I was told that the broker has different account types for traders. Not like the demo account and the live account, but real trading accounts. Just like other brokers do that you can pay more for an account with better trading conditions and stuff like that. Right now, the profitability that I have while trading FTT is not what I expected to be frank, and it is not nice. I should be mad at the person that recommended the broker to me and got me hyped up about the trading experience here.

It seems that I jumped to conclusions and wrote the previous comment without fully studying all conditions. Person who recommended me this broker didn't cheat me, I just didn't notice system that company offers to customers because of my inattention. Now I have studied it in detail and set goals for the near future.

    I have kicked off in the trading sphere with this broker long time ago. Sincerely, I don't even know what was the year when I commenced. Nevermind.

    The point is that trading here was full of pleasure for me and I remember how I quickly signed up and verified my identity on the platform. I got down to business like within a day or something and since those times I have never had any questions about the platform, because their Help Center is full of crucial information.

    Nevertheless, recently, I encountered a kind of glitch or how it's called. I decided to switch payment methods, and the platform requested an account verification. Idk, maybe the system thought like I signed up for the first time but it was kinda confusing. So, I have no idea what was that and what I'm supposed to do.

    Oh... Verification, seriously? I'm the one who praised the help center for the excessiveness of information and didn't know about this simple thing! Got blind, probably... Thank you olymp trade team for hinting me about reverification of the account whenever I wanna use new payment method for depositing funds. Had no idea about that, but now I'm alerted.

      I have been trading with a USD account for a while and I made a couple of withdrawals already. However, as a payment method, I use crypto, specifically USDT. Recently I discovered that with Olymp Trade it is possible to have a USDT-based account. That would work much better for me since anyway I am transferring funds in USDT.
      Is it possible to switch the account type from USD to USDT or do I need to close it and open a new one? But what will happen with the funds already deposited in the USD account?

      I was sure that there must be a way, but I didn't know that it might be this simple as it is everything else on the Olymp Trade platform. I was afraid that I needed to withdraw the funds from the USD account to my crypto wallet and then deposit them again in the new account. In reality, I needed to just transfer them from one account to another, which happened to be lightning-fast without paying some extra fees. Great. Now I am all set up 😀

      Thank you for sending your feedback. Indeed, in Olymp Trade you can have a USDT-based account without registering for another account. Plenty of other traders also find this useful. To do so, you can just click the accounts section at the upper right portion of your screen if you're trading on a computer. There, you can see a plus sign to add an account. Just follow the directions so you can create a USDT account. You can also do this through the app.

        I registered at olymp trade fairly quickly. It was much faster than at any other forex broker that I traded before. And the client support was helpful along the way.
        So I uploaded the required documents, deposited money and immediately started trading on the fixed time trading mode.
        Thanks to the proper analysis and maybe some luck I managed to increase my deposit by a big margin. In this case I decided to withdraw the part of the profits just to return back some of my findings. I do that usually to have more peace of mind.

        But the problem is that I couldn’t do it. Although I use the same payment method, the withdrawal request wasn’t fulfilled for some undisclosed reason.

        It appeared that my documents were still in review and not approved yet by the time I requested withdrawal. hence it wasn’t fulfilled. But now it’s all good and I can withdraw the amounts I want.

          I spent a while trading forex here and it was time for me to start something new.
          I always wanted to trade stocks and finally I gained this opportunity at Olymp trade.
          But the problem is that I can’t go short on stocks unlike forex for example. And it reduces my trading opportunities dramatically.
          Plus unlike forex or FTT I can’t trade stocks 24/7 for some reason, whereas I saw other forex brokers provide stocks trading round the clock all the time.
          It’s pretty frustrating cuz I like the broker in general.

          Okay, I can’t be more dumb than that. Olymp trade offers a full scale stock investing where you only can go long. And of course I can’t buy shares all the time. Stock exchanges have their working hours too.

            Been working with these guys for a couple of months, coming here as a complete newbie, nowadays I notice some results of my prolific trading. Mainly, I'm thankful to the company for their commitment to educating newcomers.
            But, the point of my message is a bit different. Let alone all praises to the olymp trade and focus on something I have run across recently.

            I decided to clean my PC and reinstall windows so I was forced to download the broker's platform once again. Okay, it was downloaded quickly, without any hassle. However, while inserting my credentials, the platform doesn't let me in. It continued stating that something went wrong, check your credentials once again, maybe there was a mistake. But I have written down the password on paper which is always by my hands. So, since then (it was a couple of days ago), I don't know what to do, as I wanna trade, but can't.

