I, vidisha alwani, registered in olymp trade with a first deposit of $10.00 using email id [protected]@yahoo.com on 10th september. My first withdrawal of $10.00 was successful and the money was credited immediately to my card on 10th september itself and i got a notification from my bank itself. I think now that this was a trick that olymp trade did to win my confidence, do that i could invest more. On 12th september, i made a deposit of $20 with two separate deposits of $10.00 each. For the first transaction i withdrew $10.20 which was not credited in my card despite the withdrawal status of "processed" shown in my withdrawal status of olymp trade. Same thing happened with my another withdrawal of $16.30. It was falsely shown as processed but no amount was credited to my bank. I contacted customer care and they said it takes 1 to 30 days, then how come the withdrawal on 10 the september was processed immediately and the amount was credited to my card the same day itself? Olymp trade also lied by saying that there was some problem with my bank, which is not true as i had no previous bad experience with my bank and amounts are immediately credited to my account. They haven't even given me a reference number.

Olymp trade are offshore fraudsters and all this a scam to loot people of their hard earned money. My advice is do not trade with these scamsters. Even olymptrade
Customer service is very poor and issues are not resolved at all. They reply to emails giving false assurances that money will be refunded, but you never get your money back.

The [email protected] contacted me and told me that it takes 1to 5 working days, but my bank always processes the refunds on the same date as the withdrawal that is I should have ideally got my refund on 12 th September when I made the withdrawal. They also said processing times vary, but how can they falsely state in their withdrawal status as " processed?" That means they are not being truthful.

Do not trade on olymptrade. You will lose your money. Olymptrade is an offshore fraudster. Even the customer service is extremely poor and not at all helpful.

    Support is 0 from olymptrade, as i raised multi time complaint regarding i’m unable to withdraw money from olymp trade to my bank account... This platform is totally spam and there is 0 transparency and cooperation. From 2-3 days my transactions is still pending, i contacted customer service and they are just time passing rather than solving an issue... Rating - 0/5.

    I find the platform useless for scalping on FOREX. BY the time I manage to press each and every button for confirmation the trade is gone and profit gets filled before order gets executed. Are there any hotkeys or anything so that I can keep trading on lower timeframes as I'm used to?

    Hope everything was resolved. I've been withdrawing from Olymp numerous times, and it never took over 3 days. Actually was under 24 hours most of the times.

      I trade on olymp platform for half a year. I always liked this platform, and it was my favorite one because everything was okay. I became an experienced trader, and now i decided to deposit 1000 euros because i got interested in the vip account. But i did not get a vip status yet! What happened? It does not work anymore? Please, answer asap. It makes me nervous.

        Hi, i have withdrawn 30usd from my olymp trade account on the 5th of may 2019 but i still haven't received it on my bank account till date (9th sept 2019). The status of the transaction on the olymp trade app shows that it is 'processed'. Any advice or help to get this issue sorted would be very welcome. I have attached a screenshot of my payment history along with this.

        I see that Olymp representative has already sent you your ARN number which is the confirmation of transaction and can be used for tracing the transfer. Hope everything worked out fine and the money arrived safely to your account. Would be nice to know though what exactly the problem was. Looks like your bank put the money on hold or something. Just wondering, because I'm about to change the bank and don't wanna run into similar problem. So far felt fine withdrawing to credit card from Olymp account but may be I should think of some alternative payment method.
        I value when the companies I work with take care of possible risks that may affect their customers. I understand that financial markets can get violent under certain conditions. Hurricanes, wars, economic recessions - all this influences markets volatility and both traders and brokers can be affected. This is why I value the fact that Olymp trade insures their clients funds through FinaCom and they also offer negative balance protection. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst - this is a serious attitude and proper customer care. Thank you, Olymp!

          I made a deposit o[censored]sd 100[inr 7, 145] on 3rd sep at 1:41am then, i made a withdrawal o[censored]sd 170 from which $100 were credited to bank card at 3rd sep. But $70 were not processed as bank denied the txn.. That ok,
          But olymp trade automatically debited my money [inr 7, 197] from my bank account..

