I had posted an add on olx for Tv Table. This person called me and identified himself as army personnel with adhar card and ID proof. We settled for rs 3000 as payment. He called me after a couple of hours and told me that he wants to get it picked from someone else but would like to make a payment in advance over google pay. He sent me a request of rs 3000 on Google pay. I told him that it is asking me to pay rather than him paying the amount. He told me that it will first debit my account and then add double of that amount. I did not agree with it and told him that this is not possible. He said this is how it works and requested me to try it with rs 5 transaction and I agreed to it. Rs 5 got debited from I account and rs 10 got credited. Believing him, I accepted Rs 3000 transactions. My account got debited of rs 3000 but rs 3000 didn't get credit. Upon this, he said that there is some error in the swipe machine from which we are doing. He said he is sorry. So asked me to do again with rs 9999 as code for receiving 3000 my money and 3000 payment. Then 2 times 13000 and 9867 rs. so I can get my money back but the again same thing happened and I got duped of approx. Rs 48886. For which he said that you have to click pay and receive option code for two times. Then this person told me that he will refund my full money in my debit card through the swipe machine and asked told him to transfer the money in my account which he didn't do. This went on for a couple of hours and the same repeated for 7000 rs, I did 7000 transaction with my 2nd account. Total -3000+ 9999+ 13000+13000+9867+ 7000 = 55886 got debited.

I told this person to send my money in my bank account which he said he cannot do. He keeps insisting that its an army camp and only method he can transfer money is through swipe machine into Google pay / Paytm etc.

later I said my account is having less than 50 rs I cannot transfer then he is said me to transfer the amount from any parents account so that your money will be get credited which I didn't do, One of my friends called that Fraud person stating that he is police then Immediately call has been Disconnected and the phone had been switched off. He called me from [protected] phone no and his name is Ravi Kumar Prajapat.

Maine olx pe mobile ki ad dekhi usme 19000 (Approx) ka mobile second hand 8500 me mill raha tha, maine olx pe usse message kiya usse puri baat tay ho gayi fir pehle parcel ke paise dalne ko kaha pehle (590) fir mobile milne par baki payment dalne ko kaha usme mujhe mobile ka bil dikhaya... Par mujhe thoda shak hua isliye mai pehle rs100 dale phir usne slip whatsapp kiya wo indian army parcel service jaisa tha fir 6 hours k baad maine 490 transfer kiya fir agale din mobile delivery hone vala tha tab usne rs8000 transfer karne ko mai samaj gaya ye fraud hai aur maine ye post isi liye dala k koi or is chakkar me na fase or government is aadmi par action le.

One scooty seen through olx for purchased.
The phone number of the contact person=[protected]. He is saying his name as ratan mandal. Ncessary details shared in what'sup. Like rc and scooty images. Rc i checked online its in the name of ratan mandal.

I asked whether i can check the scooty, he said he is from army man working in the gopinath bordloli airport area and not allowed to meet. So he will send the same through indain army transport agency. I need to pay 3100 for the same, then only we will send the details.

I paid the amount of 3100 and today morning on 23/8/2020 i got the delivery voucher and there some gst is mention. Around 10:57 i got a call from [protected] saying i from delivery company need to pay the gst then only i will send the scooty otherwise i put on hold for 6 months.

I came to know this is going to be fraud. Searching in nets gets see same type of complain..

Please look in the same and i required i am going to fir on this so that we can stop here itself.

By seeing olx app i have call to mr lalit kumar of andheri east, for purchase of ktm bike rc 200. As per discussion mr lalit on 21-8-20 told me he will deliver the bike by his military tempo up to nasik and after 2 day you give the payment. After 1 hrs he told me to give service charge rs 1100, and shown the bill of airport service army transport docket no [protected] dtd 21-08-20 like this he demanded all the money i paid 9999 rs and 9000 rs in his bank account and he demanded more to give 7500 as security charge and i told him i will not give single money to him and started give bad words and dhamki to beat me in nashik. The i realise i will not receive by bike and money also. And i was by fault that i went to purchase the vehicle by army person

Everytime I post an ad it's a problem. It never works always rejected and never gives us the reason. Is it that I am being scammed into buying a subscription. I would if the services were better. I'm on old for a very long time and u have been selling aquarium products nationally for a very long time. Before plz was amazing now I feel they are trying to steal peoples money by rejecting the ads and then charging them for premium accounts. I request action be taken or atleast the reason for rejecting the ad be given so improvements can be made. I feel it's purely a scam as it use dot work brilliantly before. Now olx is a disgrace. I will switch to quickr soon.

