On 19/11/2020, I tried to transfer an amount of Rs3000/- from my Bank account to Paytm wallet, but the transaction failed and my Bank account debited by Rs3000/-.and transferred to your end. I lodged the complaint on 24/11/2020 and further complaint was again lodged 22/12/2020. Despite of the above, money not transferred to my Bank account nor to my Paytm wallet. It seems the money has been transferred without any authorization and it is fraud transaction that took place in my account. If you do not refund the money within THREE working days, then I shall be constrained to lodge complaint against you in Cyber security cell. Please note that I have already lodged complaint in RBI Ombudsman cell .

I was making payment for Rs. 299.42 on 12 December 2020 for booking ticket. Ticket wa not booked also and amount deducted. Please do further needful so that Rs. 299.42 is refunded back in my Account

On 28/12/2020 I tried to do a transaction through Paytm for HDFC insurance payment of the amount Rs.156750/-. The transaction was failed due to transaction limit crossing the the limit. But an amount of Rs.50000/- deducted under the heading OTHPG 600096 one97 communication LNoida as shown in the attachment. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

My money of 2699 rs. is deducted from account but order failed.
Plz deposited the amount as early possible so that I can go ahed for further shopping.

At the time of IRCTC Ticket booking on 31/12/2020 amount of Rs 525/- was transferred to "One 97 communication" account and my booking was failed so here I request to refund the same amount to my accout

On 21st Dec 2020, my SBI Bank account got deducted for an amount of Rs.50, 000 while i tried doing a transaction of Rs. 51, 126 towards HDFC Life Insurance premium payment. I got a messaged from Paytm that the transaction is declined as the bank declined the payment but I still got deducted for an amount of Rs. 50, 000. Upon filing a police complaint and raising it with the bank it was confirmed that the amount was received by One 97 Communications L, Noida with the reference # OTHPG229163, I need my money back as I did not authorize this payment. I called up Paytm customer care several times and they confirmed that this amount was never receive, so is the banking lying? It is clearly showing that the payment went to One97 and the amount in question here is also not matching with the payment I was trying to make. If none of them has the money where has it gone. I need a quick resolution on this

Sir, i sri dipak kumar, i lost my amount of Rs. 24369.00 at 5:44pm on dec 21, 2020 & Rs. 18984.00 at 5:49 on dec 21, 2020 from my sbi credit card account without of knowledge two differet OTP generated to my mobile and amount of Rs. 24369.00 & Rs. 18984.00 was deducted from my account immediately. in transaction list for that two transaction shows that ONE97 COMMUNICATIONS L noida. so, please take some necessary action regarding this issue. thank you

Hi! Yesterday i got a message from my bank that your cardx2973 used for rs 50000.00 on 21DEC 2020 at ADDBFSIC txn#389999. After getting this message i opened my account statement there i see that 50000 used for OTHPG 389999 one97 communications LNoida. I'm so shoked. I've been using paytm since an ages now. I've my Paytm bank and buisness paytm as well but time this transaction thing broke me to the core.
For your kind information i didn't do any such kind of transaction and never ever Shared my card number/cvv/otp/internet banking id/password or any information regarding my account.

Complaint lodged on 24/11/2020, regarding the transaction failed but account debited Rs3000/-, till date there is no response. The amount neither credited to my Paytm wallet nor transferred to my Bank account. It seems the fund has been syfhoned fraudulently and company does not have any intention to repay the fund.It is really sad that one senior citizen account has been duped.

It was failure transaction towards one 97 communications but immediately success towards irctc noida

But from my credit card it was debited two times

Hi All,

I have booked my flight for urgent purpose it's my marriage and based the limited availability and urgency I had to choose Air Asia to try how the services would be, I thought it will be awesome and I could review your service on different social media as me being a blogger. However your services have to say it's not what we have expected, while I understand if there are technical difficulty in flights Air Asia gave me two options for switching flights or full refund.

Now I can't wait to move into a different flight due to time constraints and the one I booked is a non-stop flight but, you again offered me a flight which travels hyderabad-banglore-kochi which I can't afford due to lack of time.

I almost spent Rs.37, 000/- for these flight booking for 7 people. It's not a small amount for me. I only got very less refund on each. When I talked to Paytm they said we are reaching out to internal team but on ticket it shows refund cancellation charges and Paytm charges. This is not fair for you guys to mention full refund and then hold these charges. I'm waiting on a reply if it's not a good one, trust me il have to share my experience elsewhere.

I had booked Indigo flight from Madurai to Goa and back and made payment of Rs. 14575/- from SBI through your wallet vide SBI transaction id 202010291229921444681GAJSLAPQ8 on 29 october 2020. I dont have any account with you. but the amount was paid directly to indigo through you.

As the flight was cancelled, an amount of Rs. 13975/- was refunded to you vide their transaction ID : e2917cf0eecb[protected] on 24th November 2020.
But, the same is not transferred to my SBI account so far.

Kindly transfer the same to my account wih Sate Bank of India through which the amount was transferred to you.

I do not know how this transaction happened
I did not get any OTP about it nor did I enter this amount anywhere
But when I saw the statement, it was found that the transaction of 75000 rupees has been done in favor of One97 communication Lnoida.
I want to refund my money.

In 16.12.2020 at 1733hrs I was making a payment of Rs150000 insurance policy of SBI Life insurance using SBI debit card through paytm but transactions was failed as per message was displayed on the screen but at the same time Rs75000 got deducted from my bank account. Even transaction history of paytm shows failed transaction of Rs150000. Please reverse this transaction and credit my account with Rs75000.

While transacting 10 rs by naukriregister.net site i have deducted
Rs 9999.Below I am providing the proof for that.

75000 rupees got deducted from my account without my authorization at 8:46 pm. I didn't even got an OTP. My Yono SBI Account showing the transaction. Please refund my money back. I'm attaching my photos as proofs

This is shocking that this company has hacked my account and debited 344.93 from account which could not be possible without the OTP. This means they have hacked my mobile too for the OTP.. How this can happen... This is a fraud and cheat act... And must be registered under cyber crime / fraud and burglary . I m extremely upset...

Through paytm 50000 Amount debited from my bank account and has not been refunded the amount till now. one97 communication L fraud or not please respond this matter is urgent please verify us

Suddenly one morning otp comes to my mobile number from my bank.
Where its written that otp is for online transactions on one97 communication by my atm card.
And the fun fact is I was sleeping not buying anything.