              When I researched olymp trade and all the other similar platforms I found out that OT has one of the best profitability for FTT on the market.
              Hence why I decided to end up here.
              Nevertheless when the trading time came I realized that there are no assets with a profitability over 90%. Although I read some reviews that Olymp trade has a lot of them.

              Now I put so much effort into the registration and verification but all that was in vain if I can’t have high profitability.

              Oh, I didn’t pay attention to the status system of the broker. All the profitability depends on the statuses. Or I can also buy the higher yield on the marketplace within the trading platform. Both options are appropriate for me.

                I spent almost an hour on the platform and checked all the buttons but still couldn’t find where are the indicators. I particularly need the Awsome oscillator. When I opened the platform I automatically applied the RSI indicator and that’s all. There are no other indicators or oscillators. I have a beginner's status and guess I need a higher status to get access to other indicators. I don’t see any other option why I don’t have them available.

                Thank you. I thought I needed to reach a higher status and new features would open for me. I have tried and clicked all the buttons on the platform except the Technical Analysis button. Had no clue that the charting tools and indicators list might be under this option. If you have only one indicator activated, it will be shown only that one on the list under the Technical Analysis button. But when you close it, there will be a whole new menu with Indicators, Oscillators, Strategies, Drawing etc.

                  I read many positive reviews about Olymp Trade and decided to explore more about their trading conditions, like leverage, commissions, margin requirements and everything related to trading that would help me to decide whether or not this is a suitable trading platform for me.
                  I checked their website, which I must say is very basic, and easy to navigate, but I couldn’t locate their trading conditions. In the FAQ section, one can find everything except the thing I was looking for.

When I opened the dashboard of the trading platform there was a button Trading Conditions for more details. I must say now I understand why that information is not included on the website because it is different for the instruments classes and depends on the trading mode.

The message was displayed that within 2 hours amount will deposit to my account . i waited for more than 2 hours still money not credited to my olymp trade account.                       I like the Status system of Olymp trade. I think that is a very cool concept and incentive for traders. Because this way everyone has a motivation to trade more and develop their skills.

                      But I had some problems with the statuses. I decided to get the Expert Status by depositing more money into my trading account.
                      So I deposited $500 and expected to get Expert status, but instead I got only Advanced one. And now I am confused because the support team still doesn’t reply to me.

                      Sorry for misunderstanding the olymp trade. I thought that you get Expert status for $500, meanwhile you should deposit this amount in USDT instead to get the Expert. And if you deposit in fiat currency, then it has to be more than $2000. Thanks for clearing things up!

                          I like the broker's blog and I read it all the time. There is tons o[censored]seful information about trading and not only. You can find some handy texts about the broker too.
                          Recently I found an article on the Olymp trade blog that I can use the MT4 platform here which is a good thing for me since I like MT platforms.

                          However, I didn't find any mentions of MTs on the website. It’s either Olymp trade did a bad marketing move or it deliberately misleading its clients. Both are not very good to be honest.

                            I have deposited 10$ to my Olymp trade wallet via phone pay. Money has been deposited but not showing in the Olymp trade wallet. It is still pending in the transactions section of Olymp trade. Please resolve the issue.

                              Everybody is talking about Olymp Trade! Olymp Trade this, Olymp trade that, people are making money, people are learning, people are getting opportunities, people are starting to trade here. It is all good and well, and if you only read the reviews and you did not try out the platform yourself, you would think that it is the ideal platform for new traders who cannot put together a big budget, you know, people that are simply dipping their toes in, wondering what it is all about to see if they can make money or not. Would you put a hundred thousand dollars in such a venture? No! Even if you have the money, you would start with a small budget. Well, that's exactly what I have done. I already know a few things here and there about trading, I am not entirely new to this, so I ALSO KNOW, that indicators should be free! But everything in Olymp Trade seems to be paid! I just get onto the market menu on the lefthand side of the platform, click on the indicators, and every single one of them wants to charge me monthly. Are you kidding me? Why do I have to pay thirty dollars just for a few indicators?

                              Oooooh now I see.. So the indicators are actually free but there are some advanced ones that are paid.. I was checking them out because I could not find the actual indicator menu man. I am sorry. So yeah, I saw all the indicators and they work all great, I also wondered and bought the inversion bollinger and bill williams' fractals. they do a great job too, but the free ones are very good as well!