From 1 month i don't know why my account is suspended i want to use my account please help me out

Hi team, we have (With my wife number - [protected]) received this sale offer in olx with olx profile name kisan (With mobile no. [protected]) for 2019 model of tvs ntorq at rs.25, 000 on 20th aug 2020. The person told be that he is from indian army and wants to sell this new scooty because he is getting transferred. Once the deal was finalised at 21, 000 i paid him rs.2100 as advance payment in account of name with mahinder singh, in account no.[protected], ifsc code - pytm0123456, with his promise to deliver the same scooty a day after at my residence in faridabad.
Next day on 21st aug 2020, i received this call from some parcel guy asking to make another payment of rs. 5150 as postal charges in account with name - parmit singh, account no.[protected], ifsc code - nspb0000002. This thing raise a doubt about the fraud and i asked him to pay him in cash in person, but he refused to meet in person and later on also refused to deliver the scooty.
Now, since then, i am continuously getting this call to pay the postal charges. And when i asked for the return of my money he is making false excuses. He has even suspended my wifes profile from olx.

I request the administration to take the necessary action against the given person and help us to recover our hard earned money or let us know the other recourse to get the same.

These peoples saying what we are army officers names are Dharam singh, kishanbhai lodhi, courier boy, Anil kumar.this people fraud on OLX in 12010 rupees.

This is to put in notice of the concerned authorities that overnite express courier staff is engaged in cheating/fraud/theft and has joined hands with some people who are into such practices.

They were supposed to deliver me a mobile phone for which i paid to a seller (Vikas kumar) saying he is in army shared relevant documents as well in advanced on olx website.

These buggers asked me to pay all the money in advance without even delivering the phone at my residence.

I am attaching relevant documents for further checks.

These numbers are confirmed apple icloud frauds/scammers from Kerala.

These people is having many mobile numbers and different names . Always keep away from these people and never trust any offers or even after payt. In one way or other they will scam you now or later 100%.

or else please report to near investigation agencies .

I have done a deal on olx for iphone 7 plus with rupees of 11000. The buyer first said to pay 1100 rs for parcel booking from army office (Delhi airport), so i have paid 1100rs. The next day the delivery boy called me and asked to pay 3270rs for release the shipment from ambala. I have paid this amount too, next did the same asked to pay security 3999 rs, i have paid this amount too, next asked me to pay 3270 more moving shipment out of army cant in ambala, i have paid this as well in two (3100+170) in the trust of indian army but i asked him to show me id card then he said delayed payment charges 3270 more then i thought i have already paid more than phone amount and denied. Till now i have paid 11670 rs which is more than my deal. When i asked for phone he again asked me to pay hold charges. I said i will complaint about you he said i will put your picture in newspaper and expose me as criminal i said. Go do it. I said refund my money he said pay more 4000 rs to clear fund or wait for 70 days. I said i don't have trust i will not pay.

I made this transactions on trust of indian military but these frauds are deceiving all the persons like this. I think indian army should also take necessary action to trace those people and give them necessary treatment. I respect indian army but this is so weird. I don't know i will receive my money or not but if you can find those #.

So please find these frauds and build the hopes in common people. Please take the necessary action on them. Attached full information.

I suffered big fraud from person named srikant Sharma saying that he is from the army and he will firstly transfer amount for the bicycle ad that I have kept in OLX to be sold in my account via Google pay QR code and then he will send some boy to pick up the bicycle...Firstly he did a small transaction of 5rs which got successfully transferred and also he sent his aadhar id and CISF id that I have uploaded in my complaint also so that he took me in his confidence and then he did 4 fraud transactions of 17000, 17000, 17000 and 7000
Total being 58000rs within 15 mins..He washed out my whole amount from my account..
Kindly do the needful from your side

I bought a iphone 7 plus from dumdum. He took 960 at first. After that 4500 and at last 4998. I can't contact them.
