I ordered mobile from rajasthan. It has been send through overbite xpress. Courier boy called me and told courier is in ooty paty full amount. I paid 12500 to concern person (Jaikisham). After courier boy called me and told again pay courier charges of 1025. That too i paid. When i asked him i paid all please give my courier. Again he is telling pay 500 for gst and telling modi condition.

I've been through a fraud of rs.15200.
A person name jaikishan took rs.15200. He is saying that he has iphone 6s with warranty sending his aadhar card and army card. So i believe him. He said he is posted in jaipur, rajasthan and i sent the money by depositing it to my account and he take it through paytm. Please take this complaint seriously. I sold him (Rakesh) a mobile phone moto g5 plus through olx. The last price is decided 11000 inr. He gave me only 4000 inr and he said he will give the rest after some days. I ordered acer lcd 16 inch of rs. 2500/- from olx on 22 feb 2018 from,
Ad id: [protected], name sandeep sidhu. He gave me contact no. [protected] and [protected].
He asking me for advance payment of rs. 2500/- plus 350 courier charges.
I transferred the amount of rs. 2850/- by net banking. But till today.. He neither give me product nor return my money....

I have 3 ads on olx right now. From my experience of getting calls and msgs from buyers i can say that 80% of the calls and msgs are of fraud people, those who just want to start flirty chats by seeing a girl's name. And another major msgs are from people of different countries who become ready to buy product easily without any enquiry and ask for the bank details. On the face they seem fraud. So, only rest 20% are the genuine people who...

Sir this is chandra kumar jain i was looking cooler on olx ifound 1 cooler in my budget even i talked owner of coller by chat and by phone many time... But at the end i found that he give just fake advertisement and just want to irritate costumer... His name is sumit kumar and his olx id is ad id: [protected]... I saw an ad on olx india someone was selling oneplus 3t mobile. He was calling himself an army man named vikram vagmare and sent me his canteen card and his photos so trusted him. He told me that his duty is in jaisalmer rajashtan.
I negotiated with him and finalised the deal in 7000 rupees and first transferred 3000 on 5th march and then transferred 4000 on the next because the courier boy said i am coming with mobile till you clear...

Ive been through a fraud of 15000 rs
A person name vilram wagmare took 15000. Olx he saying that he has iphone 6 with warranty sending hi voting card, a dhar card and indian army card. Please take this complaint very seriously and tell me how will i get my money back its a humble request to everyone not to get in this fraud don’t waste your money on this fraudsters i want you all to tell me quick how will i get my money back otherwise...

On OLX a person posted an iPhone 6 32 gb ad using name Vikas Patel for rs.18, 000/- . When I contacted him, he gave me his whatsapp number and asked to me message him. After texting him he immediately sent his canteen I'd card, Aadhar card and driving licence. Finally after bargaining he agreed to give it for 12, 000. When I asked him to meet up he said he has been sent to Delhi on other posting. He asked me to pay half the amount...

I am also the part of this fraud in dec 2017 with rs 39000. For iphone 7+ 128 gb he is a fraud. I have all recipts and mobile numbers of this with bank account numbers. Although i put a fir against him. But through this message i want say to olx. That they do nothing for safety purposes. That man still do fraud with other persons.

Brought a samsung washing machine on march 1, 2018 from an olx seller shoab khan ([protected]). Seller lied about it being in excellent working condition and fairly new. Amount has been taken by owner but product is not delivered. If i ask, they are not responding. Owner sent his aadhar card, military id. So i trusted him. But got cheated. Please help me. I have purchased old split ac from a to z cooling services, andheri east - owner mr. Asif siddiqui in mar-2017 for rs. 18000/- since then, it got repaired 4 times and current status is it's non-operational since last one month. Owner is not attending to my complaint for replacement and not even repairing it.

Request you to please take up with him. I am seriously thinking of lodging a police complaint...