The indicators can also be used for free without additional costs. However, there are paid items in the market where you can choose additional features to further help in your trading. But this is not required to have a successful trade.

                                Before opening a trading account with this broker I read quite a lot about all technical features of the platform.
                                Some reviews contained information that many useful indicators are available on platform. And this is really true, but...
                                As it turned out, these indicators are impossible to customize.
                                That is, in order to trade more effectively I need to customize indicators, but unfortunately platform doesn't have this function. I can only set an indicator and watch it.
                                I consider that this is a disadvantage of this platform. And I hope company's management will pay attention to this problem and solve it as soon as possible.

                                Looks like I was literally one click short of figuring out how to customize indicators. Indeed, each indicator has individual settings. Moreover, I have already had time to experiment a little and saw that it is possible to set two identical indicators but with different settings. This is more than enough for me!

                                  I have deposited Rs 30, 000 on 30oct 2023 at 12:30 pm. And then i made a withdrawal request on 30nov same day at 1:10 am after 2-3 days on 2 nov they blocked my account and said for verificatio which also includes my 30, 000 rs proof they said to show the transaction at 10:01 am... as i have have made a deposit request at 10:01 am on 30 octomber but i cancelled it and redeposited at 12:30 pm...and till now my acount is blocked and internal investiagtion is going on...its not my mistake in it...i want my money back or now i am complaining to RBI and consumer court for ban this application in india if they not return my account with full funds

                                    Trader's way bug

                                    Not a very long time ago I got acquainted with the Trader's way functionality on the platform, and guys, I confirm that this is a very handy thing for those who bother about statuses upgrade or kind of promoting.

                                    So listen, I came down here to Olymp Trade. Because I have heard that it is a free-for-all platform, what I mean by free is that you can trade however you like, right? You have your options and choices, but you choose whatever you want. That includes all sorts of trading conditions. For example, I like the FTT mode and I am trying to build a special trading system for that. But the platform does not allow me to open more than 20 positions at the same time, i can't keep them. But my system requires that to profit. Now, how am I suppose to work with them If they cannot even allow me to do whatever I want ? And I heard that it was allowed!! Were they lying or what now? I heard people can keep more than 50 open positions at the same time in FTT mode. Now, I need that for my system to work as well! Can't I trade however I like it here?

                                    I thought it was an error or a bug or something but turns out it is just a feature. I just did some research and found out that you can actually keep up to 50 open positions in FTT mode if you have the advanced status, and this number goes up to a hundred if you have the expert status. so turns out, they actually allow you to do whatever you want, and if you want to get the statuses, there are actually more than one ways to go about that as well, you can trade your way into them, you can buy them or you can deposit some money into your account, if you pass the threshold, you get the status, that's really cool.

                                    Thank you for reaching out. What you encountered is the trading limit on the platform. A trading limit is a mathematical measurement of your account’s risk levels. It may cause inconvenience but it can protect the trading account both ways from risk.

                                    Trading limits are an instrument that we use when the situation on the market is too unpredictable to forecast. That means that your deals can have a far too unpredictable result, possibly bringing heavy losses.
                                    In order to avoid that, our risk management system limits the amount of investment that you can use to open a position, for a certain period of time until the market stabilizes. Keep in mind that most limits on the Olymp Trade platform don’t exceed 24 hours, even though in some rare cases they might last for a few days.

                                      Guys, don't get me wrong. I'm not writing this because I have nothing else to do in my spare time. The thing is that I saw in some videos how traders had different color charts on the platform.
                                      As far as I understood, classic color of charts is dark blue. But I would like to be able to trade on a platform with a light color scheme.
                                      My eyes get tired when I use platform in dark colors. Besides, I don't like this style.
                                      Apparently, in previous versions of the platform there was an opportunity to customize the color of charts, and in this one such opportunity was removed.
                                      I would be very happy if developers would return such customization of the platform charts.

                                      Apparently I should have spent a little more time exploring settings menu of this platform. As it turned out, if you click on profile button, there is a settings button at the very bottom of menu. In settings there is an option to choose the color scheme of platform. And of course I put the white one!

                                      Thank you for your feedback. Regarding your concern, there is still a way to change the color of the chart in the platform. If you want to change the theme, from dark to light, or vice versa, you can change it by clicking the settings, then at the "Setup", select "Appearance". This is where you can change the chart to a lighter color.

                                      You can also customize the colors of the different indicators and oscillators. All you need to do is to choose one and particular then you can change the colors.
