I have made a deposit of 700 rs on 14 /10/2023 today is 9th still not received deposit in my wallet please solve this issue fast and return my money back

    It’s great to have different trading modes. They give me a lot of room for testing and diversifying my overall trading experience.

    I am really fond of Fixed time trading cuz it can bring tons of profits if mastered. I am still inspecting it and trying to find the best way to do it.

    I noticed that all my assets available for FTT are in the 80+% and not more. Although the broker said that I can have the profitability of 90% and more.
    I find it very unprofessional to not put the money where the mouth is.

    Apparently I somehow missed the fact that 90% profitability you can get two ways. Either deposit more money and get higher status; or buy profitability on the market. So my suspects were pretty groundless. Apologize for that.

      One of the main reasons I decided to join the Olymp Trade platform is because I want to learn to trade and use some of the already included trading strategies. I read a lot about them from the reviews and also I explored all of them at their official website.
      I registered a demo account just to check if everything works as it is advertised and to get familiar with the platform.
      All I see there is the strategy explained on their website, but when you open the trading platform there is nothing about it. You can not activate a strategy or indicators. Only a clean and plain chart. Am I missing something or that’s how it is?
      This is important for me because if there are no trading strategies on the platform, I don't see any benefit for me to join this broker.

      Oh my gosh, there are plenty of trading strategies incorporated into the trading platform 👏 DOn’t mind my comment, now that I learned how to access them, I have another problem, don’t know where to start 😀 For those with similar questions like mine, you need to click your status level under your account name, and a whole menu with options will open, including trading strategies, indicators and so on.

      We would like to tell you that you can seek trading assistance from our technical analysis tool. On the left bottom of the chart, you can reach the third icon called Technical Analysis.

      There is a Market feature in Olymp Trade where you can purchase trading signals, strategies, indicators, and more which can assist in your trading. When you purchase any feature/product in the market, you will be asked how long you would purchase it for and if you want it to auto-renew. If you do not click the auto-renewal feature, the subscription will end after the period you chose.

        Very strange thing just happened. I was trading the GBP/JPY currency pair and placed pending order just above current price. I had it fully customized and placed it in trading platform.
        Then, I went to make myself a cup of tea and went back to my computer. After a while I noticed that my order was gone. The price had reached level I had set, but I didn't see my order among open orders.
        It seems that it just disappeared or the system canceled it.
        About an hour had passed since that moment and I was already finished trading. I am thinking about writing to the support team about this situation.

        Haahahaha. Guys, I'm so stupid! It turns out that while I was making tea my order not only opened but also closed with a profit. So I earned myself a cookie for my tea =)

        Thank you for sending us the question. A pending order is a forex order to be executed at a later time. The trade will be executed when the asset re-opens for trading, reaches a predetermined price, or at a certain time.
        A pending order will be created when a trade is opened in advance. The trade will be completed once the criteria are met. Expect some slippage.

        Slippage refers to all situations in which an investor receives a different trade execution price than intended. Slippage occurs when the price changes between the time a trade order is requested and the time the order executes.

        If you create a pending order when the asset is closed the order will be executed at the beginning of the trading session at the opening price.

        If you create a pending order for an asset at a specific price the order will be executed when the price is reached. There may be some slippage as the trade is executed since prices change constantly.

        If you create a pending order for an asset at a specific time the order will be executed when the time is reached.

          I shouldn't claim that I'm advanced in trading, but I have a very broad experience of working on the market under the belt. No hints on bragging about it or stuff like that, I'm writing it to sort things out.
          So as I know how the market works, how to create good strategies which can possibly afford newcomers maximize their profits within a short period, I decided to craft my own strategy and release it.
          Fortunately, the Olymp trade broker has such a functionality and it even offers a full-fledged marketplace which is packed with bunch o[censored]seful things.
          I handcrafted the strategy and released it, but you know, I wanted to have some profits from it, cuz I invested my time and knowledge. But it was published with zero price! What has happened?

          Oh, gosh. Big thanks to the olymp trade team for dotting all the i's for me. Even working for a long period with this broker, I couldn't even get acquainted with its functionality closer. I casually set the price to zero when I was publishing the strategy and I did it automatically... Now I'll be more attentive.

          Thank you for writing to us. Please note that you can set the price on your own. You can take a look at the prices of other strategies in the Market to get an idea of how much you should sell yours for. But there are no limits and you can set any price you want for your strategy. Each time someone buys the strategy, you’ll receive 70% of the selling price.

          Be aware that you set the price for a one-time purchase of your strategy. Once a trader buys your strategy, they will have unlimited use of it.

            One of the major reasons why I signed up here was because a couple of reviews stated that the broker has signals, both paid and free on the platform. This, I thought, would make my life a lot easier, and I can save time in making analysis because I am a busy person. However, since signed up, I have not been able to find the signals anywhere. I thought I would be in a chat that people shared the signals but there is nothing here. I am really disappointed because I actually don't mind paying for it.

