Hello...I got a message mentioning that thanx for downloading sports from 0ne97...I never subscribed to any of your application...how could you people charge me 5RS...I guess its something fraud type, , if charge 5RS with each person..you can earn some crores...just send my 5RS back...

    On 5.11.20, I was making a payment of SBI credit card through SBI debit card on Paytm. Suddenly, I got a message on my screen stating that Rs. 50000/- has been deducted from your saving account through SBI debit card. As receiving party was One97 communication Ltd. Noida as per my bank passbook.

    This is absolutely fraud as I have not purchased or deal with this company. So far I know the above said company is running Paytm. This is for your info.

    Kindly look into this matter on first priority and help me out to resolve the issue.

      I have ordered and received 3 qr code stickers vide invoice no 07D[protected] dated[protected]. This QR code stickers are not activated. The sticker is also having message of Thank you for shopping with us, is not appropriate, as we are the pharmacy store and we don't want anyone who need medicine. We pray for good health always and in all ways.

          Bincy Joseph would like to get my ticket fare of INR 58000 as my ticket got cancelled due to lock down. I booked the ticket through paytm by my sisters account .I came at air India office, kochi.They advised to approach agency .It was one97communication ltd bangalore.i made email to their mail id and made call but not able to contact them.                 I've recieved a text message from one97 that 3/- Rs and 5/- has been deducted for downloading sports.
                I haven't activated any schemes nor i've ever heard about one97.
                Kindly do my refund.

                                  For your kind attention I wish to say that I have done transaction on 23 oct 2020 with transaction id [protected] for booking through irctc app through one 97 communication channel but payment failed and amount of 10533.67 deducted form my sbi account. irctc app showing amount not received from bank. But amount has been transferred to irctc through one 97 communications as mentioned in transaction. till date I have not received refund amount.

                                  Please check the status and resolve the issue.
