I've made a deposit with skrill and withdrawals also all the time, but now i want to get my money on my banking card, but i simply can't do that! I don't understand what's going on and why i can't take my money with the way i want. I simply don't see the banking card withdrawal option, as well as any other. There is skrill only. I hope that it's just lag, but i don't understand why it appears?

Well, I catched what's going on. As I understand, this restriction is made for people's funds safety. I don't like this as a trader now, but I'm sure that if I face some hacking, I'll be appreciated. To unlock bank card I just made deposit of $10.

Hello there!

Withdrawals of funds is made only to the sources which you used for making a deposit. To be able to withdraw funds to your card you need to make a deposit with it, first. Pay attention that withdrawal amount is divided proportionally to the payment sources. This is a peculiarity of the payment process. So if you want to withdraw all the available funds to one source, you may have to create more than one request.

    Hi, i'm new to olymp trade and i can't find any info about how to delete or edit indicator, there is only icon with explanation about indicator so i can learn what it is, but don't how to manage it. I will ad a screenshot of my trading platform, maybe my browser is lagging?? I enjoy olymp trade trading platform but that's a hell, i can't change my strategy for some reason, plz help me, i'll be so appreciated...

    I think this button are so small and that make them not so convenient to use, however the process of customization or deleting is clear and easy. I hope you will launch option to make this buttons bigger...

      I don't want why your mobile app doesn't have horizontal orientation. For trading that's extremely important, as quotes are much better displayed. Your mobile app is of high funtionallity, but adsence of such useful feature seems extremely strange.
      Also, i can't find an info about education your mobile app.
      I think it also can be useful to save customized indicators settings, as i think people like me can trade different assets but with the same strategy will find this useful.

      Okey, received everything. My respect for Olymp Trade brokerage only grown cause of this. Sorry for misleading, maybe I didn't catch sth, but well, everything is resolved. Support didn't lie, I was sure It didn't till the very beginning. Have the nice day :)

        I just registered and I can't find how to find Indicator for trading. I read that Olymp trade is Easy-to-work but I can't understand where to find it. I want not only add default indicators, but set-up them and customize to my own needs. As I understand, that's better to customize each indicator according to manuals.
        I mean, I see some indicators, but there are no manuals about them and no other options. Can you help me with this?

          I'm interested in trading with olymp trade, however i don't understand is there any guarantee that i won't lose my money. I understand that trading is constant risk, but i believe that there will be some instruments or other things to protect my money. I know some brokers always add automatic stop-losses and traders can change them if needed, so i wonder is this function in olymp trade? I'll be so pleased if someone will give me some info.

          Okey, I understand that I can use stop-loss and take profit and they're pre-set-up, as I understand, they are set-up in the most common limits. When placing such orders, the trader limits the amount of his profit and loss in advance. In Olymp Trade they are placed automatically, but I can customize them to fit my strategy. That's cool that Olymp Trade adds such functions, as they're extremely useful and let traders to save money in case of failure.

            Hello, guys! I have a question. I was always withdrawing money and get them in 24 hours. I even write some reviews and always claimed olymp trade to be the best brokerage cause of fast withdrawals. And what i see now, that's almost 50 hours and i don't get my money yet. That's first time i need to wait so long. Can somebody explain me what's going on?!

            Thank you, I received money. As I understand, some similar can happen sometimes and broker can't affect this in no way, that's cause of some of banking delays. It isn't bad and don't cause any problems, but I wonder why delay had appeared only that time.

              I like olymp trade because it has a convenient terminal and a lot of assets, i can analyze the market immediately, there are a lot of indicators, basically everything is good, but i do not understand why the withdrawal is not executed instantly, there is always a certain time to wait, on average, the withdrawal comes about a day, although money are immediately withdrawn from the platform, i would like to know where they are all day and why there is no immediate reaction, i do not want to wait!

              Well, okey, thank you for answer. I also already conducted some kind of "research" and I got the banking system is a really Before, I thought SWIFT solved the bank transfer problem. But now I get the point why I don't get the money right away. After I sent a request to Olymp Trade, the broker warns the bank, and the latter using SWIFT instructs another bank to transfer the amount to my account, while the same amount is written off the broker's account. In fact, the message via SWIFT network - just an indication and movement of funds is made when transferring them to some accounts and depends on the banks.

              The thing is, when you deposit, the funds are credited instantly. It happens because you make a direct payment using your card number, CVV code and another information, so your bank or payment system sees that it is you and they do not need to recheck it.

              When we send money to you, your bank or other payment system check the sender, making sure that everything is secure. It takes some time for this process to be completed. Our Financial Department also needs time for processing the withdrawal requests and issuing orders to the bank/payment systems.

