You know how you select the leverage of your account before you use it, this broker does not let you do that. Once you open an account, the broker just gives to you whichever leverage. I think it is the maximum leverage for all instruments because on the major currency pairs, I see something like 500X.
So what if I do not want to trade with 500X? Some people do not like to trade with high leverages like that and I think it is wrong of the broker to just give clients a fixed leverage. I think many people will agree with me. Or did I miss something?

I guess I didn't understand how it worked. It turns out that there is nothing wrong with leverage of this broker. Moreover, now I realize that this leverage option is more convenient than the one I expected to get. It turns out that I can customize leverage and choose its value. Thank you for clarification! And now I know that I have advantage because I can customize my orders more precisely.

    I am relatively new to trading and Olymp Trade is my first brokerage. I took advice from a friend of mine that this is the best trading platform for beginners like me. Must admit that I got comfortable pretty quickly with the trading app. It’s not as complicated at all as I thought it would be. I am still trading on a demo account, but I have noticed that every weekend the platform crashes and it is impossible to trade. It works fine from Monday to Friday, but when I am free and have time to trade during the weekend it is impossible to execute any trade. Anyone else with the same problem?

    Seems that nobody explained to me when I started trading that financial markets don't work on weekends It turns out that it was not a glitch or platform failure. It was just that all markets and all traders were gone for the weekend. That means that I need to rest from trading. Although I know what I will spend my free time on weekends for. I will study the peculiarities of financial markets and trading. Because obviously I don't have enough knowledge.

        You know, I have been following this broker for quite a long time and have watched many videos on youtube about this trading platform and how other traders trade on it.
        Well, unlike many traders, I am used to work in bright rooms and usually use platform in the daytime. So dark theme of platform interface is not visible in bright daylight or in a well lighted room.
        I would really like to be able to install another platform with a lighter interface or be able to change the color scheme of this platform.
        I can trade further but I can't say it's comfortable.

        My bad, I just found out that I can customize the interface. Switching between day and night mode is so easy actually, and I am glad that they even thought about it and made it possible. Now I see clearly 😀 the day mode is much better.

          I almost have no troubles with the olymp trade broker. it seems to be a legit partner in the trading world for me. everything is so cool about this platform that I have nothing to pick on.
          I quickly sorted things out right after my first attendance so to speak. some features still remain rather shadowy for me, but I guess I'll manage to understand all ins and outs.
          the matter of my request is the following - I heard of the opportunity to trade stock on the platform, correctly speaking, invest into them, build a whole portfolio and other stuff.
          however, after trading forex a couple of days, I started to think like, lol, where are stocks? where is that opportunity I was dreaming of?
          Tried to contact customer support but have behaved myself impatiently and decided to ask here...

            I want to write about problem with leverage size or as it is called here multiplier.
            When I opened trading account I expected to get a large leverage. But it seems that I have some kind of limitation, because for example today I tried to trade Dow Jones index and I had only x100 multiplier available.
            Actually it is quite enough for me, but I was counting on x500, which is written about everywhere when describing trading conditions of this broker.
            Maybe I need to improve my status or do something else. Or maybe I just have a blocking of trading.

            It all makes sense to me now. And what I wrote earlier is a little bit wrong. So let me tell you how it really works. Because I made a mistake and maybe someone reading my post got wrong information. So, indeed this broker provides leverage x500. But of course not for all financial instruments. And riskier ones have smaller amount. For example, Dow Jones index I wrote about is more risky and that's why it has multiplier of x100. I'm glad I found out everything and got the right information. And I apologize to those who were confused by my first post.

            Thank you for your question. We are glad to tell you about leverage or multiplier at Olymp Trade Forex.
            A multiplier multiplies your investment amount by a certain amount. The multiplier value shows how many times the total trade volume will increase.

            Let’s say you invest $100 using an x200 multiplier. Accordingly, the total trade volume will be $20 000 ($100 x 200 = $20 000).

            As a result, the financial outcome of such a position will vary within a larger range than if you traded $100 using a multiplier of x100, x50, or lower.

            It is important to know that the use of the multiplier increases not only the amount of the potential profit but also the risk level of the trade.

            A high value of the multiplier is suitable for active trading when an investor makes many trades during one day. However, if you opt for long-term investments, using the minimum value of the multiplier will be the right choice.