              I am new to Olymp Trade, but I have some experience trading with other brokers. I am still learning, and have to learn a lot more about forex trading but I have a small problem navigating Olymp Trade’s platform.
              In my trading strategy, the spreads are o[censored]tmost importance, I keep my trades open for a short time and take small profits. I think they called it scalping or similar.
              The book from where I learned this strategy provided a risk-management strategy that is based on the spreads for the traded pair. While the platform is pretty simple and easy to understand, I tried every option but I couldn’t find what the spreads are for the forex pairs. Any ideas where this information is hidden and how to display it on my chart?

              Alright, I found the root of my problem, there are no spreads on Olymp Trade forex trading.I thought I needed to activate it from somewhere to display the buy and sell price, but I just discovered that this broker is charging a commission only, there are no spreads at all. The commission is calculated based on the trade size and multiplier used… I still need to understand better how it works, but I think this would be even better for my trading strategy.

              Thank you for your comment. We do not charge for Spreads. A small fee as commission is taken only on the Forex trading mode. A certain amount is deducted from the trader's balance when opening a Forex trade. This amount depends on several criteria: trade amount, multiplier, asset specification, etc. The current commission is shown along with the rest of the information about the trade. However, the final payment may sometimes differ slightly due to the market situation.

              Information about the minimum commission rate for opening trade and other conditions can be found in the "Assets " menu's " Trading Conditions " tab. You can access it through the "Help" section.

              Another fee that you may need to know is the Overnight fee. Overnight fee is a commission for carrying a trader's leveraged position overnight and then deducted from the balance on a daily basis.

              The amount of commission depends on the factors of the trade amount, direction, multiplier, and overnight fee rate of the pair. The latter can be found in the "Assets " menu's " Trading Conditions " tab.

                First of all, I could not find the stop loss or take profit buttons, so I thought maybe I'd just watch as the trades go for a bit, before I try to find them. I open some trades, and by the time I turn my head back, I see that all the trades I opened are closed already. It was kind of irritating, but I know that brokers have glitches sometimes, so I calmed dowm. And, I was using the demo account, so no foul. However, this automatic stop loss and take profit is not nice and I do not like it.

                Well, that was embarrassing😅. I reached out to the support and they explained to me that I was trading a different type of asset called Fixed Time Trading. They also showed me how to switch between the trading modes, which is really simple.

                  Sir my money 700Rs not deposit in my olymp trade account. I paid Rs.700 through QR code at 12.52pm sunday date(15.10.2023). The message was displayed that automatically within one minute it will accept the payment. i waited for some time at last it showed the money failed message. But in my bank account money had debited sir.

                  i paid my money 700Rs to ABC ENTERTAINMENT sir. I have attached the money sent proof also sir.

                      The situation: I discovered here marketplace. It's kinda weird because I have been trading with this broker for quite a long period and I have already got acquainted with all its services, but as it turned out, not all of them fell under my attention, hahaha.
                      So, after I discovered the marketplace I started to poke around it to find something fascinating, something unique, you know.
                      And here's the grail: paid strategies.
                      You may state that it's pointless while it can be easily comprised by your own, but no, I like testing something that others devise and release.
                      I acquired a "Friday" strategy which seemed to be a good substitution for my tailor made one, it's based on the EMA and I basically adore moving averages. Nevermind.
                      It was 40 days ago.
                      You know what? I 10 days trade without it and can't understand where it vanished. This strategy simply disappeared. Was I disappointed? Surely!
                      I wait for the resolution, I don't know what's going on here...

                      Somebody give me slaps... I was so silly not reading the precise conditions for using these strategies. As it turned out, they are available in the form of subscription for 30 days and then you need to prolong. Oh my gosh, thank you olymp trade for clarification.

                        I explored thoroughly the trading conditions at Olymp Trade and the customers' feedback. No need to mention that I am a beginner and I was looking for a platform that would give me an opportunity to trade, and eventually make small profits all while I am learning and improving my trading skills.
                        The main reason why I joined Olymp Trade is because it was considered a beginner-friendly platform, which proved to be one. Also, I liked that they offered ready-to-use trading strategies and they said they would provide me with trading signals.
                        However, no trading signal was given to me even though I had been trading for a week. I don’t understand clearly those statuses, do I need to reach a certain status to open up this feature?

                        Alright, I get it now. I needed to activate this feature for trading signals. In my defence, it was not written anywhere, or maybe I missed it. Anyway, it is available even for the starter status, so I activated it and started receiving signals. It feels good that they delivered whatever they promised. If you have a similar issue like I had, you need to activate Trading signals in the Settings menu, under the Notifications tab. By default, this feature is turned off. You need to turn it on.

                            I have been struggling with the platform, trying to select instruments that are not FTT to trade, but I cannot find a way to switch the FTT off. I don't really know how to trade the FTT and I want to switch back to the normal forex. Or is it that these are the only instruments available to trade? I am actually tired of trying to figure this out and maybe it is time to find assistance from someone more experienced. Maybe I could also learn to trade the FTT, if it is profitable.

                            Well, yeah, I got the help I needed, and I can now easily switch from FTT, to Forex, to stocks even. That's just nice. Additionally, I got more information on FTT and it is really interesting and profitable. I was also shown the blog, which has a lot of articles that will help me become a better trader. All is great here.