          Is it a fraud or something done by olymp trade i don't know.. But it is not right to debit someone money without their permission.. I am getting so much frustrated.. I am looking forward to sue the company..

          So it turned out that you simply forgot of some transaction and thought it was Olymp's fault, correct? I've never had such problems myself with OT, but your message made me a bit nervous. Glad all was resolved and Olymp is out of suspicion now!
          As an experienced options trader I value the approach of Olymp Trade to this market. They've done everything possible to facilitate the decision making process and trading as well. The one-of-a-kind trading platform suits these needs perfectly and every newcomer can go through all the features in a short period of time and then focus on developing own trading style and strategies instead of digging into useless features that programs like Metatrader offer. Free demo account can help with that too. I didn't have to use the offered welcome bonuses, but it was nice to realize that such a financial backup was available in case something goes wrong and you lose your main capital. Under such circumstances you can use bonus money to keep trading. All the profits made with bonus money are claimed to be available for withdrawals. So I do suggest to pay attention to bonuses, especially if this is your first trading experience. Good luck!

            Could you please advise, why i didn’t get the bonus for the first deposit? I heard that it is offered to all the clients, at least for the first deposit.
            I’m interested in trading, options, and forex for a long time and i’ve been trading on a demo account on olymp trade platform, attended free webinars, actually i’m a little bit aware of what is what. And i wouldn’t miss an offer to get the bonus... Why don’t you give the bonus, although you advertise it?

              I can’t withdraw money. I trade on a demo account. I was able to earn $ 200 and now i want to withdraw them.               Demo-account was made specially for training. You can withdraw money from demo, because these are the training funds, not real. When you make your deposit and start trading on real account, you'll be able to withdraw the profit.

              To withdraw real funds, you need to click on the menu, then open the "Withdrawal" section, specify the amount you want to receive. Withdrawal is carried out to the source of depositing within 1-5 business days.

                I can not withdraw my money. This is my third withdrawal request! Why do you refuse to withdraw my funds? I did not break your rule.

                  Two weeks ago, i registered on your site. But i didn’t receive a letter to my email. I decided to register another account to another mail. Everything was great. I traded on a demo account, and then decided to create a real account. When i created a real account, i received a message that my account was blocked. Why did you block me? I did not break the rules. I did not even have time to top up my account.

                  Each account has both demo and real account options under one ID. You can switch between them any time you like. Having more than one account on our platform is prohibited. It is specified in trading rules which every trader accepts on the registration.

                    I can’t top up my account.

                        They all are cheater fraud its my another bad experience with this fraud company... They ask me to deposit the fund via bitcoin which was done successfully by me but did not been credited or shown over my trading account..
                        Then i thought might be due to the technical error... Then i ask to their support which is so called 24*7 they were liking sending me the copy text to again and again then i followed them finally the asked me for the txd id and refundable btc address which i sent them at the moment after this i got this kind of copied message from them... We have created a task for our financial department. They will take care of your payments within 24 hours... Then i was like ok... After 24hrs i asked them by calling to the given number that is

                        Available 24/7 lol... He was like there is no task created... Then he toled me to send him a mail on this email id [protected]@olymptrade.com i did the same... I got a reply from there suport team which is shown in the below screenshot... Now the problem is that they are claiming that they were already been deposted the fund i aksed them where they told me to the mediator's wallet address this is the another twist or you can say sock for me... I tried to scold them why and where... But he wasnt in mood to hear me he is repeating the same line to ask to the service provider about the same that is block chain... So ridiculous now dont know how to react... Very disgusting... I advice to you all guys please dont use this disaster app because it seems they all are lair as well as scammer...

