    I am seetaramaswamy customer id 62108192usd. I have withdrawn usd 50 on 1st june 2020 but i didn't received the amount to my bank account. When i contacted to customer support team after one week they said it will be credited in couple of days and after 45days also they are saying same thing. The arn which you provided is useless as it's your internal reference number and how a bank can track the payment with this reference number?.

    Your support team has been sending same emails since 1st July 2020 stating that "we have requested an update from the financial department on the investigation. As soon as we receive the reference letter from the financial department we will contact you".

    It's been 47 days from the date of withdrawal I have been receiving the same emails from your support team. You guys are not showing any interest to solve the issue instead of sending same emails which is wasting your time as well as my time.

        Olymp trade has implemented mt4 and now plans to close the olymp trading platform. I started trading with the olymp trade platform, i did not want to trade with the mt4. Now i have a choice 'trade mt4 or die'. I think that's totally unfair that company is changing trading conditions now. I think it would be 100% right if olymp trade will support both platforms - mt4 and olymp trade platform. I don't want to trade mt4, but i need to re-sign up and switch to mt4, as olymp is going to shut down their own trading platform. Am i right?

        No, you're not exactly right. Olymp Trade will support both platforms. If you don't want to trade on MT4, no one will force you to. But in general, now Olymp Trade clients have a choice of what platform they want to trade on, and you can change the platform whenever you want. I think it would be better if you understood the situation first, and then started blaming the brokerage. Olymp Trade always meets its clients, and it wouldn't change its trading conditions so drastically, without giving traders a choice.

          It is now two times when i didn't able to receive my money even after 14 days and banks are refusing about any kind of payment sent by you what should i do now this is a kind of worst service you give money they take it in just 5 minutes but when you withdraw it they say to wait till 1 to 14 days and after 14 days they say to talk to the bank but bank said that there is no kind of payment send by you your arn doesnt works too.. Worst refunding service and bo response from olymp trade.

          Thank you for keeping us informed! It may take from 1 to 30 days for the bank to process your transfer. If you see information in your personal account that the payment was successfully made, it means that we have sent the money and now the bank is processing the transfer.

          After sending the payment, it goes through several stages of processing. If the bank has not received the payment yet, then it is processed by the processing center. It is an intermediary between the platform and the bank. Don't worry, this is standard procedure. After the center processes it, the payment will be transferred to your bank account. Feel free to ask further questions.

            After practicing in your demo account I deposited money in your live account.
            You will find in demo app you are earning and in live account the graph/candle will change in last 10 seconds and you will not see this in demo account where you will earn profits which will make fool o[censored]s in live account.
            after certain transactions i noticed the fluctuations made by the graph/candles are manupulated or i guess programmed in such a way that gradually all my money is drained in your accounts. I will take strict actions if you will not refund my amount and ensure that this will cause you damage just like people like us go through. We people invest our hard earned money in something, and you make us fool by such fraud and scams.
            I am attaching some other reviews similar to my complaint from Google playstore.
            I want a full refund for whatever i have invested.

The difference in trading results may happen due to psychology. Sometimes traders get used to risky amounts of trades and do not take demo money as real funds. Unfortunately, we do not refund money used in trading, but we provide a free educational base and free demo account.               Okay, let's make it clear - I've been trading for over two years.
              During this time I have tried everything that I can and can not - binary options, crypto currency, invested in stocks, classical forex - and I stopped there, because as it turned out, it is more productive for me. I always deal with all my questions/difficulties on my own, I think that a trader just has to be an individual professional and act absolutely independently.
              I am satisfied with this brokerage company, too. It's okay. But I think that it is in vain to allow traders to work with very small capital, it is not safe and many traders start to believe that it is possible to really earn on the market almost without investing.

The minimal deposit amount was chosen by our analysts so that everyone could start trading without having crazy amounts to invest. The more experienced the trader gets, the larger capital they are ready to invest. For example, the minimal deposit amount for ECN accounts on MT4 Olymp Trade is 200$, as this is an advanced instrument. Which amount do you find the most suitable as minimal?

Probably, a commission for inactivity was charged in case you were absent on the platform for 6 months.                     I adore trading and devote quite a lot of my time to this activity and i can say that i already have certain achievements in this area. For example, a stable increase in profits for the past three months.in general, i can say that this is completely my merit, although the functionality of this broker can not be called useless, there are many indicators, including rsi and macd, bollinger bands, you can adjust the chart according to the required time range and much more.
                    But i do not quite like the fact that the leverage has been replaced by this multiplier. I do not understand why?

