I read tons of reviews online about how the trading signals that are provided on Olymp Trade’s platform. And this was one of the main reasons why I decided to register an account with this broker. They approved my account, I deposited and boom… there are no trading signals…. I have waited three days already and not a single signal came out. I noticed that I have a Starter account status and I am wondering if I don’t receive signals because of my status or what could be other possible reasons!?

Looks like I wasn't paying close enough attention... As it turned out, trading signals were available to me from very beginning. I was just not attentive enough to find special menu where these signals are available. Guys I hope I didn't confuse anyone with my comment and now we know that there is no problem.

    I have been using Olymp Trade for a while and overall I am quite satisfied with the platform. Sometimes, when I switch between different assets or charts, there is a slight delay in loading the data. It's not a big problem, but it can be a bit frustrating when trying to make quick trading decisions. I understand that technical glitches are inevitable, it will take me a while to sort it out, but I think I can handle it.

    My journey with the platform is going great. There are no more delays when I switch between charts. I contacted the customer support, I hadn't done some updates, and after I did, it worked perfectly smoothly. I am grateful to the Olymp Trade team for helping me to fix this technical glitch.

        I can't say that I am truly proficient at trading with this broker, and actually can't say the same about the overall trading experience, but I have some knowledge.
        In fact i like this trading platform, it looks fresh and modern, this is something I love most about it. It has many assets for trading, certain modes which are unknown to me so far, I mean, haven't tried them yet, and it has reliable customer support and well-developed help center.

        The point of my message is about certain oddities happening right after I decided to open my first order. When I open an order, about 5 sec passes and it's closed. I ain't exclude I am not attentive enough, and I admit that I am not familiar with the platform on full, but what is it?

        Lol, Quickler... Little did I know such a function existed. Now I have already noticed it and understood its mechanism. Interesting... Thank you guys for clarification, and I assume I should devote some more time to the research in the help center, there are likely answers on even more questions than I thought.

        Click on the "duration" button on the right side of the screen and select a different time.

        Note that only for Quickler it is not possible to change the time, only 5-second trading is available.

            The world of trading is quick-paced and the need to have tools and resources that help traders keep up with such a pace is indeed required. One of those tools, or features, is the multi-chart function. Maybe some people do not really care about such a function and rely on trading each instrument at a time, but some o[censored]s actually appreciate it and cannot work effectively without it.
            One of the reviews I read when researching the broker mentioned the Multi-chart function of Olymp trade. I have searched for it and I have not been able to turn it on. I have started to think that the reviews were false.

              Address: I don't know actual address

              I made two deposits of 3200 and 5100 Indian rupees, and they're still pending to appear in my trading account from the last 8–9 days. Customer support has no proper information, and money still has not been created in my trading account.

              I am planning to make a cybercrime case against the account holders and Olymp Trade.

              Please don't trade with such a platform where your payment gets stuck every time.

                  I have deposited total of INR 60000

                  One with 35000 and 2nd with 25000

                  They have taken my money.

                  Its already 30days the are not crediting.

                    You know how you select the leverage of your account before you use it, this broker does not let you do that. Once you open an account, the broker just gives to you whichever leverage. I think it is the maximum leverage for all instruments because on the major currency pairs, I see something like 500X.
                    So what if I do not want to trade with 500X? Some people do not like to trade with high leverages like that and I think it is wrong of the broker to just give clients a fixed leverage. I think many people will agree with me. Or did I miss something?

                    I guess I didn't understand how it worked. It turns out that there is nothing wrong with leverage of this broker. Moreover, now I realize that this leverage option is more convenient than the one I expected to get. It turns out that I can customize leverage and choose its value. Thank you for clarification! And now I know that I have advantage because I can customize my orders more precisely.

                      I am relatively new to trading and Olymp Trade is my first brokerage. I took advice from a friend of mine that this is the best trading platform for beginners like me. Must admit that I got comfortable pretty quickly with the trading app. It’s not as complicated at all as I thought it would be. I am still trading on a demo account, but I have noticed that every weekend the platform crashes and it is impossible to trade. It works fine from Monday to Friday, but when I am free and have time to trade during the weekend it is impossible to execute any trade. Anyone else with the same problem?

                      Seems that nobody explained to me when I started trading that financial markets don't work on weekends It turns out that it was not a glitch or platform failure. It was just that all markets and all traders were gone for the weekend. That means that I need to rest from trading. Although I know what I will spend my free time on weekends for. I will study the peculiarities of financial markets and trading. Because obviously I don't have enough knowledge.

                          You know, I have been following this broker for quite a long time and have watched many videos on youtube about this trading platform and how other traders trade on it.
                          Well, unlike many traders, I am used to work in bright rooms and usually use platform in the daytime. So dark theme of platform interface is not visible in bright daylight or in a well lighted room.
                          I would really like to be able to install another platform with a lighter interface or be able to change the color scheme of this platform.
                          I can trade further but I can't say it's comfortable.

                          My bad, I just found out that I can customize the interface. Switching between day and night mode is so easy actually, and I am glad that they even thought about it and made it possible. Now I see clearly 😀 the day mode is much better.