                        I am really sorry that this accident happened to you. It is pointless to state that the possibility of a malfunction is excluded in the work of the Olymp Trade broker. Even Swiss watches sometimes fail. Unfortunately, no one is safe from this. But what I can say for sure is that their technical support always solves all problems. I have never had a feeling that something may go wrong since their technical support provided easy to understand answers, and they always provided an exact date of solving a problem. I just want to say that you need to text their support one more time, and everything will be alright.
                        Sorry to hear about your experience, however, as an old Olymp Trade customer I can assure you that the problem with funding your account is definitely not on the side of broker, as I'd done it a dozen times and have never had a problem with deposits. My best guess would be that the problem is that cryptocurrency transactions are not always fast, depending on how busy is the network. Its also commission sensitive. My personal record was 42 hours waiting time for bitcoin transaction. You should make sure to apply proper commission for transaction in order to avoid excessive waiting time for it to complete.

                          One very unpleasant situation happened. I traded on a demo account for several months, i had a big profit and everything was fine.
                          I switched to a real account yesterday. Opened a deal and lost a lot of money. I lost money because there was a stop loss. I did not set a stop loss. I remember exactly that i did not set a stop loss. I do not trade with this, and therefore i had a good profit.
                          How do you explain the fact that a stop loss appeared out of nowhere?

                          Stop loss is a Forex feature, which you can turn on and off in your account. Stop loss can be set before deal, it won't work in case you don't set it. Please, look at the picture attached, it shows how stop loss and take-profit settings look like before the deal is opened.

                            Hello!
                            You wrote on the site about double your deposit bonus! If the trader top up the account by a certain amount, then the same amount must be credited with the bonus.
                            I created an account and top up my account with $ 100. 20 minutes have passed, but there is no bonus.
                            Why didn’t you give me a bonus? Is this promotion over? You must warn about the end of such promotions. It is unprofessional of you to leave an advertisement for a promotion when it has already ended.

                              Started to trade on olymp trade just recently. Actually, i like everything, just not enough indicators. I also started to trade on binomo, but there are even fewer indicators, i thought there will be more on olymp trade, i read that there should be a whole bunch of indicators, more than hundred. But so far, i see only 20. Are they available only for vip-clients? Before i was trading on forex through metatrader, so it was even possible to add your own indicators there….

                              Sorry, my bad, I didn’t notice that platform with technical analysis, lol. I just didn’t check in other places, that happens :D Now I see, there are really many indicators here on the platform.

                                I just started to be interested in the investments on the internet, was trading on olymp trade platform on demo-account and now i would like to trade with the real money. I read that here you can start trading with 1 dollar. I want to deposit 3-5 dollars just to make a few deals and see how it’s going, but i don’t know how to do it. I cannot deposit.                                 Ok, I got it, the minimum deposit is not 1, but 10. I thought that 1 dollar is the minimum deposit, not the minimum cost of the deal, now I understand I will deposit 10 dollars.

                                  I’m trading options for more than a year on olymp trade and recently i got interested in forex platform. Although everything is a little bit different there, i think, i will manage to trade there with the same strategy, that i’m now using for trading the options…but so far, i can not get through the multiplier… it’s very big and i don’t want to open the deals with such a big multiplier. I watched some videos on youtube, where traders can change the multiplier, but i’m not. Please help me to change that…

                                  To enable different multipliers, you need to enter your cabinet on the platform and put a tick in front of "Choice of multiplier" option. And that's it!

                                    I’m trading on olymp trade platform for about a year already, slowly i learned how to open the deals correctly and even started to make a little bit of money! Lately, i’ve been reading a lot about the mobile application and decided to install it as well. I found it in play market, installed it, but it didn’t launch. Why didn’t happen? I made everything right and actually it is hard to mix something there, everything is installed automatically. Maybe i should download it from somewhere else, for example of the website?

                                    I got it, the thing is that my phone has tricky OS :( Not every application from Play Market will work on it, and here I’m just not lucky with Olymp Trade. Before I didn’t really install anything on my phone and didn’t know about this specific, and now it is clarified…

                                      Recently i started to trade on your platform. i thought it was ok, but i used to trade according to tech analysis, using different indicators. I found the tab with indicators, but not all i need is available here, there are only the most basic. Is there a way to add some indicators to the platform? I read in reviews, that here i can use many indicators, maybe, those people used some additional software?
