I have requested for withdrawal of amount of 30$ on june 1st, till date, i never got my amount back. It has been almost 50 days.
When i call them, they gave me arn number and inform they asked me to inform bank to know the status of arn number. But, my bank didnt even know about arn number.
I informed the same to olymptrade, then they asked me to provide bank statements.
I provided them from may 15th to june 14th — i sent this info on july 7th. From june 15th to july 7th, i sent them as unbilled transactions, as my bank will be generating statements on every 14th of month. But they didnt agree for that, they said, they need pdf file. I waited till july 14th to get the statement generated.
Then i sent the bank statement from june 15th to july 14th on july15th.
After 2 days, financial team responded on july 17th and they asked bank statement till july 17th...!!! (For extra 2 days)...!!!
As per the rules mentioned, they said, between 1 to 30 days, amount gets credited. But i sent for more than 45 days of my bank statement. Still they are asking for extra days too...
When i call customer care, they are saying, we are forwarding to financial team. But financial team never responds...
This is what daily happening, almost 50 days...!!! No response till now...

But when we withdraw funds, this is not only Olymp Trade and you, there are also banks, payment systems and aggregators. Financial system is not perfect, that's why such things sometimes happen.