                            I almost have no troubles with the olymp trade broker. it seems to be a legit partner in the trading world for me. everything is so cool about this platform that I have nothing to pick on.
                            I quickly sorted things out right after my first attendance so to speak. some features still remain rather shadowy for me, but I guess I'll manage to understand all ins and outs.
                            the matter of my request is the following - I heard of the opportunity to trade stock on the platform, correctly speaking, invest into them, build a whole portfolio and other stuff.
                            however, after trading forex a couple of days, I started to think like, lol, where are stocks? where is that opportunity I was dreaming of?
                            Tried to contact customer support but have behaved myself impatiently and decided to ask here...

                              I want to write about problem with leverage size or as it is called here multiplier.
                              When I opened trading account I expected to get a large leverage. But it seems that I have some kind of limitation, because for example today I tried to trade Dow Jones index and I had only x100 multiplier available.
                              Actually it is quite enough for me, but I was counting on x500, which is written about everywhere when describing trading conditions of this broker.
                              Maybe I need to improve my status or do something else. Or maybe I just have a blocking of trading.

                              It all makes sense to me now. And what I wrote earlier is a little bit wrong. So let me tell you how it really works. Because I made a mistake and maybe someone reading my post got wrong information. So, indeed this broker provides leverage x500. But of course not for all financial instruments. And riskier ones have smaller amount. For example, Dow Jones index I wrote about is more risky and that's why it has multiplier of x100. I'm glad I found out everything and got the right information. And I apologize to those who were confused by my first post.

                              Thank you for your question. We are glad to tell you about leverage or multiplier at Olymp Trade Forex.
                              A multiplier multiplies your investment amount by a certain amount. The multiplier value shows how many times the total trade volume will increase.

                              Let’s say you invest $100 using an x200 multiplier. Accordingly, the total trade volume will be $20 000 ($100 x 200 = $20 000).

                              As a result, the financial outcome of such a position will vary within a larger range than if you traded $100 using a multiplier of x100, x50, or lower.

                              It is important to know that the use of the multiplier increases not only the amount of the potential profit but also the risk level of the trade.

                              A high value of the multiplier is suitable for active trading when an investor makes many trades during one day. However, if you opt for long-term investments, using the minimum value of the multiplier will be the right choice.

                              The multiplier values may vary for different asset types. The largest value o[censored]p to x500 can be used when trading currency pairs. You can find the information about the minimum and maximum multiplier values in the "Help" section of the "Assets" menu: select the asset you are interested in and open the "Trading Conditions" tab.

                                  Guys, as a complete rookie I understand that I don't know a lot of things about trading. Olymp trade trading platform is my first place where I decided to cognise the essence of the trading industry and understand how people make money in it.
                                  I liked the platform right away, I mean their website, the way they describe different things so I decided to open up an account.
                                  Everything was okay, I cracked my head over registration for a while, cause I needed to fill in many information, but I presume it's awesome from the point of security.

                                  However, after passing through registration, I found out that I can't trade. For real, I just can't trade, I have no access to trading. Maybe someone has also faced such a situation, I don't believe that I passed through registration to receive nothing in the end. I wanna trade!!!

The email was sent to me that i needed to verify my identity by providing particular documents to let the platform's developers know that I am a real trader...                                     I will tell you what happened. I have been hearing about this platform and watching some youtube videos on it, you know, how people traded there, how much money they were making and stuff. i have read reviews and found out about how stable and a solid choice this broker is, which is really good.
                                    so i make my way in there and register, quickly deposited some money, but what really attracted me here and made the broker appealing to me is that people were able to chart four and more different assets on their browser and in the same charting area. I cant do that. Is this like a discrimination thing? just because I am someone new, and I don't have these paid statuses I can only chart and trade a single asset?

                                    nevermind... i found it. turns out you can adjust your chart layout with the buttons on the corner there and it was easier than I thought. Now I can chart two and four and even eight assets at the same time, its great.

                                      My decision to start trading and trade on this trading platform was influenced by a blogger on Youtube. I saw how he traded and it seemed to me that it was not so difficult. Besides, he sometimes gives trading recommendations so I decided to follow him and registered a trading account.
                                      Apparently, he has some more advanced version of the platform, because on mine I can't find a special section in the menu with installation and setting of trading indicators. Perhaps I need to download some update or special software to have such a function in my menu.
                                      This is not what I expected and I can't understand what to do in this situation. I will try to google for an answer to my question.

                                      Oh, my God. I'm so inattentive. It's kind of funny =) Guys, I didn't notice button right on the chart. If you press it, it opens menu with indicators and you can get any of them. Yes, I apologize for starting to panic. I'm sure I'll be more careful next time!

Even for beginner status, you can access the indicators and oscillators for free. You can check it at the lower left-hand side of the platform.

                                        I have made an deposit of 10 USD with following details.

                                        1) Amount - Rs 829/-
                                        2) Date[protected]
                                        3) Time - 7:51 Pm
                                        4) Ref Number :[protected]

                                        I have sent several emails regarding proof of deposit of said money.

                                        The customer support have asked it multiple times.

                                        The proof deposited were as below
                                        1) sms screen shot
                                        2) bank statement

                                        Where time and amount were clearly mentioned.
                                        The amount was deducted but from Olymp Trade the message was transfer failed.
                                        I am here to request to kindly coorelate the receiver statement of transaction of the amount.