                    We don't have leverage tools on our platform and provide an opportunity to use the multiplier in your trades. Multiplier is one of the major tools in the forex. It allows you to increase the profit potential of your trade. It is also beneficial to trade with small deposits, because the company offers large multipliers up to x500. It has a very simple mechanism. Let us explain this in detail.

                    Let's assume you buy EUR/USD, your investment amount is $50, and your multiplier is one. If the price goes up 10%, your profit will be $5 ($50 x 10%).
                    However if instead of one you specify 20 as a multiplier your investment amount will rise to $1, 000 ($50x20).
                    As you can see, your profit has been multiplied by 20, and this is how the multiplier works.

                    This is like the speed of a car: the greater it is, the faster you reach your destination. However, high speed brings with it more risk. If your forecast will be wrong, your loss will be increased on the multiplier amount as well.

                    For novice traders, we recommend using a minimum multiplier, which equals 1, in order to avoid risks in case the market moves against you. As you acquire skills and experience, you can also increase your multiplier.

                    To enable different multipliers, you need to enter your cabinet on the platform and put a tick in front of the "Choice of multiplier" option.

                      Why brokerage requires my to sign up once again in order to switch to mt4 platform. All i need is just to move to this platform, not registering new acc. Olymp trade was always good brokerage, but that's so unlogical that i can't even describe this. Just why i can't simply use my own trading account, without additional signing up? I think that would be 100% more convenient, at least i have deposit at my account.

                      That's okay. I don't notice some details either, sometimes. If you already have an account, you can trade from it on another trading platform. To do this, you just need to add a password for MT4. Personally, I'm glad that we now have the opportunity to trade with even more comfort with Olymp Trade. You can see that the broker is trying to make sure that traders work with it in the long run and are satisfied with everything.

                      To access MT4 Olymp Trade, you need to obtain a login ID, create a password, and download the terminal installation file from the Olymp Trade website. After you open an account successfully, you will receive all the necessary data for the MT4 login terminal. You need to make an account only once, and then you can log in easily.                         If there isn't enough funds in your account, but you open a delayed trade, it will be registered, but certainly not executed.
                        I have a very positive attitude towards broker, olymp trade helped me to start trading career and study the market, but this mistake led to the fact that i didn't earn enough money.
                        I mean, the trade will be registered, but it will not be executed when the time will come.
                        My problem was that i expected to get profit from this deal, but as a result i got nothing as the deal wasn't executed.

                          After depositing 200 usd i made profit of 44 usd but when i have made a withdrawal request it prompted that withdrawal limit exceeds then i put withdrawal request for 200 usd on 11 june from olymp trade user id 61170715 and on 12 june the amount is shown as pay out to me but till now the amount is not credited to my account. On asking customer suppprt they told that payment is made from their side then where has the money gone coz the updated statement of my bank account does not reflect the payment. Also the remaining amount i. E 44 usd is still now showing as under process which i requested to withdraw on 12 june. Plz help me

                              How come that the mobile olymp app does not include all the indicators available in the desktop version of the software? I've been trading using the second one for a long while. Yet, the nowadays reality is that we are all using smartphones for all the purposes. Trading is not an exception. I want to be able to trade with mobile app as well as i did with the pc. So far the app is not bad but i'm really missing some of the features. When can we, olymp users expect the mobile app to meet all the high standards that olymp has always set for its' custom software?

                                My olymp trade customer id is 59744418. I have requested for withdrawal of amount $30 on 01 june 2020 and the same is reflected in transaction details. However, even after lapse of more than nine days, the amount has not been credited in the account so far.

                                  I made a payment withdraw request but it is about 36 days and i did not receive my payment. Also bank is unable to help with given arn number. Support team created further investigation task for finance department. It is about 6 days now. Still my payment is missing. If payment was made by you and in my bank account i did not received it then where is tha payment.in which cloud payment is floating then.

                                        Hi, i added 2 ema indicators and they appeared on the chart but not on the indicators page. So there is no way to edit or delete those ema lines and they are just there. How can i remove this? I am on the mobile app.