                              Olymp trade has a very appealing infrastructure in terms of trading on the financial markets.
                              It’s a great place to trade, or invest, as the broker provides forex, FTT and stock mode, which is very unusual for a broker.

                              Probably the most confusing thing that I encountered during my first trading time here is that I can’t find the spread information anywhere. And without the spreads I just can’t trade because I don’t know how much it will cost me in the end.

                              Sorry Olym[p trade guys. I should have done my due diligence beforehand and found out that Olymo trade is a pure commission-based broker. Which means you have to pay only one time when the deal is closed. And if I’m not mistaken those who trade stocks don’t have to pay at all if the deal is not closed in profits. Nice system btw.

                                Chart, Price, and Trade Manipulation

                                I am a seasonal trader. What I experienced in olymp trade's platform is even more shocking.

                                The manipulation is not happening just in the last 1 to few seconds, but they even manipulate the candle time.

                                I will share my experience here so people know what they are getting into.

                                I placed a trade at an exact start of a new candle that is the 59th second if the candle, which means the trade should...

                                I think this platform might be manipulating or showing you the wrong prices for people to lose money! I opened up an account on this platform, deposited some money and I was basically getting ready to trade. I skipped the demo trading platform cuz who needs that if youve been trading for over a year?
                                Anyway i check the assets, some cryptos here, some forex there, but really, i was interested in stocks. I look at some stocks and I see Novartis. A big pharmaceutical company, It suited my portfolio and what I had in my mind related to my framework. But the prices are not showing correct. I see some price on the asset's chart, but then I googled the company and it is giving me a whole different price! How can this happen? if you cannot even show the right prices for a financial asset, how are you expecting us to make profit off that asset?

                                You have no idea how dumb I am. I was checking out the stock in CHF, which is swiss franks, because the stock is trading on several stock exchanges, some of them are in Europe, and in the United States. They were showing me the stock from the United States, so the price is denominated in US dollars, but the ones which are traded on European exchanges are priced either in EUR or CHF. So I kinda blew it there. Anyways, i checked the American stock exchange version of the asset and it is all correct, there are no problems on the platform, I was just checking out the wrong thing, that's all.

                                It's a pity that you have made this conclusion. Olymp Trade is a trustworthy and certified broker. Olymp Trade is regulated by Vanuatu and is a member of FinaCom & FMA as in https://olymptrade.com/pages/regulation/. We would not do anything out of the rules that caused us to lose our certification.

                                Regarding price charts, on different trading platforms, quotes may differ on several points. This is due to different suppliers of quotes and different ways of pricing. Nevertheless, the tendency of price behavior on the charts of different trading platforms should not differ significantly.

                                You can view the history of quotes on our platform. To do this, please go to the "Help" section on the platform and select the "Assets" menu. After choosing the asset that you want to check, you can find the information on quotes under the "Quotes History" sub-menu. There, you can select the date and time of the quote which you would like to check.

                                  I have read in some reviews about this company that broker provides several trading modes. And that all of them available on broker's platform and that you can switch between them directly in the platform menu.
                                  Moreover, I read on company's website that these modes are still available.
                                  But unfortunately I have not been able to find this switch for several hours. It seems that this is not true and there are no additional trading modes. I am thinking about closing my account. Apparently the platform doesn't have what I was so interested in.

                                  Looks like I rushed and wrote the wrong information. The thing is that I didn't understand where exactly to switch these modes. It turns out that it should be done in the menu where deals are managed. I apologize. All modes are available and they work fine.

                                    I don't trade on this platform for a very long period, so sorry in advance if I write something wrong.
                                    However, the overall concept this broker carries out, all these different trading modes, surplus of trading instruments seems to be fascinating and promising.
                                    Proceeding to the matter of my letter, I should say that I was trading on the platform for a week only and accidentally started to notice that my deals were opening and closing with a speed of a lightning bolt. Some of them were closed in plus and that's a plus, hahaha, but others are usually closed in red.
                                    I just click the button when I want to place an order, and then, within a couple of seconds, the order is closed.
                                    Now I'm suspecting there's really something wrong with the platform otherwise I have no idea how to explain that.
                                    If someone has also encountered this problem, let me know...

How could I dare not to get that I utilized quickler... I didn't even think of it, I was convinced it's a classical trading mode. Next time I'll be way more attentive.🙏

                                    Regarding your case, we believe that you accidentally traded in the Fixed Time Trade mode with the Quickler asset. Or you are trading with small timeframes (under one minute). These are specified for quick executions because they are small timeframes. If you do not like them, you can use longer timeframes or trade with Forex mode.

                                      I don’t know. I really liked their old promotion system with all the promo codes. Sure, it wasn’t the best bonus scheme of all, but the new system where you won’t have any bonuses at all, seems a bit weird for me.
                                      Maybe I am too old and can’t take changes but I would prefer to have extra money due to the promotion.
                                      I think that Olymp Trade made a mistake by removing the promotion completely and not introducing anything in exchange.
                                      Marketing team should do better.

                                      Apparently I have misconstrued the whole thing. Olymp trade will introduce a new status system instead of the promo codes. That's a completely different story. Sorry for grumbling guys.
