I made a payment of Rs 4235 to St.Stephens School on 23rd January 21 but today I am refunded Rs 4210 i.e Rs 25 is deducted for a failed transaction. Am I responsible for this failure? If yes please tell me the cause or refund me....

One97 Communications — refund money of payment gateway in irctc

I have booked a train ticket from ALU to MS on 16th/ 17th JAN 2021 in irctc rail connect app through payment gateway one 97 comm but transaction go failure twice (Ticket not booked) but money go debited from hdfc bank account, but still not refunded.

Again booked ticket on 25th Jan 2021 in IRCTC rail connect app, the same issue happened .

They called me for online work from naukriregister.net. They told use this website and register your details for work. You pay Rs.10 only for registration. So i used my debit card. It is not working. So i used my credit card. It says OTP. I entered. But shows re-enter OTP. I put many times. But registration not complete. After 15 minutes, they used my credit card more amounts. I received alert message from Bank. I told them my amount deducted....

I have paid 744 to safexbikes site for an order via one 97 communication gateway. I have used icici bank net banking option, but the amount doesnt got reflected in their account nor i got any refund till now. Its being 7 days. As the money is lost i have paid using other platform to safex bikes.

I thought of booking a ticket on paytm using bhim upi I'd.i got request 2 times in the upi google pay app for transaction during booking of ticket for payment.i have paid for the first request and money has got debited from my account and the payment status was shown successful.i didn't look after the second request and it got expired. But now the status of ticket on paytm is failed.
Please look after this issue as 1500 is not a small...