            The multiplier values may vary for different asset types. The largest value o[censored]p to x500 can be used when trading currency pairs. You can find the information about the minimum and maximum multiplier values in the "Help" section of the "Assets" menu: select the asset you are interested in and open the "Trading Conditions" tab.

                Guys, as a complete rookie I understand that I don't know a lot of things about trading. Olymp trade trading platform is my first place where I decided to cognise the essence of the trading industry and understand how people make money in it.
                I liked the platform right away, I mean their website, the way they describe different things so I decided to open up an account.
                Everything was okay, I cracked my head over registration for a while, cause I needed to fill in many information, but I presume it's awesome from the point of security.

                However, after passing through registration, I found out that I can't trade. For real, I just can't trade, I have no access to trading. Maybe someone has also faced such a situation, I don't believe that I passed through registration to receive nothing in the end. I wanna trade!!!

                Damn, I should've known about such thing as verification. The email was sent to me that i needed to verify my identity by providing particular documents to let the platform's developers know that I am a real trader... Another evidence of highest security on the platform, and another evidence of my incompetence in the sphere :D Thank you guys...

                  I will tell you what happened. I have been hearing about this platform and watching some youtube videos on it, you know, how people traded there, how much money they were making and stuff. i have read reviews and found out about how stable and a solid choice this broker is, which is really good.
                  so i make my way in there and register, quickly deposited some money, but what really attracted me here and made the broker appealing to me is that people were able to chart four and more different assets on their browser and in the same charting area. I cant do that. Is this like a discrimination thing? just because I am someone new, and I don't have these paid statuses I can only chart and trade a single asset?

                  nevermind... i found it. turns out you can adjust your chart layout with the buttons on the corner there and it was easier than I thought. Now I can chart two and four and even eight assets at the same time, its great.

                    My decision to start trading and trade on this trading platform was influenced by a blogger on Youtube. I saw how he traded and it seemed to me that it was not so difficult. Besides, he sometimes gives trading recommendations so I decided to follow him and registered a trading account.
                    Apparently, he has some more advanced version of the platform, because on mine I can't find a special section in the menu with installation and setting of trading indicators. Perhaps I need to download some update or special software to have such a function in my menu.
                    This is not what I expected and I can't understand what to do in this situation. I will try to google for an answer to my question.

                    Oh, my God. I'm so inattentive. It's kind of funny =) Guys, I didn't notice button right on the chart. If you press it, it opens menu with indicators and you can get any of them. Yes, I apologize for starting to panic. I'm sure I'll be more careful next time!

                      I have made an deposit of 10 USD with following details.

                      1) Amount - Rs 829/-
                      2) Date[protected]
                      3) Time - 7:51 Pm
                      4) Ref Number :[protected]

                      I have sent several emails regarding proof of deposit of said money.

                      The customer support have asked it multiple times.

                      The proof deposited were as below
                      1) sms screen shot
                      2) bank statement

                      Where time and amount were clearly mentioned.
                      The amount was deducted but from Olymp Trade the message was transfer failed.
                      I am here to request to kindly coorelate the receiver statement of transaction of the amount.

                          I was lured here by my friends. Well, no negative connotation, I just want to say that I did my best to resist this temptation to engage in trading, but they have managed to push the idea that it was a good plan to succeed in a long run.
                          So far I have been trading here for like a couple of months and should say that they were right. When I started making profits on the olymp trade platform, there was no limit for delight. Then I was explained emotions control, how to handle overconfidence and other stuff.
                          But the matter of my inquiry, so to speak - modes. I wanted to engage in stocks trading cuz I knew that it was the best possible way to diversify risks, but every time I enter the platform I see only forex trading mode and nothing else. Guys, I really want to make a portfolio, gather stocks and get passive income in future, what should I do...

                          I guess I just didn't notice how to switch between modes. It was easy and I just had to press a few buttons to switch to the Stocks mode. I realize that I am still beginner trader and I will probably make mistakes in the future. But I promise that now I will be more attentive and will study everything in more detail before making any conclusions. I am sure that this skill will be useful to me not only in managing trading platform but also in trading.

                          Thank you for your interest in our platform. We are glad to say that you can build your investment portfolio with our Stock mode. Stocks mode is a trading mode on the Olymp Trade platform. In this mode, you trade instruments for which stock market shares are the underlying asset. The underlying asset is the asset that the traded instrument price is based on. In Stocks mode, the instrument is traded at the price of the selected stock at the time of making a trade.

