As i have seen ad in olx and sent my contact number to them. They gave their watsapp number. The ad was given by olx no name mentioned. Iphone 6s pluse. The price for was 15000rs. But they asked to 50percent before and remains after receiving. I have paid first 5000rs and then 10000rs. After paying this they asked me to pay 7000rs for insurance. And said they will return that amount when they deliver the item. All the transactions was done by bank from my account to the account they have given to me. But after receiving the amount no response from them as i have been calling to them. So i contacted police they also called but they are not responding properly. So they iam go to put case on you as the ad was given buy you olx user.

He is very big fraud, still he is doing same in olx.

Same thing he had done to me this week, he has taken 1300 rs advance trough paytm mobile no:[protected] and did not given any phone.

Olx and cbi team: please search him fast to stop this fraud with peoples.

Recently i was looking for an iphone on olx and i met this guy who was agreed on selling this to me for 10000. He said he is in the army so he will send the phone via courier and told me to send the charges for the courier (Rs. 1000) and to send the rest of the money after receiving the phone. So i sent him the money (Rs. 1000) and after that his phone was not reachable. He also sent the pictures of the phone. The invoice of the phone and id card the olx chat, whatsapp chat and the screenshot of the paytm is attached with this complaint and i am requesting the refund for this fraud case.
So, if you can take the necessary steps of the complaint i will be highly obliged.

I have bought a second-hand iPhone 6s from olx website on 17 March 2018 from Jaikishan. I paid all the amount through PayTM to this person. As soon as I have transferred the money he just stopped responding and I have lost INR 27000

I am really shocked and surprised to see that if olx can't give security in buying second-hand products, it's a real matter of shame.

I request you to work on this and make this person to return my money back.

I have submitted a job for Airport Ground staff someone person called me you selected pay for Rs.1560 after receive appointment letter but still now not received any letter and also applying same the job they also asking money for job so olx one of the fraud in this kind of action. I am upset of the same searching job for olx. Thanks for the co operation in this regard . Finally I am telling Olx fraud.

Sir i have been cheated by a customer he told me to transfer money (13000) for a macbook and he will send that through bluedart now he is not receiving my phone calls and even not replying my messages... Sir please look into the matter as i am a student and i am studying here in pune from jammu and kashmir... I have the band details and phone no. Of that person.. My mobile no. I have purchased asus h81 motherboard and intel g3258 processor from the seller user id is : justin bj contact number is +91 [protected] on[protected] sum of rs.3400/-. After received the mother board is processor slot pins damaged and unable service the mother board and i have called that person but he did not attend my phone and switched off and the fake user deleted his olx selling field and deleted chat everything from the user data field. I request to olx customer support please take necessary action and arrest the fake user immediately.

(Overnite courier) maine uske account me 17, 000 thousand rupee, daal diye iske above me usne mujhe courier ka photo rasid mujhe whats ap kiya jisse mujhe laga ki sach me usne mujhe phone courier kar diya lekin courier aaya nhi balkie wo bol raha ki 51, 000 aur account me daal do uske baad couier aapko handover kar diya jayga aur usne mujhe bola ki 24 ghante me courier mere pass aa jayega, sir maine apni id proo[censored]sko whats ap kiya tha jisse mujhe dar hai ki mere id proof ka kahi future me galat use na kare... Sir aapse request hai ki meri problem ko solve kiya jaye aur mere paisa kaise return hogha iska kuch solution bataye ye meri puri jama punji thi.
Sir maine aapki olx site pe bharosa kar ke phone ki deal ki thi but mujhe maalum ni tha ki mere sath fraud ho jayaga.