                I don't catch is there any buttons to close all my trades at once or trades that are most risky and below parameters i have set-up.in olymp trade community i found that there are button to close all my trading positions, but i didn't find any info about how it works. Such option can be very profitable in case when market is shocked or i made some wrong predictions and want to close more than one deal and i hope olymp trade has or will add such option in the future, as it's needed so hard...

                Ahahah, that was so clear that I think I'm dumb now :). Thanks for your answer, I really appreciate this. I doubt that my answer will reach the right person, but that's really cool that Olymp has so strong media presence and communicate with clients even on such minor issues. I already tested that button, it's really useful sometimes, so in case of some market unexpectances (like in 2008) it can be a really working way to save money. Once again, thank you for the answer!

                  I enjoy trading with olymp trade, however i don't understand how profit-level is calculated. When trading i see that some assets has profitability level 70%+ when others 80%+ and i don't understand how this is calculated or can be applied in real trading. I'm beginner, so i think that it's amount that i'll earn but i lose sometimes and my profit-level isn't as written. I'll be gratefull if you clarify that monent, cause i don't find any info about how profit is calculated...

                  Okey, so as I understand that is the number where accumulated profits will be considerably higher than losses, so following that return rate traders can choose the most profitable (in average) assets where the chance to earn is higher than the chance to lose. Of course only if you know how to trade, not trading on a random. So this is what I should always bear in mind when choosing assets to trade in order to minimize losses. Maybe that's my fault, as I always I neglect training, and I think I'll take care of everything as we go along. I'd rather spend a few days watching webinars, so that such questions do not arise in the future.

                    I think that's unfair that olymp trade gives me tasks i should follow. I don't know why olymp trade each day give me some tasks and i can't turn them off, so i should pay my time to them and solve them. This tasks distract me from trading and force me to take wrong decisions. I don't know, maybe for novices they're good. But not for experienced traders. Can you suggest me any solution? I don't want to pay my time on such things! I just want to trade!

                    I can't say that I like the fact that Olymptrade aims to help newbies, but I understand, that in other hand, if I'll be such newbie, I'll be pleased with the fact, that company takes care for me and introduce such things to help me learn how to trade. Yesterday, I talked with my friend (he is only a beginner in trading) and he said that this tasks helps him to keep on trading and understand how trading works. As I understand they are unnecessary to follow, so in this way that's okey and I have no issues anymore.

                      I use vpn and your trading platform takes 2-3 seconds to be launched, as well as your website. I can't understand what the problem is, but that's not good and irritates me, as i should wait each time for some seconds, before my page will be loaded. The problems occur not only when trading, but also on website when i'm browsing it for info. I don't know what the problem is - your website or vpn, but i'll be pleased if you give me clear answer, as that's not ok for me.

                      My VPN app was almost broken and after my compliacne it turned off and didn't work anymore, so I install other app and now there is no problems there. The platform is oppened in 0, 8-1, 1 sec (I checked with special utility) and orders are also executed in no more than 2-3 seconds, so I'll never open a deal in price other than desired. Sorry for that... I thought that was Olymp problem, but the problem was with my VPN :)

                        I deposited money with my visa bank card and now i want to withdraw money to my skrill account, however i don't see it as withdrawal method (Despite the fact it is mentioned on your website and my fellows make such withfrawals). I don't want to withdraw on visa card, as it will take long time and i want my money to be payed to my skrill account. I think that's bug that should be fixed, as it's very inconvinient. And that seems like only my account is bugged, as other traders make such withdrawals and everything is okey : (

                        Thanks for explanation, I also connected to some traders through Olymp Trade facebook community and ask them clarify me. They explained me that this rule was applied due to safety reasons, so no cheater steals money from my account except to withdraw it to the account from which I made the deposit LOL. Elegant, simple, but working decision, much better than long-lasting and humiliating constant re-verification procedures.

                        On our platform withdrawal is carried out only to the source of payment that you used for depositing. You can deposit with your Skrill wallet and then withdraw funds to it. Pay attention that if you used more than one payment source, the amount of funds is divided proportionally among all the payment methods.

                          I enjoy olymp stuff for learning, but i also want to join facebook community of olymp trading company, i hope it's beneficial and i'll share my experience with other traders and will learn interesting info directly from first hands. But i can't find a way how i should join it. So, please, get me clear instruction about how to connect with facebook community and also about how to get started.                           I even didn't think that it's so easy, usually brokers try to make everything complicated to force traders think that their stuff is irreplacable. Olymp Trade doesn't act so, broker just gives opportunities and make everything to help us use them as convenient, as that's possible. I couldn't even imagine that everything can be done in so native way, so I was looking for "thorny" solution. Thanks for explanation.