                          One can make two types of trades in this mode – sell and buy. The profit or loss depends on the change in the underlying asset stock price from the moment you buy the instrument until the moment you sell it. However, you may only sell assets that you have previously purchased in Stock mode.

                          To access the Stock trading mode, please click on “Asset”. Under the tab “Asset”, there are 3 buttons called Fixed Time, Forex, and Stock. Please choose on Stock

                            I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the significant delay in crediting funds to my live trading account.

                            I deposited INR 35, 000 on December 8th and an additional INR 25, 000 on December 9th, making a total of INR 60, 000. However, it has been 10 days since these deposits were made, and my account has not been credited accordingly. I understand that processing times may vary, but the prolonged delay is causing considerable inconvenience.

                            I have verified that the deposited amounts have been successfully debited from my bank account, and it appears that the funds have reached your end. Despite this, my live trading account remains uncredited. Each time I reach out for an update, I am informed that additional time is needed to perform checks, without any specific details on the nature or duration of these checks.

                            I kindly request an immediate resolution to this matter and an explanation for the prolonged delay. Timely access to my funds is crucial for effective trading, and this delay is adversely affecting my ability to manage my investments.

                              I don’t know what to do. On the one hand I like Olymp trade and how they are providing the forex services. I mean the conditions and especially the trading platform.

                              But on the other hand I wanted to have the Expert status cus the broker has just recently introduced increased profitability. So 90% is exactly what I was looking for, but I didn’t get it after I deposited my $500 as it was said in the blog.
                              I don;t want to think that Olymp tries to cheat people, but…

                              I read the status information again and it looks like I wasn't reading carefully. I was close to the truth but confused USD and USDT. In order to get Expert status you need to fund your account with 500 USDT. And it is important that it is a USDT account. Anyway now I have corrected everything and got the status I dreamed of. Great!

                              • Starter — default status, no deposit necessary

                              • Advanced — you need to deposit at least $500/€500 or USDT 100 to your USDT account

                              • Expert — you need to deposit at least $2000/€2000 or USDT 500 to your USDT account

                              You can also upgrade your status by earning experience points (XP), which you can get by making trades on a live account and completing Trader's Way tasks.                                 Some time ago I started learning about trading and investing. I decided that I should start doing it because I found it quite interesting.
                                I decided that I wanted to start with investing and started looking for a suitable broker.
                                On one of the websites I read that Olymp Trade is perfect for those who want to start investing but have no experience yet.

                                So I became a client of this company. After I registered and opened trading account I started to look for how I could start investing on this platform. But I couldn't find anything. As I realized there is trading here. That is, I can open a trade in stocks, for example, in the up or down direction.
                                But I wanted to buy stocks and create an investment portfolio.
                                It seems that there is no such function here or I have misunderstood something. I would be grateful if someone could help me to understand everything.

                                I guess I haven't fully figured out how this platform works. It turns out that I can trade CFD stocks separately and separately invest in stocks. I just need to switch between the modes. To be honest, it's even better than I expected. Thanks to this I feel that I have much more possibilities in trading. Stocks mode is a trading mode on the Olymp Trade platform. In this mode, you trade instruments for which stock market shares are the underlying asset. The underlying asset is the asset that the traded instrument price is based on. In Stocks mode, the instrument is traded at the price of the selected stock at the time of making a trade.

                                One can make two types of trades in this mode – sell and buy. The profit or loss depends on the change in the underlying asset stock price from the moment you buy the instrument until the moment you sell it. However, you may only sell assets that you have previously purchased in Stock mode.

                                    I have been told that I could have up to 93% profit here on my trades. well, i am checking everywhere out but cant seem to find it, and the trades that i get correct dont have 93% profitability. i don't know what's the problem, do i have to do something extra or get a certain amount winning trades in a row or use as much leverage as possible. I seriously could not get it, or there is one more possibility which i dont want to believe, its that there is no 93% or anything like that. what do you think thats going on here?

                                      I think this platform was being all advertised as smooth trading experiences and whatnot. Smooth means fast, right? without a lot of lags, glitches, and other things like that. Well, I tend to disagree. Because I signed up for this platform and opened a real trading account for myself, and it was fine for the first day or two, then it started to lag. by a lot. it does not show the real time prices of assets really quickly, it does not load the charts as quickly, and it does not execute the trades as quickly. I could not understand what might be the problem causing this