The person above named having olx account, and have posted to sell iphone 7 plus 128 gb, as i wanted to purchased second hand phone i have search and approached the above olx user on olx.in, after discussing few things, i have discussed to exchange my phone with his phone and i have to 7000 more with exchanging my phone (Iphone se 64 gb), as our deal was fixed he asked my address to send courier, i have provided and he said to send courier charges through paytm, so firstly i said him i will send rs.500/- rupees only and rest amount after delivery but he thereafter he said that he reached at courier office to send parcel, asking rs.1080 for courier charges therefore i asked first send proof of receipt or parcel details, he send some pictures and receipt (Which i understand later that he was not actually present at courier office) but at that i was in hurry and couldn't understand that is why was again and again asking that pay courier charges so i have paid rs.500 through my paytm to his paytm number-[protected], thereafter he asking that pay more rs. 580/- for courier but i firstly refused and said make confirm with the parcel which is to be sent, after discussing he sent me one courier receipt (Also that i understand later that is not true and valid) as i wasn't aware with anything, i said him that if he confirm with courier i will pay all amount, thereafter he again asking me to send rupees 580/- so i have sent rs.580/- more and said him to send the courier now, but thereafter he started his act and said you have said to send full amount, so he said more send more rs.3000/- more, this time i did not agreed with him to pay rs.3000/- and i said i will pay after delivery, so he said again that courier receipt is generated and send me rs.3000/- so i will send by here, i was refusing and thereafter i said i don't want purchase phone from you, and i asked to refund my rs.500+rs.580=rs.1080 on my paytm back, so he again refused that and said that i have paid rs.1080/- and courier receipt is generated so he can't refund me back.. I said i don't want purchase so there is no need send or courier or courier charges and he not sending, in between he used so bad words that he will not send back the money and again said the pay rs.3000/- so i will send it from there.. So i understand that he is cheating me... I am attached all the database chats and photos... He had cheated me and stole my rs.1080 and not refunding me after asking many times and using bad words with me.. So please please register my complaint against him and do needful in this regard and make a way to get my money back... Thanks

I bought an apple macbook from a seller. I paid the cash and she even created label at fedex. It's been like 4 days and i don't have any clue about the product yet. The seller has not replied to me and the ad is still active. Fedex says the item has not been recieved yet to ship and the seller says she already gave to the fedex courier. Please help.

A user having olx account with mobile no[protected] posted ads for sailing his mobile in it but after chat & voice call with then, I have found that he is doing fraud by giving fake ID proof of other person and trying to fool me and asking to send money in bank Ac no. [protected], Ifsc cod no.sbin 0005847 in the Name of appa.
Of Sate bank of India.
I have also send him my Adhar card so that I can pruchase mobile from him but before he can make profit of it, I manage to expose him.

He is using fake ID's and pic of other person.

I david from rajahmundry seen olx ads and call to Sri Copier service for canon ir3300 machine and deposited Rs36000 into his partner account p.logesh on 05/03/2018 upto now they are not sending machine or refunding my amount back that raghuvaran had decieve me upto today but not solved he not even sent any machine me mailed me fake invoice and challan
So i requesting olx team to donot encourage this type of frauders

I think some o[censored]sers or cheater may fraud by army name the put low price of standard phone than send its pic on whats app than told half payment to diposit they send phone i contact these type of same speech three times they told i am posted in your city but nw i am at some other posting far i want to sell urgent etc same...

My account is shown banned suddenly without any reasons. I had posted ads in this account but now i am unable to access them. This kind of poor customer service is not at all expected from any website. It discourages customers from further using this site. I want it to be activated asap. Today i also got same message saying that he was robot wallace from mayland america and he was now in syria for peace and my phone selling price was 14000 rupees but he offered me 24000 rupees and he gave me an indian address and phone number and said to delivered this and drop my bank details and email to him. So i got confused and thought that he might be off road and when i checked on the internet i found that robert wallace was a fraud he had a picture of a written wallace only shirt.

I want my money back, olx ur responsoble, I paid him 2000 paytm and he is not giving it back to me. I don't know what to do now, I am being cheated.please somebody help me to get my money back. I don't know anything.he sended some photo that were not of him and I don't know what to do know, olx is great platform for them to cheat people, here olx you have help me out

Customer is using abusive language and scolding in bad language not even spoke to once please take legal actions my name arun krishnan dk and cx i have no idea who he is also he don't chat what i was what is the product nothing just abusing me in bad language. Request you to investigate on this matter which happened just now abusive for two ads. He was just named olx user and began abusive language on the chat i deleted chat however he did that

I ordered mobile from rajasthan. It has been send through overbite xpress. Courier boy called me and told courier is in ooty paty full amount. I paid 12500 to concern person (Jaikisham). After courier boy called me and told again pay courier charges of 1025. That too i paid. When i asked him i paid all please give my courier. Again he is telling pay 500 for gst and telling modi condition.

I was cheated by courier boy and concern person in rajasthan.
