maine bol thik hai hum lenge to wo apna id proof cisf ka aur eadhar card send kiya aur wo bola ki 50% pehle paisa bhej do aur mobile courier kar dete hai hand me mobile aa jaiye gaa to 50% paisa send kar dena to main bola okk uske baad wo apna paytm no send kiya no hai [protected]. Isme paytm no pe maine 3, 000 send kar diye aur uske baad usne coutier wala editing kiya hua slip send kiya aur phir koi rajesh name ka no send kiya aur bola ki overnite express limited se bol rahe hai uska no hai [protected] address btya gorakhpur adarsh nagar railway station ke peech usne bola ki apka courier hone wala hai address conform kar digiye uske baad wo phone kaat diya. Phir jaab hum saam me call karte hai to bola ki apka order hold pe karwa diya hai jisne courier karwaiya thaa phir main shrikant se baat kiya to wo bola ki tumne paisa nhi diya to maine courier hold pe karwa diya paisa daal do to hum courier wala ko bol denge ki tumko jaa ke de de. Aur phir pwoo call pe galli dene laga jaab hum call kiye to aur aab mera phone receive nhi kar raha hai aur naa hi whatsapps pe msg ka reply de raha hai main uska id proof cisf ka aur eadhar card no hai[protected] please mera request hai ki mera paisa return karwa digiye aur usko saja digiye i am requst you.

Add id [protected] i search for second hand mobile on olx i saw mi a1 add offer price 5000 he accepted and send mobiles i contacted him he told he is from jaisalmer army soldier previously posted in warangal so i trust and he send adhar and pan card for proof courier details also send me so i sent money through paytm ([protected] mukesh) 3500 then he got money next few hours his phone switch off

I saw an ad on olx india someone was selling redmi note 5 pro mobile. He was calling himself an army man named vikram vagmare and sent me his canteen card and his photos so trusted him. He told me that his duty is in rajashtan.
I negotiated with him and finalised the deal in 9000 rupees and first transferred 2000 on 25th july and then he asked me to transfer 7000 on the next because the courier boy said i am coming with mobile till you clear the remaining amount. But i didnt sent the 7000 money then i called to overnight courier for product details then they told that it is a scam going on olx and just dial

I have contacted the person on [protected] for buying cat. The guy is from lucknow. The guy asked me to do 1000 rs payment and sent me some messages for shipping confirmation. Later he sent me message saying u r being cheated and it was fraud work and blocked my number.
I want my money back as well as such fraud ads to be restricted on olx, now olx is a big cheat

A man named matadeen prajapati advertised to sell his phone. Against his ad for iphone 6s 32gb, i contacted him on the phone. He posed as an army personnel and requested me to pay 1000/-by paytm he has taken entire price of rs23100/- but he is not supplying me with the item he had advertised in olx.in. He gave his aadhar card for bilieve. I helped him as a mark of respect for the army personnel now he is not picking up my phone and i need my money back. I also saw so many complaint against him now and is afraid of losing my money and now i dont know i want my money back as it is the responsibility of olx not to keep fake users and, please help me to get my money

I have send the money by paytm aftr that courier person name jora singh indian army call me told me to pay the amount of rs.3150+3150. Total i paid amount 16, 450. Kindly i request to indian army to take action on this fake indian army making fool to all people. Taking indian army name n making fool. I have paytm statement also.

With humble respect, i linda sawmi, who is residing at agartala, tripura have met a fraud person in olx and here is the reason im complaining.

I'm searching an iphone on olx. For few days, then i met a person (I attach his seller id and, ads id image) who is selling an iphone 6s 64gb in olx. So, i contact him and he gave me his number (I already attach our conversation).

So, i make a deal with him and we make a verbal agreement (I. E half payment at the beginning and full payment after i receive a parcel). But, he didnt sent the phone. We are waiting till now. But payment is already done.

So, if you could kindly help me for the refund of the money i send i would be very grateful to you and to the company.