                            I'm trading eur/usd currency pair and use only olymp calendar with no indicators. I also trade in browser without any additional applications. However, there is such redline that appears sometime, i don't know what does it mean, but it's distracting me and i'm starting to feel insecure when i'm trading. Can someone help me get rid of this line or at least explain what it means? Because it drives me crazy, i can't understand what's going on and where it comes from.

                              My trading with olymp goes well, however each time there is stop loss that is applied to my deals and i don't set any such things. I want to stop loss or take profit on my own, not to get forced stop loss or take profit, but i don't how to do that. I understand that stop loss is good, however it left me sometimes without profit in the future and i lose money. Where i can get article or explanation about how stop-loss works and is applied? The best way is the video tutorial if someone has.

                              As it turned out, the company already has a detailed video tutorial, which I just missed. Indeed, stop loss or take profit can be set as I wish without any fixed percentage. But the broker sets a so-called basic stop-loss, so that beginners do not lose more money than is considered acceptable. So I realized the company is trying to help traders control their emotions. Thank you for answering my question, now I get it.

                                I've recently found info about olymp trade and want to try trading with that company. Now i'm not trading real money, but i already created demo-account and learning how to trade with olymp educational blog. Also, i enjoy watching webinars. However, it also was promised that there will be webinar records and the ability to view them from a mobile application. I can't find any records, so if you can help me, i'll be grateful, as i have no time to watch webinars on-line.

                                Oh, I found that Olymp has Youtube channel with a lot of explanations. Now I can not only watch but even listen them with Youtube premium. Thanks you, Olymp, you're cool. It's sth like podcasts if you just listen them or you can watch to get fool coverage. Don't know how I was missing this for so long time :)

                                Olymp Trade is a scam which is organised in a very professional manner. Stay away from these scams otherwise one day you will loose everything you have. Please read my story. One day I saw an advertisement (web banner) appearing in to a web page. I clicked on that advertisement. Women in that advertisement was claiming that she earned quite huge amount on trading with Olymp trade. Believing on this advertisement I registered myself with Olymp Trade.
                                My Olymp Trade ID is 49975696. I am trading with Olymp Trade platform from 27th Sep 2019. Initially I used their demo account and after that I started using live account. I have some loses earlier but later on I started earning. But at the moment when I started to recover my losses and earned some money, trade line in stock charts started responding negative to my every expectation. It seems that stock charts are controlled by Olymp Trade team. There is a reason to mentioning this as I am experiencing this from last one & half month. It can happen to anyone for few times but can’t happen repeatedly. When I started trading with Olymp trade, my success rate was 50-60 % which has been reduced to less than10% now. Just to recover my losses I traded again and again. But now the situation is that I have nothing to spend. I have lost everything I had. Till date I lost my hard earn money of an amount approx 19000 USD in their manipulated trading.

                                  I've been using olymp trade's trading platform for a long while and i find many tolls to be helpful. The set of available indicators is also ok. But there is a huge problem with these indicators. You can't adjust the settings. Let's take macd as an example. You can't use macd if you don't have a chance to adjust settings. There is no point! Please add the possibility of such adjustment. Otherwise i will need to use a side platform for analysis and this idea does not sound too fascinating for me.

                                    I'm praticing with the demo account at the moment. I've found how to apply stop loss and take profit. But for some reason my take profit profit order can be moved around easily (With both menu options and on chart with the help of the horizontal line) but stop loss always gets pulled back once i try to move it further from the entry point.in my case it was $50. Take profit is unlimited, stop loss can not exceed $50. It moves nearer to the entry point though. So it can be 10, 20 or $49, but no more than $50.

                                    Thank you for your reply. I've found my mistake earlier. The problem was that I've entered $50 to be the max loss on this particular trade from the very beginning.

                                      Hello. I have a question. They promised me a bonus, but when i funded account, they didn’t want to withdraw my money + registration bonus. I've already completed two transactions, but they don't allow me to withdraw the bonus, referring to the fact that i cannot withdraw them only my profit. Why is this so? I would like to be told what is going on.

                                      Sorry to hear that. I've run through the rules written on the website again and I see my mistake now. Bonus was not really promised to be withdrawable.

                                      Hi! The bonus itself can not be withdrawn. It is a sort of safety airbag for trader, when they run out of money. You can use bonus for trading and then withdraw the profit gained with its help. Unused bonus id debited from an account, when you withdraw funds.

                                      Why, with the promised multi-platform, there is no application for Windows Phone? I can’t trade normally from my device, is it really impossible to make an application not only for Apple and Android, but also to think about users of less popular phones?

                                        I have no idea why, but my account profile panel says i should have a two factor authentication when i log into my account.in fact i'm only being asked passwords and that's it. I use chrome browser just in case. Please advise how to make sure the system doesn't let anyone to my olymp control panel without at least an sms code being sent? Thank you in advance!
